I wanted to wait a month or two before I gave my review.This is a beautiful complex and very well maintained and very quiet.Jenna was amazing. She held my hand through the entire process and answered every question I had.My only issue has to do with my personal parking/visitors parking application, which I was told is being worked on.I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking.

Definitely giving this apartment 5 stars. I am soon to be moving to these apartments coming up in March or April of 2022, hopefully working within budget wise. I narrowed down my search after looking around now for about two years. To be honest I should have made my move to this apartment last year in 2020 but my budget wasn’t right. But I am glad now I am looking ahead of time. Extremely great customer service coming from the Management team. I do have to thank Ms. Tristian for her work into helping understand the process of what they do. I have visited several apartments and was not impressed by the service but when I came to Teakwood it felt like it should. No gimmicks, straight and narrow with the information. I have visited both during the spring where it was beautiful and I have now visited in the fall/Winter. It’s well worth the price. Just for the interior it’s high standard. When I visited other places they wanted to charge $1300 to $1400 just what teakwood is offering for $1140-$1180. Worth the price! I would rather move to a place that is going to give me the service I need than stay at a place that is screwing me over. Teakwood is very peaceful and that’s during the time I visited. Only one way to find out is to live there and see. But from what I can tell it’s mostly working people and families that live there. No College students!! Thank God! I am looking forward to moving here in the Spring, hopefully my budget is up to speed and I can make my move. Here are real pictures I took from the model and also from the actual apartment.Edit: Just wanted to put in the message, I am very happy I look at this apartment and very thankful the managers and leasing Agents were able to help me with the service. I have lived here for two years. The maintainance people are great here. Miguel is great.Very efficient and hard working.Amazing how quickly you get service. Sometimes virtually minutes til they respond . It tells you a lot when you see the same smiling faces day after day. Thank You to all the Teakwood staff.Unfortunately Teakwood has declined rapidly since the Mosaic takeover. The office crew does not care about the tenants. They are never accountable for anything. They never checked on tenants after hurricane Beryl. The package concierge is out of order.....probably for nonpayment. Rumor has it that it is going to section8. They also have gotten a towing service .Tenants were told to register their cars and even guests

I’ve lived at Teakwood at Seabrook for 2 years now and I have absolutely loved my time here. The office staff are incredibly nice. Tristin and Marley are both very sweet and are always willing to answer any questions I might have or help in any way that they can when I need assistance. The maintenance team is also super quick and helpful and there is always someone on call in the event of an emergency. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with my neighbors and the area in general feels very safe. The walls in the apartments are very thick and I’ve never had any issues with noise levels. The neighborhood itself is very chill and the people here are friendly. Most importantly Teakwood is very dog friendly and you can even bring your dog by the office to say hello and get a treat. I’ve never had any issues with any other dogs on the premises as my neighbors have always been very responsible with their pets and keep them leashed. My dog loves running around and making friends at the bark park! The pool and the surrounding areas are always clean, and the gym is never overcrowded! The neighbors and the staff here are very welcoming and it very much feels like I am part of the community here. Overall, my dog and I have had a great experience living here and we hope to live here for many years to come!

My husband and I lived here for 6 years and we loved it! We ended up moving out in April due to buying our first home. The maintenance team was very friendly, responsive, trustworthy, and quick to acknowledge and fix any issues. The office team was always very kind, responsive, accomodating, and helpful towards any questions we ever had. Most of our neighbors were very friendly towards us, parking spot availability was really good, and the apartment we had (building 4, largest 2 bed 2 bath) was nice and updated and had a spacious floor plan. I highly recommend living at Teakwood. We had a really great experience here!

My boyfriend and I set an appointment for a tour, and it was the best one Ive experienced! Ms. Tristin helped us and was extremely friendly and informative. The grounds were all beautiful and well taken care of, Im so excited we should be moving in May. The apartments were great, and she even is even going to keep a look out, so we can see another floor plan we didnt get to see that day. I love all the amenities, the upgrade tech in the apartments, the price is worth it!

The property is clean and well-maintained, residents were friendly, apartments were beautifully renovated and updated, but what most impressed us was our leasing agent Marley Brill! She had the answers to all of our questions, and made the process easy and actually enjoyable! She is a delightfully warm individual, and we look forward to being able to do business with her and the staff here. We are so excited to live here!

