    The whole staff is very nice and friendly. Zaria is the sweetest. The assistant manager did change from when I moved in and heā€™s the most compassionate person. I have had no issues living here. I love that thereā€™s two resident lounges and itā€™s super secure here you canā€™t really get around unless you have a fob lol. I would recommend this property. šŸ˜Š

The common areas are beautifully maintained, and the overall ambiance of the property feels both exclusive and welcoming.What made the experience even better was my interaction with Richard, the property manager. From the start, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in ensuring I had all the information I needed. He took the time to answer my questions in detail, showing me various apartment options and explaining the communityā€™s offerings. His attention to detail and approachable demeanor made me feel confident that this is a place where residents are well taken care of.While Iā€™m still considering my options, Sync at West Dallas is definitely at the top of my list, thanks in large part to the excellent service provided by Richard.     Last week I toured this property and I have to say they had the nicest and most professional welcoming staff of all places I visited. I was very impressed with the amenities they offered. The pool was super clean and I absolutely loved the gym. The apartment that I viewed was spacious and has everything I am looking for. This is definitely a good find and I will be considering this a place to call home.

    So I went to visit a friend so I can look at her unit to possibly move into these apartments and I was so lost until Jessica at the leasing office was amazing at helping me find my way & on top of that was able to give me a bit of an overview of the apartments and amenities, details on move in dates, etc! My name is Kayanti Williams and I just want to say ( OMG) this apartment complex is so worth it , the entire staff are so amazing I love everything about the apartment , what had caught my attraction was the lounge you can play pool it seems lime you can swim all night , my fitness center that also caught my attention as well because you can work out while you are getting your funds worth, and especially the amazing studio and the 1 bedroom apartment, everything I saw was so worth living in. I felt like I wanted to move in the same day but only in time I will , until then I just want to say thank you all for the amazing tour , my family loves it so much and with more hard work and dedication we shall be there soon , once again thank you for your time and have a great day.God Bless The Amazing Staff

    Ive been living here for almost a year, and just renewed my lease to stay! The staff here have always been so nice and incredibly responsive. The environment here is great, theyre always hosting events to have residents meet each other and hangout, and are amazing with communication on whats going on around the complex. There are a lot of places in Dallas to live, but Ive found my home here, and couldnt be happier! Also, huge plus, this place is within walking distance to anything you could want! Also, Rebekah who is the leasing manager here has been amazing, and the front office staff have always been so kind and helpful!

    My experience has been a great one. The amount of assistance I got every step of my move in, from hooking up wifi; to getting my electric set up; to getting my parking permit. I am pleasantly surprised by the professionalism that greets meet every time I go to the office. The prompt email responses to my concerns are refreshing. The promptness of maintenance responses are mind boggling. When things are broke they fix them. when I have a concern they listen. This is a very quiet community. The tenants are super friendly. I would highly recommend to a friend.

    I just recently moved in. My move in experience was smooth, effortless. They assisted me with everything I needed and they even reminded of those things I needed that I didnt realize I needed. It was a pleasure to see such professionalism. Its just good to see people actually do their job and do it with excellence. I feel they are truly here to serve this community with excellence and to make your stay one that is memorable in a good way. I would hands down recommend this place as a place to call home just based on my move i experience. Ive been here three weeks. I have had questions and things that needed repair and they were very prompt to answer questions and to make repairs.

    Left a few reviews previously but decided to update them.i was here when it was managed by greystar, left, then came back when it was under sync management & wont lie that it wasnā€™t the same experience until the new management and staff took over. Rebekah, Loren, Ale, & Zaria are amazing. they know residents by name and engage with you when they see you out on the property. They also have a lot of community events where they engage with all residents as well.Any maintenance requests iā€™ve had have been handled in 24 hours or less and they make sure that the property is well taken care of & all issues are resolved. they have a really good team here. 10/10

    Sync at West Dallas is the best place to live the view from the 4 th level of the parking garage is unbelievable, not to mention I Needed to know how to lock my door by using a key fob, the manager, Classy Peace was off, and in her own home, came and gave me a lesson on how to lock my door. This may be a small thing to some people but I had not lived in an apartment in over 20 years, and I have never heard of then or now that a manager would leave their home to come and help anyone less long someone that doesnā€™t even know how to lock their door. This young lady has shown the utmost professionalism and I appreciate her hard work and dedication that she has to her property and the people that live there I love this place and the people who work there and I see how hard she works to maintain her staff with maintenance and security.

