Ive been living here for just over three months, and I only have good things to say. The move-in process was smooth, and the office staff is always welcoming and friendly. Maintenance is prompt and the property is well kept. I also appreciate the variety of community events they organize, which helps create a good sense of community. Communication from the staff is frequent and clear, which I find really helpful.

I’ve lived here for about 3 weeks now and I have nothing but positive and supportive feedback for this community. The wonderful women in the leasing office (Shaniqua, Makayla and Kaitlyn) are amazing, attentive and very helpful! The maintenance team and Cam quickly attend to any service requests. The area is quiet and the people are nice. Definitely glad this is the place I chose to move to!

I have been staying here for almost a year and the ladies in the front office Shaniqua and Kaitlyn, have been Great! I put in a service request yesterday night, Kamran the maintenance man was here fixing my problem the next day! He was so professional, friendly and explained everything to me. You will always find the entire maintenance team hard at work and staying on top of things.

I love this property! The ladies in the office are always very sweet and professional and maintenance is spectacular! Every day I see maintenance cleaning up after residents that leave their trash behind or over flow at the compactor or even leave their dogs waste behind - it is hot out and they are out there busting butt making this property look amazing (and Im sure its hard considering they have to pick up after others)! I love how blue the pool has stayed all summer making each trip to the pool so enjoyable! Unfortunately the gate has been out for a while, but the front office has been very helpful in informing us that the repairs are in progress and its been made aware that it is a top priority; communication has always been great for any questions or concerns. Over all, this is by far my favorite complex Ive lived at, from the staff and neighbors to the property itself!

Im looking at these negative reviews and simply dont understand. I can only speak for myself and I am absolutely happy to be here. I had a horrible experience at my last apartment and as a single mother who works full time I am so relieved that I get to come home to my apartment. I just spoke to Kaitlynn who consistently has a wonderful demeanor and is very easy to talk to. I have had a couple issues here and there but nothing that they did not respond quickly to (I am referring to maintenance issues) . The gate was under repair for a long while but was always receiving updates. And as for my call today, Kaitlynn was amazing in calming my fears.dont believe in perfection. I believe in professionalism and accountability. This complex hasnt made a mistake with me but no doubt they have addressed any concerns Ive ever had.

Wow! Just Wow! Awesome office staff! After stopping by to only look at what The Springs at Summer Park had to offer, we were met with such stellar customer service and the leasing agent, Ms. Katelyn, set the tone for us to stop looking and become family! Being that it was going to be my daughter’s first official apartment, I wanted it to go seamless and I must admit that I am impressed. The leasing staff , Ms. Katelyn is professional and very family-oriented Ms. Katelyn did all she could to make us feel good about the location and the layout of the apartment that was available for my daughter’s move in date. She went out of her way to make sure we saw the model that was just like the move-in apartment. Offering “a new level of luxury” and especially the kitchen island with built in wine chillers. During the application process , Katelyn answered all her questions (a few of mine, too) and made my daughter feel very welcomed. She made us feel like family! Excellent support by Ms. Katelyn during the entire application process.The entire staff including the Amazing Manager, Ms. Shaniqua has been super supportive, welcoming and helpful when we have questions and what little maintenance weve had to get done has been completed with great speed and care. One of the best spots in Rosenberg! Great atmosphere, location, and they have a wonderful front office staff and the beverage, snacks and smiles were only the icing on the cake! This apartment complex is very clean and feels like home. My daughter is looking forward to spending a while here!They go the extra mile to build relationships and trust with the residents. Not to mention, my daughter’s unit is updated and aesthetically pleasing.Lots of great activities going on throughout the month. Beautiful property, very well maintained.The amenities are never-ending from the car wash station to the responsive staff to the Nice neighbors to the resident law enforcement officers. Parcel area is great for package delivery. Minutes from great shopping & eateries. The club area is nice, and we love the coffe & hot cocoa and the gym with complimentary smoothies is to live for!! Ive already recommended this property to family and friends. If youre looking for a sign to move into the Springs at Summer Park,THIS IS IT!!!! Come be family here at Springs at Summer Park!