Just got done touring our prospective new home and it was such a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived! We were treated by a smiling staff and miss Marley Brill jumped right in to see how she could help us.My little one took an immediate liking to her as well and sat on her lap while she walked us through every detail of becoming a new tenant. Based on her warm demeanor alone we were sold on the place. We look forward to renting here! The grounds are clean and well kept it would appear and the unit we toured was lovely! Great ammenities as well!

I have been living here a few months now with my family and we love it here. We had a few appliances that were not working due to a power outage and I had to have maintenance come in and fix it. This was the first time I had to have maintenance come and fix anything and Miguel did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the maintenance work. If I could I would give him more stars. This place is quiet and a wonderful place to live.

I really liked this apartment complex. I will say there are a few more close by but, when i visited i felt the price point was similar or more for less quality. This apartment complex has nicer pools, child park, dog park, sauna, and the interior of the apartment is more updated. This was actually my first time renting an apartment, and the process was very smooth. Good tour, with good information, and an easy application process. I would definitely recommend. Also, a big thanks to Claire, who showed us around and made sure we were clear on all of the information.

Marley gave me a lovely tour. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She answered all of my questions. The property is older, but exceptionally well kept from what I have seen. The amenities look amazing! Everyone that I interacted with on my tour (residents and staff) had really positive things to say about their stay here. I had a lot of concerns/anxiety about getting my own place for the first time in ten years, and instantly knew Teakwood would be my new home. I’m really excited about starting the next chapter of my life here!

So I will have to say this is the BEST experience we have ever had with an apartment complex. First of all, the staff in the front office is so sweet and helpful. They are always there to help! The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I love the fact that you get a covered parking spot when many of the others you had to pay an outrageous fee or just not get one. They have two beautiful pools, and a wonderful bark park and playground! They also have awesome amenities and they do apartment community parties and gatherings! And its an amazing price for an area like Seabrook. I will be sad when my lease is up. I will miss this place.

Amazing customer service and experience touring here! I called earlier in the day and asked to tour; Ms. Tristin was very professional and kind setting up our tour!!!It was a nice change of pace because anywhere else we called sounded disgruntled. (My fiancé and I have been touring other apartments and we have had sub par experiences, to put it lightly.)Thankfully, we have had nothing but the best experience so far! As soon as we came in, we were greeted with smiles and the management team knew about our appointment with Tristin, so they offered us water or coffee and we’re just overall really kind and professional just as Ms. Tristin was!! We were so impressed by how awesome this tour was.Ms.Tristin assisted us during our tour, and she is awesome! She made us feel welcomed, appreciated, and heard. We have also heard awesome things from other renters! I really appreciate that she was patient with all of our questions! She is a total asset to this complex, she really makes you feel comfortable with the entire process! We have been corresponding and she is so quick to reply which is truly appreciated! We are excited to apply!The apartment we looked at was furnished, which I personally love because it makes it feel more like home & shows how things will fit! Everything seemed so peaceful & quiet, which overall is great!!We hope to become part of the Teakwood fam! We can see only positives from this place from the jump!

Most apartments in this area are in about the same price range, but what you get at Teakwood I could not find anywhere else. Its quiet, safe, luxurious inside and out. The gym is completely way above apartment gym standards, no need for a membership. Free latte machine every morning in the office has saved me hundreds. The pool is truly resort style, the staff and maintenance are the most attentive Ive ever encountered. I have lived here almost 2 years now with my daughter and its a great environment with great schools just down the street for her. Right down NASA from all the best restaurants and venues and waterfront. I couldnt dream of living somewhere else. Anything breaks, they fix it almost immediately. It is a beautiful place to live. Free Sauna, on-site massage & tanning, if you want that. Free covered parking space for your car, when most places Charge. This will be my 3rd lease I sign at these apartments and I love it here. People say Im crazy for the high rent I pay but the area is so nice and weve never had a issue of safety here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance fix things in a reasonable time. So far I would say I have enjoyed my stay. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Meshell has helped me every chance she could and Im happy to have had her as my leasing agent. The maintenance is great! They are all very nice and come as soon as you request something. The only reason Im leaving is to get a house, but I would definitely recommend Teakwood to anyone.

Lived here for half a year or so. Leasing staff are wonderful. Easy to talk to, helpful, and actually remember who you are! Maintenance staff is great! Especially Miguel. He came in on a day off to help with a broken door (accidents happen :p ) and was really respectful, quick, and cheery. The few issues that do arise are always taken care of quickly.EDIT: Lived here for ~3 yrs. Stand by all written above. Move out process was simple and fair. Would recommend.

