I am in love with my newly renovated place! Not to mention washer and dryer in my unit. Jorge is awesome! Love how accommodating he was to allow me move in days before my move in as well as he was very nice and made my moving process smooth. I am a happy resident. 10/10 I do recommend. :)

I have lived here for about 7 months and I truly have enjoyed my experience. The community is super quiet and everyone is so friendly. One of the reasons it’s been so enjoyable is because of Kygaly! She is one of the leasing agents in the office and is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She is always available to answer questions and assist with any issues. I look forward to renewing my lease when the time comes. I’m so happy I made this choice. Also, maintenance comes SO quick! As soon as you put a request in it gets fixed immediately!

A very pleasant place to live. I have been here under a month. Residents are friendly and helpful. My family and I were moving and a Resident passing by helped carry items up the stairs. The management team are easy to talk to and very helpful. Kygaly answered all my questions. She was very helpful with the process of applying and sending application. The management team helped me find and set up electricity. Management informed everyone while the power outage happened. Love living here so far.

I’ve lived at the Abbey for over a year and while no place is perfect I have found the environment to be great. It’s pretty quiet with only having issues here and there. There has been several changes in management that was a bit unnerving at first but I was grateful that each one was/is awesome at attending to the needs of the people. The community is older so it comes with its quirks and just “apartment living” kind of things. However, Kygaly the leasing agent makes you feel so appreciated and welcomed even when you are coming with a problem. She’s respectful and loving and goes beyond her job description to make sure the issue is resolved. She’s excellent at creating a sense of community and I’ve watched her look out for the children of the neighborhood in making sure they stay safe. That is rare in today’s society and I’m grateful for it. I highly recommend The Abbey at Jones Rd!

I dont live here, but I stopped by the for a tour and the lady Kygaly who works in the office is amazing. She knows a lot about the property and the area, and she made me feel good about renting with them in the future. She gave me a very detailed tour of the model unit, and helped paint a visual of the unit I was interested in that wasnt available to tour. Kygaly is probably the nicestleasing agent Ive ever come in contact. She has a very kind spirit, and is really personable.

Excellent personnel on site Emma & Mona the two ladies in the office are super nice great customer service. The apt is quiet I never hear no loud music or noise.They do things for the people living in the apt. On Halloween they set up a projector outside with food snacks beverages and even activities the kids could enjoy (the kids were all dressed up) the people were friendly overall all around fun , even the parents had fun. I would recommend people coming here there honest and work with you.

This is the only place that immediately felt like home when walking into the office. The staff was super friendly and informative. She answer all my questions and then some. The property was clean and quiet when we went. I went at night as well and it was still clean and quiet. This is home.❤️

This is a really good complex, been loving here for 3 years now! They also have great people working here, especially Ms Kygally! She’s very kind and helpful. Anytime I go to her office for something she is very attentive and always with a smile! So easy to approach and you will feel at home just by talking to her! Come and check the complex!

Alyssa is a phenomenal leasing agent! She was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout the entirety of the process of being moved in and even after our move in date, she went the extra mile. She was concise, clear, and held back no information with assisting my roommate and I to move in.The apartments are clean, in a good area, freshly refurbished, and my roommate as well as myself, have enjoyed the company of other tenants and the staff of The Abbey!

Jorge & Mona from the front office very nice people going out and letting the residents of the abbey know Santa is in town.Gave the community cookies and hot coco my kids absolutely loved it . Mr. & Mrs.clause were ofcourse super nice as well. Best apt. We’ve stayed in by far .

