This is an absolutely incredible place to live. The front office is the best I’ve ever worked with and I’ve lived all over the country. Estella especially is gracious and constantly friendly. She’s always smiles at us when we walk in too. Our property manager is quick and to the point, it’s refreshing. She doesn’t mince words or pull any punches. Edee is friendly and compassionate and I always enjoy her company, so does my son.The maintenance team is actually the best I’ve had. They always wave to me, I’ve never had to wait for any kind of response for a service and they are EXCELLENTLY done repairs. The men that work maintenance are also respectful of my space and my time which is so greatly appreciated.I love living here. My home is beautiful, my view is beautiful, it’s quiet and my neighbors are kind. I know someone who has been here for 5 years now and is happy where she is. We don’t plan on leaving anytime soon either.Thank you all for helping us find and settle into our home.

I am not a resident but I did come and look at the Abbey (still deciding). I just have to mention how wonderful it was meeting with Estela. She was professional, knowledgeable, to the point and honest. If I had to decide where to move next based on a great leasing agent, I would have moved in that day. Weve been here a couple of months and we love it! The number one reason we leased here is because of the staff. They were amazing! From maintenance to leasing to the assistant to the manager. Staff were always early to arrive and ready to go when the office opened. The grounds were always picked up. Maintenance request immediately taken care of. Office always available and helpful.

Where do I even begin! From start to finish the process has been amazing! I absolutely adore Edee and Estela!!! The first day taking the tour was so awesome. They answered all my questions and told me how the process would go. I didn’t have the best of credit but even then they worked with me to be able to call The Abbey at Copper Creek me and my mom’s new home. The community itself is so nice and well kept. It’s so quiet and I love it! I had to turn in a service ticket for the ice maker, the service guy responded so quickly it was done within one day of me submitting the request. I absolutely love my new home. If you are in search for a reasonable but absolutely nice apartment then come here!!! We would welcome you to our little community 🤗

I moved from the Pacific to Texas and lived at the Abbey for about 2 years and only have great things to say about the entire staff. ALL the Ladies at the leasing office are professional, courteous, & very understanding. I knew maintenance always had their hands full, they be riding the golf cart every morning till dawn working the property. I can place a maintenance ticket today and they be there same day or no more than 2 days, pending the urgency. But they took care of it. I had both. My apartment was nice and clean, wood floors, wonderful neighbors, & quiet safe neighborhood. Parking was great but i think they may need more. They’re definitely filling up. I loved how close the property was to the mall, airport & work! 20 minutes tops! 281 is smooth even with traffic! Definitely gonna miss this. Another plus, when i had my car serviced, for 6 months, the VIA bus station was right across walking distance. THANK YOU ABBEY AT COPPER CREEK for making my first years, the best years! Miss you all!

I lived at The Abbey at Cooper Creek for a year and I genuinely enjoyed my time there! I never had any major issues with my apartment, and the few service requests that I did submit were completed very quickly. The apartments were updated, the community was quiet, and I always felt safe while living there. This was definitely the best apartment for the price range and I loved the location as it was close to walking trails, restaurants, shops, and a bunch of major highways. My only complaints would be that I had a brief bug problem and there were often many abandoned cars in the parking lot. But overall, I enjoyed my time here and would recommend the complex to others.

Weve lived here for over two years and really enjoyed our time. The pool and cardio gym is really nice, front office staff have been really helpful and maintenance has kept the place clean. Overall, Ive felt really safe here and the team is responsive if theres an issue with our apartment or we have questions.If you have a dog, there are plenty of dog potty areas and free baggies in case you forget yours. We love how close the apartments are to just about anything we need to get to in the city.

She is personable and cares about her residents.The location and price is hard to beat.The Maintenance has changed over the years but, the individuals currently are on top of any fixes that are needed.It is a great place to live!

Compared to others I give an A+.When I went to other apartments they gave me a price for rent, then hit me with extra fees. I lived here for a year, and just recently moved out last month in June.This was my first apartment and had such a wonderful experience. The ladies in the office during the time I was there were always very helpful , were easy to get in touch with, and responsive! The units are pretty nice and the complex was well maintained for the most part. It is located in a convenient side of town and I loved that the salado creek trail is accessible from the apartment complex! Also s/o to the maintenance guys there. I rarely had maintenance issues but when I did they respond very quick, and are always located on site. THANK YOU to all the staff at the abbey for making my first time living away from “home” a great one!

I have resided at many apartments and rental properties over the years and I have to say hands down The Abbey at Copper Creek is at the top of my list. Very clean and well kept apartments with very affordable pricing. The staff are always available and super helpful, I cant give enough accolades or praise to Edna Suarez. She goes above and beyond for her residents and has always carried herself with professionalism while also ensuring that we feel welcomed and cared for. If you are looking for a place to reside in San Antonio look no further and if you have any questions Im sure any of the staff and especially Ms Edna would be more than willing to assist you!!

Yes! 5 Stars!I have lived here for over a year and I hope I never have to leave!!The Abbey @ Copper Creek is a beautifully maintained, safe, and friendly community! I can honestly say the staff is top notch and always available for any questions I may have.The maintenance staff are amazingly competent, patient and willing to keep my home up to my particular standards!They all go over and above what’s expected and have beautiful positive attitudes, as well!I feel very blessed to have found the Abby @ Copper Creek!

I’ve had a great experience here! The front office staff is super sweet and efficient. Especially Ms. Edna, very professional and courteous every time I speak to her. The complex is nice, quiet, and clean. Work orders are worked in a timely manner as well. Can’t ever hear my neighbors either. No concerns whatsoever.