Anytime I go into the front our office and I make a request. It is always granted Iā€™m always greeted with smile and ended with a smile.     This was our home for 2 years ā¤ļø In fact me and my boyfriends first apartment together! The interior of the apartment is pretty and up to date! There were some issues at times with key knobs and gates but it got fixed in a timely manner. There is great communication between staff to residents. Its safe for family! We will definitely miss our apartment.

    I went to tour the apartments with my daughter on last week and the atmosphere of the office as we enter it and how excited the team were showed me this is the right place for her first apartment.     My experience at Alexan West Dallas has been excellent! Kody and Stacey are always helpful and make themselves available when needed. They host fun community events like the free taco truck and pool parties.The maintenance staff responds quickly, and theyre always professional and friendly. I enjoy the amenities -- the dog park is updated, and the pool and gym are always clean. I love the sky lounge with the downtown view! The location is perfect, and this area is quiet for the most part. Love this property!

    I love living at the Alexan. I donā€™t ever want to leave. Everyone is nice and welcoming. Stacy and Elizabeth are the main reasons why I want to stay. They answer all of my questions and concerns. They follow up and always say hello when I pass by. I love how they add a sense of community to the apartment.I upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom, and they were both super helpful in ensuring that the transition was smooth. If I have any issues, Stacy is always at the forefront and helps out. Cody is great too. I appreciate all of the new developments in the new community; the changes are definitely making the experience of living here more luxurious. The apartment is close to hair salon, nail salon, a small market, a 7/11, a bank. I literally walk to all of these places and itā€™s so great! We have been able to stay a single family car because of the nearby businesses. My unit is clean and up to date. Maintenance fixes issues within 24-48 hours. I park my car in the garage and have never had a break in. I feel safe walking around the complex and nearby areas. I love love love the Alexan! šŸ¤

    Love our new place, we recently sold our home and decided to rent an apartment while we looked for a new house. Although we were not looking forwarded to apartment living and a smaller place we are extremely happy we did. The management did and continues to do an amazing job at making us feel at home. They are an awesome team! They do gathering events often to bring the tenants together. The complex is great! Love the lounge, the clubhouse and especially the gym. They have some really fun outside hangout spots and we cant wait for the summer to enjoy them. Overall we are extremely pleased and were all ready thinking of extending our lease.     Excellent place to live! Our unit was delayed and they were nice enough to let us store our belongings in their storage units for free until they were ready! Maintenance responds in a flash and the hot chocolate tastes great. The entire management crew is awesome and a pleasure to speak to. Keep up the great work!Update: The office staff has turned over and while I have enjoyed my stay the issue of reserved parking and trying to reach someone on the phone has been troublesome. Someone parked their car in my spot and Im still trying to get the vehicle removed and to this point I cant get anyone to answer the phone. Overall, it was a good experience.

    Ive been here since October 2016 right at the beginning and the staff has been very attentive and awesome. The location is great and the amenities are wonderful, I especially love the Sky Lounge with the wonderful view of downtown as well as the hardwood flooring in the unit. Also love how the apartments are very tech savvy too, such as the after hours mail package lockers and the Stratis mobile app as an alternative to lock/unlock our units.I would definitely recommend this place!**Update: Feb 2022: The management has changed a couple of times since Iā€™ve been here but my only complaint is that they neglected to present me with any lease renewal offers which is usually done when your lease is almost up, so I was stuck with only the market rate as an option and there wasnā€™t any effort to provide anything else.

    Alexan West Dallas is my FIRST apartment outside of living with my parents and I must say that I have had the BEST experience. Me and my sister have been here going on 2 years and I can not say how exceptional the staff has been. Even when there were issues the front staff has been amazing at getting things resolved quickly and efficiently. Through out my time living here I have been blessed to meet some awesome ladies. I would love to give a special shout out to Kristy, Thalia and Catherine for making this place really feel like home. You ladies are so professional and knowledgeable. Full of life and just a joy to interact with. Thank you for all that you do and continue to do. It is greatly appreciated. But this review isnt just for them but the entire team. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Thanks for making my first on my own experience worth it. Cheers to many more years.

    The property is kept up well and the amenities are great. The 2 story gym is my favorite. The leasing staff is always extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions. Ive never lived at a property that cared so much about their residents. The sense of community that Alexan West Dallas is one of a kind. If you are looking for an apartment in the West Dallas area you should definitely check them out.