This is a beautiful community I loved the holloween event I have been a tenant for sometime and never experience here a well organized community oriented event seeing my neighbors and being greeted by and amazing office staff ms kygali was a great host serving the food and ms Emma entertaining the children watching a great movie night the set up was beautiful!!! I’ve been living here about 2 months now. This is my first apartment in Houston. & I am happy to say I love it here ! My move in process was nothing short of amazing The neighborhood is quiet, the schools are amazing , maintenance rocks and the ladies in the leasing office are amazing. I’ve been in the complex now going on a year and a half, I’ve seriously had nothing bad at all to say about the complex. The leasing staff talks to you like your a valuable tenant and willing to work with you, the maintenance men who have been with the complex for 20 plus years are fantastic Luis and Miguel are great!! I can call for something and within 24 to 48 hours they are there fixing any of my requests. I truly appreciate you!! I will be here until I buy my home . Thank you Emma, Luis and Miguel!! You rock!! The best Halloween party ever, we enjoy the Coco movie, my kids enjoy the pop corn, hot dogs, cotton candy, nachos with a lot of jalapeños…..the DJ was really good , music, appetizers and the wine was perfect. Mona and Emma they are really great host…🙂

Very accomidating, well priced, helpfull staff.As a first time renter the process was fairly straightfoward.The leasing agent, Alyssa, was helpful and answered all questions she could while me and my roomate where setting everything up. The apartment itself is very nice no problems upon move in.

I moved here after the whole complex was renovated. It is a nice little community of people. Quiet and kid/pet friendly. The apartment itself is great. I love the flooring and appliances, they are part of what sucked me in. My AC works really well, water gets really hot....these are small things that I appreciate. It is also a small complex, which I love, and it backs up to a nice little neighborhood so it feels safer than a block of different apartment complex. The maintenance guys are nice and fast.

We moved in 2 years ago, right before Harvey and my son was due. It did not flood during Harvey, so that was already a plus! We have enjoyed our stay this whole time. The office and maintenance is always prompt. My AC went out on a Sunday. I called emergency maintenance and told them I had a child. They were there within 5 minutes and fixed within an hour. Amazing!! We have never had any disturbances around our building. Everyone is nice and quiet. As far as the complaints go on the water bill, yes it is a little high, but they told me at the beginning how they calculate it so I am not sure why people act so surprised about it. Everything you are going to be charged is explained to you before you sign the lease. The only reason we are leaving is to be closer to our jobs. If it wasnt for that, we would definitely be resigning our lease!

So far I like it! Even though, they don’t have a gym on the complex. It’s fine because I believe there should be 2-3 gyms nearby. I still give this place a 4 star rating because it’s was less than 5 mins away from my gym; the complex is 12 mins away from my college and the neighbors have been nice. I noticed the kids on the complex, they are nice and personally funny when you hear them playing outside lol if anyone interested what’s close by here is a fiesta, Walmart, food town, Allie’s, willow brook mall etc. This complex is in a perfect spot if you need to find a places that could be at your convenience. The staff are nice and informative as well; Alyssa is the one who helped my roommate and I in the process. The maintenance guy is a definite helpful. Only problem I had is with the guy who does the biweekly work for pest control comes in without knocking. Before, he came by again for his daily routine. We installed a doorbell with a camera. He didn’t ring the doorbell, and we both know because we would have gotten the notification immediately on our phones. Meanwhile, it shows your face on our camera with the time and date. Im aware he is doing his job, but that doesn’t mean you wasn’t raise with common curiosity. No one wants to go through a god forbidden situation, and possibilities could of a been a staff member who could of stolen any personal belongings. Better be safe than sorry as well as it could be prevented by having the common curiosity to knock and ask/notify what you’re here for. If you’re paying rent on your own home, then please do the favor to knock before you just go in a person’s home. Residence in apt #306

I looked at countless apartments and I’m so happy to have met Cindy who helped me when I came in! I’m a current resident and I love the apartment that we are in! My husband and I moved from a small house to this apartment, we love it even MORE than the house! It’s updated, spacious, I love the closet space, great location so we are near everything, but the best part of it is having an awesome staff! Cindy has been there for me since day one. I visited town apartment searching and didn’t have any luck until my last day. I called and she was professional, personable, and welcoming. I drove immediately over and am so thankful to have Cindy help me that day. She knew I was stressed and pressed to find a place to live. Cindy did an amazing job reassuring me and walked me through the process and was pleasant the entire time. From our move in until now, anytime that we have questions or need something resolved, she is quick to find a solution and maintenance get the job done!What makes happy residents is having a staff that CARES about you, who want to help you, and prioritize you to make sure that you love living here.

