    Awesome community ran by amazing staff. Antonio was the first person I met and me and my son loved his energy on site. Great assistance anytime with exceptional professionalism and respect to residents. He went over and beyond to communicate efficiently in reference to the property, maintenance and any additional information requested. The other managers were great as well.

    This place is out of my imagination. To be honest, Abbey was the last one on my list to visit, but it left a great impression on me. The leasing specialist Antonio is also professional and warm. He made everything done smoothly. With the bad weather, he is still here to help me to fix out everything.

    Im now officially a member of the Abbey at Memorial Community! Being a transplant from another state, EVERYTHING is new to me! From the beginning of the rental process to move-in, Antonio was INSTRUMENTAL in allowing for a fairly smooth transition with minimum anxiety! There were a couple of things needing immediate attention; same were resolved in a satisfactory time-frame. Though Ive met others on staff, Antonio has been my primary contact and he has always treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism.Ive read other reviews, some of which do not paint a pretty picture of the Abbey at Memorial as a residential complex, i.e., the staff, apartments and the grounds keeping. Truth is, had I read these neg reviews prior to moving in, I would have ran the other way..Yikes! Good news is that I can only speak on what Ive experienced thus far and, though not the Taj Mahal [sp], so far so good. YES, I am of the opinion that the office would benefit by increasing their staffing.Im of the belief that as a resident, Im also responsible for the condition of my surroundings; take pride in where I live and dont act like a pig [clean-up after myself]. Thank you Antonio for being on it and thanks also to other staff!

    It looks beautiful Apartments in great location. Every thing looks good with proper condition in my unit. During my application and my movement Leasing Agent Antonio did his best to make it easy and fast🙏 and It took not too much time after application to move in.

    I’ve recently just moved here and so far my experience has been pretty good 😊. I worked with leasing agent, Antonio, who provided an exceptional experience ☺️ Antonio, is the reason why I chose to rate my rental experience at The Abbey at Memorial a 5 star ⭐️ the rental process didn’t go as smooth as I would have hoped, there were some small technical problems with their site, however, the problem was corrected relatively quick and the next thing I knew, I had my approval email ☺️Antonio said that he would do what it takes to get me into a new apartment and he did 😊

    This will be my second review to write for The Abbey at Memorial because I want everyone to know how fantastic the (3) leasing office staff are! I have been here since 2017 and there have been MAJOR improvements in this complex since Latesia, Antonio, and Candice took over. All (3) of them are very pleasant to deal with and always help me with any questions I have with courtesy and respect 😊. Yes, there was an issue with the utility bill a few months back, but Ms. Latesia Snoddy was very professional and sent out emails regularly saying that she would make that right and she did 👍! Latesia, Antonio, and Candice are THE BEST office staff I have dealt with since I’ve lived here. I also thought the world of Lauren when she was up front in the office too ☺️. I know that The Abbey at Memorial will continue to improve and get better with this team in the office 😃! I recommend this complex very highly to anyone interested in moving into this area 😉.

    I’ve been here almost 2 years and plan on signing my next lease soon. I love and enjoy my time here. The management team has always been so nice and friendly and welcoming. They rock!!! 😄I’ve also met some really nice neighbors at the property. I feel very blessed to be part of this community!!! If I knew of anyone looking for a place to live I would definitely refer them to Abbey. ❤️

    I would like to give this property 5 stars. My daughters ac hadnt been cooling correctly for a while. She is under a doctors care and could not be hot. I informed the assistant manager and she sent someone right over. Maintenace let her know that it couldnt be fixed, and she would get a new one the next day. By 1:00 pm the unit was put in and was finally cooling the apartment off the right way. Thank you so much for replacing it in a timely manner.

    So heres the scoop:This is not a high class property, but it is nice and is worth it for the price. If you are reading this, you read the other reviews. WOW, is all I have to say. 😂 Seems like only the Negative Nancys have something to say. 🤔 Daniela always has her door open to residents and tries her best to help. I have needed the help a time or two. The girls they have in the front when you walk in have changed a few times within the past year, but they all seemed nice and friendly while there. Im writing this still laughing about some of these reviews. We do our own pest control, so I cant speak for the ones having problems. Overall it has been a good experience, Ill be back to update this post if needed.BTW The upgraded flooring is worth the cost, $30, if you have a pet or kiddos. Looks just like it did, even after move in.

