    I had a great experience living at The Springs at Round Rock! The community is well-maintained, and the neighbors are friendly, making it a really comfortable place to call home. The staff is fantastic—Josiah and Kisha were always so helpful and made everything easy. Maintenance was always on top of things, responding quickly whenever needed. If I wasn’t moving to a different area, I would definitely stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, well-kept, and welcoming apartment community!

    Beautiful community, friendly office staff, maintenance is amazing. I love my 3 bedroom apartment with attached garage. My favorite part of the apartment is the open kitchen and the island. Overall great experience so far!

    I first would like to say this is one of the nicer properties I have looked at and applied to and I really like it. The amenities available to residents are beyond what other properties have offered. The ease of doing things such as paying rent, maintenance requests, reviewing documents, and even reserving other amenities is stressful and quick. Staff was very helpful, attentive and informative with information about the property and move in process and just all around friendly. Kisha and Josiah made the application process and move in process so quick and easy. We much appreciate it. The other things offered at this property make it so much better than others I have applied to and never got to live in and even ones I have actually lived in. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an affordable, nice and clean property and friendly staff. Thank you again for a great application and move in process and helping me find our new home!

    Highly recommend. I recently needed to relocate family on short notice and just happened to pull in to check the place out. The property manager, assistant manager, and service staff are exceptional. Keisha (Manager): Very kind, understanding, detailed, professional, and so courteous...toured three units with me and told me of the amazing specials they have, and it was a no-brainer. Looked and Leased on the spot. Exceptional management team, staff, clean community, not crowded, gated, ample parking, SUPER pet friendly!!! Trails, Pet Spa, Car /Auto center (Wash/vacuum)..pool. community area (24-hour access to common areas and superb gym). To me, what is important is how the staff presents itself, and If I could give it ten stars- I would. Please be our neighbors! Thank you, guys, for making this process seamless and stress-free.Moe.

    Very nice complex, the grounds are kept clean, and the residents seem friendly as well as the staff who make you feel comfortable. I love the layout of the two-bedroom especially the master bedroom! The best is the convenient to nearby stores in the area.

    UPDATE: We are still living here and have had no issues with the complex, staff, maintenance, or anything else. Highly recommend Springs at Round Rock!Original review three years ago:We just moved in a day ago, and I am already loving this place. The apartment is very nice, as well is the entire complex. We only had one very minor issue when we moved in (an outlet wasnt working) and maintenance came within 20mins of us reporting and the gentleman was very nice and helpful. It was fixed in a matter of minutes. The layout of the buildings is wonderful, providing plenty of space in between buildings. As far as the review below me goes, they certainly try their best to answer all calls, as this apartment is still in the process of being fully built. The amenities are top notch, and if you have a dog they will love this place. They are super pet friendly, and I am able to sit on my porch while my dog can lay in the grass. I have high hopes for this apartment complex.

    Ive been living here for a while and I have nothing to say but positive feed back about springs. The grounds are nice and clean. Its always quiet and the staff are always willing to help. When covid hit I lost my job and had a really rough time but rather than trying to run me off the staff were really helpful and understanding. I moved in almost 5 years ago and I dont regret making the move.

    I absolutely love this place! This is a truly honest opinion from a resident of nearly a year here.I moved to the Austin/Round Rock area last summer for a new job. After searching dozens of places, my wife and I found this location. It fit our budget and our accommodation wishes.Super great location! Just under 2 miles down the road from the I-35 Freeway, except yet you dont get all that traffic noise. Literally just minutes away from almost everything you need! H-E-B, IKEA, The Outlet Mall and movie theater. Also, a plethora of restaurants and shopping centers that cater to many wants and needs. And down the street from the huge Old Settlers Park and a 10-minute drive from the famous Kalahari Water Park! What more could you ask for?From 2 dog parks to a self-serve car wash and vacuum station. Not to mention dog wash station and parcel lockers for our deliveries.We very much enjoy the monthly events that this complex hosts and the top-notch service we get in the event we have a maintenance issue (which is very rare).Super friendly staff and a well-maintained parking lot and pool area. We love the view we get from our unit facing the wooded area. Not to mention how peacefully quiet it is during the night.I DEFINITELY recommend these apartments who plans on moving to the Round Rock location!

    I love it here. Most of management goes above and beyond. Maintenance always tried to get to you the day of or next day. Beautiful community kept up by the residents. Other than the thin walls, this is probably the second best apartment complex i’ve lived in the last 4 years.

