    Start off- Haylee is so kind, helpful and patient she is a great leasing consultant. I met the management team and they are nice too. I don’t know their names yet but I like them. Yes there needs to be adjustments around the community but it all takes time and being understanding overall. Try being patient and treat people with respect and they will handle it. These are helpful people not robots they can help you but remember it’s over 300 places and they have to try and make so many people happy. Try being understanding they are trying to get a it done one step at a time!

    Elizabeth is a wonderful and attentive manager. She explains everything you ask and is very attentive while always having an infectious smile on her face. I feel like I’m in good hands living here with her in charge! She goes the extra mile and I appreciate it

    Honestly comment, Tides management is very kind and effective. Im really pleased with Tides team specially Ma’am Elizabeth is amazing person.     Just moved in and we are very appreciative of how maintenance and particularly one leasing assistant, Sarah, has handled any problem or concern we have had. So far so good and looking forward to making this apartment a home!

    The office staff and maintenance crew are always professional and caring. The leasing agent and manager will always have time to address any concerns that may come up. I personally like the sun screens especially in the summer months. Thankful their investment will help save on the electric bill.

    Luis and Victor are very nice and friendly. We understand that there were a lot of back logs for service maintenance. I believe the property is understaffed but we can see how hardworking these people are. Easy to talk to and pleasant.

    My family and I have lived here for over a year now and we love it! The apartments are nice inside, the grounds are maintained well, the pool is always clean(and really nice), and maintenance is always prompt when I have an issue. We just renewed our lease for another 7 months, the rent prices are reasonable and these apartments are located in a great area. Finding parking after about 8pm is sometimes frustrating BUT the staff sees/knows this and seems to be genuinely trying to work on the parking issue.

    Great location, nice unit considering the age. Martha and Katelyn are very helpful and hard working, along with new manager to make customers happy. Maintenance has always been prompt and courteous, not that we needed much in the past 3 years, 1 pool, indoor 1/2 court and 24/7 new gym are spectacular. Only complaint is carpet and paint were still wet when movers arrived, parking for you and guest after dinner is impossible, no recycling yet and car wash has remained out of order. They have plenty of extra space to build a dog park and more parking too - sorely needed in the center of the complex for tenants and guests both but instead all lots are all half filled with paid spaces, except at the very back. They will increase youre rent every renewal if youre not at market and the free carpet clean offered at renewal means a 10 minute visit, not a real cleaning.

    I think the new management had a slow start initially and I see marked improvements over the last few weeks. Some things are being handled that were not addressed by previous management.This week I had a maintenance request that was handled thoroughly by the maintenance staff. I watched their progress for hours and I am confident the job was done correctly. The management team is also working on a long stand request Ive had since July and I know they will get it completed.I am excited about moving forward with the new management team!

    Enjoyed staying in the community for 3+ yrs. Office staff is very good and helpful (especially Carolina, Gricelda and Martha). They were very helpful during our move-out. Apartment was also very good. Maintenance person Stephen is also very good and we had no major issues during our 3 yr stay. Since Leasing Office is open on Saturdays and Sundays, it helps in quick resolution to any maintenance issues over weekend also. Great place.

    I strongly recommended this property because me and my friends need an apartment to join immediately. Emily Moreno helped us with all the information and took time to listen the specific circumstances and worked hard in helping us to move in early. The apartment is also very nice, classy, clean and big. Emily is so professional and very helpful.

    Cedric, the assistant property manager, is INCREDIBLE! I got home at 8pm and he was here cleaning a breezeway when they close at 6pm. He and the rest of the team I have interacted with have been great. Also a great product for the price.

    Well kept and good maintenance service. Amenities are well kept. The office staff is very friendly emphatic and efficient. They are always helpful. They always have an answer to your questions and are willing to help with your concerns. The pool area is beautiful, well kept and cozy. The quiet ambiance is inviting. Maintenance is always quick and efficient.

    I am changing my review from 1 to 5 stars. The only thing bad with this community was the management. But the owners have decided to change the management and since then its been great.The new management RPM living has been outstanding and the staff are very polite now.     Ive lived here over a year, and I think its a great place to live. Parking sucks after 9pm, but guess what? The amazing leasing office (Amy, in particular) let us know up front, so we knew what to expect when we moved in. Any maintenance issue Ive ever had, they fixed quickly. The only bad thing is that the gates break easily, but even saying that, I have never felt like my safety was in danger. If I didnt work so far away from here, I would have loved to stay. But Id definitely recommend this place to my friend.