I have lived here 3 yrs. From the management to the maintenance and my neighbors it’s been great, until Last month management changed.The new manager is rude and has little to no respect for anyone. I completely understand doing your job but that doesn’t include being disrespectful and having an opinion about how people run their lives. She’s the worse. I miss felicita, she is a big reason why I’ve stayed.

My husband and I took a tour and viewed their 2 bed 2 bathroom, it was simply beautiful. They have hardwood flooring, up to date appliances and spacious rooms. Jonathan is very nice and answered every question we had without frustration. The community is small and in a safe area. Their prices are very reasonable and the layout we saw felt like a home. We loved it and the customer service..the grounds were clean and it was quiet. If we needed a 2 bedroom we would have leased that day!! They did not have any one bed rooms available. Unfortunately we only need a one bedroom ;(

Ive lived here for the past year and we have loved it here! The office women are very nice but sometimes the manager is the one to go to (she knows more). The apartments are amazing and upgraded with hardwood floor on first and second floors and the community is very small and quiet everyone here is soo nice!The only issues I have with this apartment is there is not enough parking so they did permit parking which I hate because Im not on the lease I have to park on the opposite side of the apartment complex and walk by myself even at night so make sure everyone is on the lease if you want good parking. The other thing is that no one told us is that the pool is a SALT WATER pool and its very tiny Ive only been to the pool 2 time this year because its always packed on the good days.But other than those 2 things .. I love these apartments!

Beautiful LUXURY style apartments. Apartments are super spacious with great amenities. The staff is always amazing and attentive. Plus being off of Jones road your in reach of great shopping and awesome food. Abigail and Felicitas are an A-team and make you feel like your speaking more with friends than leasing staff. This is a place you feel at home.

Diana and Tammy are so nice and really welcome you in. My new apartment is very pretty, a little outdated but they said they are going to install new updates soon. I am amazed that every time I have called the office, they actually answer the phone. I am really glad I chose to move in here.

I am beyond grateful and blown away by the staff at the abbey. As well as the apartments! If you’ve had issues with other apartments credit/eviction wise, this is the place to start! They offer 2nd chance leasing! The apartments are completely beautiful! The updates in the units make these apartments look like rent should be very expensive!!! All stainless steel appliances, beautiful kitchen!Now the best part about these apartments as I said above is by far the staff! I found these apartments on a Facebook marketplace pasted by Felicita, one of the leasing agents, she was quick to respond late on a Friday evening and gave me some direction how to move forward! I went on Saturday morning when they opened, Cindy was incredible! I have had a lot of issues with apartments in the past and being denied! Cindy worked her butt off to help me get approved!!! My son and I would be homeless right now, had it not been for her hard work and commitment! I never once felt scammed or discouraged about the application process!! Not to mention they had all kinds of specials, so in total I was able to move in for under $1200(app fees, first month rent, renters insurance, extra deposit due to my credit), which was less than one months rent at my last apartments!!The apartments are very quiet, they come with basic cable with xfinity included! Which helps get internet and upgrade the cable at a discounted rate!!I can’t recommens this complex enough!!Thank you Cindy and Felicita! You are much appreciated! I know I was a special case and drove y’all crazy calling so much! But y’all saved my son and I!! Thank you again so much!!!!

Have lived here for 2 years and about to sign on for a 3rd. Overall I am pleased. The management staff are willing to work with you and communicate promptly, by far the best at any location Ive lived in(which is only four but still.)The maintance guys are very nice, also very quick. Ive never had to wait more than a single day for an issue to get fixed, and even then they came by to look at the problem, and give me a timeframe of when it would be completely fixed.the only issue Ive had is last year we suddenly got a large infestation of roaches(truthfully I believe one of my neighbors just moving in at the time brought them. Every apt has some amount of roaches, but this like very suddenly blew up about a year after living here)it took a few months to get fully rid of them but between my own methods and the Apt peoples we dont have the issues anymore.