Moved in at the end of 2020 and renewed my lease another year in 2021. Very nice and new. Peaceful for the most part. Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful. Really nice pool and fitness center. I only had one maintenance issue I can think of my entire time which was fixed the same day before I got home from work. Great place. Plan to renew my lease if I stay in Houston another year.

If we have any problems whatsoever this apartment staff and crew make you feel like you are one of their own. And that’s just the team working here. This is a great place to live! Very clean, quiet complex. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Pool and clubhouse are clean and user friendly. I have not had a problem with any bugs inside the apartment. Dog parks are large. Not all dog owners pick up dog waste and there is no play area for children. I would highly recommend this community!

Thanks so much for calling and thanks to Kaitlin as well. The professionalism of these women is remarkable. It has been a rough ride for me since I have been in Rosenberg but these ladies made it a little easier to handle. I also like that everything is close grocery shopping, department stores, nails etc. The apartments are okay,nice floors, but you can hear through the walls I didn’t like that part. There are some things that just can’t be controlled. The gardening my goodness is all day for the work at home people.😊

My wife and I moved into a 1-bedroom in August of 2021. We have nothing but great things to say about this complex. Michelle Azucena picked up the pieces when the last property manager left unexpectedly and she was amazing! She has provided so much information and helped us anytime we had a question, no matter how small the matter was.We were surprised to see how much this complex offered since it had a different layout that most big apartment complexes. They offer a quaint gym with mainly cardio equipment, but free weights up to 50lbs - the personal touch is when they provide protein powder, scented towels, healthy snacks, and even a blender if you dont own one to keep on your fitness goals. The valet trash service was nice to have, no issues with too many pests, and they have a nice pool. If you work from home and want a change of scenery, they have a small space that overlooks the pool to get some work done or host events.The people here are generally friendly and the maintenance crew is always on top of their tickets. I know the staff has changed in the past year, but I wanted to highlight Michelles great customer service.I would highly recommend looking into this complex - the cost isnt terrible, but inflation causes everything to rise in price.

I am re-updating my review. I liked there for 1.5 years and I enjoyed my stay new management addressed my precious concerns. They have tended the landscaping it looked more lively. The property is quiet as long as you don’t have loud neighbors. Unfortunately for us we only got to experience that maybe 5 months of peace and quiet. I would recommend family and friends. Rent is pricey but they are nicer apartments. Had plenty of parking and always well lit never had issues and maintenance always came fast 8/10 would live here again 💕

Just moved in, and very happy with how new and modern everything is, and the price is incredible. The residents all seem so friendly too! Truly a hidden gem.They also have a 30 day pledge to switch units if you’re not happy, which I used when I realized I wanted to upgrade. Michele was able to get me the upgrade up and ready in a matter of days, a never before lived in unit with a personal yard. And I felt like she was always making my request a priority, which is nice when trying to juggle so many things while moving in from out of town.Maintenance guy was also fast and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Springs at Summer Park is a beautiful community and I love my apartment. The property is close to shopping and restaurants but the pond and pretty grassy areas surrounding it make it feel quiet and very home like when I’m here. Everyone in the front office are so kind and always greet me with a smile when I walk in, and my kids love getting some hot chocolate and going into the lounge area to chat with friends or watch something on one of the televisions. My apartment is spacious and really well laid out, and the attached garage is enormous, which helped a lot when I was moving in. Every amenity you can imagine is here too. I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to live. I love it and can’t say enough great things about it. :)

I have been residing here for 3 months and I absolutely love the area and cleanliness! Sasha long, property manager has made my stay comfortable. Sasha, addresses concerns quickly and effectively, she is readily available to converse and help. With the property being new, the staff is always available to meet your needs, maintenance always visible! The price is also great for the what you get here on site, Clean pool, Car Wash, Puppy wash, Gym, Board rooms, 2 dog parks onsite and great neighbors to surround you! With Sashas expertise in screening the right people to fit in this gated community its no wonder this place is top notch in Rosenberg. I have shopped other communities and this one stands out the best! Thank you Sasha and the staff for being actively involved the way you are and making this community stand out above the rest!

