    I have lived at Silverwood at Hackberry Creek for over a year. The complex is within a great community and school district. The apartments have great, updated features. The application process and move-in procedures were quick and easy. Management is easy to contact and I have never had any issues.

    I’ve been living here for over a year and I love it! Any maintenance that needs to be done is taken care of that day or the very next day. Office staff has always been very kind and welcoming. Not to mention the Location is amazing as we are not far from a growing shopping center!

    Maintenance is relatively fast, apartments are nice but cabinets are peeling, floors are uneven, and in the front there’s lots of traffic noise. The staff and resident are nice.

    Moving in and moving out was a breeze thanks to Ms. Katrina! She REALLY cares about her tenants and she is so personable. Anytime there was an issue it was dealt with promptly and professionally.     I’ve recently moved in to the Dayton location and everything was wonderful and easy from getting on the waitlist, to move in. I was moved in for a couple of weeks when the energy company decided to shut off my power, with no explanation and they can not give any reason why. Well, I contacted the office because Katrina (manager) set everything up for me. Well Katrina went to bat with the energy company for me. She was on the phone for hours fighting to get my power turned back on and she was very communicative with me, letting me know what they were saying, etc. She even stayed in Dayton until 6pm to make sure the energy company came out.Katrina has been great this whole experience!

    Ive been living at Silverwood going on almost four years now. Katrina (The property) manager is the best. She responds to all my request promptly and have the best customer service. Very peaceful area to live.

    Katrina has been a dream and incredibly helpful during the process of transitioning my daughter from Austin to Baytown. She went above and beyond by connecting us with furniture for our apartment. After 5 minutes in her presence, you feel like you have met an old friend. I feel very fortunate that we were able to connect with her.

    Great leasing staff, Linda is amazing! She’s personable & really loves her tenants. My 2 little girls even go see her after school most days cause she’s got candy 🙃.Great maintenance staff. Very well kept and well run complex. Id recommend it to anyone. This is my second lease here. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to anyone relocating to the Baytown area.
