I’ve been living at The Abby for 2 months, and it has been an exceptional experience! The management team, especially Jeidyson, goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome and well taken care of. Jeidyson is always approachable, professional, and quick to address any concerns, which makes a huge difference in creating a great living environment.

I cant say enough good things about Miss Melany and her dedication to the residents at The Abbey at Champions. From the moment you step onto the property, her commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment is evident. We moved here from North Carolina, this being our first Apartment together and just her customer service and accommodating manners to me and my fiancé Made our first experience memorable. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels valued and heard, (Even when the concerns seem crazy🤣) always taking the time to address every concern and provide assistance with a friendly smile.Her attention to detail and proactive approach in maintaining the property is truly commendable. Whether its organizing community events, (LOVE the events she throws!) ensuring the amenities are top-notch, or simply being available for a chat, She consistently demonstrates her passion for fostering a strong sense of community. Its clear that she genuinely cares about the well-being and happiness of the residents, making Abbey Champions a wonderful place to call home. I’d want her to be my property manager 1000 times over again!!I hope this captures the essence of the property’s dedication!

So to begin I’ve taken my time to write the review due to the fact of me making sure I don’t write based off emotions but experience and so far going on second month staying in there , had a couple things arise but that’s life and I tell yall like this , bugs are NOT an issue , their extermination team plus a little self treatment nothing crazy haven’t seen any not to mention the community is mixed and so far full of folks that mind their own business unless we see something sketch and so far chill ! The process was pretty quick as I inquired about the apartment on the 1st and got moved in by the 17th , just be sure you bring an extra 500 on top of what they ask incase any conditional move in folks like myself but besides that Kathleen and Melany are really cool not only does it feel like their trying their hardest to not only make this a safe community but also clean and friendly ! They handle stuff in a very professional and timely manner I’ve stayed a lot of places with family. This is a two lady team get so much done and do an amazing job , really really glad I chose to stay here price is amazing too plan to be here for a good amount of years ! So glad the pool and grill are open !

I’ve been living here for over 5 months now. It’s a very safe place to live, very quiet, clean, and well kept. If you have any issues maintenance is super quick and timely to resolve them. The front office is super responsive and helpful. There is always someone at the front desk during business hours to help. I also have had no issues with pests. The main downside to this apartment, and why I gave it only 4 stars, is extremely limited parking! If you’re moving here I highly highly suggest renting a car port so you don’t have to walk across the entire complex to get to your apartment. They also have lots of renovations going on as of right now on the parking lot to make it smoother (not larger unfortunately) so sometimes it gets to be a hassle.

Nice quieter community. Property manager Sandra is a real professional. She made it easy for me to move in and worked with me to get an apartment in a timely manner.Maria is helpful and very competent as well. I love the office ladies/property managers and thats a big part of why I moved in.I had an issue with Heater second night I moved in. They fixed it the next day. Smaller community and staffed Maitenance guy on property every day, which is nice.I would recommend this complex

The community is small and welcoming. Sandra and Maria are very pleasant to talk to and very helpful. I recently moved here and Im impessed with how clean they maintain their buildings. Its a quiet community something that I was not expecting. I feel safe to be outside playing with my kids or going for a walk around the community. Parking has not been an issue for me and the GATES are always closed thats also a plus for me.

Sandra is amazing! Her ability to get us an apartment right away was incredible! She helped me when my credit wasnt the greatest and we moved here from NY with nowhere else to go! Since living here, maintenance has been on top of fixing things in the apartment. Also, when I call the office or go to visit Sandra and Maria are able and willing to help me right away! First off, Sharon recieved is at the door to The Abbey with open arms. She welcomed us and made us feel at home instantly. Her attention to detail and her consistency of striving for a pest free facility is impeccable. I never been to an Apartment in Houston and couldnt find a trace of any kind of bug on not even an ant. Very clean and kept facilities. Updated apartment are beautiful with the on new cabinetry throughout and the nooks in the walls for books and Nick Nacks. Sharon also has made a friend in me and the wife as we move in today,and she walked us with the most patience all the way through. Sandra, on the other hand is a master of getting things done and pushing the paperwork through, so it was possible for us to move within 3 days. Her leadership and professionalism shows all around The Abbey grounds. She runs a tight and orderly ship and Im Blessed to become one of The Abbey at Champions, resident. Stop in today. You wont be disappointed. The free cable is awesome.

