Ive lived at a lot of apartments and none have ever had such good of an office staff and maitnance crew until I moved here. Things get resolved quickly and in order of paperwork received.Office Staff:Bambi the manager, friendly, funny, always takes care of things quickly and promptly.Yara is always in office with a smile and willing to help with anything.April is always around for quick answers and to help when a problem arises.Maint. Crew:Joe is charismatic and quick to fix anything.Matt is hilarious and a huge dog lover, my dogs love him so much!Chris is very friendly, and always gets things done fast!In case Im missing anyone else, this place is great.Theyre always doing the best they can despite facing obstacles such as the tar incident, gate broken, power outages, inconsiderate guests, ect.Even though, I come to them frequently about concerns in our community, I appreciate that theyre willing to listen and promise to look into things.

I’ve lived here for almost 2.5 years and definitely one of the better experiences I have had. The neighborhood is pretty safe and has so many conveniences nearby. The staff are very accommodating and supportive of the community. They host community events and book food trucks to come by. Maintenance is efficient and reliable the two times I’ve had to report something. The complex offers reserved spaces if you want to pay for one but the parking is fine from what I’ve seen. Never had a pest problem but I have seen them in the neighborhood on sidewalks even by the police station. The layout for a 2 bedroom is a bit awkward but honestly I’ve been incredibly happy calling the Springs my home.

We have been tenants of The Springs at Live Oak for 8 months now and we truly love it here. I really appreciate how responsive the Springs Team is. We have not had any issues with roaches/other pests (which I fear to deal with in any apartment). The community is fairly quiet, lots of dogs. The pool is always enjoyable and I truly appreciate the rules that are enforced at the pool (considering we live closer to the pool). The maintenance man by the name of Matt, I believe, is extremely nice and quick to come by as soon as you put in a maintenance request. We have always been treated so kindly by Bambi and all other staff. We look forward to the remainder of our time here. 🙂

I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment complex. The staff (I spoke to Bambi & Yara the most) are incredibly helpful and friendly, and they always go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. The amenities are fantastic, from the pool and fitness center to the well-maintained grounds. Maintenance (especially Matthew) was super helpful, friendly, & quick. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience.

My mom applied to this apartment and worked with Yara Martinez. Yara truly took care of my mom with the entire process. There was a small miscommunication of the special pricing and my mom freaked out about it and was in tears fearful of not having enough to move in. Luckily, we met with Yara and she not only went above and beyond, but took the time to really break things down for my mom to help her understand thoroughly everything she was signing and what it meant including the special offer. Most apartment places wont do this or take the time to assure their new tenant feels at ease. Thank you Yara for helping my mom and she looks forward to staying. The apartment itself (1 bedroom 1 bath) has a nice floor plan. When we walked it, it was very clean to our amazement. My mom hasnt lived here long enough to review how well the apartment complex is, but in due time the google review will be updated!

Just moved into these apartments and Im more than certain that Ive made a great move. The environment is very nice and peaceful. The fitness center stays clean/fresh and the pool upkeep is impressively clean all year round. The management is great and the maintenance men are attentive and prompt. I have to highlight a maintenance man by the name of Marcus LaRocca. Very helpful, knowledgeable and an overall awesome guy. Ive never seen a maintenance man take their job as serious as he does...with pride and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the area

The Springs at Live Oak Apartments is the best! Weve lived here and raised our children here going on 15 years now. The Management Team is awesome! The Maintenance Team is untouchable! These two teams pour their everything into taking care of us as residents! They provide the best possible service Ive seen over anywhere else. They work with you over any issue that arises and will give their best efforts to obtain any resolve that can be met within their power. My family feels truly safe here. The location is, in my opinion, one of the best anchor points in the San Antonio, Bexar County area. While the area is very busy (due to growth) this location sits next to one of the main Interstate Highways (IH35) that moves through the Heart of Texas and through the heart of the local community, while providing a great advantage and ease of travel most days. I could talk about Springs all day and from real experience. Like the walking distance from schools, colleges, the local city park, and the Live Oak community pool. Emergency services, Police and Fire Dept are all located within a 5 minute response time and are always their when and if you need them. The City of Live Oak is smaller than San Antonio and yet has a greater quality of living while still providing easy access across the San Antonio and Bexar County area, and other places like Canyon Lake, Fiesta Texas, Sea World, less than 2 hours from Austin, TX. 3 plus hours from the southern coast of Texas. Im going to stop here.... come see and experience it for yourself! UPDATE 05/21/2024, we renewed our lease🫡

I just moved in - in October 2022. The office staff are awesome. They greet you with a smile. And the Maintenance service staff are great and on point. I love how the landscape is maintained. The atmosphere is quiet and peacful. You really feel at home. I have not had no issues. BUT remember no matter where you live - it is not perfect...Issues will always arise. In my cozy apartment - I had one service call nothing major - it was taken cared of immediately. I would recomment these apartments- SPRINGS @ LIVE OAK Thank you for making me feel at home. You ALL are GREAT! :-)

The manager, Bambi, and the staff greatly care for the residents. Safety is a priority, and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Crime is very minimal here. The truth is there is no apartment complex in America. That does not have some crime. Gated or not. What I can say is there are no violent crimes that happen here. No Street thugs or shady folks walking around. Cars have been broken into, but its few far and in between. If you own a Kia or Hyundai, its not a matter of if, more like when. Dont be upset at the apartment complex; be mad at the poor security your car manufacturer provided. I have kids, and I highly recommend living here.