Edee did a wonderful job in helping us feel welcomed at this complex. The apartments are so clean and surprisingly quiet for an apartment that allows dogs, even on the weekends it was very quiet here. The creek off the patio was really nice and access to the Salado Greenway was a huge plus for this place. I hope for the best to Edee and her team because they deserve it!

Parking lot extremely fullVery nice, clean, organized apartment, this apartment complex stays on top of everything. You can tell right off the back when you drive in when you notice no broken window blinds, the trash dumpsters are not overflowing.The mailboxes are not always getting broken into, there is a lot of parking, pool is always kept up and open. Clean gym.The Office ladies Edna, Eddey, Linda are friendly and caring. The management is always on point never nasty broken plumbing issues or ac issues here ever. So the price to live here is so well worth it. This apartment truly values there residents and apartment making you feel at home and worry free. The residents here are awesome, friendly everyone really does take care of each other here making it feel more of just a big family community overall. It’s close to H‑E‑B, Walmart, QT, Valero, Dunkin’ doughnuts, car wash, schlotskys, VIA bus stop just right out of the apartment entrance.

Great place to live. Maintenance is great and I very rarely have to wait more than a day for them to show up. Office staff always answer the phones/messages and are very friendly and helpful. Apartments are clean, no bugs, pest control comes when you request, updated appliances, no issues with AC unit, average electric bill. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Edee works hard to make sure the residents have a drama free, safe, and clean environment to live in and are well taken care of. I lived in these apartments for 3 years, my lease ended in March 2019. I never had a problem here. If things needed to be fixed they would get fixed in a timely manner. It always felt safe. Ive now moved to a different city. The last couple of months I was there they got new management. All I have to say is that I never had a problem with management until before I left. Patricia trisha needs better customer service skills. She was rude and not helpful. So the 5 stars are for the place and previous management.

I have lived here for 6 years, and I have had maintenance issues come up as any place would. But when it comes to 100+ Texas heat in the summer & your AC is only at 90, that’s a problem. FRANKIE IS THE MAN. He’s the best HVAC .. ever. He knows what he’s doing. He immediately knew the issues & fixed them within one day. My elder dog and I cannot thank him enough. Frankie, you are making my hot af summer enjoyable now, thank you so much dude.

Okay, Im going to give a 100 percent honest review that covers almost everything that I wish I could have read while looking into apartments.First, the staff at the abbey are all very nice and helpful. I have not had an issue about not hearing back or not getting something taken care of. Just write them or tell them and they will do what they can to make you happy.Second, the interior of the apartment itself is very nice. Pretty modern appliances and nice floors, etc.. I had a one bed / one bath and it was nice for the price! The only downside is there is limited storage space. You have to get creative. So be sure to check it out first and ensure all your stuff will fit. Also, the buildings themselves are kind of old so you do hear your next door neighbors TV from time to time or gossip and you do hear footsteps from above. At first it can be really annoying but then you kind of get used to it and cant really complain because that is really common in apartment living unless youre on the top floor.Third, the exterior and grounds of the abbey. The grass is always cut. The trash laying around is picked up pretty quick. The cars and residents are all nice and not ghetto which is something everyone looks at and worries about if were being honest with each other. Plus, they have a gate with a code in the back that leads to a walking/bike trail which is something my girlfriend and my dog loved.Fourth, the location.... I am going to be honest. The location isnt bad at all. Pretty close to a lot of stuff, but far enough away from the highways to not be caught in a lit if traffic. Plus, Wurzbach highway is close and gives you easy access to a lot without all the traffic you get on 410 or 281. The only downside I saw in the area are three nearby apartment complexes that are kind of ghetto. Im a CSI for SAPD and get all the domestic violence calls, the apartment break-ins, vehicle thefts/burglaries, and such forth... I have never got a call for the Abbey. But, there are two others that are close by that I have... the Park West apartments (which are really ghetto and section 8 housing) and The Grove apartments which are in the same boat as Park West. So when you leave or drive home you see some sketchy individuals on the sidewalk in that area. So that is honestly the main reason I would wanna leave the area.Fifth, there are no garages for the apartments. They do have covered parking which is 25 dollars extra and not a bad deal honestly. The pool is large and has a lot of lounge room. There is a large tennis court. There are BBQ pits and tables around the complex. There is a small cardio room (just like 4 machines).Remember, I only lived in the one bedroom here. I cant say for certain about the two or three bedroom units. So, would I live here again if I could go back in time?? The answer is yes. The price is great if you are starting out in your new career, or a great first apartment for you and your significant other. I only hope those other apartments nearby get better and not worse. The crime in the area really isnt that bad honestly. I have been on maybe 6 calls in the 8 months (in the surrounding area, not the abbey) I have been a CSI and lived here. So there is my review! The grounds looked very nice when I went to tour here. I did have this feeling of being unsafe though for the area. Patricia was very nice and friendly though. I thought the black fireplace in the model was ugly and made the room very dark- I understand the wood floor but why on second and third floor as in the model we could hear everything upstairs.

I have some friends that live in these apartments. The area is cool.. But I dont believe rocks that form a Rocky road should be called a creek. Either way there are lots of noisy neighbors that like to party 24/7 but dont care since I dont live here. Very nice that this place is next to a convenience store.

Great place to live. near an HEB as well as a Wal-Mart. There are venues up the street onto bitters and 281, no more than a three minute drive, like fast eddies, 502 and thousand oaks movie theater. Also great park off of nakoma and west ave.(walking distance). New management staff are making great new changes to enhance the living experience of their tenants. my lease is up in november, however im thinking about staying because of the great quiet location.