    I am about to transition to TX and after a not so great experience with another property someone recommended Alexan West Dallas! (So grateful!) I have been working with Stacey and cant wait to meet her in person because she is literally the best at her job. She has been so communicative and responsive through the day regarding anything and has made this move for me so simple and easy. She did a tour with me via FT and has been on top of it ever since. I love the fact also that they offer an immediate approval process so you know whether the apt is all yours! Stacey is by far the best and though Im not on the property yet I am sure my experience will be amazing based on these reviews and interacting with the team so far. Thanks for setting the bar !

    I lived at Alexan West Dallas for a year and a half. I really enjoyed my time there. Never had any issue with the staff - theyre all great! As others mentioned, the parking is HORRIBLE! The spots are tiny, people drive like theyre going down the highway, and park in the middle spot which makes it difficult to park on either side. I wish the residents would be more courteous to others. Ive nearly gotten in a wreck multiple times pulling in/out of the garage. The garbage disposable situation needs to be fixed too. Its really gross when there is trash everywhere and smells horrendous. Other than that, I really enjoyed living in the complex.

    Wish I could give this place more stars! Hands down the best place Ive lived in. With my job Ive seen hundreds of apartment complexes and management, and Alexan West Dallas has by far the best combination Ive ever seen. The staff is the cornerstone of this place and Lincoln Property Company should make sure they are taken care of as much as possible. Maintenance team is solid, very respectful, and gets things done quickly. I toured the places around it and even though this one is more expensive, it is completely worth it. Ive also never cared about apartment amenities since they are usually a necessary thing to have to advertise, but the amenities here are fantastic! Again, props to the whole team on this project.

    Alexan west was the first apartment i moved into when i moved to dallas & i lived there for two years. my first year their was an issue with the apartment i was supposed to move into & they moved me into a different apartment for the same rate because they knew my situation at the time was hectic.my second year i moved into a different floor plan that fit my life a little better & couldnā€™t have been happier. i never had any major issues and any issues i had were always taken care of immediately.residents were always friendly, staff & management were friendly & engaged with us residents. before covid they always had events in the club house, annual pool parties, and tons of games/sweepstakes.unfortunately i ended up moving to frisco because of a relocation with my job and i was unable to get locked into one of the promotions that they were offering because it was for move ins within a certain amount of time (my only complaint after being there for two years) but i get somethings are out of their control. 90% sure iā€™ll be back once my lease is up.

    I have lived at Alexan West Dallas for almost a year and I love it here. You get exactly what you pay for. The main reason I chose Alexan was because of the front desk staff. They are all on the same page, knowledgeable, prompt, upbeat and AVAILABLE!!! ALWAYS AVAILABLE. They are one of the main reasons why I have decided to stay another year as well. The community is always clean and quiet. The location is amazing-- close enough to Downtown to get there fast but far enough that you are distant from the madness. You are minutes away from Trinity Groves as well as Bishop Arts District. Catching an Uber or finding something near by to eat is a breeze. I love it here and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!

    Getting everything settled to lease an apartment at Alexan West was an easy process. I like that community is close to many things in the Down Town area, but is still far enough to have some peace and quite. Theres alot of friendly faces in the building including the management and the staff.Kody the property manager is always extremely helpful when it comes to answering questions and resolving and issues. The staff goes above and beyond every month planning social events every month for the residents. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here.