I have lived at the Springs for 6 months. I love the layout of the community. The buildings and layout seems more like a neighborhood than an apartment. That is what attracted me to the springs in the first place. Now that Ive been here for a while I can say that the apartments themselves are wonderful! They are spacious with plenty of storage, and are beautifully updated. the maintenance staff are by far the best I have ever seen. They really care about this place and they go out of their way to make sure that youre taking care of. The office staff is fantastic as well. They get to know you, and are extremely responsive and very friendly. The location is also fantastic. Its close to shopping and every other amenity that you could want , but it is set in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend living at the Springs.

I have lived here for about three years. They have always taken amazing care of the landscaping and maintenance. They always have events going on that keeps the community engaged. And this doesn’t feel like any normal apartment complex.Not to mention how great the maintenance staff is. I have put in work orders and they will complete them within a day or sometimes the same day. They all get to know the residents and make us feel like a family. Truly one of the best places to live.

I moved in to Springs with my wife and our 2 months old kiddo recently. Though Springs is not new to me. I had been living here earlier with my friends in a shared apartment. When it was time to bring my family to San Antonio, Springs was my first choice not just for the sake of continuity but also the ease and pleasure of living here. I love everything about this community. The management is super efficient. The requests for maintenance are attended to promptly. The common facilities are beautiful. The sprawling campus of Springs gives a relaxed resort-like feel to it. The neighbors are also nice and friendly. My family is also enjoying the stay here. I only wish there were benches placed at common lawns and free spaces across the campus, to allow the residents to sit and enjoy the serene atmosphere of this community.

The complex is absolutely amazing, out of all the apartments I had to go to this one is by far the most amazing. Staff is outstanding and maintenance staff Matt and Chris are phenomenal. As I said I had bad experiences but the staff here changed that.I do recommend if you’re looking for a good community and staff, this is the location to be.

Pool is nice and clean, gym is small but super clean and nice. I love that we have our own gate code and the apartment complex really feels safe. My only complaint is my upstairs neighbors who have heavy walkers but other than that great apartment!

I have lived here going on 6 years. I love my apartment and the maintenance staff is the best. Bambi is great. The issue I have now is the parking. I live across from the visitors parking. So many times if you come in after 6 I cant park in front of my apartmentTheirs too many vehicles that live here but dont have stickers that their residents. Too many guests that are here all the time so parking is a nightmare. I wish the guest parking was more limited and some of it would get labeled residents only.

Ive been a Tenant at the Springs of Live Oak for several years now, and by far this is the best experience Ive had in any apartment complex Ive lived in. The office staff is incredibly knowledgeable, detail oriented, and organized. Their maintenance technicians are always flying around going above the average maintenance staff, stopping to help out tenants in need of filters, lights, and even being sure to check on other parts of the apartments that may need attention during any service request. The communication and transparency between the office and maintenance teams to tenants for any questions, concerns, or problems puts our minds at ease and allows us to enjoy our beautiful amenities with our neighbors. Being close to the the first responders as well as the forum with easy freeway access to both loop-1604 and 1-35 are huge bonuses for my commute to work or just a quick trip to the grocery store. And who can forget about our four legged friends?! Theyre not only welcomed here, but there is also a dog park with benches and a pet washing sink next to the car wash to get them clean after theyve played a little too hard. I highly recommend the Springs At Live Oak to everyone looking for a new place, sort term or long term, youll have a fantastic experience no matter your situation.

I love living here!! From the moment I moved in 2 years ago I have felt welcomed. The administrative staff is amazing, helpful, and accommodating. Service requests are done in less the 24 hours typically. They have events within the complex also. This place does not feel like an apartment, but a friendly community. The ground are always clean. Presently they are doing upgrades to our apartments to make them even better. Plus, they have valet trash. The apartments are central to major highways and shopping areas. If you are looking for a place to call home Spring at Live Oak is the best.

My husband and I with our two boys have lived here since Dec and its been good. The maintenance staff is quick to repair or reply to requests. The other day my battery died on my vehicle and they helped me jump start it. They stayed for a few minutes to make sure it would not turn off. It was so nice of them to go above and beyond to help out. They are also friendly and helpful.

