I have lived here since March 2024, if I have ever had an issue with anything it is taken care of immediately and within reason. This is a great little community. They have pet and holiday contests and celebrations and everyone is so kind!!! I love my apartment and love the people!

I can not even stress how much better our living arrangements have changed since moving into The Abbey of Conroe.From the security gates , to the leasing office, the ease of portal management, and most importantly the fact that the maintenance team is really on the ball in comparison to former living Arrangements. God bless this establishment for giving us peace of mind and we are excited to see future additions such as the dog park.

Its been about 15 yrs since Ive been in apartments. These are very nice, older units but well maintained. Staff very friendly. Ive had a couple maintenance issues but both were handled quickly by on site service staff. Any issues such as chhanged in office hrs, or maintenance that may affect water or power, are group texted out ahead of time. They also offer various food trucks on Fri to buy meals which is nice.

Going through a separation, I was anxious about finding a safe and affordable place for my son and I. When calling for availability for the 1st time, Samantha had answered the phone and thank god she did. Samantha could have just done the minimum job requirement and provide me with prices /schedule a tour but she went above that. She talked to me mother to mother and ensured me that my son and I would have a safe place to call home. She throughly showed me the property, including the constable that lives on site. And while filling out paperwork I had to have my son with me, while he was impatient and loud, she welcomed the chaos and helped me understand what I was filling out while my son was in his own world. Samantha has been more than kind and still continues to make sure I am happy with my apartment. Thank you Samantha and the whole team at The Abby Conroe for making this new season of my life transition so smoothly!

My son and my precious little daughter in law have lived there for 3 almost 4 years now. The office staff are friendly and keep this property up very nicely considering it is the lowest possible cost to rent at this complex. Like all multi unit apartment buildings there are going to be some issues that have to be dealt with and as a home owner myself here in Conroe, I can tell you roaches are just part of the environment. You clean, your spray, and you place baits to get rid of problem areas. But for those who want to complain about having to pay a little extra money for these services. I say move into a higher price apartments and see if you dont have the same issues no matter where you live. Maybe this is why most other rental companies charge an arm and a leg, rental deposits etc to begin with. My kids absolutely love their lives there at The Abbey. Lower rent has allowed them to save a little bit over the past few years, and they buy their own roach baits, while the management sends out their guys to spray the building on a regular schedule. I know this for a fact because my grand dogs come to stay with me when they do it! It is a lovely updated community, and have security on site as well as several of our lovely men and women who work for local law enforcement as tenants as well. If you want a nice quiet place to rent and be able to afford living expenses, and still possible to save some money to advance your lifestyle later. Or your retired and need a safe little place to call home. I think these apartments have it all. Clean, updated amenities, gym, pools, playground equipment and security cameras etc. Nicely kept grounds and still have a little money in your pockets! This is definitely by far one of the better complexes to look at with reasonable prices.

What a welcoming community! Everyone in the office is so nice and friendly. Crystal has the best personality and went above and beyond on our tour. It was like we had been friends for years! She was a delight! We are putting our house on the market soon and we know exactly where to go when we are ready to move.

I recently moved into The Abbey at Conroe and must admit that it has been a great experience. Changes in my job forced me to relocate quickly and Maria, along with the rest of the staff were very accommodating. I managed to get everything done online without even visiting the property and I was able to have a smooth transition. The property is a bit older, but very well kept and clean. I made a service request that was answered immediately and the community is quiet and feels safe and organized. The common areas are well taken care of and I’m looking forward to a great relationship with this community.

After living in the apartments for close to a year it’s safe to say overall it’s been great living here. Amy helped me sign my lease and back in early 2020 and ever since moving in I have had a great experience with not only with her but other people in the office. This complex is older meaning it has older building problems but every time I have had an issue maintenance had it fixed between a couple of hours to a couple of days depending on severity of the issue. The complex does lack options on internet but it works for my needs.

Absolutely love it here. The neighbors are friendly and courteous. The office staff and Maintenance crew are also friendly. In my personal experience Amy Stokaylo is by far one of the best. She always listens and treats you like a priority every time. Always enthusiastic and caring, that means a lot.