    The Abbey was my familys first home in Texas, weve lived here for 3 years. The office staff has been amazing since the very beginning. They hire kind people, you can tell. I was treated like a person here, and not just another renter. They celebrate holidays and have events for the kids, it really helps to build a sense of community. Maintenance is very quick and responsive. Elementary school, middle school, and high school are all within walking distance- that was perfect for us. I will recommend the Abbey to anyone looking for a nice and affordable place to live in Houston.

    We had an emergent water leak in my apartment and Antonio handled it very professionally even when I was panicked. I appreciate them going over and beyond helping me out. Ive been here three years and yes the property isnt perfect but they have always tried to help me with anything I need.

    I have lived on this property almost 6 years, There are 4 Staff Members that I am able to say are/were awesome Nick Bounds (Former Manager) I hated to learn that he was no longer here, he was professional, but dealt with The Human in people despite his role here, Lauren ( Leasing ) she is gone I really miss that smile and the willingness to help, no matter how her day was going, she was a multi tasker and did an awesome job, Carlos (Head Of Maintenance) real mild mannered, follow up and follow through with service request, if it is something that had to be outsourced to be completed, he followed up, until it was solved. and Danielle, (Assist. Manager) she actually wears multiple hats, she is professional but deals with The Human in people, unlike some people her title does not cause her to forget that Tenants are People Too! She has not changed since the first day that she stepped on this Property! When talking to some of my neighbors, we were devasted that Nick is gone and can not imagine what would happened to us if Danielle was no longer here, the property is not being maintained well anymore, so many of us old timers remain because of the way we are treated by Danielle and Carlos.

    These guys are amazing. The apartment wasnt perfect when I moved in but they got the few small imperfections corrected quickly. My standards are high but Im alsoon a budget. They checked both boxes. Daniella helped us lease our apartment but everyone has been very helpful while we have been here. It took me a year to put aside time to do this review but I wanted to make sure it was well deserved.

    This staff is amazingly helpful. Daniela and Nick make an amazing management team. Carlos and Richard are a great maintenance team. Every time I call I’m greeted by a friendly voice and maintenance requests are getting handled promptly. I hate writing reviews but since they have all been amazing I felt a need to show them some love. Keep up the great work Abbey at Memorial group!!!!!

    I just moved in recently, and I was shocked at how helpful and kind the staff is. Especially Donald. I moved from CA to TX and during that transition, Donald has been extremely kind and gone above and beyond to make my move in easy. He always answers my questions clearly and calls back promptly if missed. Upon my arrival, Donald made me feel very welcomed. There were a few minor maintenance things that needed fixing when I got here and Donald had them addressed the very next day! Great service! Thank you for making my move easier than expected.

    Daniella and Lauren are the best thing that happened to the Abbey Daniella is so patient and understanding I love the location the only issue I have is with Conservice they over charge they charge for every tenant in the resident Absurd. That my only issue other than that Lauren and Daniella makes it worthwhile The Stars are for Daniella and Lauren they’re customer service is Outstanding

    I moved in since November 2015 and I am moving out at the end of February 2019. The leasing office staff have helped every time I needed their assistance.Theresa the manager is awesome. She always stop her work to listen to your complaints and find a solution right away. She will get on the phone in your presence to schedule a repair with a contractor if needed.Carlos, the maintenance guys, is amazing. For those who reviewed the maintenance team badly, I completely disagree. Maintenance will solved your issue the same or next day. I do understand sometime they needed to order parts and it takes a little bit longer. During Summer, Maintenance is busy and they prioritize AC repairs which is understandable.Kimberly, Nick and others are very helpful. They helped me all the time. Dealing with bad neighbor, they took the appropriate action when I complained about noise and disturbance.

