Savannah Oaks Apartments truly feels like home thanks to its amazing management and maintenance teams. The management is always friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any issues, ensuring residents feel valued. The maintenance team is equally impressive, responding swiftly and efficiently to repairs.On top of that, the amenities are beautiful, and the lake view adds a serene, picturesque touch to the property. The peaceful surroundings make it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, the excellent service and stunning setting make this apartment complex stand out. I highly recommend it!

It was a family-oriented environment, and my stay was great!I liked the common room where you could read, work, use the computers, and print for free. The outdoor area near the common room has lots of trees, and the fresh air feels so good. Maintenance was very efficient; even after odd hours, they were available to help with my AC and key replacement , for a cost of course for my key/fob. My move-out process was smooth and stress-free.I visited their leasing office in person maybe three times during my stay. They were effective in addressing things via email and calls.Cons and reasons for my 4/5 star rating:- The buildings do not have good soundproofing. I could hear everything my neighbors did upstairs and across from me, and they could likely hear me as well. When someones phone rings or they talk on the phone, you can hear the rings and conversation faintly. Sometimes, I had to go to the closet for privacy when I was on the phone.- One of the reps at the leasing office front desk, whose name I cant remember, was extremely rude and unkind. However, the rest of the staff were amazing.I believe in leaving your apartment in excellent condition when your lease ends. This was the state in which I left my apartment. Please see the attached for review.

I am absolutely in love with this apartment! From the moment I stepped inside, I knew it was the perfect place for me. The layout is spacious and well-designed.The location is fantastic — it’s close to all the essentials like grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation, yet still feels quiet and peaceful. The building itself is well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and professional, making the entire leasing process smooth and easy.What really sets this apartment apart is the sense of community and the overall vibe of the neighborhood. I can see myself living here long-term and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and welcoming space!

There is a pond in the middle of the complex with a walk around sidewalk.The doors do come with a wireless key remote. The walls are a little thin. You cam hear your neighbors dogs if theyre barking.

My recent visit to Savannah Oaks was truly exceptional! From the moment I stepped onto the grounds, I was greeted with a sense of warmth and hospitality. The leasing office staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, making me feel valued and welcomed. The amenities are fantastic; from the state-of-the-art fitness center to the inviting communal spaces, every detail is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The apartments themselves are stunning, with modern finishes and ample natural light. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Overall, my visit left me thoroughly impressed.

My experience with Sheree at the apartment complex was nothing short of exceptional! From the second we walked in she was warm and welcoming. She took the time to walk us through all the details with patience and care. The amenities surpassed our expectations. The gym has a good amount of equipment, scenic trail around the lake is great, they also have a coffee room, arcade, gorgeous pool/ grill area facing the lake. The apartments themselves have great natural lighting with a view and are super clean. We filled out an application the same day! Thanks again Sheree you’re the best!

Me and my husband just went to Savannah Oaks to do a tour and request information. Shoutout to Sheree l! She was the sweetest person ever, she walked us throughout the models we were looking for and was very detailed on all the applicant information. Not to mention she had a really nice attitude and answered all our questions in a really nice way.Now the complex itself seems like a resort to me, I loved the spaces the natural light inside the apartment we viewed, the outdoor nature and the amenities looked pretty worth it. Pretty clean and well mantained in generalso hopefully Savannah Oaks will be our next home!

What a beautiful complex! Erika was very helpful throughout my application process. Sheree gave me a tour & was very friendly & informative. I forgot the other lady’s name at the front desk but she assisted me over the phone & made sure to call me back one day with an update when it was just her working that day. If you’re in the market for a new home in Spring, check them out!

Best experience so far. Very thankful for Sheree being available to show me last minute. I almost chose a different complex. Just seeing this place from the road does it no justice. I love that you have literally everything on the complex and don’t have to go anywhere for anything. Fitness, yoga, coffee lounge, pool resort, arcade room, walking trails, dog park, conference rooms and HEB is right next door. The maintenance guys are quick to respond to my concerns and the girls in the office seem very knowledgeable about the area and addressed all of my questions accurately and respectfully. This is big for me as my last experience in an apartment was not so great. I fully recommend this place.

Looked at this place. Very professional staff and great communication and knowledge about the apartments and surroundings. Very helpful. Grounds looked clean and the whole place just seems relaxing. I saw 2 empty apartments and one staged and they all seemed spic and span and smelled fresh. If it weren’t for the fact that I have 3 pets I would choose this place over a house. Side note I looked at 4 other places in the area , this was top of my list by far.

