    We have lived in this apartment community for 4 years now.Totally enjoy This property are femily love the safety as well. As the walkingtrigue around the community, we love the gated community. We also love the convenience good schools. Great shopping grocery and the brand new strip mall near way. Thats also a movie theater. How convenient is that that also has church services for all.

    This apartment has been by far the best place I’ve had. Modern style, can’t beat the attached garage, super clean, quiet and well kept complex. Staff is always available and get maintenance request handled very quick. I never End up renewing my leases but ended up staying here 2+ years. Would’ve extended again if I wasn’t relocating. Build quality is great never heard my neighbors either

    I have lived in many apartments over the years and living here has been the best experience. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. I feel safe here and have great neighbors. They maintain the apartments and grounds regularly.

    Weve been here for six months, and everything has been going smoothly. The office and service teams are excellent and responsive. My only complaint is that the appliances are a bit outdated. Other than that, its an excellent place.

    The living here is relatively quiet and very tranquil. The apartments themselves are very spacious and have really well placed windows to let all that Texas sunlight in. Yes, they do have very nice amenities like a beautiful pool, and very a modern gym, complete with big TVs. Even the ellipticals in the gym, and treadmills, have their own little TVs to personalise your entertainment while you work out.Now, I can go on about the luxury living here, but its really the amazing staff that makes this place worth it. Here, your concerns never fall on deaf ears. If anything, the staff here is very quick to respond to any question and/or concern you may have. The staff in general always have a smile on their faces, even after you sign the lease!The maintenance guys are always on top of things, and they respond very quickly to any maintenance request you might have. Now, we havent needed them much, as the apartments are brand new, but when they have shown up, say, to turn my hot water heater up a little, they do it gladly, and with a friendly demeanor. I really cant say enough good things about them.We also just had an awesome community event where all the residents were invited into the clubhouse for pizza, cookies, and soda. So theres always a chance to meet your friendly neighbors.Oh!! I almost forgot to mention the amazing Cappuccino machine in the clubhouse kitchen! It makes real espresso, and cappuccinos, and other yummy hot beverages!Note: There was a previous management here as of a 2-3 months ago, so, if you see any complaints on older reviews, thats where they came from. Weve been here since July 2019 (2-3 months after the community first opened). With the new permanent management here, I have genuinely been very impressed on how quickly they fixed all the shortcomings of the previous one. No joke, you will love it here! We do.Were happy here! 5 Stars!

    I just moved in Satori this week and I must say it was a great choice. The property is very nice and I love the nearby shopping and restaurants. The apartments are very nice, clean, and modern. I also must add that my leasing person in the office is the sweetest person i have ever met. She has assisted me since day one. Aryon B. Is a great asset to this team as they are all very welcoming.

    I toured Satori at Long Meadow Apartments and have been interested in the property for 1-2 years. The property was built in 2019. Im impressed with the modern appliances and fixtures. The property is well maintained and the outside lighting is the best Ive seen at any property. Every unit includes a one or two car garage.Neighbors shared theyre happy at Satori and enjoy the quietness of the property. Its located in a convenient location close to the Grand Parkway (99), shopping, schools and restaurants.Read the excellent reviews for Satori at Long Meadow and view the website for the nice amenities. I recommend Satori at Long Meadow Apartments!

    The leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful. This neighborhood is quiet and nice. The garage is very spacious and the rooms are a nice size. I love how close to the highway this location is as well.

    I have moved in over a month and all the staff is super amazing, kind and helpful. Aryon is the kindest person I’ve ever met. she is very professional and helpful and really made our move in so easy, quick and welcoming. I really enjoy the property activities too.     I always wait at least 30 days before writing a review, and Satori did not and did not disappoint me in moving transition process. Moving from another state is stressful enough, but moving into an apartment youve never seen before may be downright dangerous. Satori made this process incredibly smooth. I was connected with Chris the moment I called in to inquire, and he did not hesitate to assist me with ALL of my questions and concerns. I enjoyed how easy the process was. I scarcely had to lift a finger. The apartment was in fantastic condition, with no concerns. Even after I moved in, the staff checked in on me to make sure I was happy. This is definitely five star treatment . I would recommend leasing at Satori to anyone; the experience was and continues to be fantastic.

    If having a safe community where people actually care about you as a person is a priority, this is the place. I toured numerous complexes in this area and chose Satori because of how attentive and caring the staff are. Maria was such a blessing in this process for me and made everything so straightforward and simple.     I’ve been here with my family for about 6 months. The property is absolutely beautiful and you definitely get great living for your money. Coming from a home, these apartments are a close second and comfortable interim while we find another home. We ran into a few bumps a few months into our stay with very rude and inconsiderate upstairs neighbors, but I must say that I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the way our situation ended up being handled. Kelli was a huge cornerstone in the resolution of our issues and me and my family are grateful for her. Satori is a wonderful community to live at!

