Ive Call Serena Grove, Formally Known Augusta At City View Home Since April 2013, My 11yr. Stay Here Has Been Pleasant , Anytime I Needed A Maintenance Call 🤠 They Were On It Rite Away, Im A Nurse By Profession So Im At Work All The Time... I Have Good Neighbors We Check On Each Other Often 😉... I Can Say My Lease Agreement Is Budget Friendly And Im Content With My Stay Here🕊️👑✨🙏🏼🤠💎❤️⭐👍🏿.

We have been living her for almost half a year. It is soo peaceful and quiet. There is very little noise…only thing I hear are airplanes..trains..& occasionally some little kids out of school on break. No one just hangs outside..most of the tenants speak to you and ask you how your day is going.Whenever we have a problem we call the office and normally maintenance will come out the same day. Everyone who works in the office is helpful. Bianca is also very helpful and attentive to any situation at hand. I haven’t had any trouble with this apartment complex. You can tell at Serena Grove they care about there tenants and their property. I’m so glad we chose this apartment complex. :)

I care about my residents These are not just words there her lifes blood.I will do what I can to make you a happy resident This is her year round goal.Leading by example is what she truly does, she always try to accommodate every one that shes in contact with. She has such a wonderful presence and attitude and is always professional. She is truly the main reason why Im not going anywhere. When I need a smile after a rough day I can always count on her to lower my stress level. Truly a wonderful person. I could say more but I think you get it. So I would like to announce Serena Groves Manager of the Year - Bianca Alvarado. And the crowd goes WILD!!!!!! Keep up the great work lady.

I would like to thank the office manager and support team Judy, Bianca, and Maria. Ive lived here for 8 yrs. Thank you for continuing to work towards making Serena Grove apartment community a great place to stay. And for working hard to resolve any issues when theres a problem with the up keep of the complex. This team is also pro active with getting the tenants involved in apartment activities and keep them informed with other information.Once again keep up the good work and thank you !

I wanted to wait until Ive lived here for a few months to do a review. Management is the best! The staff here went above and beyond when we moved in (around Winter Storm Uri) and completely refurbished our apartment. The community is quiet and maintenance is decent. These are decent people at the leasing office and this has been a nice place to stay so far. 🙂

I used to live in Serena Forest, but as soon as I found out that little Judy and Ms.Bianca we’re moving to Grove I said well let me move too. These girls really take pride in their work and know what they’re are doing ! Ms. Bianca is very dedicated and will help in any situation you may have. As for Judy as well ! Couldn’t ask for a better manager and assistant! Keep up the good work dream team !

I been a resident here for 4years and so far is been the best place I have live in always been taken care of from maintenance to the great leasing agents they have here Liz and Melissa are awesome they are so professional and very detailing in everything they do. The property is great I love it here no complaints or anything very clean also and the new upgrades on the Apts are very beautiful also...Thanks Serena Grove Apts for always taken care of us residents.

Im very happy with the new people that has taken overThese apartmentsChange the name from Augusta of CityView Serena Grove and they are so much more betterThe people that was in the office before and worked on the ground the parking lot is always clean around the dumpster area they try to make sure they fulfill your request of what needs to be done in your apartment and they have Bingo that you play online they pass out a breakfast bag in the morning times sometimes I dont know exactly when they do it but is grateful when they do to let you know they appreciate you and they called his neighbors11-03-23 I went to the office today to find out why the line is down to Pay the rent. A new lady is now working in the office her name is Keystone shes all over the place helping me and everyone else who walk-through the door

I had the opportunity to live in these Serena Grove II apartments. They are very quiet apartments. I was always grateful to the maintenance staff. They took care of all my problems with the apartment. It is worth mentioning that the surrounding area is very unsafe. But I highly recommend the apartments. They are big. No animals. No mice. No bedbug. Its all about the cleanliness of each of us. They want to live in a familiar and quiet place within the condominium. Live here... For major problems, always look for someone higher than the manager. To see how they can support them... in my case everything was resolved. And all the attention to the hundred.

In times of rain it floods very badly.Once I reported him to the office and he told me that I had to go out and sweep the leaves as if that depended on me😬 from then on there was no problem with the staff.