My boyfriend and I have been living here since may and we have absolutely loved everything about it so far. Prices are fair for the quality of the apartments and just how new everything is over in this area. Weve only had one small issue with water pressure and it was resolved easily within a few days of us mentioning it. Our past apartment gave 0 cares for the residents, here it is the complete opposite. The leasing team does lemonade runs through the complex and they are always wanting to do something fun for the residents. During all of this Covid mess, the leasing team has gone through great efforts to make sure the amenities are thoroughly disinfected and that everything on the property stay cleaned and up to shape. We love it here and I encourage anyone to definitely take a look here! :-)

I really like Spring Communities. We lived in Austin last year and had a great experience w them. Of allll the places we could ever move to for work in Houston we end up back at Spring Co and we have the same property manager, Sasha. What a small world. I appreciate that the grounds are well maintained, the puppy wash station, the car vacuum and car wash area, the apartments are brand-spanking new. The gate always works. The pool is amazing. The clubhouse is beautiful. We have a beautiful lake view!! Of which Sasha remembered from last year that I loved having a sunset view. Who remembers stuff like that?! We’re so grateful to be here!! Just a short drive into the city. And Sugarland is only 10 min for shopping!!

Living at SSP has been great! Its going on a year and I just renewed my lease. It was my first time getting my own place and the staff were very accommodating, helpful, and kind. I love the layout, view, amenities, and landscaping. I feel the amount of rules are appropriate and just right adding to a peaceful and refined community. The maintenance crew, like Mr. Ariel, are punctual, respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. For me, the online portal app, decoration contests, free drink evenings, and hidden inside stairs set these apartments above the rest. I thank God I moved in when I did, not only for the lower price and move in special, but also since they were brand new and I was the first in my unit. Thank you SSP staff! Keep up the good work yall and keep being creative with new amenities!

I have to say this place is wonderful! I have been here a year and absolutely love it! As a former senior property manager myself, this place took off when Milly took over! Milly uses discretion and professionalism when screening renters,, grounds immaculate. executes concerns in a timely manner and is strong footed. Milly is a fine example of leadership and definately an asset.I have read some of the comments, to the past renters complaining, your actions will reflect your future. Its easy to cry wolf on google reviews.To the property management firm and its investors. Give this girl a raise and its staff! Milly your performance is worth 6 figures easy!

I have lived here for about a month and it has been a pleasant quiet apartment complex. The amenities are well above average. It is in a newly developed part of Richmond that has a lot of good stores and places to eat, and it is not that far from Gorge park which is a great place to walk. (You still need to drive there). There is also fiber internet in to the apartments which is a huge plus. Dont be put off by the ongoing construction ether, it has not been loud or overly busy. Great place, good people, Im enjoying it so far and you probably will to.

Omg this place is Amazing from the staff to the maintenance… I am so pleased with my choice of becoming a resident here I mean literally it’s like the whole complex and that means including the workers fell from Heaven guys they make you feel so welcome and the units and amenities are squeaky clean the service request is uh radical I mean they get on top of everything super fast and they respond expeditiously within minutes of when you email them and if one staff member is occupied the next staff member is literally already debrief on whatever your needs are and they get the job done! If I could live three lifetimes and I had to choose an apartment which by the way don’t feel like an apartment it feels just like a home built from ground up and super huge with a lot of space and beautiful scenery it would most definitely be here at Springs at Summer Park. I hope future oncoming residents pick here I most definitely can guarantee you it’s worth whatever they charging because everything you need is all here at this one stop shop from washer to dryer to car detailing and more come and see for yourselves ITS A DREAM COME TRUE PLACE OF RESIDENCY😊🤞🏾💜💕🙌🏽

I have been at Springs for about a month. It has been a great experience! The complex is beautiful. The staff is very attentive and respond quickly to all needs or concerns. Definitely enjoying calling this place home!
