Came in for a tour with my sister and the office staff was so sweet ! We were greeted by Devon and were informed on a few floor plans for her . He had such a glowing vibe to him and was very radiant & transparent when it came to the apartment information . We’ve been on a couple of tours and all I’ll say is this one definitely caught her eye ! Devon was amazing !

By far the best experience I have had touring/leasing an apartment. The moment I walked in I was treated with the highest level of respect and enthusiasm that I have received since moving to Texas. The entire staff is extremely respectful and understanding (which is hard to find these days). I worked with Maddy in particular, who was and is extremely good at her job. She is one of the kindest most enthusiastic person I have ever met. Props to her, she is one of the main reasons I moved here. Additionally, the apartments are so nice here! Very clean and super great layouts with nice appliances and finishes. Im pretty picky with what I like, and this had everything I wanted/needed. Im super grateful for the staff here, they are all so incredible. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Great location as well.

During my process I worked with Madeline Perry, Paola Davalos, and David Gonzalez.I was sad to hear Madeline left the team, her tour was amazing and brought a lot of energy and confidence to the billets!Paola was welcoming and worked through any issues I had, showed a great amount of patience when problems arose on my end and kept a welcoming smile through our entire encounter!!David helped me get checked into the final steps. Very diligently answered my questions and helped out getting everything figured out!!Thank you to the team for staying knowledgeable and current on the facility and the process!The facilities are also incredibly clean. The pool, fitness center, common room, and the rooms themselves on showing.

Exceeds all expectations of Luxury Apartment Living. This is by far a great place to live. The staff is amazing! Thank you Maddey, Paola and everyone assisting in making sure my unit was ready on expected move in date. Management team definitely makes us feel like home. The genuine care about their residents shows everyday in how they take care of this complex. Every single corner of this place is well taken care of and CLEAN. I dont know everyone involved in making sure this place is kept in stunning condition but they are doing a fantastic job! My son and I are glad to be part of the community! Thank you!

I’ve been a resident for almost 2 years and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. My neighbors are not the best and every time I ask office Paola is the one to always make sure I’m comfortable. I understand that she can only do so much, but since I have been here she has always been so helpful, understanding and her patience is impeccable. If you need real support and not just someone who is going to take your money. I recommend coming to check it out!!! Thank you Paola for always being great. :)

I recently visited Tacara at Westover Hills, a location that was recommended to me by a few friends. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the propertys beauty and decided to stop in to take a closer look. I was greeted by David Gonzales, the property manager, who showed me around the property and introduced me to several vacant units. I was very impressed by the property and Davids excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to showcase the propertys features and amenities. As a result, I am now considering this property for my future apartment needs.

I really love the apartments, this is my first apartment and the experience was better than I couldve asked for. These apartments are amazing! I’ve been here for about a year, and don’t have any complaints. Recently I began the process of moving to a bigger floor plan. I fell in love with this property from the moment l laid eyes on it. Paola Davolos has the sweetest personality, very knowledgeable, her smile lights up the office and she listens to your needs which is an A plus in property management. She knew exactly what l needed and had the perfect apartment for me, clean, very modern and tons of window lighting. The location is perfect with tons of shops, places to eat at the drop of a hat and even an Urgent Care for last minute emergencies. Access to the freeway is at your fingertips.Maintenance is prompt to respond when needed.

Resident for 3 Years TLDR Ive lived in 7 different apartments this is by far the best yet.First, you will be hard pressed to find MANAGEMENT as dedicated to their residents as the people working at Tacara. Poala is amazing! They do things the right way, and if a mistake is made they are quick to make it right.Second, MAINTANENCE is phenomenal. Out of the 7 apartments Ive lived at, I have never encountered a maintenance crew this honest and diligent. Eli deserves a gold medal!!Third, the COMMUNITY is fantastic. I had no problems here and felt safe at all times. Whats even better is that a gym just opened within walking distance. So you can walk to get groceries (Target) and to the gym now! The POOL and common areas are always clean, usable, and well-maintained.Fourth, the UNIT and DETACHED GARAGE were in excellent condition when I moved in, and remained that way.I highly recommend this apartment complex. It worked perfectly for me as a young extremely busy professional. If I could have stayed I absolutely would have.

