I was thinking about moving to Ennis. As I was riding by I saw how nice the property looked the paint job of the buildings really stood out to me. So I decided to turn around to see how the rest of the property look. I must say the landscaping is very beautiful and the property grounds were clean. So I went in to get more details on the pricing and rental criteria. Kaylee and her staff were so amazing. I am truly considering moving in when my lease is up.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the property, and I must say, I was utterly amazed by the vibrant new colors adorning the exterior! Coming from HWY 287, the view of the property was astonishing. The photographs I had seen on the website do it absolutely no justice. The vibrant hues and meticulously maintained grounds truly must be experienced in person.As soon as I stepped into the office, Trameyka was there to greet me. She was incredibly knowledgeable answering all my questions with patience and insight, which only fueled my excitement about potentially leasing here in the future. Its clear that management is dedicated to maintaining a high standard for the property, evident in the lovely upkeep and attention to detail throughout the property. I left feeling impressed and eagerly anticipating the opportunity to call this stunning place home.

I enjoy living here in my apartment. The management recently partnered with FLEX which has taken a huge financial burden off me by giving me a more flexible way to pay rent on time while being able to tend to other neccessities. Thank you so much to Kaylee for explaining how Flex works and sharing this new payment method with me. Great property manager that cares for the residents and helps to make paying rent less stressful. I will be renewing my lease.

I really enjoyed my visit. The staff was very helpful informative and extremely friendly. The property looked immaculate! The building looked newly painted, well manicured lawn & hedges. Everything was well maintained and clean. Definitely looking forward to relocating here!!!!

Just moved in and VERY impressed.There are cons, but that’s natural with multi family living. The ladies in the office are SUPER nice and so helpful. They gave us so much info, not just about the community, but also around Ennis! As someone who came from a different part of Texas, it was such a relief to have constant communication throughout the leasing process with understanding, informative office workers. I am so happy to start our lease here and there couldn’t be a more thorough process from start to finish. The apartments themselves are competitively priced for the city, and definitely has its perks compared to other places around that we toured. It was a no brainer, and we couldn’t recommend this complex more to anyone looking to move!

I have lived here for little over 2 years and I have absolutely loved this place and my apartment. Laura and Kaylee have been so sweet and always go out of their way to take care of any concern or work order quickly for me. Thank you Laura for always being so helpful and kind.

I’ve been at Spyglass of Ennis for almost 4 months now and it has been so great. I was a little skeptical about it with some of the bad reviews on Google, but after I toured the property and the apartment I wanted to rent, it just felt like the best place for me. I’m so glad I went with my gut on this one. The ladies in the office are always super nice and ready to help with anything you need. I have had to submit 2 request for maintenance and both issues were taken care of in a very timely manner. And they follow up with you after the repairs to make sure everything is good. The gym is decently sized and has everything you need to get a good workout in. The pool is really nice and a great place to cool off in the summer. The gates have been working pretty consistently since I moved in which is great for security and parking is never an issue at the part of the complex I live in. This is my first apartment experience ever and it’s been great so far. I recommend Spyglass to anyone looking for a place in Ennis!

I’m really happy I chose Spyglass. It’s a safe community, with maintenance on site. The ladies in the office go over and beyond to accommodate residents. I can go on and on, but overall I give Spyglass 5 stars ⭐️.

Moved in October 5th, and I just extended my lease. LOVE the office staff here. The ladies are on the ball. Even dealing with new building issues (like the crazy gate) they are on top of it with tons of notifications and help. They host propertie get togethers, as well as being active in the Ennis community. The floorplan provides tons of great space. Love living here.

Just moved to city of Ennis. 😊 A friend referred us to Spyglass. On move in day it started off very bumpy. Kayla went above an beyond to remedy all of our issues an concerns. Have only been in town 3 days and every one is very friendly an helpful. Getting settled in and loving the apartment.