    This is it. Stop looking. Lets begin with the staff. I had the pleasure of working very closely with Elizabeth: one of the leasing agents and to say she is INCREDIBLE, is the understatement of the century. She would just not stop helping me in any way that I needed!! For starters, She took me to see about 5 different units due to missing out on the initial unit I fell in love with. I went and toured on 3 different days at which point I was always welcomed with a smile and a warm cup of hot chocolate. Elizabeth really went above and beyond trying to help me find my home. At one point, I had seized communications with Alexan West Dallas due to not finding something that I loved as much as I did with the initial unit I toured. However, that did not stop Elizabeth working diligently for me even when I hadnt communicated with them for over a week! I get a surprise call one afternoon along with a video tour since I was from out of town and she wanted to save me a trip up to Dallas. Finally when I decided on that unit, my questions just came pouring in.I want to commend not just Elizabeth, but Stacey and Kody as well. Prior to my move-in, I called approximately 10 times and sent countless of emails asking questions, checking status, and anything else I could come to mind and not once did they sound annoyed or irritated (which they had every reason to feel). Every question was answered and if they didnt know the answer they would run to find out for me. Great customer service! To be completely honest, the apartment complex is BEAUTIFUL but the outstanding service demonstrated by Elizabeth and Stacey is the main reason I moved to Alexan West Dallas and I cannot stress that enough!On the day of move-in: as things can get hectic and busy. The staff was so helpful in the entire process! They provided an easy and safe place to park my truck where I could haul all my stuff. They allowed me to use their dolly to help load my stuff (which they certainly did not have to do). Also sent maintenance to make sure that everything was and order! So so considerate and helpful! They made a tough day, just that much easier!Lastly, their service does not stop once youve moved in! I have experienced a decrease of customer service in the past with other apartment leasing teams once you have been locked in as a resident. Not here. Elizabeth, Stacey and Kody have been consistently present and helpful in any way they can!For instance: I did not have a broom and needed one desperately so I went to the office AFTER HOURS and happened to see Elizabeth, on her time off and she did not hesitate to stop and get me what I needed.Likewise, my garage remote did not have a sturdy keychain (incredibly minor) and I mentioned it to Kody; without hesitation he jumped right up and went to get me a new one. You cant buy customer service like this!!! This is also not mentioning that I had completely forgotten a charge on my account that I had not seen and had gone 8 days past the due date and I receive a notifying email (which they do not need to do) of the charge with no late fee. I dont know about you but this service is unparalleled.OH also, they do giveaways so often and they are the good kind!!In short, you will be greeted incredibly by anyone in the leasing office and will continue to receive exemplary service throughout your time here!

    We just finished our third year living here, and I wish we could stay! I have had the best experience here and Linsey is the best to ever do it. Great amenities, beautiful apartments, lots of space and storage! So sad to leave, but would recommend this complex. Its only a $5.00 uber ride to downtown, and although people complain its close to the hood, there are so many developments happening all around. We love you Alexan West!

Just look at the IG.šŸš˜Parking hadnt always been the best on your floor (getting better though with the enforcement of stickers and towing) but grab a reserved space on the cheap and boom issue solved.There have been some changes over the last year but Owners make the call to make changes not the office staff/management. They just have the luxury of being the bad gals to deliver the news. The office staff does care about the residents and take a great deal of pride in the community. I have had a issue or two (as we all have at any community and the ladies have ALWAYS done their absolute BEST to correct/address them to a satisfactory resolution.šŸ“£Noise levels/trash, I mean, thats peoplešŸ‘Ž not the office staff/managements fault but, fact they will address it and do what they can.

    Uptown style apartment for $200-$300 less?! Yes please!!! Im so glad I chose Alexan West Dallas as my new home! It is conveniently located minutes away from all that Dallas has to offer. Uptown/down are a stones throw away along with the Trinity Groves/Bishop Arts District! There is a nearby jogging trail in Kessler park which is perfect this time of year. In the Sylvan shopping center (which is walking distance) you will find a coffee shop, market, restaurants and much more!The 24 hour amenities are incredible! They have an indoor/outdoor Sky Lounge fully equipped with pool table, kitchen area, comfy seats, and downtown views! The Wifi Club Room is perfect for working from home! You feel like you are truly transported to a unique coffee shop atmosphere. They are even putting in a wireless printer and coffee machine! My favorite amenity has to be the 2 level fitness center! It is fully equipped with a plethora of cardio/weight equipment! They even have yoga and TRX equipment! Super rare for an apartment community! I dont have a pet but they will have a spacious pet park within the community and will even have dog washing stations. The pool is another great common space that I cant wait to use next year. Its a huge pool area with fire pits, grills, and is attached to the indoor/outdoor gaming lounge. In the gaming lounge there is table tennis, a giant scrabble board, and dart board. Super FUN! Very similar feel to the Katy Trail Ice House or Kung Foo! Packages are delivered into a package locker and I can pick up my packages 24 hours using a code!The interior of the apartment homes are heaven! They all come with your standard wood floors, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. (I hear the 1st floor apartments have concrete floors!) What really sold me was the small details that the apartments had inside. They all have side by side fridges, a spice rack built in, and USB ports throughout the apartment. They even make it easy to hide the wires when you mount your TV. The cutouts are already there! Did I mention that some floor plans have a built in wine rack!?Parking here is great! You can park right on your floor in the multilevel parking garage. There is no charge to park in the covered garage. That is a huge plus bc most of the properties in the area have limited parking and you have to park in the street or pay for a space/garage. Visitor parking is located on the first floor. All you have to do is buzz them in using your cell phone!The office staff is SUPER FRIENDLY! They take care of everything in a timely and professional manner. They host 3-5 monthly resident events which is great because I get to meet my neighbors. The usually have a happy hour at the Foundry which is located right next door.I am so glad I chose Alexan West as my new home! I would recommend this property to anyone!