    Been here for almost a year and for the most part everything is great. Managment is responsive and maintenance is quick to respond. However, we did have a roach problem over the summer but management was quick to help fix the problem. Another issue we had was the patio not being up to standards. We literally had an Easter bucket and 2 chairs folded outside in the patio and got fined for it. Other than those two issues we enjoy living here. Great location and the neighbors keep to themselves and are friendly. Parking by our apartment isnt bad but it isnt great either.

    Santa Fe is a great place to stay. The people at the office are extremely helpful. Maintenance staff are also very prompt and courteous in solving any issue.We have enjoyed the various amenities...from the very popular swimming pools to bbq stations, volleyball court, gym etc. There is ample parking space and the ‘grounds’ are maintained well so that the kids have a clean environment to play in. We would love a separate kids outdoor play area though.All shops, restaurants, cinema, school, hospital are located nearby; so location is extremely good. We have enjoyed our stay at Santa Fe Ranch apartments immensely.

    Such a great property! The office staff answers every question with tons of knowledge and expertise!! Elizabeth is fabulous, so easy to talk to and will handle whatever situation with the customer service!

    We had to choose our apartment blind because we lived 5 hours away. Initially decided on here due to the ATT Fiber connection but we absolutely love the complex and the area. Great layout with tons of grassy areas and all the shopping nearby you could want! Luckily it’s on the other side of the highway so it’s extremely quiet as well. So happy with our choice.

    I really love living here. The community is always clean (I mean always clean), the people walking the trails around the complex are very nice and communication is excellent when calling the office. They always have incentives for the tenants like winning gift cards often that I have taken advantage of each time. Ive never lived in a community where it was pleasant until now at Santa Fe Ranch.

    I have been living in this community for more than 4 years and absolutely loving their help spacious home apartment clean and eat environment.Good maintenance and very very helpful and amicable leasing agents .literally they help the residents to get out of any problem or situation .Recently I had my car towed by one company I know I was trying to register but they kicked me out of the website for some reason . They understood my situation and they tried helping releasing my carI must mention their names Renncha and Silvia Benegas.We had one leasing agent more than hay she was our friend her name is Martha Torres and she helped us in Most of the time when we were here .I recommend strongly anyone to lease this apartment .

    Weve been living in this place for 6 months. Good place to live in and affordable. Maintenance(Steve) staff are really nice and friendly. They responds to Maintenance requests quickly and resolves them. The only issue is parking spots availability is tight.. Otherwise its a nice place to stay and recommended.

    Great community to live. Nice move-in experience. Friendly and courteous staff. Prompt response to maintenance requests. Always returned my calls and clarified all concerns. Wonderful lawns that reminds a real ranch. Calm and quite place. Designated jogging track and sand volley ball court. Beautiful swimming pool. Well maintained amenities. Gated community makes us feel safe.Not giving 5 stars due to minor issues. Parking here is not easy. Each building needs at least 10 more parking slots to avoid parking far from the building. Patio closet is too small and no racks in it. So are bedroom closets. A big door that opens to the inside makes it impossible to store anything.Overall great value community.

    Santa Fe Ranch is amazing. The two things I love: Friendly staff & great maintenance. Ive been living here for about 10 years now, just in different units over the years. Martha Torres is my favorite. She is extremely helpful, professional, and patient (when it comes to complaints). Of course, there will be problems since the property is not brand new, but their way of handling the problems and dealing with residents is absolutely perfect. They pay close attention to appearance of the property with regular power wash of breezeways and patios, restriping parking lot, and maintaining lovely flowers and trees. Periodically the management will do fun stuff such as movie night, bbq/pool party, and giveaways. Gift wrapping station is offered every year around Christmas time which is very helpful and convenient. With the new management now they offer extended office hour, including Sunday. The only downside would be parking, because if you are trying to find a parking spot after 10pm on a weekday it would be nearly impossible, but there are covered parking spots available for additional price per month. Overall, I feel very fortunate to have found this place to call home, and thank you SFR for all that you do!PROS:-location (close proximity to major highways and groceries)-valet trash pickup (Daily Sunday-Thursday)-online rent payment-quiet and well maintained facility-friendly staff-fast maintenance service (same day or 1 day)-extended office hours-reasonable priceCONS:-limited parking spot-lack of workout instruments in the gym

    Office staff is very helpful! Almost two years at this community and plan to stay a very long time. Maintenance is very quick. Great amenities which includes indoor basketball court which is my favorite. I would recommend to anyone!

