    I recently became a resident of this beautiful community, now call home. The staff was welcoming, professional and provided step by step assistance. Maintenance crew is quick to respond with any inquiries including non maintenance related. The property landscaping is beautifully maintained, serene and quiet atmosphere. I especially appreciate the regular communication emails by the Property Manager providing upcoming activities, informative details or updates. Apartment living may not always be a positive experience here I found peace of mind coming HOME.

    I live here since late November 2024. I need to find a place fast due to being relocated quickly for a job. I was out of state and overwhelmed The office staff was amazing and answered my countless questions. They went above and beyond to get my application processed quickly.One person I truly want to acknowledge is Hector in maintenance. I’ve had three small issues with my apartment. Each time Hector came promptly. He is so professional, knowable, talented, skilled and friendly. I feel so great knowing if anything were to happen with my apartment that he’s on top of it and you should too when considering somewhere to live!

    I absolutely love these apartments! They are so pretty both inside and the outside views!! The management and front office staff is all so nice and respectful, those ladies definitely love their job and are always so helpful! The maintenance team is always on their A1 game! Everything around the property and office is always so nice and clean it definitely gives a welcome home feeling.

    Working with Leila, the leasing professional, has been an absolute pleasure. She made the entire leasing process incredibly easy and stress-free. Her communication has been prompt and clear every step of the way, and her explanations of the process and details have been excellent. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about making sure everything goes smoothly. Highly recommend both the community and Leila for anyone considering making Abbey on Lake Wyndemere their home!

    This is a great place to stay! The staff make you feel right at home as soon as you get there. The maintenance crew handles any issues quickly, in or outside the home. The community is neighborly and the lake offers a great view at the end of the day.

    I toured the facility over the weekend and spoke with Pallas. The floor plans are exactly what my family and I were looking for. The office staff was very informative and personable. The Views are extremely beautiful with the lake and pool. They have pool tables, gym and a movie theater in the main office. I look forward to living here in the future!

    I have nothing but the highest praise for this apartment complex. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance personnel are absolutely delightful people. Every problem I have had, has been handled so professionally and quickly. When I came to them about a flickering light in the hall (My best friend is epileptic so this is a big deal for her) it was fixed by the time I got home from work. They have returned every call within an hour or so, they were very on top of keeping all guest informed of any complications on property. They have lovely monthly events and food trucks. The few times I came into the office with my ESA dog they were always so kind to her. The only reason I am not staying, is because I have moved out of state and if I ever return, I will be going here first. In comparison to other apartments were I have been gaslit and given the run around, this complex has been a breath of fresh air (literally because they mop the elevators all the time and it smells great). Thank for such a positive experience!!!!!

    I stopped by for a tour and toured with Pallas.The facility is beautiful and the office staff is very warm and welcoming. They have lots of parking available and tons of admontites in the front office. I am excited to move in as soon as my current lease is up. Thank you Pallas and office staff for making this stressful time as easy as possible!

    I am so happy to call these apartments my home! The abbey management and the office staff are the absolute best. I love how all of the ladies are so genuine and kind. Whenever I have a need, question or concern they always respond quickly ! Even the maintenance team is always on their A game keeping the property up! I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking to live in a great community and have a great leasing office to help all of your needs. The leasing office ladies are definitely one of the reasons why I wrote this review because they deserve all of the recognition. Also the community does events every month so it really brings the community together and I love that. Overall great environment ! This review is from my personal experience and hope others find this place just as amazing as I do.

    We absolutely loved our stay here at the Abbey on Lake Wyndemere. Obviously living in apartments there’s always going to be little issues here and there, but the staff does an OUTSTANDING job of letting the residents know of all issues and timeframes on resolutions (never did we have an issue in the apartment that wasn’t fixed same or next day). The few times we had to come to Danielle for any issues, she always was happy to help us and made sure things were taken care of in full! The community is like no other apartment complex I’ve ever lived at, you truly feel like you’re home when you live here. The price you pay for what you get, is just not matched anywhere else in this area. If you’re deciding between here and another place to stay, the Abbey is definitely the better choice! My wife, myself and our pup loved every minute of living here. (I don’t leave reviews on companies unless I’m really disappointed or overly joyed with my service. This complex and this staff deserve 5 stars!)

