Liz worked with me from the very beginning. She was nice and she explained everything to me. She accommodated me and made me and my girls feel welcome everytime. She was honest and told me when the did or did not have units available and as soon as one came available She called me right away. She even put us in a nice area that was accommodating for our needs as a family..This is a clean apartment complex with nice neighbors and its pretty quite for the most part.

I relocate from California a year ago and I recommend Shadow Creek to anybody who is looking for a place to live.Ariel and Jose are super awesome they fix everything super fast. The manager Gloria is also super nice. If you planing to least at Shadow CreekI do recommend Shadow Creek a 100%Specially because Ariel fix everything the same day. Ive lived here for a little more than a year. I love my apartment location, but I initially had problems with my mailbox. My interactions with the office staff has been good. Any issues Ive had have been resolved. I have a pleasant view out of my windows and I have no issues with my neighbors!

I was referred to Shadow Creek Apartments through Done Deal Reality, because you can get help in co- signs for Apartments with them if you have no rental history). Anyways so this was one of the apartments and I was skeptical because of prior reviews but those people are so wrong. The apartments are beautiful and its an apartment people nothing is going to be perfect, but Liz helped me and was very patient and so kind. Even when the apartment she had shown me became unavailable she still was able to get me into a place and for that Im so thankful she could of said they had nothing available but she worked it out and got a great deal and Im very pleased. Liz is a very good leasing agent and all of the ladies in the office were so friendly and welcoming.

Upon my arrival into the leasing office I was impressed by the wonderful aromatic scent! I was promptly greeted by Ms. Darait who answered all my questions and show me a one bedroom unit as requested. After deciding to lease a one bedroom unit, I return to the leasing office where I met Ms.Gloria, my daughter was with me and we proceeded to take care of the necessary paperwork. The entire process went smoothly and was very professional! I am enjoying my one bedroom apartment! Thanks again ladies for all your help!!! Rita😊

If I had 10 Stars I would give it to them. Just a little background on myself I lost the last apartment that I live in lived in I had a realtor that I worked with a lot who she works with these are like Second Chance Apartments for people you dont have to make as much money and things like that I need the first day that I met these wonderful ladies Under New Management I had a connection and I just felt good vibes when I walked into the apartment apartment complex and Im going to tell you I just left their office about an hour ago all the ladies were there and they all looked at me when I walked in and I said I just want to say I love this apartment I love it here people are so helpful. I dont think I could have found a better place , and a huge thank you to Karen, my realtor. You had me on my last move and you worked yourself majorly to try to find me a apartment that would take certain criterias she didnt stop until she found one.And then again I needed her and she handed here she is she got me into this apartment complex and I am so thankful to everybody around here I think Im finally happy I think Snickers knows and he is so happy I cant tell you how I cant wait to hang up all my pictures and stuff thats going to have to wait for another day I want to get I got maintenance coming by the hopefully be able to help me put up my curtains and Im done for the day.I enclosing I just want to say this is I want to thank all of the girls up at the office for helping me Non-Stop. These apartments are looking better every day, we finally have a dog park for our fur babies and a play area for our children. The ladies in the office are really trying hard to get everything organized. The manager has really been trying her best to keep things in line. Maintenance staff are working hard as well. Good job guys

I have so many great things to say about the Shadow Creek Apartment staff and the ladies in the office, but the person I have the most gratitude for is REGINA. When I say she is the BEST I truly mean that. She is a diamond in the rough and has been such a blessing. I cant thank her enough for working with me.When it comes to maintenance, I had a few small requests when I first moved in and they were quick to fix, replaced, or repair. I reported on a Saturday afternoon that my A/C wasnt cooling and it was hot in my apartment. They werent able to fix it that same day and are closed on Sunday so they put a window unit in my apartment to keep it cool over the weekend. On Monday they fixed the A/C.These apartments are clean, quiet, and comfortable.

I have been living here for a couple of weeks it has been a great experience from applying, to moving in. The office staff has been courteous, professional, and very expeditious in getting any repairs or concerns taken care of. This is MY first apartment since I lost everything in Hurricane Harvey . It was scary for me, but they (especially AIde) made it a seamless transition. Im looking forward to many more years of this being my place of residence.

My GF just rented an apartment here. We spent all day moving in 2 days ago. When we finished, we both took hot showers, ate dinner, and crashed out. Before the first night was over, our downstairs neighbor already started complaining to the office, as they are an older couple. We loved this place when we were moving in. But we are deducting a star because we are already having our life interrupted, and being harassed, by our neighbors because our toilet is constantly flushing itself, which isnt even our doing as it was like that before we were here.

Awesome management, the best and very helpfull. This was March of 2018. Moved out in April on 2019. Broke my lease due to getting a new house with 2 months left. Old management left probably about August of 2018. New management are iffy. I wanted to get a third paid parking and they said wait for a month. Visitors parking is horrible its its mostly the tenants that park there. Good luck on finding one.

Been here over 4 years and never had any problems. Management has always been helpful and take care of any issues. Maintenance guys are always quick to respond and fix the problem. Only issue is the laundry rooms. Definitely need updating. Have to go elsewhere for laundry

When calling into the office there is a lady named Yardi who is super rude and un professional on the phone. I called one time asking about getting the unit I was interested in showed to me, she advised that they stop showing at 5:00 , I responded that I get out of work at if I made arrangements to get off at 4:30 to be there at 5 would I be able to be showed the unit, she replied like I said maam we stop showing at 5. When I worked in property management we would go above and beyond for our customers, especially the ones who were interested in leasing with us. I would literately be there right before :00 pm. Then I called again to speak with my leasing agent Monica, who is professional and nice. Well Yardi again was rude and cut me off and then just placed me on hold without advising so. She is really making Shadow Creek look bad with her attitude.

From the day I visited the apartments it was an incredible experience... the office staff are extremely attentive, they always clarify your doubts with a smile, they walk the entire property with you, they showed me several apartments and they were all very clean, they never had a bad attitude towards me since I was not I decided on an apartment that was always friendly until I finally rented it and I can tell you that everything is very nice and controlled, it is a very safe place to live, the three people in the office are very attentive but Darai helped me with all my questions, thank you, I recommend a lot of these departments… Daisy Hernández