    Had a very pleasant visit at this property today. Great location and overall beautiful property. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I explained to Shelly what I was looking for and she easily suggested the perfect space. I also had the opportunity to meet the manager Kelly. The tour was very nice and informative. Satori at Long Meadow offers so many great amenities, from the beautiful pool, resident office and even a guest lounge. The front office is very inviting.     We recently moved to Satori and our experience has been wonderful thus far. We had some issues that needed to be fixed and Kelli and her team worked promptly to resolve all of our issues. The staff at the front office are always polite and the maintenance team is the best. The grounds are always kept clean and gates are secure. It gives us a peace of mind knowing we are living in a safe well kept community. I would definitely recommend Satori to family and friends.

    We recently moved in to Satori following the sale of our house and were looking for a place where our kids would feel at home for a while. We have absolutely enjoyed our time here and cant speak highly enough of the management and amenities. The staff have been nothing but polite, prompt, and kind. The pool and gym are exceptional. The quality of the unit is top-tier - honestly the nicest apartment that we have lived in.

    I’ve lived at Satori for about 8 months and here’s what I love: the location is perfect as it is located right near the highway and close to lots of shopping and eateries. The grounds are well kept and the community is quiet and friendly and most of all safe. The staff are always helpful and maintenance are prompt and courteous also! I’ve had issues in the past which were always addressed professionally and handled with care. The attached garages are definitely a plus and they’re very spacious along with my apartment. The only con would be the Texas sized bugs that seem to love visiting more often than I’d like but Satori will exterminate whenever you ask. I’ve heard the bugs come with the territory in this part of Texas. Overall, I love living here and would recommend to anyone for a nice place to call home.

    Kelli Lomazoff is the best property manager. I have been a renter for most of my life. I moved into this property about 3 years ago when it first opened. Living in this community has been a positive experience this whyI have stayed here for so long. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. Plus there is a Pool that is well kept up daily.     I have to say Kelli is the most efficient community manager ever. I went to see the apartment on Wednesday and by Friday I was moving in. The apartments are beautiful!! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I am so happy to be part of this community. It feels safe and the grounds are well kept. I even met the lead maintenance Joe and he was great as well. Overall great experience!

    I recently relocated for a job and was looking for a apartment to somewhat resemble the feeling of a home. The Satori at Long Meadow was recommended to me by a friend. I’ve been a resident here for awhile and really love the customer service they provide expeditiously. The leasing staff to the maintenance staff are always eager to assist with your needs. The complex is very well maintained and have several upgrades that gives you that home feeling. Great place to live. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment and excellent staff.

    My wife and I just moved into our new apartment and are loving everything here. Not only have we acclimated very well, but our dogs also are adjusting rather well.The staff has been very responsive and are very friendly and accomodating.The quality of the features is great. Place is roomy for the 2 of us and our dogs. This was very important since we have downsized from a large home. We want to spend our time getting out and enjoying life and not dealing with the upkeep of a home.We have 3 bedrooms, on the first floor and have a 2 car attached garage with access directly into our apartment. Roomy and convenient.

    My experience has been amazing at Satori at Long Meadow. I took a job in the Houston area. I called Satori at Long Meadow about a month ago trying to find a place to live. Kelli answer the phone was amazing and very helpful. I thought it was amazing that she did a follow up phone call with me a week later. I thought that was very important because she really made me feel like I was welcome to the Satori at Long Meadow family and community. I did a visit of the apartment and I love how quiet it was. Kelli couldnt be there for my visit but her team especially Shelly answer all my questions I had about the Apartment and the area. Shelly also gave me her own life experience of living in the Houston area and gave me some good spots to go check out. I after finding the Unit that would fit my needs. Kelli and Shelly was Very Helpful in the process of the move and getting everything together, so I could move right in. They both made me feel very welcome here, moving from Michigan to Satori at Long Meadow. I couldnt imagine living anywhere else beside at Satori at Long Meadow.

