    Just moved into the complex but I want to give a shout out to Amanda for being a fantastic manager and helping me out with everything that she possibly could. Every time I came into the office she was ready to help me figure out any problems I could possibly have and she was very quick to make sure that those problems were solved. I appreciate everything that you did to make me feel like Im right at home!!!!!

    Im giving a five star review, without even looking at property or taking the tour yet that is scheduled for tomorrow . Reading all the reviews, yes there is some negative ones but tons of very positive reviews. And about the reviews I noticed one common thing, they take the time to review all of them and respond to all of them. I talked to Mandy before even looking at the reviews and she was fantastic. So I am looking forward to the tour tomorrow and hoping all goes well.

    Moving is so stressful, but Amanda Saluda made this experience so easy and was extremely helpful. The whole office was so welcoming to me and my baby dog and really made me feel welcomed. Those ladies were the main thing that put south shore coastal living above the other apartments in the area!

From the moment I Met her she made me feel welcome and ensured that any concerns or issues were addressed promptly.One of the standout qualities is their responsiveness. Whether it was a maintenance request or a general inquiry, they always made themselves available and followed up with updates.Furthermore, the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the complex are exceptional. The grounds are well-maintained, and the common areas are always spotless. It is evident that they takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of living for all residents.Lastly, the amenities provided by South shore coastal living are fantastic. The pool area is always clean and inviting, , and the communal spaces are beautifully designed.     I called with some basic questions, and Charlene went ABOVE and beyond to answer them. She was polite, enthusiastic, and will help you in anyway she can. I wasnt looking to book a tour, but I ended up doing it anyways because of how great she was!

    I dont review places often but i knew i had to for this. This is my first time looking for an apartment and fresh out of my parents house. I have toured what feels like a thousand places and South Shore Coastal Living has been my favorite by far. The property was so beautiful and I love the pool. The apartments I toured were clean and smelled as if they were just built and no one had lived there. The leasing agent was extremely kind, welcoming, and very informative. I would and will recommend these apartments to everyone that is looking for one. If I could put 100 stars I would.

    The property from entering the office to viewing the model apartments was very well kept. The layouts were perfect for what I was looking for. Upon entering, the office staff and leasing agent were polite and helpful in helping me find my new home for my dog and I. They are very accommodating for pet owners. I am excited to move in!

    Apartment living is a hit or miss anywhere you go but this complex has been so great to me so far. Been living here half a year and haven’t had any major issues in my apt. Leasing staff is so wonderful and the maintenance is pretty fast when I do put a work order in. Would definitely recommend this place looking for a small simple apt! Very satisfied!!!!

    Lived there for almost 6 years. I loved the space and how nice was my apartment was made ready for my family. If something needs it to get fix in my apartment I calland asked for Darlene, she help me with my work orders and she will make sure Lead Maintenace man Freddy will get it done in reasonable Convenient manner.Always doing 💯!!!!Thank you!

    Recently moved in a month ago and the apartment is beautiful, the landscaping is well kept. The pools are so beautiful. Special thanks to Darlene, Jackie and Mandy & outside staff, yall r awesome. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for a home.

    So I just went to go look at this apartments to see if I wanted to make one of these apartments a future home for me and my family and I saw is women who was “working!”, to make sure the place was nice looking and clean. I think she said her name was Julie and she was working hard out side in the hard sun! Good for her!

    I recently moved in and theyre is a young lady, who I believe is the housekeeper by the name of Julie and, she is just amazing. Shes so kind and very helpful..I always see her running around and she does a great job. You need more friendly employees like her and here.

    Although living in an apartment community is never going to be perfect, I have to give credit to Darlene and her staff for the efforts she and they have put forward in making South Shore a place to call home. She is very professional and to the point, but seems to be pretty fair. I’ve never seen someone jump into a new place with existing issues and tackle them with grace and professionalism the way Darlene has. The newly renovated apartments are beautiful, and Luis and his maintenance crew work hard to maintain the property. Weve been here going on 4 years and plan on staying for the foreseeable future.

    Glen Willows has really transformed magnificently! From the new exterior paint to the freshly built pergola that offers an area for residents to bbq and spend time outdoors with their families, has really brought the property back to life. The new interior upgrades especially the kitchens gives you a feeling that you are in a house rather than an apartment community. What better way to make your residents feel like they’re at home.The amenities and property is always clean. The office staff is always available for your needs. They are friendly and approachable unlike other properties I have visited. You actually see the managers on site greeting you and ready to assist anyone that approaches them. Maintenance is prompt and if you have any questions they will take the time to explain your work order and repair needed. I am happy to see Glen Willows transform into a beautiful community in the center of Corpus Christi. Props to the office and maintenance staff!!! You are doing an amazing job!!

    The staff is always willing to go above and beyond to help residents with any issues or concerns, they are knowledgeable, professional, and always greet residents with a smile. The grounds are well-maintained and provide a peaceful and relaxing environment. Definitely worth considering!