Management has been awesome! Move in process was great and had very friendly staff in Crystal and Fallen! All the staff are great and go out of there way to make things easy! Any questions that you have or issues etc they respond and resolve them quickly!

I have lived here over a year and love this apartment. The maintenance staff is always quick to get to the few issues Ive had. The staff is always friendly and the community involvement is great. Also, as long as Ive lived here I have seen two roaches, that is right only TWO.

We had to downsize due to Covid affecting our pay and we moved into the Abbey at Conroe just about two weeks ago because it was affordable. We have been very happy so far. The apartment was super clean and fresh and ready to go on time. The grounds are clean and the place has been quiet at night and leasing agent Amy was very professional and always answered our calls and questions. The quality of the fake wood flooring is better than expected and they even have crown molding which I didn’t remember seeing. I recommend to those seeking an affordable safe option in Conroe. Ask for Amy!

The move-in process was a little awkward and it took some time to get the internet issue fixed in my apartment but the staff is amazing and helpful for the most part. I love my apartment and the quiet community. Only complaint is that when I moved in it didnt look as if the apartment had been professionally cleaned. There was soap residue and even hair from the previous tenant in the shower. I found personal items left behind by previous tenant in the bathroom and kitchen drawers. On the plus side, I havent had any issues with bugs or rodents. Overall this place is great!

I had a good experience here. Only leaving to be closer to work. Apartment was newly remodeled when I moved in which was nice. I did have some issues with the hot water but they put in a new boiler and has been fine since. You will never find a place without issues but I did enjoy it here. The people in the office were always nice and addressed any issues Ive had.

We moved in almost two months ago and its been pretty nice. Everyone is friendly and the amenities are wonderful. And the area its located in has everything you could ask for! Our only complaint would be that the maintenance and upkeep could be a little better. For example, our unit has had several work orders put in for the shower as it barely ever has hot, or even warm water.

I currently live at The Abbey. my experience for the past 6 months has been pleasant. Anytime I have a maintenance issue it is fixed by the next day, whether that be A/C, fridge, etc. The pool areas are usually clean, and the landscaping is always being worked on. I see there are a lot of bad reviews, but for the price, these apartments are definitely a bargain. If I didnt want to move closer to my job I would definitely resign when my lease is up.

I have lived at the Abbey for roughly ~ 4 years. Ive had the opportunity to meet many awesome people. From the community, to the front office people, and all the way to management. No place is perfect, but this place has always been awesome for me! As a once full time worker, who is now a part time worker and full time student, I recommend this place to any individual! I have lived here for 4 years now and just signed my lease for another year. The Abbey at Conroe is a great place to live for being apartments in all. The grounds are kept very clean and tidy. The office staff and maintance crew are very friendly too! Fernando in the maintance crew is awesome and always goes above and beyond to help with anything I may be needing help within my apartment. I would definitely recommend living here!!

This is where I live. I love it here, very well kept up, clean areas, clean pools, nice laundry room. Maintenance is very quick to respond to anything wrong, normally within two days. They even have a website for residents and they announce news that is very helpful, they keep in great touch by email. My only comment would be that I think that they should have better handicap accessible areas and more handicap parking

I moved into The Abbey at Conroe in February 2018. I just renewed my lease for the 3rd time. The property is well maintained and litter free. When I have turned in a maintenance request for anything, it has always been taken care of the very next day. The location of the property puts me no more than 5 minutes from anything may need, from groceries to gasoline, from home improvement to restaurants. And you cant beat the price in Conroe!!!

I have been here since August 2015. I read the bad reviews and not sure where they come from. Like every place it has its few annoyances like people who dont pick up their dog waste but i love it here. I am in the 2 bedroom townhouse style and have no issues in my unit outside little things i fixed myself like a light fixure not being out up securely in a closet. I cant speak for maintenance because i have never needed them. They have been prompt keeping outside clean. They even clear out my patio weekly of leaves and debris. Its quite quiet usually. The gym is nice which i use daily and the pool is kept up in the back. I have never used the front pool since im so close to the back pool. Overall i am very pleased and hoping the complex stays this nice for years to come.