    I have lived here for two years. The property is clean and, the staff is very professional and respectful. The new community manager (Kelli Lomazoff) is extremely helpful. She knows her job, but most importantly she understands people in the real sense of life. She is compassionate, understanding, and knows what it means if you are going through some hardship.     Outstanding customer service and professionalism that I promise you will not find anywhere else in the Katy/Richmond area! Kelli Lomazoff is nothing short of amazing and does her job with excellence. She truly enjoys what she does and it shows in her positive attitude and the welcoming environment that she has created as soon as you walk in the door. The awesome fragrance that fills the leasing office is just one more thing that they do to go above and beyond to make it even more inviting.     I moved to Satori in October of 2021. After selling my home in 2021 I was really pleased to run into Satori while just driving by the area. The property is set up to make one feel at home. The interior space is quite unique; it made me feel as if I were back in my home again, so I was absolutely thrilled to live there. The office staff were readily responsive to the needs of the residents and the property as a whole was well maintained.     Although the price may seem high, you get what you pay for. The office is quick to respond to concerns and welcomes feedback. The neighborhood feels safe and secure. The complex is tucked away in a quiet residential area but still close to stores and restaurants. The grounds are kept clean. My apartment is spacious and well appointed. The biggest plus- the elementary school my daughter attends is phenomenal. The teachers are the most caring individuals I have ever encountered. My family is happy with our choice to live here.

    We just moved in recently and all I can say is compared to our other place Satori management has been the most helpful and professional staff. Evan the assistant manager has been helping us these past few months getting everything taken care of. The property is very beautiful and well kept, maintenance came out in under 24 hrs, the pool is gorgeous, our apartment is in brand new shape with no flaws. I could go on and on, but to keep it short, i highly recommend living here, its around an up and coming community with lots of shopping and eating around. Wonderful place to live!

    Our time at Satori was truly amazing! The apartment complex is very luxury style, but still feels very community friendly and down to earth. The amenities are well kept, especially the gym, which has everything you need for daily workouts. The staff is very friendly and the assistant property manager, Evan Bloom, was always extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions that we had throughout our time there. It is sad to leave, but if we move back to apartments, Satori would be our first choice!

    We just moved out of Satori after 7 months (6-month lease, 1 month-month) and we were incredibly happy with the leasing staff, maintenance responsiveness, and amenities available. The workout center was always clean, the pool never seemed to be overly crowded, and the grounds stayed relatively clean (minus a few irresponsible dog owners). We cannot say enough positive things about the leasing staff. Out of the 7 complexes that I have lived in in my lifetime, this one is at the top of the list. Victoria was always responsive to my emails (even after hours) and available for all questions that arose, even before we signed our lease. The only con I would put on this complex is the energy efficiency and noise level between neighbors. Being on the second floor did not help our energy bills (especially in the heat of a Texas summer) and the walls are fairly thin enough to hear your neighbors TV - but that is not reflected in my review, because it is not the current staffs responsibility of how the complex was built. I would gladly sign a lease here again if I had to, and will happily suggest Satori Long Meadow to anyone that is looking for a clean and safe place to call home, permanently or temporarily.

    Living at Satori was the best decision I ever made! Being able to lease a brand new apartment that no one has ever lived in before is awesome. Never have noisy neighbors. The walking paths located around the complex are great. Feels more like a town home than an apartment. The management is friendly and retrieving packages is a breeze. Also, the car wash station is an added bonus. The gym and pool is super clean. Couldn’t ask for more!

    Beautiful, new, quiet, apartment community. Pricey $$$ but well worth it. Crown molding, granite, neutral paint palette. Rooms are good size, ample closets and bathrooms have great storage. New owners, and staff is friendly, quick to respond to any request and very helpful. Attached garage is a bonus! Still a bit dusty from construction but overall just a great place to call home.

    Kelly & Shelly are just the best. I recently moved from New Jersey to Houston and was looking for something safe, secure and nice for me and my son. They both made my lease process easy.     I was looking for a clean,comfortable, convenient location in the Richmond area. I explored a few neighboring properties, however Satori stood out amongst all others. The initial inquiry and interaction with staff was very pleasant. I got a very detailed tour and all my questions were answered. I could not thank Amra and Victoria enough for there constant communication and quick response to any questions I had. The move in was seamless and the follow up has been phenomenal. The attached garage is a blessing and the overall property is well kept. I cannot say enough good things about the team and the property.     Outstanding customer service!!! Let me say working with Cierra and Evan has been nothing short of awesome! They have been so patient and understanding through the process of getting in to their complex. This management team is always welcoming and makes sure you are fully informed of your choices of floor plans and units. Best part is, the complex is still new so its like moving in to a brand-new townhome! The apartment home has a two car garage and sits above a set of garages with no one above; now I can rest easy knowing I dont have to constantly restrict my 5 year old from having fun. The set up of the complex is great and it is quiet with plenty of amenities. This is a place where I can happily and comfortable come home to each night! I have already began recommending Satori at Long Meadow Farms to my friends; thats how great the experience has been thus far. I look forward to many more great days in my new home and the support of great management!