    A friend of mine just moved in an the house keeper did a really good job with the unit. Outside area was very clean and saw her trimming some bushes with the weedeater which was very impressing. 5 stars to her!!

    We moved in the endings of last year. We are happy living here and the neighbors are friendly and have a good time living here. Better than where we were living before. I love my apartment. I have two people that have above and beyond and that is Rhea and Catalina. They r good managers and the maintenance also fix what needs 2 b fixed. We have a few roaches, but wouldnt move anywhere else.

    I would like to share an update on my previous review. Management has done a great job of renovating and making this place much more livable. Issues with smoking tenants have been taken care of, and they went out of their way to make sure all my concerns are met. I am very happy with they way they handled my concerns. On another note, there is only so much they can do. Tenants need to be more respectful of their own apartments and facility. Management is not a babysitter.

    Just moved here to Corpus about 6 months ago, the front office staff and manager have been so professional and nice helping us with this transition. The property itself is beautiful with the bold colors on the buildings to the gazebo by the 2nd pool. Absolutely love the friendly neighbors and quiet nights on the patio! I feel safe knowing security comes every night, the maintenance crew is super professional and works to get things done right and in a timely manner.

    Great place to live, I have lived here 5 months and love it. The management is great they are helpful and caring. You always see them walking the property and checking things, they truly show concern for their tenants. Catalina is the absolute best she is so sweet and caring. The neighbors are friendly and its just a nice community.

    I am from SA & on a whim decided I wanted to look into apartments in CC especially in time for summer! I came across South Shore and loved that they were all bills paid, so I gave them a call. Being a single mom of 4 with one income, I didn’t have much hope of being approved for a big enough place for my kiddos & family to come visit as well but IMMEDIATELY Darlene assured me she understood my situation and that she’d do everything she could to make magic happen. After the initial application, DARLENE and DENISE worked tirelessly to get me approved with keys in hand within a week! They never got irritated with my 100 anxious calls a day awaiting a response & you can tell 100% they truly care as HUMAN BEINGS AND MOTHERS and empathize with their tenants! Not to mention they both stayed 45 minutes AFTER close to make sure I was able to get my keys so I could start this brand new journey that my soul so desperately needed. Denise stood up and gave me a hug after I was approved because she knew my situation and was just as happy for me as I was! Thank you ladies for everything y’all have done for my family so far 🙏🏼🩷

    Its an absolute joy living there. The office staff is amazing they have made a difference here at our lil community! We love the entire staff here from the office to the maintenance team these guys get things done! Thank you to Rhea and Catalina for everything yall do from the pool parties to wine down Wednesday and keeping us in the know with our town hall meetings! I did see that other reviews had some roach problem although I have been here for a year.

    Living in apartments is not always going to be great or a no worry experience..but they just hired a gentleman by the name of Robert think he’s the lead or supervisor. He’s a wonderful worker,fixed what was wrong explained the situation and returned the next day to make sure it was still working..I give four stars just cause of his caring for residents

    I love my apartment. Great view. Neighbors are nice. I moved here from Houston. Everything was done over the phone and internet. I was scared and unsure on how i would pull it off. When i spoke to the office. She made me feel confident on my choice to move to Glen Willow Apartments. I had No problems at all. I had never seen the apartment . We walked in and immediately were very very greatfull to Glen Willow Apartments.

    Not to bad for ALL bills paid. Maintenance could sometimes be little slow getting there to fix a problem, unless it’s something serious. Office gives you updates through text messages of what’s going on with apartments. They offer free pest control every Monday. There should be more dumpsters scattered out so people don’t have to walk so far. Water pressure is little low, other than that pretty friendly environment. Great place to live.

    I moved in in December this is a nice place and the management is super. They have taken care of any issues and are very helpful. I had a roach problem when first moved in but Catalina sent pest control every Monday for a month and I have no issues now. If you need a great place to live come here. They are super here and very helpful.

    I toured this property and unlike other properties that I have visited, I found the listing agent was a delight to work with, I was well informed and I felt no pressure or that there was any hurry to view the property. It is obvious that theres always work in progress keeping the property nice.

    I think that the new managers are really nice they have started a clean up of a lot of nasty people living here that should have never been moved in!! The last manager saline was so bad glad shes gone!!! I would have left if she still worked here for real...and the other ppl in there were dumb too.     Very skeptical at first from the past history it had but gave it shot and the management is great. Maintenance and Management are down to earth. They make sure issues get settled quick. They have events and town hall meetings. Its like an actual mini community here.

    Afer constant calling around and looking for places that offer all bills paid, I was given such detailed and informative information. The young man that answered the phone met all my needs and really went above and beyond to inform me of all the things related to my questions, the tour was exactly what I needed when visiting to really prompt a choice.
