The manager has made me feel secure. Me and my sons are moving here. I just drove through the property at night. It was quiet and clean & safe. It took me forever to even try to enter the property that’s awesome. Communication has also been awesome with the manager.

Truly marvelous customer service. The staff is extremely helpful and straight to the point. I can not recall the last time or ever I have had such efficient help when trying to get into an apartment. It will be hard to move away with how friendly and convenient the staff is. If you’ve ever had issues with receptions at other apartments you will never find that here .

All employees are super friendly, they call me if I need to bring/confirm anything. Both times Ive come to fill out paperwork and see apartments there have been multiple people who come in and the staff is always helping everyone. The manager, Kat ,is great and worked with my schedule to ensure me that no time will be wasted to file my paperwork. Overall, great service.

Terraces of Marine Creek has been so far (as of about half a year living here) been a dream come true. Especially compared to my last place of residence. Kat the community manager, Daniel one of the front office staff, everyone else who works the front office, and the gentlemen who handle maitnence have all been extremely nice, helpful, and understanding of any problems I have ran into since moving in!The area is extremly beautiful and quiet, and sitting right on the edge of the Marine Creek Lake trail makes for amazing morning cardio, or just a nice afternoon walk!Now since Terraces is so close to the TCC campus as well, you do get quite a few college students living here, so there can be instances of loud music from time to time. Nothing too bad though, and anything that does turn into a problem, any complaints recieved are dealt in a very timely manner! So if you can live with that, this place is as good as it gets, especially for the price!Only other minor complaint I can give is, due to certain circumstances, maintenance request can take quite a while to get taken care of. However anything that is a severe problem will be put on top of the priority list, and itll get taken care of by next day if not sooner!I 100% reccomend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, friendly, and safe home on a budget. Especially in the Fort Worth/Lake Worth area, I dont think theres much else out there that can compete!

ITs an income bracket apartment complex, which is not mentioned on the website. So I just spent 30 minutes driving over there to be informed that I make too much money for an apartment.Everyone was really nice though and the property is neatly maintained.

My sister lived here for 5 yrs. There were problems but what apartment complex doesnt. Not everywhere you go will be perfect. I loved it so much I want to live here one day!

Its a nice place to live I just wish that they would get their Gates repaired because that was one of the qualities that I liked was that it was gated now the gates stay open for anybody to come and go as they please
