    Beautiful property within close proximity to some of the best places San Antonio has to offer. Management and staff work around the clock to make sure the property is kept up with while planning community events. Maria Sandoval has made my living experience wonderful since day one. She’s very personable and goes out of her way to make residents feel welcome and at home. 5/5 Stars…..Would highly recommend.

    The team at the ADC, has been so amazing. They have taken such good care of my family. Maria is always the sweetest, she listens, she makes sure that we taken care of and is very informative! Olga has continued to work with us. Although she didn’t have to, she went above and beyond to make things right for us! And the maintenance team. They are extremely responsive and friendly! Thank you so so much.

    My boyfriend and I love living here! The apartments are so beautiful, up to date, and the holiday spirit here is top tier!! They have a gift wrapping station and a hot coco bar all of December! Not to mention the fun Halloween events! The entire staff is so kind and helpful! No apartment is better than Abbey at Dominion Crossing!!

    We lived there from February 2023 till this month until we got our house. We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The staff was always helpful, friendly, and communicative. The events held were great. Property was always well kept and the area was amazing. Highly recommend living here!

    We recently just moved in to The Abbey and from the start with the tour Mara has been amazing! She was very friendly and very informative. She communicated well and kept in touch! so far everything has been wonderful. The units are very roomy and make you feel at home.

    Despite common apartment life concerns, the community is quiet a social. The property is kept clean, and staff is always friendly. There is community within the apartment, that makes it feel like home and gives a sense of belonging. There is always something to do, and the amenities are nice.

    This is the best complex in the Dominion area. It is very well managed, the pricing is fair and stable, the amenities are excellent and their apartments are beautiful. In addition, their customer service is amazing especially Olga Patterson. Always responsive and on point.If you are moving to San Antonio I highly recommend this complex. It’s worth every penny.

    We are going on our third lease here and have seen management change three times. Every time we have had an issue this last manger and her assistant have always been willing to work with us. Denise and Olga are the two who have worked very hard to make our living here more pleasurable. In the three plus years we have lived here we have had issues with our carpet pad, ice maker, dryer, microwave, A/C, toilet, lights, frozen pipe and each time the maintenance staff have fixed them in a timely manner, some even the same day. From the front office to management to maintenance, The Abbey at Dominion Crossing is a nice place to live.

    I have been a resident for over 1 year and have all positive things to say. The noise from my neighbors is near impossible to hear. I absolutely love the parking garage and how I can always park close to my door. The apartment activities that the complex host is always great. During the past year, may have only had 1 or 2 maintenance issues that were resolved right away. The front office has always been respectful and very professional. I also love the location because you have the Rim shopping center and La Cantera mall 3 miles south. I can keep going with all the positive things to say when looking for an apartment, but you get the gist. Please do not hesitate if your taking this apartment complex into consideration.

    Wow! The Abbey at Dominion Crossing apartments homes are amazing. Aliza, a Leasing Consultant greeted me with a smile, and after touring the property, I understood why she was smiling.Aliza was the cherry on top, of this beautiful property with great amenities and a natural this is home feel, she was professional, knowledgable, charismatic, and beamed as she spoke about what the apartment and living here had to offer.Great place and representatives.- Bob

    Howdy folks, BLUF, the Abbey comes highly recommended, short version over. Long version below:Pros:I have to start off by name dropping Olga. She made this chapter great with her friendliness, professionalism, and for always being on top of things. An Office staff makes or breaks the experience and I was glad to have finally found a place to get it right. Other mentions are Denise, spoke to her once and fixed a problem on the spot.The facilities are kept up, no structural inadequacies to mention, no systemic problems you should here from me. The gym will suffice, its the best so far in apartments Ive lived; I kept my membership at lifetime though for the energy, venue and vibe. The pool is nice.Security is important, and a guard presence was made known. There was a secure sense of good order at the Abbey. I never knew of any car theft like in other properties in the Rim and Cantera. I never had a single issue with my car. There was always parking available. Its crazy I have to mention this but this is the day we live in... there were never any gun issues or shoot outs here, like when i was at the Residences of La Cantera.Maintenance Team gets another honorable mention. Holly cow they are fast to get to your tickets. It was always same day for me. They were always polite and professional. Never had a problem. Always left a paper summary on my counter for what happened and when.Cons:Well, no review should be complete without some kind of room for growth to be included. I will say, I look forward to when the Team can lock down a contractor and when theres a unit vacancy opportunity to take care of the internal wall pipe tapping. While the pool is very nice and maintained, it is a tad smaller than Im used to.Summary: The Abbey at Dominion Crossing comes highly recommended by me. If the Team is even half as good as they were with me, to you...then youre in good hands. Good value for what you pay. The only reason Im moving is because I need to be close to Lackland; Im Military. The commute has been a nightmare as I-10 becomes a parking lot. Being close to work and fun things downtown is a mental health decision for me having no bearing on my experience with the Abbey.*Be nice to Olga, good managers are exceedingly hard to come by lol ☺ *-Ken