I loved they placed us in an apartment that we could afford and didnt push us to go into a more expensive apartment, they were understandable of our situation! We moved here 31 Jul 18 and needed a place that was dog friendly. We had live in Universal City almost 19 years and sold our home in one day. I went to several apartment complexes and being over 60 I felt that few places did not want my age group. It was discouraging after going to 6 other places before I stumbled on Springs at Live Oak apartments. I was immediately greeted by Stephanie with a huge smile and hand shake. That was the first real greeting I had received. We moved here with our dogs and love having a dog park with many dog stations throughout the park. The three women working in the front office have ALWAYS been professional and gracious. The maintenance guys have provide the few service requests I reported IMMEDIATELY. I could not get our garage door closed and they came within minutes and fixed it for me.I HIGHLY recommend this apartment complex. There are many great people that live here and I have made friends already.I am shocked when I read the other reviews on this site about the apartment complex. I have a completely different opinion.By the way NO ONE is drunk in the office. I would smell it and some people dont know how to respond to very friendly people and misinterpret. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.

Nice and very clean community. The upgraded apartments are really nice. The best part of this community is the Leasing office. They are really really nice people and they will make you feel at home from the very first day. They know most of their residents by name. The turn around time for any issues is super fast. Just moved in love the apartment. its so quiet and peaceful such a difference from our previous apt. Hope to stay here long term. Wanted to add that Stephanie is the best, She promised to get us in when we were looking back in August and needed to be out of our old apt. by end of November. She kept her promise and we are very happy with the apt and community. Its so nice to not hear everything your neighbors do. I only have one issue and that is their is not a ceiling fan in both bedrooms. I have trouble sleeping without cool air circulating. Would highly recommend this community.

My husband and I LOVE this complex! The staff members (especially Stephanie and Katie) were gracious enough to help us move in a few weeks earlier than we had originally anticipated. The work orders are completed in a very timely manner and the work done by the maintenance staff is always to mitigate the issue, not to just find a temporary cover up. This is by far the best apartment complex we have lived at. I wish I could give it a higher rating!

Best apartment I’ve lived so far. Really quiet , we never have any issues with other neighbors being loud or disturbing and our apartment is very spacious and nice. Maintenance staff is always on point with our requests and they fix the issues right away. Despite a few incidents that have happened regarding lack of parking etc , I’m happy to be here and looking to staying here for a good while , as long as they don’t raise my rent too high of course 😉

My husband and I loved these apartments. We lived in a one bedroom and later upgraded to a two bedroom. It is a quite, friendly, and dog friendly community. We especially enjoyed the perks of the pool, dog park, and the CAR WASH station. There is a lot of places that you can walk to from the apartments - movie theater, shopping center, and lots of place to eat. Also they offer military discounts and are quick to fix any problems.

Ive been living here in a studio apartment for a year now and thought that I would leave a review.Springs at Live Oak is the best apartment complex Ive ever lived at. The area is very quiet, the main city park is just down the road, there are many restaurants nearby, and you have easy access to I-35.The apartments themselves area well maintained as well as the grounds, the staff is friendly, the pool is really nice, and the laundry room has never had a machine down since Ive been living here.My only complaint is the valet trash service. When I was looking into this place a year ago they told me that they had this service and the fee for it was $25.00 which I was fine with. I didnt think anything of it until I started looking at my bills. You pay the $25.00, a $10.00 Flat amount, and a $0.25 Admin fee. At first I thought maybe it was because I put 2 bags out for collection one day so the next month I didnt put any bags out and took the trash to the dumpster myself. It didnt matter, there was still the $10 and the 25 cent fees. I wish they would have told me the actual fee for valet trash when I first signed up. It would be nice if they just got rid of the valet trash all together.Overall, this is a very nice place to live.Edit: thanks for clearing that up Katie! That makes sense.

I have been only living here a few months now but this is by far the best rental experience I have ever had. Ever since we moved in we have had no bad experiences. Our neighbors are fantasic and the staff is amazing. And the property is gorgeous. The owners seem like they care about it as well because since we moved in we have seen a ton of upgrades and renovations to the whole complex. I am excited to renew my lease with this location.