    Went in to view property with and for my daughter. Thr assistant manager Jennifer Williams took time to listen to the specific circumstance and worked hard to find what she needed. Even though we did not move forward at this property she went above and beyond to find a property closer to her job and where she wanted to live at sister property. She is very professional and was a pleasure working with.

    Living here for over 2 years, Great place to live in. Office and maintenance(Steve) staff are nice and friendly. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Amenities(Gym, Basketball court, pool) are well maintained.

    The staff is wonderful. They are always helpful and responsive anytime I call or email with questions or issues. Maintenance is always quick to take care of tickets. I can put in a ticket and know that it will be taken care of that day or the next day, without having to do anything else or follow up. The complex is quiet and very well taken care of. They are always doing things to keep the complex up and looking nice. It is in a great location. A quick drive to many restaurants and shopping, and not a far drive to Dallas. I have truly enjoyed calling this place home and would recommend this complex over any of the others I have lived in in the Las Colinas area.

    These reviews crack me up. Ive lived here going on two years. Amy at the front office is great. Shes as nice as can be and is honest with you whether good or bad news.The people that complain are just mad bc they want everything for free and she doesnt give in. Ive seen people try to pull fast ones on her.Yes, its on a hillside. I havent had any foundation issues. The water line did break because of freezing weather, but they notified us promptly and got it fixed. And how is the weather their fault?! As if they control this random ice we are having. The accidents that happened are because people arent the best drivers on ice here. Again, not managements fault people cant drive.Also, its Las Colinas. If you dont like hills, dont sign the lease and complain later! You obviously knew this coming in!I will be honest, the gym isnt great. But I have a gym membership so that part doesnt bother me.Maybe I got lucky. My neighbors are great.

    My family and I called Santa Fe Ranch home from 2014-2015 and were sad to leave. We absolutely LOVED our apartment home- any issues, noise or maintenance related were handled in a timely matter and we had zero issues so it was a no brainer when we were looking for a new place in the fall of 2016 that we would be moving back to SFR. Since being here we’ve had no complaints- during the summer our AC went out and it was close to 11pm, I called the after hours line and 10 minutes later the on call service tech was knocking at our door letting us know he was handling the issue! Amenities are great AND twhe location is convenient to shops and dining! To all the staff- thank you for making this experience such an enjoyable one, you will all be missed!

    I cannot give much information on the unit as I just submitted my application today. What I can say is I had a great experience with the staff! Upon reading the reviews I must admit I was a bit apprehensive but knowing that most people post reviews when they are upset I decided to go look for myself. I had an appointment with Katlyn Jennings she is very nice and profesional and so was everyone else. I was shown a unit similar to mine, she went over the application process and broke down pricing based on length of lease. The units, buildings and office are being rennovated quite nicely. I like what I saw and decided to apply! Thank you Katlyn

    The location is great, close to grocery stores, airports. The leasing office staff is great. Access to some of the amenities like the theatre, pool table etc. is restricted, it is impossible for people working a 9-5 job to use these amenities

    My AC unit went out at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday evening. It was repaired by Stephen by 9:00 p.m. So thankful that he came out repaired it the same day. Maintenance team is the best. They are very prompt and professional.

    This community is a great place to live in. As the structure seems to be like on top of the hill, one can see an entire view of the valley. All necessary shopping centers are accessible nearby like Walmart, Sams Club, Patel Brothers (Specially if youre an Indian).

    I am very pleased with staying in Santafe Ranch for over 3 years, and happy to give a 5 Star Rating, office staff always provides excellent customer service, we worked with Martha and she took care of everything from paper work to moving in. The location was very important to us - Santafe Ranch is located within 2 minutes of driving to Walmart, Kohls, Kroger, grocery stores, restaurants, major banks (Chase, Wells Fargo, Capitalone, Bank of America) and major highways I635, TX-161. Thank you so much for all the help.

    Except limited parking place , everything is good in this apartments.Its near by wallmart samsclub patel kroger etc .Very good staff and especially Martha Torres , shes awesome , always helpful in dealing all work orders.Iam living here since 2 years , i completely recommend this apartment .