    Safe, nice amenities. Staff if friendly and professional. Apartment is nice and practical. Nice pool area. I enjoy living here.Negatives for me are the the property needs to have a second trash dumpster. One is now enough and often tenants leave overflowing trash, garbage, large boxes, etc., laying out on the ground. For about three months the apartment above me had a very large and active dog that made ridiculous noise all hours of the day and night. However, management did handle the situation and the problem appeared to be solved eventually.

    I had the pleasure a viewing this property recently. Its a nice property with lots of amenities! The best part was my experience with Autumn in the front office. She is nice, patient, knowledgeable and funny. She answered all of my questions.Shes genuine. Shes not fake like the people Ive met looking at other properties-All make-up and shine and no heart. Its nice to know there will be someone like her at the property when I move in.

    I’ve only lived here a few months, but i needed to get an apartment right away and when I called The Abbey, it was Olga who helped me from beginning of the process to the end. She made everything as smooth and seamless as possible, keeping me up to date about what to expect and next steps, etc. If I ever had an issue she was immediately attentive, sympathetic, and genuinely willing to remediate the situation or present you with helpful information. Her professionalism, depth of knowledge, and understanding have really stuck out to me - Im not in the habit of leaving reviews (or, if i do, im embarrassed to admit it’s usually to grumble about a bad experience), but I would be remiss not to mention what I feel is exceptional service by Management here at dominion crossing. Above the amenities provided or the apartments, it’s this feeling, like a weight off your shoulders that someone competent has your best interest at heart, that is the reason I chose (and choose) to live here.-Kyle

    My partner and I recently moved into Abbey at Dominion Crossing and we have nothing but good things to say about these apartment homes and the people working here. Betsy was our leasing agent and she worked closely with us every step of the way. Her attention to detail was simply amazing. Everything went so well and she made it such an easy process that we hardly realized we were moving and signing a new lease. She did all of the work for us! Sarah, who had just started when we came to visit was also very professional and super nice and took us on multiple tours so we could get a layout of the new apartment for furniture placement etc. Josh is the last person that we worked with and met here at Abby and he has continued the professionalism and welcoming nature that all of the staff have shown us. All I can say about the previous reviews is that it was definitely under different management because the people working here now do not reflect those sentiments. We have also thoroughly enjoyed our new apartment home and love the fact that they do not look like your typical Apartments. The crown molding really sets them apart and the quality appliances are like the icing on the cake. Lastly they provide amazing amenities for their residents and many social events where you can meet your neighbors. If you are looking for a new apartment home definitely don’t pass this place up and give them a try!

    We haven’t moved in yet but my review is for the front office. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Devonte, leasing agent. He was very polite, funny, up beat and courteous. He answered all our questions, showed us around the beautiful property. We got to see a 3 bed and 2 bed both are so spacious and beautiful. The amenities itself are worth the price, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a nicer gym in an apartment before. It seems so quiet and everyone seems nice. We have put in an application and Devonte made it a smooth easy process. Hope to call the The Abbey at Dominion home soon!

    We love The Abbey at Dominion Crossing. Location is great, and parking is wonderful. The are constantly repairing things, painting things and keep the building in tip top shape always. The pool is gorgeous and well maintained. I love all the activities and the Food Truck Wednesdays! The staff is VERY helpful and courteous.