    I have lived here at the Springs at Round Rock for 5 yrs. Management has always been their for me and my family in regards to financial hardships. I just moved in to a 3 bedroom and we are very happy. The whole area is clean and neighbors are polite. And kudos to the maintenance men. Always on time .     I have been living at Springs at Round Rock for 3 months. I am so far delighted with the property. The property is immaculate at all times, residents are polite and quiet, they offer several services to make the stay easy and enjoyable. Residents are notified by email of any changes to the property or upcoming events. During my move-in process I worked with Josiah Toye, leasing agent, and I would like to say he was awesome.     Ive only lived here for about 2 months and ive had 2 time sensitive urgent request that ultimately effected my younger son and each time Jacob quickly and efficiently helped me out I was embarrassed to have to bug him off the clock while relaxing with his family but he was nice , reassuring and quick !

    We really love it here! The only complaint that I have is that in the past 3 months people have not been picking up after their dogs. We’ve been here since February and the dog community had been very responsible until the summer hit. I don’t know if it’s because of the heat or lack of poop bags available, but it’s gotten so bad I can’t let my dog off his leash while at both dog parks.

    I really love it hear at The Springs of Round. The office staff is very professional and nice. As well as the maintenance team. Anytime I call or put in a work order it’s completed the same day or the next day. I will be renewing my lease. I would recommend this apartment home to friends.

    I love living here at the Springs!! The leasing office is extremely friendly and Josiah is showing excellent customer service!     Kaitlyn and Keisha are by far the most amazing people ever! They were able to answer every single question I had with a smile and amazing patience. They were also able to help me decide on the best floor plan for my family. Definitely made the leasing process easy. I loved the events they took time to plan out for the community. The maintenance guys (Brad, Eric and Alex) are all so helpful and extremely nice. The community is very nice and friendly! The pool has an amazing shallow end perfect for little ones to sit and play in.

    Place is pretty great, only issue is the walls/ceilings are thin but that’s not exactly something they can change.The complex has two dog parks, and they often have resident events. (Recently a dog pool party.) We’ve lived here for a while had a one bedroom, a two bedroom, and are about to move up to a three bedroom. We’ve liked each floor plan we’ve had. Office staff is friendly, so is the man who does waste management every weekday + Sunday.Our kids are able to go around and play with the other kiddos that live here, and they get along really well. They scooter around the complex frequently. Neighbors are nice, and we’ve made friends here.

    Springs is AMAZING! Moved in almost a month ago and I have NOT been disappointed at all. The staff is always friendly and eager to help , I can’t believe how many times I’ve called asking questions and every time they’ve been so helpful and patient. The apartments are absolutely stunning , they keep the community VERY well kept.Maintenance is incredible, if you have any questions or problems they are at your door the very next day. I definitely recommend Springs to anyone. Very pet friendly too plus it’s gated which I love how I safe I feel here. It’s also super quiet I rarely or hardly hear my neighbors. It took us a while to find a place so great I’m really happy we waited and Springs is definitely the one !

    Weve really enjoyed living at the Springs. The staff is so helpful. The manager Ronya is so kind and welcoming. She comes out and talks to us and doesnt hide from customers like weve had other managers do. She plays with our dog and gives her treats. The new person Kisha is very nice and helpful too. Maintenance is top notch. Our repairs have been fixed quickly and correctly. We highly recommend the Springs Apartments.

    This is a fantastic apartment complex. Very comfortable and homey, the apartments themselves feel a bit like town homes, which we like. Great community, I know a lot of my neighbors and everyone is very friendly. Great place for dogs too, lots of grass and two dog parks. And only 1 mile from I-35! Highly recommend.

    As a locator I love showing this property. Their efficiency is probably the cutest efficiency I’ve ever seen. Crystal really works hard to make her residents happy and the manager pays her bills on time. Since we work on commission only we appreciate that 😀. I’ve never seen a smoothie maker as a resident amenity so I thought that was cool. I also like the fact that they’re only 2 story buildings. Both clients that I’ve leased here are very happy with their units. And I’m leasing a client who is moving out because his job transferred him south Austin and he loved his stay there. Good job Springs!!!

    This is the second year that I rent an apartment with you as a company, previously in Springs at Sunfield and currently here in Springs at Round Rock I have been very happy and it has been very favorable for me to live here because it is safe, the pool, the Gym and The dog park is great as well as the attention I have always received from the Staff who have always treated me and my furry ones very well! the maintenance is fast and also that they can take my furry ones for a walk while Im away is great even though I havent used this service yet, but its wonderful to have it! My contract is about to expire and I would like to continue renting the apartment where I live because I love it! so i hope their new prices are still good and they dont raise them too much because then i would have to leave and that would make me sad. I want to stay for a long, long time to live here! so I hope to receive a good rental proposal. Thank you very much in advance!

