    I Love living at The Adley Craig Ranch! I have a beautiful apartment with a view from my balcony that’s spectacular. Every time I’ve ever had a question, or a maintenance request, the entire staff at this complex has been extremely supportive, friendly, and helpful. Just wanted to say thank you to Angela, Michael, Bry’on, Jeremy, and Daniel, all of you have made living here feel like home. The landscaping is beautiful, so great job Andrew. Thank you for caring so much about your tenants, and keeping this a wonderful apartment community to live in.

    I lived in The Adley from 2023 to 2025 and still love it! The community grounds are beautiful and immaculate, and the management and staff always go above and beyond to help with any issues or needs.Michael who is the Assistant Property Manager is such a kind and helpful person, and even when dealing with the most difficult situations he always manages to make it better. His professionalism alone makes this a place I want to stay!Overall, it’s an awesome place to be. Great location close to a lot of dining and shopping as well. Feels like you are close to everything. Can hop over to Frisco, Plano, Allen, and Prosper easily.

    Jeremy did a great job. This is the second time he helped us. For the past two maintenance, he only used 5 minutes for each time. Also, he showed up around 6 pm. He brought hospitality for the tenants. He is deeply appreciated. Awesome job.

    I recently visited The Adley Craig Ranch apartment homes and loved every second of it! The staff in the front office is so friendly and really helped make my experience that much better. They were so helpful in getting questions asked and ensuring that I had the best tour experience. Amenities and property are beautiful! Perfect location and great pricing! I really like that they have townhome options as well, definitely helps appeal to everyone. I definitely recommend The Adley to anyone who is looking for new housing!

    Thanks to Bry’on Hall I was able to move into a spacious two bedroom with amazing amenities and everything included in my home, all I had to bring was my self, my child and things I wanted to add in my home as far as furniture!     Amazing apartment homes, just left this place from a tour with Matt and all I can say is wow. They arent 100% complete but are super nice thus far. Very welcoming and great personalities from all staff. I would for sure keep these homes as a top pick.** Update **Just moved in about 2 weeks ago and Im so happy here. Staff is awesome (Matt, Cori and the entire office staff for that matter) super attentive, and very helpful. Maintenance responds quickly (thank you Keaton), groundskeepers are up early in the morning cleaning up the property,.. No noises from our neighbors and everyone is friendly. I absolutely love my new home here at Adley especially my pool view (so peaceful & tranquil).

    I moved to The Adley in 2019 and still love it here 5 years later! The community grounds are beautiful and immaculate, and the management and staff always go above and beyond to help with any issues or needs.Michael Davis who is the Assistant Property Manager is such a kind and helpful person, and even when dealing with the most difficult situations he always manages to make it better. His professionalism alone makes this a place I want to stay!This is a fun community to live in, I love my neighbors and feel safe here as well. There is even a beautiful creek, park, and walking trail right behind the complex. Great for getting outside and in some nature!The only downside I would say is just the traffic on Custer. It’s a little loud and can be difficult to get out of the complex as there is no stop light straight out of the community. Nothing wrong with the community itself though. Maybe the city will fix this at some point in the future.Overall, it’s an awesome place to be. Great location close to a lot of dining and shopping as well. Feels like you are close to everything. Can hop over to Frisco, Plano, Allen, and Prosper easily. The area is booming with new construction and more exciting things to come as well!Looking forward to my continued living at The Adley.     I recently moved into The Adley after 20 years of living in a single-family home. Angela and Michael have been wonderful during this stressful and chaotic process. Their attention to detail, quick and kind responses to my many questions, and overall support during the transition has been wonderful. I would also remised if I did acknowledge the hard-working Maintenance Staff who has been wonderful at addressing any / all service request(s) I have placed via the portal.     The property is always very clean and well maintained. Our family loves living here. Our dogs love the new dog park they recently added. The property is right next to a walking trail so that is an added plus as well. Highly recommend living here!

    This property is great! They had a few floor plans for two bedrooms to choose from, and one of them was exactly what we needed. The manager, Angela, helped us out and was really helpful and kind. We had tons of questions, but she answered them all. She made sure our apartment was perfect for our move in and were loving it!

    I lived in the complex for a short period of time. During my stay I would say that my overall experience would be 8.5/10, I had a few issues but they were all weather related. HOWEVER, they have a maintenance man, Jeremy who is 1000/10 and took care of all my concerns within his means!

    My initial experience before move in was unexpected, before move in they said I will be eligible for promotions but now they changed word to just only before apply so just be make sure before you apply as words are being changed .Later the management helped me with new application and was able to get the some offerI HAVE LEFT THE APARTMENT RECENTLY.... My Experince was not as good as exoected , face many troubles in the ground floor with Molds and fungus and in our master bathroom the wood turned brown and the water dripped from those walls turned out carpet stains , raised several complaints and finally spoke with manager after moved out and manager sowed a rough estimate copy said i need you to charge full amount if sent to corporate but i am adding you 50%, which was not my fault tough. I WOULD STRICTLY RECOMMEND to take the new apartment that is being constructed and will open soon .....