    Abbey at dominion has an awesome staff, especially Jon. Every time I arrive at the office I feel welcomed… as well as my clients. I follow up with my clients on a monthly basis and I have not had one complain. From the prices to the area, this apartment has a ton to offer. I always recommend this apartment as my first choice to every client that comes into my office. Jon is super great at responding and following up with all clients/referrals! 10 out of 10 for sure. Definitely will be leasing here next year!

    I absolutely love this community! I really can not say enough good things about it. I worked with Betsy to decide on my apartment and she has been the best! Every step of the way she was in communication and it is clear that she truly cares for the property and the residents. All the girls in the office have been a pleasure to work with, I have immediately felt like a resident that has been here longer than I have. I have had a couple of work orders very minimal but literally they were done the very same day, I was shocked. The grounds and common areas are so clean and taken care of. I have never had a problem finding parking which is a huge plus in apartment living. I highly recommend The Abbey at Dominion Crossing!

    I recently included the Abbey at Dominion Crossing on my shortlist of apartments. I was really impressed with the interior of the facility and the overall appearance of the available apartment that was shown to me.Raven was a phenomenal host. She has a fabulous attitude. She went the extra mile to ensure all my questions were answered, and provided all my options seeing that I was only looking for a short termed lease.I ended up selecting another apartment only because there were no available first floor apartments with a yard. I opted for the convenience of being able to open the patio door to let my spoiled dog out, over all the excellent amenities The Abbey at Dominion Crossing had to offer.Thanks Raven for being hospitable.

    I absolutely LOVE living here!! The apartments are so welcoming and cozy. The layout is great! The kitchen is my favorite part with subway tile all the way around and a HUGE island countertop. Not to mention the staff is super friendly. They just hired a new leasing agent and she’s always smiling when you come to the office. Plus this place never fails with their resident events!! I can’t wait for mimosas and French toast on Saturday!

    Fantastic maintenance response! I submitted a request at 8 in the morning because my A/C went out overnight, and had a light out in my shower as well. I went to work and received a notice via email that they had repaired my A/C at 10:50, and fixed the light in my bathroom while they were there. Ive had a few maintenance requests since I moved in a year ago, and theyve always been handled promptly. I enjoy living here and feel that the maintenance staff makes all the difference!

    I came to rave about Jon specifically!I’m grateful abbey at dominion has an awesome team as well! I love the atmosphere and what abbey does to make everyone feel welcomed to live here. I love working with Jon he’s the best ever and Has the most inviting and caring personality.     We moved to The Abbey at Dominion Crossing on April 1st and we are thrilled about living in this amazing luxury apartment complex. Our two bedroom apartment has million dollar views and the staff is very nice, professional and very responsive. The amenities are too many to even enumerate and they are fantastic (i.e. state-of-the-art gym, designer pool, latte/espresso bar, nightly garbage pickup at your door, business, media and meeting rooms) to mention a few. You almost feel as if you are living on a boutique suite hotel in Key West. It was the best move that we have made in a very long time...

    I couldn’t have asked for a better home! Raven has been extremely helpful from the very first day. The entire team is amazing, knowledgeable and they’ll go above and beyond to fit your needs. I’m so happy to be here and call this community home for my son and I. The amenities are sooo gorgeous, easy to access and always clean! I was experiencing a very unfortunate situation and the staff was empathetic, ready to help, and placed us in a clean, fresh unit immediately. The response time for maintenance and the office staff is impeccable. They really make you comfortable to talk to them with just about any concern or question you may have. 🙏🏽

    My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a month now and we have nothing but great things to say about the Abbey and the staff. To start we worked with our favorite leasing agent Katelyn! Shes super patient and sweet! She and the property manager, Penny, were able to hold our pool facing- top floor apartment for us for about 5 months which most places wont hold a regularly located apartment for you for 2 weeks without a deposit. The apartment is gorgeous and theyre still working through some quirks but its a brand new community so its to be expected. Super pet friendly and also have awesome snacks/ events. I will say that other members who reside here are not very mature and it reflects in the other ratings and on our online community board lol. The staff always respond to emails/work-orders within 24 hours and I love it here! So do our pets! If youre looking for great APARTMENT living this is the place to be... but if you have higher expectations you might want to buy/lease a house and in a neighborhood with a good HOA ;)