We recently completed a 15 month lease. We were sad to go but we needed more space and a back yard for the kids. I wish they had a kids play area within the complex. They do have a dog park but we didnt have a pet so we never visited that area. We used the car care area alot though. There were a few times when the pressure washer did not work but it was fixed promptly. The complex is gated and feels safe. They always had problems with drivers hitting the arms on those machines in front of the entrance gate (and probably still do). They were always being replaced. Always. This is in no way their fault of course. I hope they are able to find out who was responsible and send them the bill. Anyway, the pool was redone when we moved in last year and they did some more renovations earlier this year. My only complaint was that the side gate to the pool was always locked. So when I would go with my kids, I had to carry the stroller up and down the stairs. Not fun. The gym was also redone when we moved in. We used it a few times. No complaints. We enjoyed walking around the complex and down Shin Oak Drive. Some of the residents with trucks would reverse into the parking spots and block the sidewalk. This is very inconsiderate, especially since some of the residences need access for a wheelchair. Anyway, these apartments are in a great location! Fire department and police station near by. City park and Lake a few minutes away. Also, HEB and Wal-Mart down the road. And plenty of restaurants near by. The apartment was nice and clean when we moved in. The few problems we had were fixed same day. The maintenance guys were all super friendly. The office staff was friendly and helpful. There were landscape workers there regularly to keep the property looking clean. It shows that they take pride in keeping the property looking good. The move out walk throughs were explained and all went well. I was satisfied with the final bill. No surprise charges. I would definately recommend Springs at Live Oak to anyone

Love the facilities and staff. Examples: Super maintenance team, pool always clean and well maintained, car wash and vacuum so convenient, locked myself out one evening by misplacing my keys and maintenance let me back in to my apartment in 10 minutes. Workout facility has multiple machines, all work well and available 24 hours, when I’m feeling social, there’s taco Tuesdays and pancake breakfast Saturdays for friendly times with residents and staff... I can go on...you pay just a little more than other complexes; yet I would pay much more, and get less quality and convenience, if I were anywhere else.

There’s plenty of stuff do do nearby like shopping, food, and entertainment. The front office staff has always been amazing and very helpful with any issues in a timely manner and with good work. I would highly recommend living here to anyone coming to San Antonio.

I have really enjoyed living here. The walls arent as insulated against noise as I would like, but for the most part, every day has been very quiet! The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure that you have what you need, and that any issues that arise are resolved immediately.

I have lived here for nearly 10 months and this is a wonderful community to reside. I have had no issues such as noisy neighbors, break-in’s or vandalism. It’s close to the Forum which provides lots of convenience. The grounds are clean and there are regular community events for the residents. Katie, Bianca, and the rest of the team (both office and maintenance) are phenomenal. You should move here!

I moved to Springs at Live Oak while I was expecting my second child and I can not begin to explain how easy the springs team made my moving process! Even after baby arrived all I craved were apples while recovering and Katie went out of her way to buy and bring by diapers and apples for my little family!❤️ You can’t find hospitality like that elsewhere! Anytime I had any maintenance questions, concerns or requests Chris, Matt and Librado were on top of it! I am sad to have to move away and will miss living at Springs but I GREATLY recommend them to anyone moving to the area! You’ll love living at Springs!

This has been a wonderful place for my new wife and I to call home. Managers here work with you to get you in the right place and take their job very seriously to keep a high tone in the neighborhood. They do have a two pet limit and because of that they work with you if you have to switch out pets for any reason. For someone that suffers from anxiety, this is a very healthy environment for me and I’m glad to be here.

I could not ask for a better place to call home. The office staff is great and the Maintenace team is beyond awesome. Any issues I’ve incurred (which aren’t many) have been addressed and taken care of the same day, with even a phone call from them just following up with me. The office sends emails to inform residents of activities as well as just information on just what’s going on at the complex. This has been a great living experience for me and I expect to be here for quite a while.

There is only so much lawn care that can be done in the texas summers though.Mu only real issue is noise. Ive gotten used to it, but there is a fire/police departmemt, highway, and an airbase nearby. So youll hear sirens, planes, and loud cars from time to time.

Overall great experience. Only a few opportunities with restocking doggie bags in some of the poo stations and rennovation painting was held at a stand still other than that great experience.

Customer service is excellent. Excellent location. You have a park next to the apartment that is 15 minutes walking, the round trip is 1 hour and 16 minutes if you walk at a brisk pace. The neighbors are fantastic.The area is quiet in relation to noise. On the other hand, unfortunately a week ago they reported that a vehicle was stolen within Springs Oaks. After this event they hired a police officer to make sure this does not happen again.Fortunately, Springs Oaks has apartments with garages and are competitively priced.The pool and pool area is comfortable and very pretty.The gates are always working to enter Springs Oaks.I have had to print one or two documents sporadically over the last few months and every time I have asked they have been very helpful and have immediately attended to me and printed the relevant document.The disadvantage is that outside in the garage there are cockroaches and other insects, and now in summer the cockroaches come out of the apartments pipes, you need to close everything to prevent them from entering and treat it to prevent them from entering.Another disadvantage is the alarms, the batteries discharge quickly and that begins to ring loudly, interrupting several moments of the day. And sometimes they have to come several times to resolve this matter, which they do promptly.In my opinion, despite the disadvantages, it is worth living in Springs Oaks. I see myself continuing to live here for the next few years if the location of a future job does not change.Thank you Springs Oaks,