    The sales office team greatly represent Abbey on Lake Wyndemere to the highest degree of professionalism. I was fortunate enough to reserve my lakeview apartment with the personal assistance of several of the staff. Their knowledge of the community and customer service made my decision very easy to sign a lease with the property on the spot. They were not only kind enough to give me an entire tour of the complex upon my first visit, but they provided me with another walk-thru to help me get better acquainted with the property grounds. They were each very patient and answered all my questions throughout the process; its something I dont see too often in the sales industry. The property itself is spectacular and has the environment of a vacation getaway with all their amenities coupled along with the natural beauty of the property. My apartment was move-in ready and completely updated from top to bottom. Its very spacious and offers a home setting feel on the inside. The complex is also very peaceful with little to no noise, which happens to be a big attraction for me.     Pretty cool/unique spot. Quiet and peaceful. Had a couple of maintenance things that needed addressing when I moved in and they were quick to get it fixed. Nothing major. Leila and Pallas are excellent humans and are great to work with. Everyone else is great too I just usually end up working with them on whatever I need.

    Besides a mishap with our vehicles at the start of our lease, we have really enjoyed living in this community. The community events/gatherings are the best! But overall, we feel safe and at home! The amenities are awesome! We also really enjoy all the landscaping and walking/hiking trails. Maintenance is always very prompt, courteous and thorough. The staff overall is awesome but Danielle has been my go to person since the beginning. She was actually the first contact I had and her tour and details of the community is what made me decide to live here. We look forward to renewing for a new and exciting year! Thank you.

    The Abbey is a fantastic place to live from its beautiful landscape to amazing amenities and awesome office staff! The apartments are beautifully appointed with upscale wood floors and granite countertops! Not to mention an enormous soaking tub in the spa like bathroom. The Abbey lives up to its name as Luxury apartments and townhome community. Im very proud to call it my home. Come see for yourself you wont be disappointed. It truly is as advertised.

    We’ve been very happy here. It’s quiet, service requests are completed promptly, and management is always nice and helpful. There is plenty of parking and the floor plans offer a variety of options. We do wish the pool was bigger and more shade was available, but that’s a minor request.

    Phenomenal Office Staff, Maintenance Crew and A Place to call Home! I have lived many places but I have NEVER lived in a place where I never wanted to leave and I could honestly call Home! The residents here are SO WELCOMING!! Hector and Ruben, the maintenance crew, oh my stars, so polite and so fast to complete your repairs. They remember you, they talk to you and make you feel like they care not only about the issue but about you and how you’re doing. And let’s not forget about the office staff! Jaizel and Danielle never skipped a beat! From the second I applied, to the time I moved in and even now after I’ve lived here forever!! They always greet me when they see me, they are just as nice to me as they were the day they met me. The whole staff is actually! None of them have ever changed. They are always nice and professional! They care about you and your well being and will do anything to help you feel comfortable and right at home. The property is ALWAYS immaculate!! If you choose this property I can PROMISE YOU, you won’t regret it!

    Love it here!!! My husband was transferred for work and moving in the middle of a pandemic was not ideal but the staff here were so kind and helpful. Betsy assisted us with the application process. She was very thorough and answered all of our questions as well as breaking down all the expenses so that there were no surprises on the move in date. Danielle jumped through hoops to get us moved in on time and Delores made sure our vehicle was delivered and kept safe while we were back in California finalizing the sale of our house. We have also enjoyed the lake view tremendously and often take evening walks to sit and take in the views at the pier. There’s also a CARES TEAM that puts on awesome events for the residents. We attended a “Quarantini Happy Hour” a couple of weeks after we moved in and met so many wonderful people. Rachelle and her husband did an awesome job! The apartments are spacious on the inside and it has made the transition from a house to an apartment so much more comfortable than I’d imagine! This place is super animal friendly and our fur baby has enjoyed it as much as we have! We’re all very happy and we highly recommend it here!

    Wyndemere Lakes staff are great! They are always helpful and follow up with you on any of your request. I have been living at The Abby on Lake Wyndemere for over a year. The office staff always greet you with smiles on their face. The maintenance staff is also always there when requested. I love all that this property has to offer most importantly the staff.The new manager has done a great job upgrading the property where needed. I love the way she manages this property and she is doing a great job. The Property Manager and Assistant Property Manger rock!

