    I highly recommend Strata to anyone who is considering moving here! I moved here last summer and I have had no issues so far. The apartments are modern and gorgeous, and the pool, gym, and clubhouse are great. Layla and David, the staff members, are always kind and helpful. I have not faced any problems with parking, package delivery, trash pickup, elevators, homeless people or noise, which is common in other apartments. The staff always comes up with fun activities for the residents, like the annual pool party, paint n sip, and movies projected on a big screen. Recently, they even gave out Chick-fil-A biscuits and glasses for the solar eclipse. If you are searching for a place to live, you should definitely consider Strata!

    We’ve been living here for about three months and love it so far! The pool is amazing, the gym is well-stocked, and the property is overall clean and super well-kept. Everyone working here is super friendly too and always makes sure you’re taken care of! There’s also a great business center, free coffee/tea/hot chocolate 24/7, and a rooftop with a fireplace and great views of the Dallas skyline!

    The management here was very friendly and gave me some good recommendations of possible properties when I could not find my right fit here. My friends live in this building, and their apartment is very nice, just on the smaller side for me personally. It is definitely worth viewing if this is something in your ballpark. The security seemed pretty good, but the hallways arent the best and gross either from residents or maintenance. A good system to get into the parking garage (however may be annoying for guests). 4.2/5

    I lived at Strata for 5 years and it was one of the best homes I’ve lived at. Neighborhood is so comfortable and very walkable. The pool is the best feature and amenity because it is beautiful, big, and welcoming. Strata leasing office is top notch and they are always there to take care of your needs. Layla is the longest tenured staff team member and is the absolute best. She has a knack for knowing everyone’s name and apartment number.. which is a testament to her attentiveness to the residents. Great job! Highly recommend.

    I have been here 10 years and I must say, Simpson has a knack for hiring great people. Whereas I love my apt. and the amenities are great, it has always been the management team that has impressed me. The folks here always are attentive to my needs and prompt with their service. I am a relationship person and the management team are the best at this. My apartment is great, the location is wonderful and I am pleased to make this my home.

    I’ve lived in this community for over 3 years and absolutely love it! Great walkable area with access to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and late night food along Henderson and Fitzhugh. The only downside I’ve encountered is occasional trouble with garage access and/or elevators. Although I’ve had any substantially negative experiences with them myself. The amenities are great and I would recommend living here!

    We loved our time at Strata!The amenities were great, always clean and their maintenance was always very attentive. Layla specifically was a big help when it came to helping us get settled with our lease and into our apartment.Throughout our time living at Strata she helped answer any questions we had about the property and kept we us in the loop about different events that they were having for the tenants.Would recommend living at Strata.

    If I wasn’t buying a home I would never leave Strata. I been here since 2015 and have enjoyed every bit of it. Layla, Zach, and the rest of the office staff are amazing to work with and request maintenance. I really enjoy the catering they have at resident events. I would 1000% recommend you live here!!!

    I have lived at Strata for 10 years! I’ve never lived in an apartment for this long! I sold my condo thinking I would rent for a couple of years - but I’m still here!!! The reason I’ve stayed so long is easy - I love ❤️ the layout of my apartment, the office staff is amazing - always helpful and super friendly and the maintenance crew is beyond top notch. Even though crime is everywhere, Strata provides cameras throughout the property. It’s rare to find that at most properties. In a nutshell, I’ve really enjoyed living here!

    Strata one of the best properties I have had the chance to live it and call home. Well kept property and amenities and just love the pool as well. Work orders are completed on time and the community is well maintained and clean also the front office is the absolute best. Melina Sundae as well as David go above and beyond to ensure me and other residents are happy as well as comfortable. No other place I would choose to live than Strata

    The Strata has been AMAZING for my wife and I. Weve been here three years and plan to be here until our family outgrows being in an apartment. Maintenance has been super responsive, the front desk team of Layla, Sundae and David are like an all-start squad and we genuinely just like the building, location and community. Ive heard from multiple people who have moved out that they regretted it or they ended up moving back.

    Strata has been great so far, the front desk is extremely proactive and communicative. Really impressed by the staff, especially Layla and David. Only small complaint I have is the buzzing in system seems to be difficult to use and broken in some areas. Other than that, its in a great location and everyone there is really friendly.

    Maintenance always fixes any issues in a timely manner and is polite while working in my apartment. The leasing office is friendly and able to answer any of my questions. Amenities are fun and clean. Highly recommend Strata to anyone looking in the area.

    Great location, fabulous amenities and great staff! I lived at Strata for almost two years and really enjoyed my time there. The amenities are beautiful, my favorite being the roofdeck with Dallas Skyline view. Management staff is very responsive and professional and communicative. I highly recommend leasing at Strata, if life events didnt lead me elsewhere, I would absolutely still be a resident there!

    Ive lived here for 4 months now and am very happy with my decision to move here. Antonio is an extremely hard worker and is very helpful with whatever it may be. The building is new and routinely gets cleaned. Including the garage. The maintenance issues have been resolved promptly. If you decide to move here do know that youre making a decision to move to east Dallas. There can and probably will be crime. Dont be naive or blame things on management when your car gets broken into. Be smart. Hide your belongings and keep your apartment locked at all times.

    Ive been at Strata for 5 months now and have nothing but great things to say! Very friendly and helpful staff in the leasing office, and any time Ive placed a service request theyve not only come out to fix it that day, but always leave a friendly note to let me know they were there and explaining what theyve done. Everyone who works there is extremely approachable and always eager to help! Theyve also held several fun resident events both on property and in the area. Gorgeous community, A+ amenities, and excellent staff! Id recommend Strata Dallas to anyone and everyone who asks!!

    As a traveling Google Maps Contributer, I frequent many apartment complexes on a daily basis. From Section 8 housing to lofty skyscrapers, apartments are rather mundane in scope generaly speaking.So it comes at no surprise, expectation can get a bit stagnant!It was a refreshing shock to discover this awesome complex, and all it has to offer. Great staff, great location, and an overall gem to the Knox/Henderson area of Dallas!

    Love living here, luxury living at an affordable rate. Staff is super friendly and events are fun. There are a few quirky things as there are everywhere, but overall this place is great. The clientele skews young but its getting more diverse.

    Nice place to live. Only issue is I hear everything from the people next to and above me. The people above have 2 big dogs so I give them a pass. Other than that, the place is beautiful. Great amenities and great gym/pool!

    Like it very much so far.I was spoiled to a wolf stove gas cook top ,but other than being used to a little more luxury appliances and a jacuzzi tub ,if apartments had been this nice when I was young its possible I would have never bought a home.Office is always helpful and have had zero issues .Love the pools and almost never see anyone one .Sometimes fire trucks cause racket .Its city life.
