Management is always super helpful. The grounds are consistently clean creating a inviting atmosphere. Inside, the apartments are spacious and well-kept, with everything in great condition. The management team is extremely friendly and always responsive to any concerns or requests, making communication easy. Overall, this complex for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place.

Lived her for 7 months so far and have loved it! Everything is private and the office employees really try their hardest to make you feel at home. They are nice, truth worthy and very communicative about any issues or things needing updating/fixing. Liz and Lavada specifically are one of the most helpful and friendly staff members. They go out of their way to do things that aren’t even asked of them. I can’t wait to extend my lease for another year.

Though Not one of the best apartments on the planet these apartments are affordable and fit well in my budget, the leasing agent by the name of Yvette was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She made the whole touring process so much easier and less stressful. I commend people who go out of there way to help others.

I love living here. Over the years, things have gotten difficult. But under the new management I hope things improve. Parking, pet control, and maintenance, pool access, and consequences for those who dont clean up behind their pets.The front office staff are phenomenal and great. Lizeth is the best. Shes always attentive and gets right on any issue you have, breaks things down where you understand, and makes my move in and leasing a pleasant one.Monica is great as well and very sweet.When I brought my concerns to Angela, she had her team on it the following morning, and things got done in a timely manner. LaVada is great, too, and a sweetheart.Cynthia takes care of things as well.But my vote goes to Lizeth and Angela. For their quick and attentive nature to resolving issue. Love this place.I have never experienced pest problems, which is a big plus.

My husband and I toured with Ms. Morales today and I really like the complex.This is a big complex with over 700 units and from what I saw the grounds were very nice and clean, and the apartment was nice, clean, and well maintained. It wasnt the model apartment that they usually show.I noticed how professional the maintenance team looked, and how they smiled and nodded as we walked past them. The owner should definitely hang on to this management group. Im considering this property. Ms. Morales is a wonderfully friendly person to be around and she was thorough in telling us about the property and showing us around. I was surprised to see they have their own private theater and its nice!

Monica answered our questions and concerns with accountable answers. We felt she was trustworthy and gave us options towards different floor plans. We left the Abbey feeling like this is Home! We lived here for four years, from 2020 to 2024, and we enjoyed it. The apartment was large, our service requests were handled promptly whenever we had them, and we got to know Mellisa in the office, and Jose and some of the maintenance people. Everyone was always helpful and responsive. Maintenance could be a little better in the parking lot and exterior, but we would live here again if we move back to the Energy Corridor.

I dont understand why people are giving this fabulous place bad reviews, Ive lived there for a year in a 2br apt. And unfortunately I had to move out cuz my roommate decided to live with her boyfriend, so I had to downsize my apartment but the prices I was given were a bit higher for a 1 br and I couldnt afford it. Therefore I found another place where I could live with an affordable price; but as far as I know Ive never had any issues with the management and as well as the maintenance team and they were always nice and super responsive to all my needs. I even referred a friend to live there and hes loving it, although I did not get a referral bonus for the simple reason that I had already put in my notice to move out so I kinda feel bad and its not like I had a choice. Overall I give this place a 5 star and if I were to go back I definitely would. Please dont pay attention to the bad reviews cuz residents always seem to have something to say and they never understand or consider what management goes through to make them happy.

WARNING LOCATORS !!!!!I would just like to warn all agents and locators that first of all apartment data.com says they pay 100% on 6 mos. It’s very misleading because they do not pay you anything on six-month leases as I was told when I brought them a client who wanted a six-month lease . I sent emails to different managers, letting them know . UPDATE : I did eventually hear from management and they said they would take care of this problem and change the incorrect information . I will update more if I find out that it gets corrected . The manager is doing a good job on keeping me updated .

The leasing manager KEVIN, was more than amazing.! First off I arrived a hour later than the appointment and was hoping I still got to view. When he got to us it was 10 minutes before closing and not only did he still show us the apartment, he didn’t rush and took his time explaining everything. He gave a full tour HONEY.! And kept everything real with us and I love that he was straight to the point with everything.! If the apartment it’s self didn’t sell us(which it did) He damn sure did.!! He should definitely be selling houses. His Energy, is everything.!

I’ve lived here since August of 2019. I absolutely love everyone who is on staff. They all welcome me and treat me with respect.I just transferred from the smaller 3 bed/ 2 bath to the larger 3 bed/ 2 bath mid lease year with help of Darlene with no issues she was transparent with everything needed to be done on my end what was needed to transfer.We had a great transfer to our new unit. Sadly with CPL doing testing they seems it pop breakers and the maintenance crew Deon was amazing and right over to get everyone’s power back on. The next day I turned on the stove to cook dinner and all of a sudden I heard pop and saw sparks fly Darlene calmed me down and she informed me to call 911 and get fire department out here. Deon came over right away and pulled out the stove before fire department showed up.No fire in the wall just a short in the stove it’s self. Deon contacted his boss and got a new stove within 30 minutes.This staff is amazing. We are ready to be here for the next few years until we are ready to buy a house. I wouldn’t imagine being anywhere else.

I have been living at the Abbey for just over four years now. I have had a variety of experiences, but I have to say that I am totally impressed with my recent experiences with Ms Audrey. I was set to move out and I explained my reasons to her. She sat and listened, and wrote a checklist. Within a short space of time she had a solution or a time line for an adjustment. I decided to stay and I am still receiving excellent service from her, even after resigning. I believe her service should be recognized. Thanks for all you do.

My sister-in-law and I went to check out these apartments about three weeks ago. The complex was very clean from what I could see. We met with Cody and he was extremely nice. Not only did he show us 3x2 model apartment (which by the way extremely well put together), but the 2x2 apartment as well. Both apartments are nice and spacious. He also makes you feel welcomed and is able answer all your questions.

If any one is interested in moving. I will definitely recommend to check out this property. Friendly staff and very educated. Mickey is very helpful and professional. Mickey was very thorough and knowledgeable explaining the process and giving me options. He was able to assist us with the leasing process in providing options and explaining everything in detail. To bad that they dont have a four-bedroom apartment, but definitely returning back if Im in the market looking for a new home again.

Been living in these apartments for 2 months now . I can say I am happy with the staff , especially maintenance. I can recall one specific evening when my a/c went out and they had two guys Sterling and Justin to come and get the job done . Guys was funny and hardworking. I can tell they have a family within there facility! Warming place to live!

I love it here!! I have had a great experience with the two years I have lived with the community. I did encounter having our vehicle towed. I went to Ms. Veronica the manager. Hopefully she gets this resolved. Otherwise, no serious issues here.Our leasing agent Ms. Jeanette Lacy was incredibly nice, she helps us with every issue we have come across. She is very professional and friendly. I recommend her to anyone looking to lease an apartment.

I have been living here for over 1 year, and I have received nothing but amazing customer services and support. Melissa is the greatest she answers any questions or problems you may have effectively and showing she is aware of her job. If she sees you outside in the apartment complex she will ask you how your doing and make sure that everything is ok. I recommend you speak with her if your looking for a place to live.

So far so good! Moved here from Minneapolis Minnesota so I had no idea what I was getting myself into, Melissa took the time out to better prepare me for my transition and was able to get me a fantastic 2 bedroom apartment! Only con is some residents don’t pick up after their dogs, but maintenance comes daily to do what they can. It also helps if you put A sign in your front yard letting your neighbors know to pick up after their dogs.

Ive done many tours and visited many properties but The Abbey at Briar Forest stood out the most. Mainly because the staff was very welcoming especially my leasing agent Michael Goyco. He took the time and walked me through any questions or concerns I had while touring the location and over the phone.
