The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Pest control is effective. Finishes in the bathtub and caulking could be better. Third floor units are spacious for the price and fairly decent for their age.Jacqueline at the front office is empathetic to your problems and works hard to quickly resolve them. Shes the best person there!Maintenance can get swamped. I had an issue where my washer was not working for over a week, with many calls to the office. But Jacqueline made sure I got a replacement the same day after speaking to her directly. Maintenance makes time to come over even after hours so I appreciate that. Thank you!Overall the place is pretty good for the price range. Very homely and I love it here.

I just wanna say what a great experience we had since the moment we applied. Jacqueline was very helpful every step of the way & very informative about the things we needed so we could get approved. Then we got the great news we had been approved so we just waited for our move in date & then yesterday when I went to pick up our keys Jacqueline wasnt available but thankfully Angelica Castillo was able to help me even though I cant speak English but she helped me finish the move in process which Im so grateful. The maintenance guy who came out-Charley Vargas- was so professional and even waited a couple minutes outside for me to quickly clean before he came in! Was very friendly, Fixed it super fast, and gave me good advice on how to prevent the issue from happening again in the future. Very Impressed by the service and appreciated Mr. Vargas for his time and dedication to the job.Update: Charley saw me in the parking lot this afternoon too and helped me with my flat tire! Hes amazing!!!

I just moved into this apartment, my sink kept getting clogged up, bringing out horrible smells and dirts that makes me throw up. The garbage disposal was not working properly. My Christmas was ruined. Last Friday someone came with a plunger but could not address the issue thoroughly and it happened over and over.When Charley Vargas came to fix it despite how swapped he was with other jobs, he took his time to address the root cause, he went back to get bigger equipments to suction and clear out the dirts from the pipe (the whole house was stinking) He changed the garbage disposal and the rusted part of the sink. Above all his hard work, he cleaned the area properly like nothing happened and had the door open for fresh air.I am more than happy with his work here. He just saved me from a nightmare.He is also very polite and pleasant. He is truly passionate about his work, reassuring and empathizes with tenants. May God bless him 🙏.I hardly write reviews but he is indeed exceptional!THANK YOU SO MUCH CHARLEY VARGAS 🙏

I absolutely love this apartment complex. Jacqueline And Angelica are amazing in the front office they always go above and beyond for the residents! I have never had issues with the Maintenance men they are always on time and they are very courteous! This is a very family oriented Complex so I have always felt very safe here. I love the fact that they have also started doing more community events for example they had a nacho bar for Super Bowl weekend and they also had cookies and cupcakes on Valentines Day. My Husband and I only intended to stay for a year and we are now on our fourth lease and we have made this Complex are home.

We had an issue with our AC Unit and it was horribly hot in our apartment, 85 degrees to be exact. Too hot to even try and use fans. We couldn’t spend the night in our place. That was the downside. The upside was that we called maintenance early the next day and they came in quickly and fixed it. AC was working by that afternoon. Thomas was quick and communicative. Even checked in with us when he saw us in the parking lot to make sure everything was working. I personally appreciate that. So thank you Thomas!

The maintenance team is awesome. Thomas Mendez has been very assistive with maintenance requests. The sliding door to my porch was broken and hard to open/close. It was like that before I moved in and I was promised it would be fixed/replaced soon. After multiple request to get it fixed and after 6 months it was not properly fixed. As soon as Thomas joined the maintenance team he came to see it and before long the whole door was replaced. Now it looks good and its effortless to open/close. Thomas is very active around the premises and responsive to requests. He has in more than one occasion grabbed trash from me to throw it in the dumpster as he saw me taking it there.

We recently moved into Sheridan Park at Spring Creek after relocating from Seattle due to work. We had a very positive previous experience with a ConAm property rental in Seattle so that was how we found Sheridan Park.Out of the literal HUNDREDS of communities in the Dallas area, Sheridan Park came out as the front runner in many ways. Here has been our experience so far…We had just driven/hauled 2100 miles from Seattle, were completely exhausted and the Texas heat was blistering hot. It was so refreshing to step into the well-kept, cooled building for the first time. We were immediately welcomed by the leasing staff with true southern hospitality and all of their charm. All the lease documents had been previously e-signed so there was very little that we had to do on our end. They were extremely organized, prepared for our arrival, very clear, concise and thorough with the lease terms. It was such a smooth and very efficient transaction. They all were so wonderful and patient considering how many questions we had.You can usually gauge your future experience by your interaction with management. Our lease agreement on move-in day was done with Courtney. She is absolutely fantastic, has such a great spirit, is very charismatic and brings a great vibe to the conversation. She had mentioned she is fairly new at this property, but it’s obvious she has a lot of experience by the way things flowed so smoothly. Very professional.We also had the great pleasure of not only meeting Jennifer and Heather, but getting to know a little about them. Moving to the Dallas area, we don’t know anyone yet. They made us feel like family within just a couple of hours. I’m originally from the south and can tell you THAT is true southern hospitality. ❤️The apartment is exactly what we were expecting. We opted for the Notingham layout and could not be happier. The second bedroom/bathroom will be perfect for parents or in-law visits. The traffic noise level is very minimal even with a corner/street facing unit. The pools are currently undergoing routine maintenance, but we can’t wait to take a dip during this heat. The dog park is absolutely fantastic for our furry kids. 🐶 🐾 They love running around and playing in the open space. Overall the property is very tidy, landscaping well manicured and maintenance takes care of any issues.The apartments are very close to everything you need; gas stations, banks, restaurants, salon/spa, grocery stores, freeway and more.We are very pleased with our experience here at Sheridan Park and will be recommending it to anyone who is looking for a place to rent.