    All I can say is WOW!! I went in this weekend to basically just see options. The lady that greeted me was Tammy and she had a smile that lit up the room and she never lost it. She was very kind and took all the time I needed. The complex was very well maintained. The apartments we went to were beautiful. I still have a couple of months on my lease but I went on a wait list with them because I know this is my new place to rest and relax. Thanks Tammy for being so warm and welcoming.

    I was apartment shopping and went to abbey at memorial, as it is a good location and good schools are near by, I was helped by the leasing agent named Lauren, she was absolutely amazing and helped me through the entire process, the tour was nice and the models I was shown were beautiful. I will be sending my application and hopefully be able to call this my new home.

    I was moving to the Houston area. I couldnt decide if I wanted an apartment or a house. So I called around different apartment complexes. I spoke with a lady named Daniella Benitez. You can tell she is very knowledgeable about the complex. Every question I had she knew the answer to. She was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend giving this place an opportunity.

    I do not live here yet! However Stephanie is AMAZING. She spent over 30 minutes talking to me!! Explaining the layout the apartment and community features. She answered every question in detail. I am so grateful for her it made my decision so easy. I did a self guided tour and everything was wonderful and personalized. She left a card and answered the other questions that I still had. It’s clear that she cares about the residents that live here and the property. Such a kind staff. I have visited 10 other properties and the abbey at memorial was by far the best experience I have had so far!!

    Well, damn after reading some of the reviews I feel like we live in 2 different complexes lol.The Apartments are nice. Mind you these are older apartments that have been remodeled recently. My unit is clean and remodeled nicely except for the shower head is from 1970 lol. Easy fix I just replaced it. Otherwise the place is pretty quiet, clean, and low price for the neighborhood. You get what you pay for remember that. Are there nicer apartments in the area. Hell yeah! But they are $800-1200 more a month. My biggest issue is the parking.No assigned parking so later in the evening you have to drive around looking for parking. Otherwise for the price and location I don’t have any complaints !

    My overall stay here was great. Im not hard to please. I moved here June of last year from out of town. This was my first apartment ever in Houston. Besides the gate occasionally not working. The parking being limited and the occasional water outage, the dog poop not being picked up and the ac not blowing as cold as Id like my entire stay, it was pleasant. Sorry to be moving but the school across the street wasnt working out for me. I would recommended the abbey at memorial to anyone.

    I absolutely love living in these apartments. From someone who has moved around the greater Houston area a great deal, and experienced all it has to offer both positive and negative, I can honestly and whole-heartily say that this is a great establishment. They recently finished a multi-million dollar renovation on all their dwellings, both internally and externally adding a tropical-like vibe to the outdoor pool and a brand-new fitness center as well as stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and energy efficient windows internally. I highly recommend taking the opportunity to tour the facility and speaking with the amazingly supportive management and leasing team.

    I have lived here 2 months now and I am very impressed! The office staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff have been very persistent at resolving every problem we encounter. The apartments are nicely renovated and the property is well-maintained. Neighbors in the townhomes section of the property are really nice.

    Im currently a resident here. So far, I have no complaints. The location is amazing. I get to work in 10 minutes and having the high school across the street is priceless. I have called about an electrical issue and it was fixed the same day. I did have to pay for an assigned parking space because late at night theres no parking available anywhere! Its nice and quiet, I highly recommend it.

    I stoped by to tour at the Abbey at Memorial and the place is beautiful. The manger who attended me was very helpful and kind. She showed me a two bedroom unit that was so pretty and unique. The place looks like a tropical community with all the palm trees and the green grass. Thank you for showing me your community.

    Lived here 2+ years. Nicely renovated. Good value for price paid. Lot of working families and young professionals. Minor crime issues. Office staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance works hard to solve issues and to make repairs. I plan on living herr for a long while if possible.

    Really old complex. Old but good working appliances. Maintenance is good, when there is no real emergencies going on with the whole apartment complex. Really quiet. My only real complaint is the trash that the kids throw on the ground. Real improvement from when I first moved in.

    I just moved out of there and if I didn’t have to move for work I would never have moved! Maintenance crew comes almost the same day the people in the office are very attentive and ALWAYS willing to help! When I walk in the office they don’t treat me as a resident they treat me like family! They remember you by name. I’m going to kiss this place! For the area!