    Choosing to live at ALEXAN West Dallas was the greatest decision! The community is great and the staff is awesome! Whatever you need, they will work to get it done for you. Also, the location is great! Everything in the city is a short drive away, which happens to be super convenient! Donā€™t look to lease anywhere else!

    I love Alexan West Dallas. The property management is fantastic! Through the covid-19 pandemic, they have been nothing but understanding and transparent. The community amenities are always clean, and their social distancing measures follow the local and state guidelines to the T.     This is my 3rd year living at Alexan and its been great! The best thing about Alexan West Dallas is the front office staff. They genuinely care and whatever you need theyre going to do their best to get it for you! From day one Thalia, Kristy, and Catherine have been nothing short of amazing! I wouldnt have repeatedly chosen to live her if it werent for those three.

    Location and convenice are excellent. I love the layout of my apartment and the amenities! My bathroom has the shower/tub combo and the highlight of my apartment. new apartments across the street block my view of downtown and the bridges so not happy about that!

    I moved in on December 5th, 2017. Every one of the staff members Iā€™ve encountered has personified professionalism and warmth in each and every experience Iā€™ve had with them, even during moments when I was hangry and maybe not at my most pleasant. They could have responded in kind and it would have been justified. However, their excellence in treatment and communication never waivered. Ivan, the head of maintenance who has been at the complex since Day 1, is just the best and within our first meeting, he gained my trust, a feat that is not easily achieved. I am very private and am entrusted with confidential documentation in my practice. He is respectful, always calls before he comes, and has the patience of a saint. He is personable, knowledgeable, gives explanations and sets appropriate expectations, and is a true professional who does things the right way. The staff, the maintenance, the amenities, even requests that Iā€™ve made that might seem like small things to others but are important to me, are never treated as less important, a hassle or too insignificant to be bothered with resolving. The complex is immaculate, the residents are warm-hearted animal lovers, and there are weekly events. They are hosted by a front office female or two and Ivan, sometimes ending as late as 8pm. Even though thatā€™s a long work day for them, youā€™d never know it because they are so positive, smiling and are true nurturers of the complexā€™s community. The events are thoughtfully planned, well attended by residents and really fun. If you are thinking of where you should live next, come check out Alexan West Dallas. If your gut tells you it could be home, that feeling will only grow and be confirmed in a surprisingly short amount of time. I donā€™t write reviews so the fact that I am, while struggling to end this review due to the laundry list of pros Iā€™ve experienced in the short time Iā€™ve lived here should speak volumes. If you take a moment from your day and walk into the Alexan West lobby, you will question why youā€™ve rented anywhere else. Full disclosure as Iā€™m a human with flaws and try to be self-aware. This review is written by someone who is very picky, was doubtful sheā€™d find a place that felt like home, and was shocked to not only have that doubt removed but also be treated to the best customer service I didnā€™t know could exist at an apartment complex. Being treated well, attentiveness, timely and honest communication are hugely important to me. I have a very high bar of what I expect and an even higher bar when met that makes me feel true deep joy (Iā€™m aware that itā€™s much higher than likely the majority of the population). My experience with each employee has been so excellent that they seem to effortlessly treat me with such excellence as that they clear my highest bar in steeet shoes. They just treat people right, every time, because thatā€™s how they are. Thereā€™s no faking it or acting nice before you sign the lease and then you experience a 180.I am writing of my own volition, there was no incentive, so put that skeptical thought to rest. Iā€™ve just been that impressed and felt compelled to share what a good place this is to call home. I feel taken care of, heard, everything is addressed timely and with a positive attitude. This is a rare find. When one finds good people and good places to do business with, especially in Dallas, itā€™s such a blessing.Iā€™m a CPA and do not put my name on something I am not fully confident in, and this CPA is endorsing this complex.