    Jeremy makes living here tolerable. Apartment living sucks. ACs can never keep up in apartments and he is always here fixing it no matter the time of day. Give this man a raise!

    Adley is a great apartment complex. It is clean and well-kept. The staff are friendly, efficient, and very helpful.I especially want to thank Bry-On, the leasing specialist. From the moment I walked in, she has been warm, friendly, and knowledgeable— answering all my questions. She helped me find the perfect apartment, then walked me through leasing documents and move in.When I needed to transfer to a larger apartment, Bry-On was there for me again. She and Yvette guided me through the transfer process, and made the move easy for me.I would definitely recommend living at the Adley.

    This place is amazing! My family and I moved in earlier this month after falling in love with it on a tour last month. Everything about living here has been great and we couldnt be happier.Michael in the office is really personable, kind, and attentive. He is who we toured with initially and gave us a good feeling about this place. We have been renting apartments in Plano, Allen, and McKinney for almost ten years and our experience with leasing staff has been pretty much all negative. They usually just get you on a lease and thats that, never addressing concerns after. Not so with Michael. We had a couple of small issues come up within our first few weeks of living here and he not only handled them, but also followed up with us to make sure they were truly resolved. Kyndal is great as well and also jumped on the case to make sure everything was taken care of. We couldnt ask for a more helpful office staff!The apartment itself is beautiful. Its new, its huge, and well thought out. The rent is totally reasonable for somewhere like this. As far as the closet and storage space goes, I have never had more storage space in an apartment before! The closets are absolutely massive and have more than enough space. There are even linen closets in the bathrooms, which I have never seen myself. The pantry in the kitchen is perfectly sizable. We are happy to have one at all - our last apartment didnt. The windows are big and the ceilings are high, letting in lots of natural light and making it feel truly luxurious to live here.The complex itself is clean and well-kept. Its also a smoke-free complex, something which is completely new to me and a HUGE bonus for living here. As someone with severe asthma and young children I want to stay as far away from cigarette smoke as I possibly can. The smoking rules have been well enforced and I couldnt be happier about that.People who rent apartments are extremely entitled about it these days and I just dont understand why you would write a 1-star review for something as small as there not being enough parking. I dont think anywhere has enough parking right now. Most places arent designed for every single person being at home 24/7 as we almost all are due to Covid-19. Of course parking is tight, but we have never had an issue finding a space.I have nothing but nice things to say about living here. Dont let any negative reviews discourage you and be sure to add this place to your list during your search! The Adley has it all - great units, great staff, great location. We are happy to call it home.

    I love this community. Feels like a friendly neighborhood, beautiful landscaping and wonderful resort pool. The entire staff is always available and helpful. Anything from A/C issues, to garage opener, they are on it immediately! Mike has been especially helpful. I had an issue with someone taking my Amazon order and he went to my apt and put my next order inside for me to make sure it was safe till I got home. He’s also helped me with automatic payment issues when I had to change payment method. He always goes above and beyond to help me out. Thank you everyone!

    I am a current resident here at the Adley, upon my first initial visit in search of a new apartment, I was immediately drawn to how beautiful the layout was of the complex! Corey was extremely helpful during the rental process and the whole team answered any additional questions that I had in a heartbeat. The apartment was exactly what I was looking for, spacious, plenty of light, and a welcoming feeling to any of my guests that I have over. I am also very pleased with the swiftness of the maintenance crew. There were a couple adjustments I needed help with, Keaton came the same day and knocked out all that I had asked for!! Very impressed.

    All the staff members at the facility are outstanding. This is not a typical apartment complex. Kendall and Mike in the leasing office know how to connect with the residents and help with transitioning to the complex.Maintenance issues were minor but Mike was very responsive and extremely respectful. The apartments are new so these are expected.Landscaping is amazing. Feels like we are at a resort.

I toured with Mike and he was AWESOME; definitely wrapped the bow on an already beautiful community. The entire staff that I had the pleasure of interacting with were welcoming and seem to genuinely care for their community and residents. The grounds and homes were well kept and the property is in a great location. If youre looking for your new home, search no farther.

    Best apartments I have ever lived at! The staff is very friendly. In the front office Mike is very helpful and is the one who made the leasing process quick and easy. The maintenance guys Keaton and mike are always very helpful and handle issues promptly. Plus the pool is amazing!

    Its been a couple of weeks since we moved in and so far it has been an amazing experience1) Leasing - Yvette and Bryón are the best people you can find. They understood everything and made the whole process very seamless. Big shout out for you too.2) Moving In - Everything is available to you via the portal. We got everything done in time so no trouble here.3) About the noise in other reviews - Either we have good neighbors or its just a one off case. Its been 2 weeks, you can hear an occasional thud or a dog bark but nothing unsettling.4) Maintenance - Jeremy visited us to run a few repairs and he was pretty good at his job and quickly resolved all problems. There are a few stuff things which he said are not in stock but then you cannot stock everything.5) Location - This place is one stop away from Aldi (2 mins drive), 4 Stops away from Target, Walmart Superstore and Patel Brothers (7mins drive). 5 mins from a UPS store (for your amazon returns) and about 20-30 mins drive from everything in Frisco and Plano. Costco and Sams are also 15mins away. This essentially takes care of everything.6) Ample amount of parking, decent swimming pool, self service car wash and a clean surrounding. Behind the apartment is a creek which is good for people who love nature and jog.

