    I have had a great experience with Evan Andelin and the leasing team. From the beginning, the leasing process has been smooth and well-organized.What stood out most to me was the teams attention to detail and their genuine willingness to assist. They made sure all my concerns were addressed and were quick to provide updates whenever needed.     This place definitely deserves 5, it’s a brand new luxury place with good amenities, well located in distance from everything , surrounded by scenic atmosphere. The leasing staff here are always awesome from day 1. Right from the way Nancy dealt and helped in tour on day 1, the move in process, Always well assisted by Lauren, Evan and the other manager Jorge at the office.Maintenance and house keeping staff doing great in keeping it. Loving the stay here.

The apartments feature sleek designs and are impeccably clean, embodying sophistication and luxury.Residents can enjoy upscale amenities such as a fully equipped gym with new exercise machines and ample office spaces for remote work. Covered parking adds convenience, while stylishly tiled pathways enhance the overall ambiance of the complex.A notable perk is the absence of carpeting, which adds to the contemporary feel and simplifies maintenance. Additionally, complimentary coffee during leasing office hours is a thoughtful touch.Cons: While the front staff efficiently handle tasks, a warmer demeanor would enhance the resident experience. The requirement to lease the washer and dryer is a notable downside, as many residents would prefer not to incur additional recurring payments. Providing these essential appliances as part of the apartment package would be more convenient and customer-friendly.

    My wife and I moved in a little over three months ago and its been nothing short of amazing! Evan made us feel welcome from the very beginning and has always made himself available to answer any questions or just to say hello!Maintenance is so quick and accommodating, responding to work orders and fixing issues within 24 hours every time! All of the office staff are so awesome and were so happy with the home weve found here!!

    “I recently moved into Tapestry at the Realm, and I have to say, it has been an amazing experience so far! The apartment is spacious and well-designed, and the facilities are top-notch. The leasing office staff have been incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the move-in process smooth. The swimming pool area is beautiful, and I love spending time there. Overall, I am very happy with my choice and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience. I absolutely love it here!”

    This place is clean and efficient in how they handle things. I hope things don’t change because living here so far has been remarkable. Evan gave us a tour and he has continuously been helpful and kind with any issues we have. I will say that on the move in day it’s a little overwhelming with all the apps and info that you have to learn but eventually it gets easier to understand. The only complaint I have is that people aren’t slowing down in the parking garage even after management has asked them to via email but that isn’t the apartment company’s fault. I also notice that people are bringing their huge dogs in to private lounge spaces that specifically say no pets. Even despite these issues, the amenities in the apartment are organized, the pools are well kept, the security is good, and the staff are efficient and courteous.

    Evan was amazing hands down the best experience weve had when moving to a new apartment! Most leasing people are nice before you move in and don’t care after you move in but this is not the case with Evan. We have been living here for a couple of Months and to this date Evan has helped us out with everything and has always been super nice and helpful. 100% recommend this place!

    I have been living here for 7 months and continue to be pleased with the amenities and overall cleanliness of the property. The leasing office is helpful with any questions or concerns with Evan being particularly helpful and friendly. Nancy the property manager also goes out of her way to be responsive and helpful if there are any issues.

    Nice community. People are friendly, the second pool is insane, and I love that we have a gym coaching schedule. Apartments are pretty. Leasing office is super friendly, I especially love Evan. He’s been so much help from day one, despite me being so unsure of my preferences, and me locking myself out all the time lol

    The maintenance crew here is great! Asisclo responded very quickly to my service request, he was extremely professional and did a thorough job. Its a huge relief knowing that any maintenance concerns I have will be addressed promptly and efficiently.

    Update: I was initially dissatisfied with the maintenance staff at this apartment complex. Although my stance to provide more training for some of the maintenance staff still stand, my experience with the maintenance staff today was a complete 180. AJ (Jose) was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I feel that my experience today is indicative of effective leadership taking direct feedback from residents. Thank you for hearing our critiques. Thank you AJ.Original Review: Not at all satisfied with the way in which this apartment complex navigates emergency work orders. Our air condition isn’t working, thermostat is gaging 85, and the maintenance guy is saying there is nothing he can do about it. We’re forced to just deal with it until the week day. AC not functioning in the Texas heat is undoubtedly an emergency work order, but this apartment isn’t treating as such.

In addition, its the staff at Tapestry that truly make it exceptional. Their dedication and friendliness are the icing on the cake, making this a place I’m proud to call home.

    I viewed these apartments today! They are awesome. The area is amazing, very quiet. The pool, sauna and the gym area wowed me! I had the pleasure of having Evan as my tour guide.     Im moving in this week. Lauren has been great in answering all my questions. Great staff, beautiful property & a great location. Its a bit secluded back in the neighborhood. Amenities are top notch and the pricing really surprised me. Great value for a high quality property! I had been looking for the right place for about 6 months, and this was it.