    Ive lived at The Abbey on Lake Wyndemere for almost a year now (March-2022) and I cant wait to renew my lease! The office personnel are so friendly and very professional, always willing to help you out whenever it is needed with a smile on their faces.Danielle Geffs is my leasing agent and shes very professional, friendly and always greets Me with a great big Hello and Smile! Again, when I need anything regarding my Townhouse shes just a call away! The maintenance department is top notch as well! The community events are always fun and exciting!     My husband and I moved from New Jersey to The Abbey last year. We have a one year old son so we were looking for a safe family-oriented environment. We love the Abbey! Residents are respectful and friendly. The Abbey is located at a very convenient spot. 5-10min away from restaurants, malls, schools and route I-45 which I love! The staffs have always been nice and helpful. Justin and Chelsea are the Community Event coordinators. They are always innovating with different dynamics and events that encourage residents to be part of with their families! I give the Abbey 5 stars ⭐️

    I lived in The Abbey on Lake Wyndemere for 2 years and I really liked it there. I had a townhouse with the lake view. The lake is wonderful (really liked the view from my balcony), great trails if you are a doggy person, beautiful pool and just updated gym! The staff was friendly and professional. Also the locations is great, all the services are close and I always felt safe. Highly recommended!

    I moved to The Abbey on Lake Wyndemere a little over two years ago, and I have been extremely happy here! I first moved into the mid-rise apartment with two bedrooms, a huge balcony and a great view of the lake. More recently I moved to one of the highly sought after townhomes. My townhome is 3 bedrooms, a balcony and a two car garage - right on the lake. The grounds are very nice, and there is a lot of wildlife and nature to enjoy while having your morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine after work. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly and courteous, and they respond pretty quickly. (I have had very little maintenance issues.)The standout Abbey employee for me is Danielle Geffs. She is my Go To person because she always delivers. She returns my calls right away if I have a question or issue...she follows through herself and checks back a few days later to ensure things are still good. She has a very good understanding of the policies and procedures and does not have to seek answers and get back to me. She also has the best disposition...ALWAYS smiling and happy to help. She was extremely instrumental in assisting me with my transfer, and I am so thankful, as I love my new home!In reference to some of the earlier reviews I have read: Many of these reviews are outdated. The pool furniture has been updated and is very well constructed for long term use. There are many upgrades as well including the gym and basketball court with new projects coming. Elevators have been an issue, but typically occur when people are moving in or out.This is a very friendly community and lots of dogs. There are doggie bags and waste containers throughout the community so there is NO REASON for any resident not to pick up after their dog, but unfortunately, there are a few that dont. This is not the fault of The Abbey, but the residents.Overall, I have very much enjoyed living here. Its a great place to live in The Woodlands with great views on a lake...spacious apartments and townhomes with lots of storage.

    The Abbey on Lake Wyndemere is my home. I have lived here approximately 3.5 years! It is a beautiful place to live. The community is really nice too. If you are on the elevator or walking around the property, expect to see smiling faces and receive lots of, Hi! How ya doing? around here! One of the things I truly appreciate and love about The Abbey on Lake Wyndemere is the security. There is a DPS officer that lives on the premises. The gate is remarkable. A visitor has to dial the number on the gate machine. It rings into your apartment. You put the code into the phone. The gate opens! The system prevents someone unauthorized from entering the property! I love that! I am on the top floor. Many times I leave my balcony door open and turn on the ceiling fans! No worries at all about leaving the balcony door unattended! It is perfect in every way! Residents have received new appliances this week! They are full sized, not apartment sized! I do not know how to be more blessed in an apartment home. Of course it really is more like a house! Thank you Abbey on Lake Wyndemere for all the great things you do for us!     Apartments are beautiful! Alba (new assistant manager) is awesome!!! So friendly, she was actually our leasing agent when we first moved in 2014, and it’s great to have her back, best idea anyone has had in a while. Devon is super friendly as well. Maintenance guys (Anthony and Mike) are the BEST! This place is super highly recommended, and located really close to everything you need.