I want to give a quick shout out to Thomas in maintenance. When I got paint on my personal property and other personal property was destroyed he was the only one that seemed interested in helping me get my stuff back and cleaned. I put a work order for a door that was off the track and he came by on one of the icy days to fix it to make sure it was taken care of rather than wait till the weather cleared up. Right now he is the only one making me feel taking care of and my home secure. I appreciate you Thomas!

I realize this COVID-19 has everyone scrambling to take care if business, however if you are still expecting people to pay rent then you should also hold yourself accountable for the needs of the property. I have a tub faucet that is constantly running steady stream. I received a courtesy call informing meCharley Vargas, a facility and maintenance staff member stopped by today. He did an amazing job completing some long overdue work on our apartment. Polite, professional work as well as cleaning up after completion. It was a refreshing change from previous experiences.

Absolutely love this place. The beautiful trees, the huge dog park, the yards, the adorable apartments, the staff, the neighbors , just everything and everyone is so nice! Jennifer the apartment manager was such a big help, she found us an apartment with a yard on the first floor and got us to move in early with the help of the maintenance team (Albert) working hard to make sure everything was perfect and all the appliances were up to date! My boyfriend and i are just loving our little slice of heaven. Thankyou so much Jennifer for all your help. 5 stars!❤️❤️

Update: There was a situation with my roommate and I ended up having to transfer my lease to a 1 Bedroom a couple of months ago. The office was SO GREAT and worked with me completely. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to deal with (Jeanne, Anthony, Mikayla and Taylor)!!! Although I had to change some Life Plans to renew for a full year, I am so glad I did. ConAm was pretty iffy at first, but they have really come a long way since the summer when they took over!!! If you work with them, and have some patience, they will definitely work with you. I recommend this place to anyone I talk to looking for an apartment. It is such a great price range for such a great location. There is SO MUCH (Literally anything you can think of) around us all within 5 minutes.I have loved living here so far. It is a perfect location with restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, movie theaters, and so much more! I also really love the office staff. The guy and one of the girls (I’m so bad with names) in there are always friendly and approachable. Maintenance has never waited more than 24 hours to come address a request- even though they might not always know the fix. All in all, I love the place! It is a little outdated, and the “updates” are very hurriedly and lazily done but it is a great place to live!

I have been living at Sheridan Park for over a year now and we signed a lease for another year. We really like it here. Great little playground for my daughter to play at, lots of room to walk my dog, & a dog park. The pools are nice in the summer and the office puts on activities to try to get the residents to know each other better, like free yoga.I will admit there are times when parking and delayed maintanence requests are an issue, but that is the same at any apartment complex this big. The front office staff is friendly. The new parcel drop-off for boxes is great! You can pick up your boxes anytime instead of having to wait for office hours. The garbage pickup is also convenient, especially being on the 3rd floor to not have to bring the garbage bags down to thr dumpster ourselves every day.Overall I highly recommend Sheridan Park!

Sheridan Park has been an absolutely phenomenal experience for me. The management is friendly, intelligent, and open to all needs that may arise. Ive had two bad roommates who I met 3rd party and their expert and empathic staff have helped me navigate that experience. This was my first apartment outside of a student dorm and I cannot recommend Sheridan Park Apartments highly enough.Maintenance crew is super awesome and has responded to everything so fast that often the only way I knew they were there was the note of what they repaired.Its right across the street from the Plano Centre, Oak Point and the park behind that. Walmart, Sams Club, and other markets of a wide diversity are within a couple of miles distance. With the DART station not far either, youre connected to the entire DFW with just a 10 minute drive away!Come check our Sheridan Park at Spring Creek, youll be happy you did.Sincerely,- Alex S.