    I am selling my house and renting an apartment during the month of April. This month of social distancing has been very difficult but the management team at Satori has made this whole process so easy. They have all been very helpful and attentive during a very stressful time. The apartments are lovely and it feels like a little neighborhood with the open lanes between buildings. Garages are huge! This is a great place.

    Super quiet complex, new owners are attentive. However, I must brag on the Maintenance team. These guys are very responsive, and respectful. I chose this complex because, I wanted live in a brand new place with minimal maintenance. This has been a very nice transition for me while I’m building a new home.     It was a difficult decision for me. I was impressed with the leasing staff, the grounds, and I especially liked the layout of the apt I was shown. My leasing agent was especially professional and courteous. She answered my questions without hesitation which to me indicated she was well versed in the community and the company. My only reasons for not signing a lease was distance and cost. I found a similar community closer to my work for a slightly less cost.

    My husband and I have been at Satori for a little over a year and we have ZERO complaints. The front office is friendly and willing to help you however they can. Whenever we need anything fixed the maintenance team typically comes out the same day to fix it. Our neighbors are friendly, the property is well maintained, and the community is peaceful. Satori is a place Im happy to call HOME.😊

    Lola is so awesome!! One of the best apartment process I have experienced and She made it so effortless and stress free. The community is very clean and quiet. The apartments are very spacious and have a townhome vibe. The attached garages are a big plus!

    So I waited to do this until I cleared six months of living here. This place is very quiet for the most part, far away enough to barely hear highway 99. The facilities are great as well, the gym is a good size to get a good pump in and cardio. The pool is also a nice size big enough to have at least 20-30 people around without feeling too crowded. My only gripe is that for some odd reason the insects/bugs are here to stay. They will make webs in your front door and garage area and will make their way into your home. It isnt too bad but just something I have noticed. Also the rent here can be on the pricey side, keep that in mind when looking into making this your next place of residence.

    I have moved into this community for almost four months now. Me and my family are loving every day of our stay and also the community environment is very pleasant like a resort type of experience. The front office staff and maintenance team are awesome and wonderful guys especially Victoria & Tamanica in helping me walking through the entire process of registration and leasing for my apartment during peek time of Covid season. Whenever we have guests and relatives visiting us they get surprised after seeing this apartment community as wow and they love it too. Highly recommend this place to everyone because daily commuting is very convenient close to grand pakway and easy access to groceries, shopping, entertainment, dining etc.

    If you are looking for a luxury apartment with a garage attached, Satori at Long Meadow is the best place for you. The staff is always friendly and professional. The maintenance team are also very friendly, professional and prompt. I love living here because its a small complex with lots of awesome amenities and its close to 99 and loads of shopping.

    The units at this facility do not feel like apartment living they have more of a town home (homey) feel. I love how each unit comes with an attched garage. As a bonus Management is friendly, Kelli and Chris have an open door policy for their residents which is great you always feel welcomed to approach them. The maitaince team is friendly and very prompt. You are always greeted with a smile or wave when you see them on the property.

    This is a wonderful apartment complex! We just moved here from San Antonio and the office staff were very helpful to us. The tenants that we have run into are very polite and friendly. We love the walking trail that goes around the complex and the swimming pool. Having our own garage comes in very handy!

    *Update as of 2/14/2022- thank God for Kelly! ** Old review:We moved here back in July of 2020 and at the time, we signed a lease that we felt was a fair amount for what we were going to get. Fast forward to now, and I cant say the value is worth the money youre going to pay. Currently were paying about $1700 for a 2br 2ba 1st floor unit. We have no water filter so we must continually buy bottles of water, ice machine has been broken for months now, insulation and sealing of the doors and windows is shotty at best so we continually have to run our AC at about 65 just to keep it from feeling like a swamp in the unit. Weve had an infestation of spiders in our garage for months now, patio and front door area are covered with little spider ball nests, bathroom sinks are always stuck not draining properly, now we have an infestation of milipedes or centipede looking things. Its constantly one thing after the next and they have the audacity to say they want to raise our rate to sign a new lease. During this time of Corona when finances have been tight as it is? Im sorry but for what were getting, its NOT worth more than the current rate. Weve tried speaking with them about it only to be told they are using competitive rates. Good luck if you sign a lease here..hopefully you wont get a unit like ours!

    Hey guys. This is an easy review. Basically a charming place with all the amenities with one major difference - wide lanes/openness within and without. Truly doesn’t feel like an apartment community. And with a straight shot to 99, I can get to work in TMC or play bikes Sugar Land with minimal travel time. Oh, when something needs fixing it’s always taken care of within a day. Dare I mention the coffee bar, saltwater pool, grills, pool table (watch out for the little kid, he’s got skills) and safety? Think I’m embellishing? Move in and you’ll see.