    We love this place! Everything is new and the whole community is well kept. Even maintenance are quick to respond with all our requests. I love the bar with free drinks like smoothie, the gym, pool and the free car wash! The open layout works perfect for us with it’s elegant style. The process was smooth since all paperworks are done prior to the move, like electric, internet etc. Crystal H. has an excellent before and after sales customer service, she is always available with any questions that you have and all staff are helpful as well. We leased for a year and would love to stay longer. Keep up the good work Springs!

    Moved In last year in November and havent regretted it since. Very nice staff that doesnt have a problem with fixing any mistake they may have (Which isnt many). They have a very high standard of care for the apartments and the area. Even though pets are allowed they truly enforce owners to clean up after their pets. Its a very quiet low drama area that give you a very safe feel. You can even walk around at night and not have any fears. Overall its a great place to live but make sure you have your finances in order because they will handle lateness accordingly as any grade A apartment should.

    Absolutely loved living here the last year. It’s ALWAYS clean, quiet, bug free and the staff are amazing and friendly. The Springs “Above and Beyond” promise is real, Ronya and Wena are always on top of things and have gone out of their way to make us feel welcomed here. Maintenance has quickly handled two small issues that came up during our year, one being our fault. You couldn’t find a better place to call home.

    My fiancée and I moved here just a couple of days ago and already love it. Upon arriving for the move in we were given a bag of swiss chocolates which was a very nice gesture. We got our deposits refunded for pre leasing so that was very helpful. The prices are beyond fair for the complex and individual apartment amenities like granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer. I thought the rooms would be small but the tall ceilings make a huge difference and make the bedroom look quite large. We had a small maintenance request on the second day and the service/maintenance manager got it fixed in no time and was incredibly courteous. The complex is very pet friendly and the grass areas being so close is amazing for us. We are happy to finally have an apartment that we love and that is worth it. Thank you!

    Been living at Springs at Round Rock for about a year. Recently renewed my lease for a second year. This community feels like home. From the caring property manager Ronya to the leasing agent Wena.There was never a time were my concerns were not addressed. I love that this community is pet friendly with two available dog parks. My Yorkies definitely enjoy them. The apartments are upgraded with beautiful marble islands. Spacious and I even have a garage!

    Kisha Craddock is EXCELLENT with customer service. Maintenance is always so prompted. The grounds are beautiful around the complex. Will send referrals. Love all the amenities. I like that the school my kids go to is right around the corner from the apartments. Overall great experience so far.     Everything is perfect in these apartments. Just to make it perfect, you should have us as residents, have another option to choose from cable and internet and that the Gym has weight machines 🤣🤣. But otherwise everything here is perfect from cleanliness, security, Staff and its surroundings.

    Ive been a resident here for almost 2 years. I have loved it here. From day one the Manager Ronya helped me. She helps me even today whenever I need something. The whole staff is very nice and helpful. I have only needed maintenance a couple of times. He came out to fix my disposal right away. Its nice and quiet. I love it and recommend it. Its a very nice community.

    Immediately upon meeting and greeting Sandra and Ronya at the Springs we fell in love with first personalities ... then the apartment met everything that we were expecting. From the first date of moving in even until now Chris the maintenance manager has shown exceeding professionalism and taking care of any and all of our needs.I must warn you 😄 Ronya (the manager)will spoil you with her phenomenal display of genuine love.We would highly recommend anyone seeking a nice & comfortable place with great access to the city to join us here at Springs.

    This property is wonderful. I moved in about three weeks ago. My studio is beautiful. Its the perfect size for a single person or a couple and of course your pet. This studio has ceiling fans in the living area and the bedroom area. It came with a brand-new, high-end stackable washer and dryer. Maintenance requests are handled in an extremely timely matter. There is still construction going on as of now, but I cant hear much of it. Appliances are gorgeous. You also have easy access to shopping over near the IKEA area and going to college at ACC or Texas State. Top-notch medical/hospital buildings minutes from here. If you work at Dell, it will only take you 10 minutes to get to work. Also, if you usually stay local, you really wont need to get on 35...even though access to it is not even five minutes away. This is a great property in a great location.

    Ive lived here for over a month now and I can honestly say the place is top notch for the price. Everyone is friendly from the occupants to the staff. Its got a clean and fresh community feel to it that you wont find much anywhere else. The two story set up makes parking never a hassle to find.     We just moved in a couple of months back we are new to the area. The leasing agents are really Friendly and actually care .     Fantastic community. Everyone on staff works hard to make you feel welcome and at home. The grounds are well kept - no trash or pet waste anywhere. I have recommended this place to friends who have moved into town.