    Former resident of Floorplan Ashton 1b1bPros:I love the lake view.The service team was responsive and always came in the next day.My remodeled room is pretty clean and new.Cons:The water related fee was really expensive that they did not disclose in advance. (avg. $60-85 a month). They charged high amount of the final service fee.The neighborhood is not walkable.Soundproofing is bad. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking and using the toilet. I can even use Shazam to detect which song he was listening .

    We lived at the Abbey apartments for a year and a half and I have no complaints. Sandra, Shana, Valerie and Devin were always so professional, courteous, respectful, friendly and made sure my issues or concerns were resolved in a timely manner. What I loved the most is having peace of mind knowing that my daughter was safe in their office while getting off the school bus and waiting for my arrival from work. I also love how they create community events at the club house that mainly is organized by the Tellez Family (They live at the Abbey) and the office staff! I just want to say once again, thank you Abbey staff for everything! My family and I appreciate staying in a beautiful yet safe apartment community. God bless.

    I have been livng here at The Abbey on Lake Wyndemere for 2 years. I am very happy living here, the property is absolutley beautiful, grounds are clean. The lake, the nature brings a lot of peace and Lake Wyndemere offers so much more than other communities. The office staff, and maintenance team has always impressed me, especially Danielle. You are in good hands with her. She is very professional and genuine. I highly recommend The Abbey on Lake Wyndemdere if you are looking for a place to call home.

    My family and I havent experienced any issues with management. They are professional, communicate well, and get things done in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is great; they also reflect a great deal of professionalism. The property is always clean and lawn and foliage kept. I dont have any issues with the units and cant hear any of my neighbors. My only complaint would be with parking, as the parking spaces are too small.

    The Abbey is a beautiful apartment complex and the view is amazing. My boyfriend and I have recently moved in and we love everything about the community. Danielle, Delores and Betsy were all so helpful throughout the entire process. They answered any questions we had in a timely manner and were willing to help in any way they could. We are so glad we chose The Abbey on Lake Wyndemere and to call it our new home.

    I just moved in and the apartments are not so bad from what I have experienced. I just moved form Hyde Park (Imt) Lake Wyndemere and dealt with hell for over 5 years there. Coming from that perspective, this apartment is pretty decent. We live in the Bromley which is nice and have a partial lake view. We can see the sunrise, sunset, and tree line every day. The walls are a little thin but not as thin as Hyde Park. You do hear your neighbors occasionally but you most likely will anywhere else. The residents are very friendly and nice compared to other places where they are nasty and rude.The management could be more organized and timely but I truly do not expect much from management companies after living in apartments for over a decade. We did have to keep back signing several documents and had some miscommunication issues during our leasing process. However, they have been pretty flexible with us so far.The main thing is the elevators tend to be broken during the weekend from residents moving in holding the doors open which sets off a security measure to keep people from being trapped inside. However, there are stairs and Im lucky to live right next to the elevator and stairs so its not such a huge issue. Plus, there are 3 or 4 other elevators if you absolutely hate stairs. Some people could be more diligent in picking up their pets waste. I am a pet owner here and make a point to clean up after my pet. So far, the doggie dispensers have not been empty but I always bring my own bags anyway.These are not luxury apartments but these are no where close to crappy apartments. We had the option to upgrade to hardwood floors for a small increase in rent but we were able to get a brand new washer and dryer for free which was more than fair. I would say they could have a nicer oven and a more ventilated range since I like to get down in the kitchen but at least high heat cooking does not set off my fire alarms every time (without smoke) like it did at Hyde Park/IMT.So all-in-all, Im pretty happy with this place. I do live in the mid-rise but parking isnt too bad. If you come in really late, you may have to park in the visitors section but it honestly isnt that far of a walk. I would suggest purchasing a grocery cart for big grocery trips. That has been the biggest adjustment.

    Would give 5 stars, but due to some thievery in the mailrooms and our elevator being constantly down I couldnt bring myself to do it. This place other than that has been great. Beautiful pond (not many fish,) small but sufficent pool, indoor basket ball is awesome, helpful and friendly staff. Ive never had management actually show any concern for issues at other places after Ive signed a lease, management here actually cares and does their best to help. Ive been a few days late on a couple of rent payments due to paychecks not landing when I need to and they were very understanding. I think his name is Devon at the front if I remember right and hes great at his job. Overall great place to live.