This place is awesome and a Josh the manager is a miracle worker!. They have answered prayers and open doors for me to start my new life. The application process was a breeze and they made everything so EASY for me!. I love the property, close nit, CLEAN, QUIET , and beautiful. I love how its ducked off and a bit exclusive. They are definitely warm and welcoming. I have looked at tons of apartment communities and once i stepped foot at the Abbey at champions I knew this was my new home! I highly recommend this property. If i could give a 10 I would!!!!!

Maintenance Application WeekThank you to the Maintenance team. You all do a wonderful job keeping our community clean and safe to live. (Tedoe) is the only one I know by name and hes awesome. I never hear him complain about his work and will always do what it take to get the job done. Housekeeping, cleaning crew, grounds crew and office staff, everyone place a part in the definition of Maintenance. I appreciate you all. Keep doing a great job.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to our new property manager and maintenance guys for going above and beyond to assist me with the leaks I have had recently. I know its something that happens but Josh always had followed up with me to make sure the process was going smoothly. Repairs have been completed and I am back to normal. This will be my second year living here and it has been amazing! It is quiet and peaceful! The ladies at the front office are super sweet and help with any problems you might have! I had no issues my first year and decided to stay for a second. They made our transfer to a bigger apt so easy! Thank you!😊

Ive stayed at the abbey at champion for going on 18months. Im enjoying my spacious one bed room one bath apartment. The curb appeal and well kept grounds sold this place for me. I was able to pick the perfect apartment for me, I love the layout.I rate this place with a 4/5 because of parking. Once u understand how it works (first come- first serve) then its perfect.(its always that 1%.) The ladies in the office do their job to keep us safe. Never really worry about the un-nessary they cant fix. Work orders are for field in timely manner. Single female , I feel safe. I recommend the Abbey. Stay posted for rental discounts!😇

Today I visited the Abbey at Champions and the two ladies in the office were so helpful and friendly. The property is very well kept and compared to other apartments in the area this is by far the nicest. Ms. Hilda and Shaundra are so welcoming, unfortunately the apartment I was interested in isn’t available for my move in date. I would recommend the Abbey at Champions, good pricing and very nice property.

I had an issue with something being sent to collections from this apartment complex and I got pretty upset so I called the office. I spoke with Amanda who was the one I notified that i was moving out and she worked with me on getting out of there. Which was great. So when I called in today and spoke with her I talked about what had happened to refresh everything. She helped out getting it corrected and will be fixing it when I come in there and pay my last water bill that it will be Corrected.I have had bad experiences with the apartments in the past but that was before the new management took over and they seem to do a better job getting things corrected compared to the last management company.I want to say thanks to Amanda for helping even thought I was frustrated at first. She has assisted me with my problems I have had and I really do appreciate it.

Hilda and Shaunda are very helpful and whenever we requested or needed something, they used to send somebody to fix it, immediately!The Abbey At Champions is not only a great property to live, but also a clean and safe place that is close to everything: Willowbrook mall, I-45, Beltway 8, FM 1960.I have being living here for more than 2 years and we are moving from here because of a new job location.Thank you so much for everything and for the excellent service that you provided us,Erika & Julian

Been living here since late January 2018. Its super quite (except on the weekends). The management has been very helpful when i needed. The residents keep to themselves which is a plus. The grounds are pretty clean. The reason why im giving them 4 stars is because of the parking. This is an old apartment complex and they didnt plan well for families with cars. To me they work pretty hard to keep things nice and thats a plus too.There is a post office two blocks away. A Super Walmart four blocks away. Willowbrook mall isnt far. Lake Conroe isnt far. The Airport isnt far. Beltway 8 isnt far. My sons school is close as well. I like that the apartments themselves have controled access. Everything you pretty much need is close. The next storm hits we already halfway out of town lol (just kidding).The apartments are very decent. Its not the ritz carlton but it aint the bad part of town either.

Very good apartment company fills me with great joy the service towards Miss Villareal she speaks Spanish very well and English helps us a lot to the race that we speak Spanish she is very friendly but I am very displeased with the attention of the manager kathleen toms has a terrible service towards us, we speak Spanish, she doesnt find a way to help you solve a problem. I imagine that she has her workers who can help us either translate what we need, but she doesnt even look for a way to help you, she just says no, Spanish, she doesnt help you. follow up with the help that one needs, they should see that as soon as it happens there because from my point of view I see it a lot, I see it as racism ☹️
