My parents found this property for me to go to welding school right down the street. At first I was skeptical because of the area, but when I went to tour of the property, it wasn’t that bad. Mr Q is a great guy. He helped us understand the area a little better and made the process smooth and easy. By the way, my apartment is awesome very clean and I haven’t needed the maintenance to fix anything since I’ve been here. Me and my parents recommend anyone going to welding school go to move to Serena Village2 it’s quiet and safe with a great office staff.🤘🏻

Ive been here a few months and Im loving the property and my apartment. I love how the office keeps refreshments like juice coffee popcorn and cookies for the residents. I absolutely love this property. I don’t live there, but I went with my sister to apply and they were amazing. I wasn’t feeling well that day, but the customer service and energy from the leasing manager Quantrell made my day. He had us smiling and feeling at home as we toured the property. I can’t wait till she moves in. I know she will love it there. Definitely the best apartment complex in Greenspoint.

Even though this may be considered a bad neighborhood, once youre in the gates, its like your in a peaceful suburb and the lady in the office makes it even more a pleasure to live here. During this pandemic, things at the office were everywhere. Every week there was new staff at the office and they weren’t organized. Couple times they were trying to charge us more for “not paying” when we did. But when Ana Andrades came. She was a life saver!! Love how she handles everything’s. I know it’s not an easy job. But she helped us finding missing paperwork and missing payments. She is very polite and hardworking.