From the friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped us with our lease (thanks Cassandra!), to the beautiful property and the brand new appliances, everything has been perfect! Just the other night the staff threw us a wonderful Christmas party that gave us a great opportunity to get to know our neighbors. We often have friends and family come to visit and theyre always so impressed by our home. If youre thinking of moving to the area, this is the place to be!

I toured Teakwood at Seabrook on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 as a potential tenant and I must say I was impressed. I was greeted by leasing agent Tristin Costello. Mrs. Costello was beyond friendly, helpful with a great sense of customer service, and made me feel very welcomed. The property as a whole appears to be properly maintained with well established beautification principles. The interior of the apartment unit I was shown, was dashing and I could not find any flaws. These apartments appear to be a good choice for a potential tenant. 4-5 Stars

- Several years ago I became new to renting and living in an apartment. I feel so blessed to have discovered Teakwood. The management and staff are Excellent. They are intelligent, friendly, courteous and so helpful and understanding. The location of Teakwood is so convenient to major highways, shopping, restaurants and schools. There are two beautiful pools, outdoor kitchen, dumpsters, laundry area, with all new washers and dryers which now takes debit/credit cards, off leash dog park, play area for children and a brand new pergola. The grounds are well kept up with mowing, leaf removal and pretty flowers. The onsite maintenance staff is unbelievable. They are so efficient and reliable. Recently, when I was away visiting family, I received a phone call about my water heater. One of the maintenance personnel had walked by my patio and noticed water leaking from my hot water heater. They replaced the hot water heater while I was on vacation. Its the little things that go a long way with me: fresh baked cookies every day in the reception area; use of a computer and printer; all of the exercise equipment works in the amenity center; courteous holding of packages so that you dont have to traipse off to the post office to retrieve large boxes. Everything works in my apartment - the ice maker works, the garbage disposal works, the heating and AC work. I love living here.

Miguel is fantastic! My husband and I had an isolated incident where our electricity had gone out after hours. My husband at the time happened to be walking outside and flagged down a maintenance person (who we now know as Miguel). He was very kind, sympathetic and understanding of our situation. He immediately stayed with us, helped us figure EVERYTHING out and he worked VERY late in order to help fix our issue as quickly as possible. We are HIGHLY grateful to him and he is a GREAT asset to Teakwood! 5 Stars for him!

We have live here three years and more. The staff is the greatest. We recently had air conditioner problems and Miguel Angel was a great maintenance person. Fixed my air conditioner but also tried to make me comfortable in the heat. He provided me with a fan. That was so thoughtful. We enjoy living here and plan to stay if they have us. Miguel has been spot on when I have had flooding issues from the apartment above. It has happened about 3 times. Every time he has come in immediately and provided outstanding service. I sincerely appreciate and would strongly recommend this complex due to the quick response. Having an employee such as Miguel makes everything and everyone extremely pleased with this complex. He is truly an asset to the complex and should be the model for all employees to strive towards. Thank you Miguel.

We currently live here and LOVE it! Few years ago we made the mistake of moving to another property thinking of saving a little money every month due to some health issues. Biggest mistake weve made! The saying You get what you pay for! is totally true! Especially when it comes to some place so important as your home! The Office Staff and Maintenance Group are not only Professionals but also just great people! All maintenance issues are taken care of quickly and correctly, and Miguel has always made sure we are happy with our home! Amanda and Michelle, along with all girls in the office make you not only feel important but Welcome! Grounds are always kept beautifully and your pets are part of the Family here! You will feel like a part of a Community and not just like you live in another apartment complex! Teakwood will be Our (Michael, Lisa, Pepper-African Grey, and Jax-Dog) HOME until we are ready to build or purchase a House! Even then we will probably still come by Office just to say hi from time to time! So, if your looking for a Home and Community you can take pride in and be proud of I ABSOLUTELY Recommend living here too! Its completely worth the peace of mind knowing you are Home!

Tristin was so awesome from the first communication I had with her by email. Teakwood was also the nicest complex I toured in Seabrook that day. The rent is comparable to other properties in the area but actually includes amenities that other places charge extra for or don’t have at all (like Ring doorbells and smart thermostats). I’m searching for an apartment on unfortunate circumstances and was happy to have a warm and welcoming experience.