    This is my 2nd time being a tenant. The 1st time several years ago is the reason I came back. I take possession of my keys in 4 days and couldnt wait to tell how great the leasing process has been. Even though it is a new management staff, Felicia McNeely has been amazing. I have literally sent 40+ emails in the last few weeks with questions and problems getting the agreement signed. She has answered everyone of them as well as my phone calls. Even the new manager has taken a couple of my calls and been nothing but helpful and professional. With a beautiful property that speaks for itself and the staff going above and beyond to meet my needs, I dont expect anything less than a great, long term experience.

    We are very picky to move apt. We moved out from our previous apt because of it’s renovated construction. My previous apt was Boardwalk at Towncenter where located next to The Woodlands Waterway. It’s very nice apt and staffs too. I was very sad to move out and scared of everything to move to the new place. I moved in Abbey last Saturday. We decided to move here because the lake view and bigger apt than my previous apt. Dolares and Patch, manager and office staff, are very welcome and helpful . Anthoni and Mike are very nice maintenance guys. They fixed everything for us very fast and neat. On Friday evening we checked our apt before move in . We found a big stain of leaking from dining room ceiling because of the storm one week before we went there. I felt upset and worry about it. I read lots of bad reviews in Google and felt more upset. On Saturday afternoon we moved in , everything was fixed. We felt like amazing, OMG ^^ very happy that we decided to live here. It’s peaceful, quiet, fabulous lake view, all staffs we met are very nice friendly and very helpful. I will give them a million star if i can . ^^

    We just recently moved into a lakeview apartment at the Abbey. The apartment is really nice and the view of the lake is fantastic. The office staff is wonderful and all are very helpful. The maintenance staff is also great. They respond quickly and do a great job.

    Nice place ,, manager Sandra is wonderful , best person , all the staff is the best they always cater for the best, the place is always comfortable to enjoy, the children can walk quietly by bicycle or playing basketball, it is a very safe place, besides it has the best schools, the maintenance guys are very friendly and if something does not work in the apartments they come immediately, the security is the best, I have been living here for 4 years and it is the best experience, if you want an excellent place to live besides enjoying beautiful landscapes Abbey is the best place to relax and enjoy !!     Absolutely love this place! Offers every resident cover parking which is a huge plus in Texas. No need to worry about hot, or rainy days. Not to mention the amazing amenities such as the gym,pool, club house, movie theater, and even a basketball half court. Management is fantastic, and are on top of everything. They make sure rules are follow for the safety and tranquility of other residents. Which filters out criminal people that don’t need to be here.

    My husband and I are in the process of selling our house and moving to The Abbey on Lake Wyndemere. Shana Baker has been very friendly, understanding and helpful in the process. Id give her ten stars if I could. We have several friends who are previous tenants and have heard nothing but great things about the property and staff. Needless to say, we are very much looking forward to moving there!

    This is a great place to live. Friendly staff. They fix and answer repairs fast. Love the amenities. They always having a lovely function for the community. Beautiful place to live inside and out. The lake is beautiful. I love the fishing here. Best apartment I ever live in.

    Shana is A M A Z I N G!!!!!! Moving from a house to an apartment was a scary deal for my family but it was inevitable since my husband was relocated to the Houston area due to his military career. Shana was full with valuable information that made our transition smooth. After receiving orders to deploy my husband and I pondered the idea of moving our family back home however we were reminded of the great staff (Shana and the maintenance guys) and decided to renew our lease for another 18 months. Thanks Shana and the maintenance crew for making my apartment living great and for making Texas feel like home!

    Great property and atmosphere. The management team of Shana, Sandra and Devin have shown nothing but the utmost respect. I was hesitant to move here because of the reviews but i decided to give it a try. Some of the things that people complain about, such as, neighbors and parking automatically come with apartment living especially after hurricane Harvey.

    It is on a heavy traffic busy winding street in a curve its hard to pull in to the apartment complex. It looks new and is well maintained. It is gated and secure. There are no sidewalks on the street and you would not be able to jog or bicycle the street does not have large curbing, shoulders.