    In the last two weeks alone my partner and I have toured roughly 10 of the best apartments in the San Antonio area and the decision was easy for one reason alone: Raven! She made the tour and process so easy and enjoyable. I swear I was smiling the entire time, the apartments are beautiful and have every single feature the best of all the other apartments had to offer. Not to mention an included private parking garage! I couldn’t be happier with our decision and Raven is to thank for being so informed, having the best energy, and being so quick and friendly with us. Thank you Raven! 🥰

    Ive been here since April and I want to express how amazing this apartment and management is. My wife and I live in a 2 br 2 bath and it is spacious, clean and organized.Previous manager, Dina, was a phenomenal leader who cares about the residents. Her management knew how to take care of the amenities, how to have fun with the tenants and how to organize events that was comfortable during COVID. We were really sad to see her leave recently due to her accepting a new job she couldnt refuse.Recently, the new manager, Denise has been a joy to work with. When I expressed a small problem, she not only responded back within hours, but FIXED the issue immediately. This is what good leadership is about. Her front desk associates are also very kind and accommodating, they clearly care to make a good effort. Here are some things Ill say about the amenities:1) Pool is great. Its not anything extra special but it does the job and it looks amazing. It is clean and (thankfully) they made a rule of no glass in the area which is a big relief. People have fun there.2) The Gym: phenomenal for the size. Seriously, this is better than some gyms I used to go to when I lived in NYC. Has everything you need and I recommend using it between 12-4pm when there are less people. Very impressed with it overall.3) Lounge. This is my favorite part because it has the amazing coffee machine that has so many options. It is a daily routine to go down there at least once a day to make myself a cup. They usually have all the creamers and extras there and I really appreciate management putting the effort there.4) Game room is nice but quick note to management....how do I use the table tennis? Where can I find the top part to put on the pool table? And we might need extra balls because last time I went, I couldnt find any. It would be really fun to have a functioning ping pong table!Overall thoughts in my first 5 months...big fan of the management and apartment complex. This is a perfect location to everything. Walmart is 5 minutes away. HEB is 5 minutes away. Major malls are 7 minutes away. Dunkin Donuts is walking distance. Big fan.

    This community is stunning!!!! Clean, well maintained and the office staff is top tier. Denise always makes sure to follow up with us about our experiences, always answers our questions, and is super friendly!     I love it here, moving from Austin to San Antonio I was worried but it feels like home already. the employees at Abbey are amazing, I worked with Sarah & Betty, they are both awesome. Love the apartment, the fact that everywhere is clean makes me happy. I also got $500 towards my moving, they work with the best moving services ( Box ).

    I dont live there however, I did go on a tour with Devontae Gollett and he did an amazing job showing me around and explaining everything to me. He had an upbeat personality and we got along well so for that reason I gave 5 stars. The property looks really nice and I love the gym area. The only things that stopped me from applying was that its a bit outside my budget for a 1br.

    Devontae makes living at the abbey feel like home. Anytime you see him, he always greets you with a smile and remembers your name. We have lived at a lot of different complexes and everyone else just views you as tenants. Devontae truly cares about your living experiences, and goes above and beyond to make apartment life comfortable.

    I love this apartment. From the moment I moved in Sarah and Betsy and everyone else on staff have taken excellent care of me. The apartment is beautiful, well taken care of, and full of modern appliances. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. The best apartment I have ever lived in.     I rented a one bedroom apartment at The Abbey. The staff have been very helpful during the renting process. On the day of check-in ,Priya Camacho was the associate who helped me with my on-boarding. Priya is a very charming and helpful associate. She did her work with a smile. She takes great pride in the place she works. She went out of her way to help me understand the layout and facilities available. She made my check-in a very painless process.

    Had to post my rating because I saw that the rating was at 3.9 as of 09/2021 because it should be higher lol.My favorite apartment complex I’ve lived in. Safe friendly people. The gym is cool. The view on top of the garage is super dope especially at sun rise and sun down. They pick your trash up from your door. You can have packages sent to fetch and they’ll put them on your front door. Everyone whose come by the apartment is blown away. In conclusion it’s a cool place. Your plus your close to Walmart and HEB and not too far from the RIM.