    As one of the very first residents here, I have been proud to call The Adley @ Craig’s Ranch my home. I have always been very impressed by the level of professionalism of the management staff and when it came time to renew my lease, I decided to move to a larger floor plan and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The Adley team, especially Kyndal, made the transition seamless and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The resort atmosphere and luxury surroundings is what attracted me, but the friendly, family oriented staff is what has made me feel at home.

    Bry’on Hall the leasing agent is hands down the best!! We sold our home and needed something quick while we wait for our new home to be built. Bry’on was super friendly, helpful with getting us the perfect place, knowledgeable about the property and professional during the whole process!! She was in constant contact with us from day 1 and always answered any questions we had. We were able to do all paperwork digitally and our place was ready upon arrival. Every community needs a leasing agent like Bry’on to make the process so simple, easy, and surprisingly fun!The property is gorgeous, the amenities are outstanding, and it’s very close to everything you need..groceries, shopping, and entertainment! It seems no matter where you go, the drive is 10 mins or less. We highly recommend the Adley and ask for Bry’on!

    Large bedrooms with walk-in closets are wonderful! Refrigerator with ice maker a definite plus!! Great pet friendly community. Staff members are polite and helpful, very responsive.     A couple miles north of the 121and the property is close to a park with walking trails. The management staff are professional, friendly, and kind. Any time I made a request, they, respond as quickly as possible. They keep the property clean and orderly.The new property manager, Yvette, joined a great group of individuals who strive for excellence.And so far, Yvette shows that shes can pickup the mantle and lead with excellence too

    Im new to the area and this place is making me feel right at home. They have been very helpful and patient with my 5 year old blood hound Atticus who has gotten out 2 times while i was at work and put him back in for me, before animal control could get to him. The staff communicates to all the residents on any issues or updates to complex. They are also in the office pretty much all day if you have any questions. The Apartments itself has a home feeling to it with a family environment. So if youre looking for an apartment with less college kids or loud parties. This is the place for you. Let them know Israel sent you and ask to talk to Michael. Very helpful staff overall.

    This place is amazing!! I am new to McKinney and had called multiple apartments to gather information so that I could decide which one would best to suit my family‘s needs (which includes 2 65-lb dogs). Kyndal Garcia and the rest of the team are phenomenal!!! Kyndal went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make the move-in experience as painless as possible. Also, the design aesthetics of this place rock!! I have the apartment design with vinyl flooring, which is a life saver when you have dogs :) Highly recommend!!!

    The staff at Adley Craig Ranch have set themselves apart from the crowd. Ive lived in apartments for 20 years and at no other place have I felt listened to and taken care of like I am here. The kindness of the office staff is second to none and they get things done! When they notice a problem, they inform the property and then they actually follow up on it take care of it!! Normally, in apartment living you see an issue, you get an email or flyer from the office and then nothing happens. Garbage stays in the wrong place, people continue parking where they arent allowed, things stay broken, complaints go unanswered... not here! Makes me proud to live here.

    From the start The Adley has been amazing. While being built we were updated often on our apartment. When the apartment we initially were going to move into wasn’t going to be ready in time, we received a call to let us know....BUT IT WASNT SORRY YOU CANT MOVE IN THIS DATE....They already had other options for us! We agreed to the switch and it was a better apartment for us!🥰 since living here ALL of the staff has been AHHHMAZZZZING! The employees speak while cleaning the parking lot in the morning! Not to mention with all the move ins going on, they keep the trash compactor clear and clean as soon as they see things on the ground around it! I have lived in the states and out of the states and this apartment complex is absolutely high on my list! Also, my husband is self employed and we didn’t have any issues using his bank statements showing self employment! I’m glad they have high standards on who they let in! Thank you guys and Keep up the Ahhhhmazzzzing work!

    Living at this property has been great. The staff are friendly, attentive and respond quickly be it administrative or maintenance related.     I wanted to really say thank you to Liz who has helped us through the initial phase of just inquiring and all the way up to the Welcome home letter. Like another reviewer said that great customer service is an indicator of a great community to come. Liz answered soooo many of our questions and followed up on everything with a sense of ownership and concern.We are moving from out of state and Liz showed the initial apartment to my cousin while I was on video call. The same level of concern was there when we actually came and looked at the apartment ourselves.     Matthew Anices (leasing consult)- He was the most amazing person. We got to take a tour earlier tonight. He stayed late so we had time to get a tour because I work late and my wife wanted me to see the places they offered. This complex is amazing and very updated, also great price. Matthew was great to stay late and answered every question we had. Fantastically happy that we are working with him to get this new home at an amazing location.

    Never can go wrong at a brand new complex. I dont any complaints so far. Good service from Elizabeth. Pool looks great. Nice and calm. Wish it was gated. People come at nnight and leave flyer with tape... meaning they have time to scout the complex which could lead to theft. Just saying.
