This place has been my home for almost 5 years. The office staff are wonderful especially the apartment manager. She has tremendous ideas and takes a special interest in everyone. The maintenance staff are great and quickly fix anything going on. I could not recommend anyplace better than here.

My fiancé and I absolutely love it here! These apartments are very cozy and comfortable. What I love most is the staff, they are so caring, kind and also plan fun activities for residents. Maintenance is always on it getting stuff done right away. Property is always well cared for as well. My fiancé proposed to me here in front of our friends and family and we have gotten multiple compliments about our cute little apartment. We have been residents here for some months and are definitely going to continue to be living here for a while.

I have been a resident of Stonebridge at Bear Creek for over 12 years & l love it here! What makes it so special is the caring & devoted management & staff. Although management changed last year, the caring and devotion did not. Laurie, the Property Manager & her wonderful Staff are fantastic! I never have to worry about my well being. I feel safe here. We are kept abreast of any issues, the grounds are kept trimmed & beautiful. Trash pickup is regular & maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely basis. My neighbors are kind & thoughtful! I cant see myself living anywhere else. What a blessing!

I’ve just signed another lease without question. This place is home! It’s quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the office staff are personable and the maintenance men are all so helpful and FAST!! If I have to place a maintenance request, within minutes they are knocking at my door. I’m so glad that after years of trying, I finally live here!

The staff here is responsive and professional. The manager, Jasmine, has always been helpful and friendly. Whenever an issue has occurred, a maintenance man took care of the problem right away. The grounds are well maintained. The environment is quiet and peaceful.

This is a wonderful place to live! I just moved out after 9 years (two different units) to be closer to my work location but I would recommend this place to anyone. Beth and her staff were always friendly and helpful. They did a great job managing a tough situation with the winter storm in Feb 2021 and always sent clear communications for handling the crisis. Maintenance is very helpful and responsive, one of the perks of a smaller complex. And the rent pricing was a good bang for your buck, especially compared to other DFW locations. 5 stars and a great place to live overall!

I’ve only been here for a minute but I hope to stay a long time. Beth was so good to me from the day I picked up my keys! She was so personable and attentive. And I cannot say enough about Erica! She was working hard for me even before I moved in and has been nothing but a charm since I’ve become a resident. She’s very responsive to anything I bring to her attention. The grounds are peaceful and well kept. I haven’t needed maintenance yet but I do see them hard at work pretty much everyday. This place is ideal!

Ive always been very happy with these apartments . They try very hard to make living there a nice experience. The maintenance is very, very good. Beth and her team are so wonderful. Im so happy to have found them.

I have liked this condominium complex for a long time, I have passed by there several times and I just kept looking at it, one day I decided to go in and apply, from the moment you walk through the door very good service, you feel a very pleasant atmosphere, Miss Yesmin assisted me , she and her manager did everything possible to help me at all times with my application, I am not rented in the place yet, but I am looking forward to the day of my move, highly recommended, I feel very happy, I cant imagine a better place to live, It looks very nice, calm and safe!!

I am in LOVE with my new apartment! It’s very spacious and in a very quiet area. Erica in the leasing office did so much to help out. Getting the apartment was easy and quick. Coming from that hell hole Colonial Grand at Bear I must say I def upgraded.**Will give an updated review in 6 months**

This is a great place to live. Beth, Erica, and the maintenance staff work hard to keep a high standard of living here. They are truly good people. 100% recommend signing a lease here.

I really hate the ignorance of a previous poster claiming racism by one of the girls in the office. The young lady is also a resident here and can be seen daily walking through the complex stopping and speaking to any and everybody. The folks that live in this complex are friendly and as diverse in origin as it gets. Seems we’re better off here without you.