I had an application process begin but never actually paid an application fee. My co applicant never signed their end and the application expired. I paid $150 but never the $75 for the application fee. Tacara now refuses to refund the admin fee. I’ve just donated $150 to olympus properties.So just be aware if you’re looking for a new home. Make sure to everyone is ready to sign before it all expires and they take your money.Side note good luck getting in contact with the actual office.*Update:I received an immense amount of help from the manager David. He heard my issue and has been in constant communication with me on this matter.I really appreciate his willingness to help. I do believe this how a great business operates, with great people. Thank you for your help David!

Living here is such a great place to live for many reasons, but mainly because of the quick turnaround time for maintenance, Xavier completes your service request. I like that fact that your requests are complete within or less than 24 hours. This is such an amazing service to have at an apartment complex. I love how the staff takes pride in how clean the property is. The leasing staff especially Nisa who helped me the most is so friendly and really helped me and answered my questions. So glad I choose to live here. Thank you everyone.

New resident here. Maintenance service and management is great. Pool party they had yesterday for the residents was awesome. They had food, beverages games and prizes. My grandkids and family had a great time. Really shows how much they appreciate the residents. Coordinator for the pool party was on par and very friendly and interacting with everyone. I recommend these apartments. Location is a big plus too.

I moved in to this beautiful, amazing Olympus Property Tacara Westover Hills on December 08, 2022.I have to say that all the staff from the maintenance crew, to the property manager have been so welcoming, helpful, prompt with all my concerns. I absolutely love, love, love my apartment home. The community is so amazing. Everyone is so kind and cordial. I feel truly blessed to have found this Diamond. It is such a quiet, serene, clean property. The maintenance crew are the absolute best.I have to say that Olympus Property has the most amazing, kind, smart, very professional property manager in Desiree Flores.She has been very attentive to all my needs and concerns. She is very professional and prompt to resolve all my concerns/issues that had to be addressed. She took care of every single one them quickly. Issues resolved that same day, usually that same hour or two. We, as residents are truly blessed, lucky to get here as our property manager. I’ve lived at other properties and communities, and I must say that this property, Tacara Westover Hills, is by far the best one hands down. The front office is very inviting to residents and all common areas are clean and lightly used. Food trucks on Fridays! Very close to tons of shopping, restaurants and big box stores. I’ve been here for a little over 3 months now and I love how much they do to help their residents feel at home. They also have food truck Friday’s which I love! The trucks they bring are always so good. Maintenance is amazing and they get the job done quickly. First off, these apartments are absolutely amazing, For the price point compared to other “Luxury” Apartments these are truly gorgeous inside and out. The location is definitely 10/10! Most importantly the staff is very patient and guide you through every single step. Paola has processed every document in a timely matter and never missed my calls unless she was helping someone else then she would immediately return my call. Justin has been extremely helpful as well and showed me every step to set up my Wifi. I went on a tour with one of my really good friends who is moving in and I instantly fell in love! Our tour guide, Valerie, was so helpful and didn’t hesitate to answer any of our questions! The balconies are very spacious and roomy, the rooms are nice and cozy, and the hardwood floors are an added plus. This tour has me excited to call this place my future home. Loved living here and Maintenence was great. Just moved out and got my final utility bill which is fine but was also charged for carpet cleaning which seems to be unnecessary way to keep my deposit. When I went to call the number to pay my bill they said they didn’t have it yet as it’s sent from the Tacara apartments to their parent corporation Olympus properties. I shouldn’t have to wait to pay my final bill. Also from what I found out during my move out process they won’t share your rental history for a rental verification. So if this is your first apartment I’d suggest saving your lease contracts if they don’t do a rental verification when you’re ready to move on to another apartment.