Moved into these apartments a few months ago and had a great experience with the front desk. They were quick to help with any questions and concerns we had. The apartments are pet friendly, have a wonderful water view and amenities. (Game room/coffee lounge)

I came to leave a review after the young girl from the office was driving by in her cart and offered to help me carry something from my car. I was struggling so that was appreciated. I always had great interactions with the office and just renewed my lease so I was surprised to see some of the reviews. I also see people saying the bad reviews get deleted but then I see bad reviews and as a business owner I know that we cannot delete our reviews, only google can. It looks like one person is making several bad reviews as well? Just my Opinion, I could be wrong. Just a lot of similarities and constrictions that sound like angry past customers. My only complaint would be that the residents need to pick up their dogs feces or give their pet up. That’s so gross. Respect the place you live. Same goes for the people that live here and keep hitting the gate on the left side. Respect this place. YOU have to live here too.

Expectations have been exceeded. This place is amazing. Before I came here I did my research and I’m so glad I didn’t let the bad reviews I saw deter my decision process. I understand that some people resort to leaving a bad review when they are angry and we forget to also leave a review when we are satisfied but the fact that the good reviews outweigh the bad says a lot. This place definitely deserves a great review from me. My experience with my agent Sheree was always pleasant and when she wasn’t there the other staff were quick to help any needs that arose. The inside of the apartment is just as beautiful as the outside. Pure ambiance and serenity.

Update: The community and amenities are beautiful. Living under inconsiderate people is the only problem I have here. There is no sound proofing at all between the floors. I have never lived anywhere where you literally hear so much from the neighborhood above. They are vacuuming the floor now and it’s 11 at night. I sent an email to the assistant manager last Thursday concerning the amount of noise they make until 1/2am every night and have yet to get a response. If you’re thinking of moving here, rent a unit that is not below others. I am actively looking to move to a different unit or to a different apartment complex.This complex is absolutely gorgeous. The unit is also very gorgeous. The location is perfect for all the things I need. The assistant manager, Savannah B., was the best help with my application and move in process. However, I do have a few grievances. There are a lot of wood roaches (spiders and gnats) that make their way into my unit. I have had pest control to my unit twice and I also spray often but still have to kill 1-4 a week. The floors are very thin between the floors. My neighbor above me often wakes me up at 5 am because I can hear them walking and moving things around. I also live under and next door to two dogs that bark very much. Other than those things, I love my unit, the amenities that the complex offers, and the calmness of living outside the hustle and bustle of the city.

The husband and I have been living here for 10 months now and we LOVE this place. Every time we go to the pool, gym, or game room, it seems like it was our first time because everything is so well maintained and CLEAN. Our 2b 2b is really spacious and the amenities are superb. The leasing office reps at Savannah Oaks are really friendly and have treated us good with multiple events/and initiatives. We love our home.

Ms. Savannah is a life saver and was so understanding with my move from another complex nearby that was horrible. The Asher Oaks staff can’t be more welcoming. I have been living here for now 3 months and never had any issues with other residents or staff. Our upstairs neighbors are absolutely welcoming and friendly as well as the over all vibe of the complex.This complex make you feel like a vacation away from home but the catch is that you are home. From movies by the lake to yoga classes on Saturday they have so many activities that they host that it never gets boring.everything about this property is amazing and I highly recommend it.

We don’t live here yet but were recently just approved. I’m not one to ever leave a review on Google (or anywhere else) but I thought I’d share my experience so far. We’ve been shopping in the area for a while and stumbled across this complex about two weeks or so ago. We were instantly drawn to the looks of this place. The property is beautiful and the interiors are just as. One of the things we appreciate is that they have cameras on the property. With two babies, safety is our number one concern. We’ve lived in apartments before that weren’t in the best areas so we’re very picky about where we live now. Kaylan, the leasing agent who has been helping us with the whole process, is lovely! She’s patient, informative and she’s awesome at communicating! She answers all of our concerns and questions (and I do have a lot). Thank you, Kaylan. And thank you to the rest of the team at Savannah Oaks. We’re confident we made the right choice. Can’t wait to move in!

Asher Oaks is such a beautiful place to call home! Everything from the atmosphere and luxury amenities to the staff are amazing. While all the staff have been amazing to work with, I can’t say enough good things about their leasing specialist Alma! She goes above and beyond for the residents.I had concerns about fitting my large bed into 2 bedroom unit I was considering leasing and she patiently answered all me questions, on top of showing me the unit so many times. If you are looking for an apartment community in Spring, TX...you must consider Asher Oaks!

I had a career change and needed to move 2 hours away from where I was living at the time. I searched through numerous apartment sites, listings, and everything in between. Asher Oaks was the only complex that did not make me question if I should live there. I must admit that when I walked into the leasing office I was a bit embarrassed because I was not dressed as presentable as I would like to admit. Regardless, Alma greeted me with a smile so big you could see it through her mask. Alma not only made me feel at home but she was so kind with my parents who were with me at the time. I can honestly say that Alma is the reason I did not have to question moving to Asher Oaks. The apartments are beautiful but the amazing leasing staff is what makes this complex fantastic. It has been almost a month of living at Asher Oaks and everyday I feel so blessed to live here. The community is very respectful. All the faculty at Asher Oaks are welcoming and helpful.