The apartments are fairly nice, but some buildings have some issues (water leaks, rodents, etc). This is just standard apartment issues, and theyre really responsive if you come to them with a building issue.The amenities are lacking, but theyve been working on upgrading as of recent. We just got new workout equipment, and they look to be resurfacing the basketball court.Maintenance is really fast, but i found the emergency maintenance line to be a pain. If the office is open, I go there to file maintenance requests.Parking is a disaster, especially on the north side of the complex, but the garages and carports are relatively cheap, so its a viable option.The regulars in the office are very helpful, and get to know the residents over the months, but the temporary office workers are typically not knowledgeable enough to get anything beyond a maintenance request done.Apartments are quiet and spacious, and besides some maintenance issues the first year, theyve been great.

People are so quick to come on here and gripe, give a one star and a ton of useless information. So I figured I would come and keep it real.I absolutely love living here. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. My apartment is what dreams are made of. It is quiet and overall well kept. You can judge the grounds for yourself if you come and view.With that being said, there are some complaints- there needs to be someone in the office during office hours. At times, the office will be closed because the only person working needs to go show an apartment. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. It seems to be changing and if I notice a change I will revise my review.Secondly, I do not think you can really call yourself a pet friendly apartments. Moving out on my own, also meant getting the pet of my dreams, but nope. They only allow cats and dogs. :(Lastly, having guests over is a huge hassle. Upon moving in, I was told there was visitor parking near my apartment. Between walking back and forward over and over from the parking lot to the front office I found that the only visitor parking was at the front of the apartments. This really should have been common knowledge to the office staff, but apparently it took me going on foot for 20 minutes to get that information sorted out.To a previous reviewer, Sahar retired, she did not quit. Also, she was not a manager. This apartments is not going down the drain youre just being dramatic. In fact, the business center seems to be finally running and the package notifications will probably be fixed soon.

Had an issue occur, regarding our permitted vehicle being towed. Wasnt given the best customer service by our front office, but after contacting our regional, Mr. Mike Johnson at Waterton, the issue was swiftly resolved. The people in the office could use better training in customer service, but its nice to know that the company that owns this beautiful property is willing to step in & take care of the residents when the staff fails them. Very helpful staff, Shelly was great. Moved in july 2015 w a family member, they helped us figure out credit issues and just increased our deposit to accomodate it. Landscaping is kept manicured and buildings just repainted nice neutral shades. My only complaint is the breezeways, since they have trash pickup outside the door they should be cleaned more often and the spider webs removed.(Update: they cleaned the breezeways!) 3rd floor is good we have a great view of the nature preserve! I feel safe and the gates are almost always closed, once the power went out during a storm and they had to leave them open along with a few other times. Its Really close to collin college i bike there daily 5 to 10 minutes or drive 1 minute up the road. Nature preserve within 5 min bike ride and close to froyo sams walmart subway starbucks la fitness etc 5 min drive 10 min walk. Good for teens trying to find a parttime job. Gym has working equipment. 2 washers and 2 dryers - 1 washer is out of order but we just have our own upstairs(Update: they fixed the dryer!) Visitor parking by my building is usually not too crowded. They do tow so... Have a sticker, park in visitor parking or wake up to a hefty fine. Pools are pretty kept they have bbqs bathrooms and cabanas ( 3ft to 5ft). Only issue we really have is with our downstairs neighbors other than that everyones very friendly. Young singles and older couple plus very ethnically diverse. Trash is picked up outside your door every few days but they also have a compactor somewhere in the middle of the complex. AC is pretty strong we can reach 64 in 100 degree texas weather. Maintenance is relatively quick, the one time our ac was not cooling the apt they fixed it same day. I honestly dont think theyve taken longer than a few days to fix any issue then again we havent had major structural problems just minor appliance ones. Large closets for both of our rooms! Storage room outside apt door too. Havent seen bugs other than a few spiders and earwigs. We can relax on the patio w no mosquitos & a few lightning bugs to keep us company. Havent seen mice either but im on the third floor so im not sure about lower levels. Overall its a pretty good experience so far no extra fees or problems yet some members of the staff can be slightly invasive when it comes to who you bring over etc as they think they live there and need to get on the lease...honestly its only happend a few times and has stoped since so i believe theyre just doing their job. Cable and internet are pretty fast. You can pay your bill online for a fee or money order and file a maintenance request there aswell although i rather just call them or stop by on my way out. Just thought id post because i was curious about these things and I was researching them online before i could move in but didnt get much on these topics besides wronged residents venting and while their issues are valid I personally havent had too many. I’ve been at Sheridan for 2 years now and I will be signing a third year soon my apartment is nice all new appliances when I moved in I requested new ceiling fans when I moved in and they had no problems doing so they recently upgraded all light fixtures to energy saving led and they look awesome not those cheap fixtures which it saves me money on my light bill ,they have a nice playground which my son likes to enjoy they have a nice little dog park the pool by front office is nice with outdoor kitchen ,I’ve never had an issue with anyone in the office there always nice to me the girl Taylor who got me in the place always takes care of me whenever she sees me come in all in all it’s a great place lots of food options around quick access to the highway