I usually don’t write reviews on an experience but this one couldn’t go unnoticed. My wife and I have been looking into a new place to live in San Antonio, Texas. We have been on a couple of tours with a few properties around the area but this one stood out the most. First and foremost I want to give a 10/10 rating to leasing agent Valerie. Her professionalism, manors, and customer service has brought light to this very frustrating apartment hunt. With a smile on her face she was able to answer every question I needed to know. Lastly the property was amazing, very clean and in a great location. My favorite part is the amenities offered to the residents. We still have a few properties to tour but this one is so far number one!

I have nothing but good things to say about Tacara Apartments. Valerie Rodriguez was so friendly and helpful. The apartments and the entire community is taken care of everything is always in good shape.I had an issue with the AC and was taken care of within the hour. I mentioned to one of the maintenance guys that one of the light posts was out and it was a bit dark at night to walk my dog and it was taken care of right away. Everyone is so friendly and doing their best. The only complaint I have and it has nothing to do with the great service of all the Tacara Employees is that the people here don’t clean after their pets. You see poop on some of the grass areas because people just don’t care! I have not use their doggie park because even though the complex provides doggie trash bags and a trash can, the owners don’t pick up!! I Have seen how hard the workers here spend the day cleaning the park to provide us a clean environment but some people just ruin it for everyone. But honestly I am very happy living here and I would recommend to everyone.

Took a tour today at tacara ,and the politeness of the leasing agent(Paola Davalos )was outstanding .she stood up to great me as soon I took step in the facility . Very helpful and great persons love people that are ready to work . Out of all the property in the are this one was the most inviting.

Changing my review. 1st impression on the 1st day was really bad experience 2nd day was awesome. We give credit to Tanya for a welcoming smile and a good sense of humor. She gave us a quick tour of the facilities and then showed us a model of the floor plan we would be renting. She did a great job of answering all of our questions and we left with Tacara as our top choice after seeing several other properties. Thanks Tanya!!

My wife is moving to San Antonio, Texas for work and will temporarily be living at Tacara at Westover Hills.I am giving a 5 star review because of the fantastic customer service we have received so far. Paola at the front office has been a pleasure to work with. She connected us with Justin at AT&T to set up our internet and Wi-Fi..he has been super helpful as well. Highly recommend using both if you are moving to the San Antonio area.

The staff at Tacara are very professional, super funny, and down to earth! Ive lived here for 3 years and I wouldnt want to live any where else. Kudos to the maintenance staff. The ladies in the office...Jennifer, Valerie, Destinee, and Anna always make you feel right at home. Go team Go!

I lived here for about four years, and I can honestly say its one of the best experiences Ive had in the four other places Ive been stationed.The location is perfect, particularly if you need to commute to Lackland AFB. It takes 30 minutes to get to base on a bad day, about 20 minutes on any other either by Texas-151, I-410, or by Military Ave. Additionally, you have plenty of grocery and department store in 5-15 minute drives. Plus, there is a good strip of restaurants within walking distance of the complex.The apartments themselves are also good. I went with a 1 bed/bath and had very few issues beyond the occasional facet clogging due to sediment build-up. The good news is that if you ever have a problem, the maintenance staff solves issues within 24 hours in my experience.Id heartily recommend the Tacara to anyone new to San Antonio, and especially to military personnel working in Lackland AFB.

Awesome place! The staff is very helpful and communicate efficiently. Im glad I chose to live here. Beautiful landscape, beautiful LUXURY apartments, and great amenities. In a location that is perfect for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Couldnt ask for more( except a bench press for the gym haha😊)

Apartment shopping is never something I like to do between finding the right rates, the community, distance from work and dealing with staff especially during this covid time. This was not the case at Tacara. Miranda was very friendly and helpful. Being upfront and knowledgeable when it came to all my questions over the phone. This made my decision much easier when choosing my new apartment! Thank you Tacara and thank you Miranda!

I like the kitchen they have in their Aqua lounge, it is going to be fun to have parties in. Justin and Paola were awesome and super nice. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are new to the area. I know this sounds super cheesy but it is definitely worth the stop.

Maintenance department is always awesome here. Eli runs the maintenance team and everything is always done the right way in a very timely fashion. We’ve lived here for going on 6 years now and Eli has always made sure the maintenance department was excellent.