Im leaving a review based on the experience i had with Marley, to be honest she is such a joyful soul, her energy is so inviting! She let me know everything they had in the units,pricing and etc. When i went on the tour the apartments were clean and looking very taken care of and i must say the units are beautiful! Marley took the time to explain everything and even stayed a lil longer because i had arrived at the last hour before closing. She’s definitely a sweetheart and fun to be around!to top it off She even introduced us to a little squirrel she feeds and my little girl had a chance to feed him!! Which was just adorable!!! And yes it was my decision to allow my little girl to do that😇 but anywho! Marley is great and if u want a tour i would definitely recommend you to ask for her! Both were very quick and efficient from the time I walked into the complex at Teakwood, to the time I left. They thoroughly explained and showed each floor plan, to be sure I found the perfect unit to suit my future living needs. I highly recommend the complex and these two lovely ladies on your next future home adventures. Can’t wait to move on on the 17th of next month. My friend currently lives at the complex and adores it. She is also an RN who has worked both the morning and night shift, and has had ZERO noise complaints since living there.

Teakwood are by far the nicest apartments in this neighborhood of complexes. The staff are all so nice, helpful and cute and I love all of the outdoor areas, as well as the apartment. The pool area, front building and grounds, including a great dog run are all really nice and there is a beautiful public park with trails and pavilions across the street. Huge, tall trees are everywhere which make it feel like a cabin retreat...I love it! Highly recommend.

I have lived at Teakwood for about 5 years and I can truly say I love calling Teakwood home.The maintenance staff is amazing and respond to work orders pretty quickly and the office girl always have a smile on their face every time I come in the office. I have never lived anywhere else that has had so many resident functions to attend to. You name it and they do it.... Halloween party, Christmas party, Pool parties, Easter egg hunts, Valentine goodies and so much more. If you are looking for a friendly community with tons of fun activities then you should def come check out Teakwood. My lease is coming up for expiration in a month and Im for sure staying another year!!!!

So far I have nothing but positive things to say about Teakwood apartments. It is in a great location for me and the complex stays pretty quiet. It has been a wonderful experience working with Meshell as a leasing agent and also dealing with Tiffany over the phone. Both of these women are excellent communicators who are very knowledgeable, confident, and professional. They stay on top of things to help alleviate some of the stress associated with moving. Ive lived here since October and have been very pleased with my experience. I did some extensive searching of the area before I settled on Teakwood. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the leasing process. Ive had a couple maintenance issues (nothing major) and they were handled quickly and efficiently. The ladies in the office are polite and welcoming and always have treats for me (cookies) and my dog (cookies). The dog park is nice and theres a public park within a block of the apartments for my son. The gym on site is adequate and never crowded. Ive yet to see a bro. I like being so close to some of the hotspots Seabrook has to offer i.e. Sams Boat, Boondoggles, Cabo, etc. I pay my rent on time, park where Im supposed to, and clean up after my pet and as such have not been hassled for being irresponsible. Ive lived in numerous apartments in my day and if youre searching in this area I highly recommend you check this place out.

Teakwood, Teakwood, TEAKWOOD!! I have been living here for almost six months now. Searching for an apartment, Teakwood at Seabrook eneded up being my wives desired place to live, after the awesome service and compassion from the ladies at the front, the awesome exercise/weight room, sauna, tanning bed, and half priced masseuse on site. Yes, those perks too had me sold, but on top of that, I really like the apartment options. They have some good styles and layouts to choose from, and my fireplace is freakin wonderful having. I really enjoy the location with the nice park and trail just right accross the street, the beautiful pool and bbq area, and regardless of what anyone says, the dog park is soo perfect.. It is wonderful for my pooch to have a spot to run around and play with other dogs. He loves it. The people that I have met that live here, have been great people, and i like how the staff are consistently setting up parties for all of us residents to meet each other. Also, I came from a place that had some bugs, and they always said they were taken care of after they sent their pest control to the apartment I was in, and man were they wrong. Here, they use the Mr. Orkin man, and I can say, Orkin knows how to keep my apartment 100% roach and pest free.. man I love it. I had an issue with the door not shutting right, and the maintenance man was honestly here fixing it the same day. I like this place so much, Im actually looking into transferring to one of their Presidential upgrades.. If you hear me out on anything, If you are looking for a place to live temp. or long term, come check this place out. I promise you, it is a complex worth putting on the list, because the list of things I love about living here can honestly go on!

After looking and not finding what we were looking for, we found exactly what we wanted in a market we have gave up on.Couldnt believe it! The staff was helpful and went out of there way to make our move happen.