    We have been here for just over 3 months and absolutely love it. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. The gym is incredible and it has a great location close to The Rim and La Cantera shops and also the wilderness park for hiking. The community events are a good fun way to get to know your neighbours.

    This was such an amazing experience going to this property!!!!Me and my husband Dustin where looking for a unit in the Rim area of San Antonio!However we might relocate!!If we end up staying in this area the Abbey at Dominion crossing will absolutely be our choice!Betty and Josh where so amazing and where the best leading team members there!!They offer great move in specials and amazing deals!The units have such amazing amenities and features!!! Fun and Freash is what I think of when I looked at these apartments!!!Thank you for showing us these amazing “forever homes” for a community!!Sorry, we are not going to stay in the area! But if we do it will be a “pick of the Abbey at Dominion Crossing”-Thanks to Betty for going above a beyond with my experience!!!

    Betsey and the Abbey have been so wonderful during this whole move in process. The facilities are beautiful and impeccably maintained. Betsey at the front office is beyond accommodating and helpful- she has been available to help us with everything at all times and days of the week. Could not recommend this place enough.     The Good:The location of the apartment is great. It feels very reclusive, safe, and quiet. Friedrich park is a stones throw away, while HEB and Walmart are very close as well. The apartment has a dog spa, which is amazing if you have a larger dog and dont want to get your floors all wet. The gym is also topnotch.Edit (12/13/2017): I would like to add Caitlyn (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) to another part that is good about this apartment. I am always greeted with a smile when I go to pick up my packages or submit work orders. She also tries her best to remember all the residents by face and name, which I truly appreciate. Definitely one of the strongest points of this property.The Bad:The build quality and workmanship of this brand new complex is abysmal. There is absolutely no attention to detail when it came to building these apartments. Walls are poorly painted, things are painted over already despite me being the first resident to ever live in my unit, our new never used refrigerator had permanent stains already on it when we moved it, crappy appliances, electrical issues in my unit resulting in over 10 blackouts in the span of 1 month, mold in the dishwasher that has never been used, their internet bundle is a scam, trash everywhere on the complex, dog poop stations are never refilled in a timely manner, dog park is a sad, tiny plot of land where my dog can barely run around in. This list of negatives is an ever-growing one, unfortunately.Edit (04/10/2018): Blackout issues have been resolved finally and trash being left on site has gotten much better. There is also no more issue with the dog poop stations being refilled. Staff have been timely with work orders and very receptive to anything we voice to them. Build quality is still an ongoing issues, but it shoudnt detract from the overall experience.

    Weve been looking all over San Antonio for apartments and were referred to the Abby at Dominion Crossing. We spoke at length with Prya. She was absolutely wonderful. After a day of meeting with different leasing agents, to finally speak with someone as personable and friendly as Prya made the long day worth it. She made it feel like this would be the perfect home for us.

    This is my favorite apartment in the area. Great location. The staff is amazing, the place is spotless. Maintenance is on point. Everyone I talk to is very happy. The resident events are fun too!

    The Abbey at Dominion is an absolutely amazing complex. There is a wide array of choices between 1br-3br apartment homes with great options and views. The amenities in the complex are top notch . The property manager Penny and her entire team are a delight to work with and do a wonderful job accommodating any requests.I highly recommend this place!

    This is a very nice place. I was very satisfied starting with the Staff that work there down to all the amenities. There are close to Great shopping, Great Restaurants and a lil hiking park. This place is always very clean and the Staff, they respond quickly to any concerns you may have.

    The staff was amazing in everything, Raven, De Angelo, the Assistant Manager (Joe I believe ((sorry if that’s not your name 😣)).They went above and beyond to get us approved and accommodate us and make us feel very comfortable and at home. Specially Raven, she’s very friendly, knowledgeable, diligent and great overall. The community is very clean and well kept and the apartments have high end looks, very modern and comfy with many nice features but at an affordable price. Thanks again Abbey for everything you do!
