If you are looking for a amazing and affordable community please come visit Sandshell. The amenities are amazing as well as the office staff. I visit with them and talked to Laura the Leasing Manager she is very knowledgeable about the property and she is willing to help you with your questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend that you come visit this property and ask for Laura she is the best!

Just moved in & the office staff has been amazing at communicating and giving me updates. We needed some assistance with minor repairs and maintenance was quick to get the repairs done. We love our new home & we love our study in our 1 bedroom my office is now complete.

I am just viewing apartments to find the best one for me, and the lady that gave me the tour, Hailei, was phenomenal. She was very sweet and answered every question I had. She was also very easy to talk to, I definitely liked this complex and employees.

I just moved in. There was a couple of issues but maintenance fixed them very quickly. The front office two girls Ariel and Crystal are awesome. They really worked with me and helped me get into my apartment. Some of the apartments like mine have older cabinets and stuff but theyre still fine especially for someone whos single like me. The apartments are very quiet at night I havent had any issues with parking.

I am definitely renewing my lease for the 3rd time! I have heard horror stories of bad units and neglectful leasing offices but that is NOT the case here. I love my unit and I feel very comfortable going to our lovely lease ladies with any questions or concerns I have. To date, I have not had a single issue with them or my rent. Very nice easy and comfortable first apartment. ❤️

This gated community is just that...a community not a complex. Its not your typical 3-Story, concrete complex. The sidewalks and walking paths are tree covered with neighbors who are neighbors, not just residents. The property manager, staff and maintenance gets to all service request(if needed) in a timely manner. Ive lived here going on 4yrs and hope to be here many more. The guidelines and rules are simple, just follow them!

One of the most quiet apartment complexes I have ever lived in! The staff is wonderful, maintenance is quick when you need it, parking is great, the gates are always working and if they are broken it only takes a day or two to repair. I wish with it being an older complex the prices would be a little better but they are slowly updating all of the apartments with new appliances and floors. I do miss my large garden tubs like with the newer apartments but overall this is a wonderful apartment.

My girlfriend and I have lived here for about a year now. We definitely made the right choice moving here. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is awesome and responds surprisingly quick to service request! The grounds are well kept and up to date. Location is also very convenient, it’s a quick shot into Fort Worth or Dallas. The office staff always goes out of their way to have fun activities and mingling events for the community. As for our apartment and neighbors we rarely if ever hear our neighbors and the outside areas. The apartment itself has two of the elements which we were looking for, laundry room and fireplace. Overall viewing and touring the surrounding communities, you can not go wrong with sandshell. We will definitely be renewing our lease here.

Sandshell apartments are a wonderful place to live! My husband and I have enjoyed living at Sandshell and would not trade it! From day one, the leasing staff has been so helpful and open in their communication. Our apartment was ready upon move in and very clean. The apartments are very well kept both inside and out. If we have a work order, it is completed well within 24 hours. The maintenance crew is THE BEST EVER. They (along with Kathy, the Manager and the whole staff) treat the community with care and respect. Andrew, one of the men on the maintenance team, always seeks out opportunities to help residents. I was walking trash out to the bin one morning and he caught up with me and insisted I allow him to take it for me. We really enjoy living here and would (and have) recommend living here!

I have been here since November of last year and I absolutely love it. Its a quiet, friendly community. Its safe, a nice mix of young and old, new families as well as established grandparents.Ive read some of the reviews with people saying they have gotten bed bugs.... been here six months, and not one issue.As far as maintenance....If its broke, or not acting right I call the office and its fixed before I get home from work the next day.The office ladies are very sweet, my neighbors are nice, and Ive even accidentally left towels in a dryer for over a week and they didnt get stolen!!! VERY AWESOME PLACE TO CALL HOME!!!

I lived here from Sep 2019 - Aug 2020.Pros:-this is one of the less expensive apartments in the area, but I never had any problems with the apartment, and there were no safety/neighborhood issues. The location was very convenient for me, and it feels totally safe to walk around alone at night in the area.-The complex is right next to the highway, but I never had any issues with noise inside of the apartment despite being in the back. I only ever noticed the noise when leaving the apt.-The 2019 staff was really helpful in terms of accommodating me early so i could figure out where I would live-App fees/deposit process was fantastic-I had to break my lease, and the cost of that was incredibly reasonable.-Walls were thick. I could barely ever hear my neighbors to the side and below.Cons:-These apartments were old/not renovated. Low ceilings. Was not a dealbreaker for me, but definitely something to be aware of.-No in-unit washer/drier-The gym was very small. It had three cardio machines and a small amount of weights. I find most hotel gyms to be better than this one. The door also didnt lock, although they may have fixed that by now.-In 2020, they had an unreasonable (in my opinion) amount of turnover. I had an issue with my lease that had me going in to the leasing office once or twice per week, and it was shocking how many people left. This isnt a criticism of the people working there/leaving, but of whatever was causing the turnover.-I had an issue with my moveout caused by an employee mistake (who no longer worked there when it was brought to light). The mistake, which would have cost me almost $2k in rent, was an easy fix, but the employees at Sandshell were not able to fix it without corporate. Corporate took weeks to fix it, which was very frustrating. Again, this isnt a criticism of the employees of sandshell, but the corporate structure and inflexibility.Overall, I had a good experience at Sandshell and thought it was good value. Its not for everybody though! My move-out issue was very stressful, but it all worked out.

We have lived at Sandshell Apartments for one year and six months and are pleased we chose this complex to call home. The staff are exceptional! Kathy, LaTonya, and Ashley are friendly, courteous, and are willing to work with you no matter what your needs. The maintenance staff are quick to respond to your request and resolve your issue immediately. The apartments are very well maintained both inside and out. No bugs, insects, or rodents thanks to routinely treatments. The apartments are conveniently located to numerous restaurants and shopping plazas. People of all ages live here and respect the rules and regulations of the facility as well as the rights of the residents, making it a quiet and safe place to live. We look forward to calling Sandshell Apartments home for many years to come.

Very quite office and maintenance are super awesome here!! Gates are always working if not they are repaired quickly.. If something happens and you have a maintenance need they are quick ho fix it! The grounds and pool are kept super clean! The office staff is amazing here! And do cool things at least once a month this past time we got Rubys BBQ and free movie tickets! Best apartment complex Ive lived in!

Me and my boyfriend loves living here. Affordable price and good customer service and they do alot of stuffs every month. Like free brunch, pool party, game night, free cinema tickets and more to socialize and know our neighbors more. My boyfriend drives 2 hrs everyday going to his job but we still want to live here despite of it. We looked for 20 different apartments before renewing our contract again, but this is the best one. And now, we just renewed our contract for another year. :)

Weve lived at sandshell for over 2 years and have really enjoyed the experience. The apartments are clean, well maintained and nice to live in. The office staff is very helpful, any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. And we havent had any problems with pests or bugs the whole time weve lived here.

Y’all want a place in Fort Worth come here. I went there to get leasing information and I talked to Marina who is the new manager and she was amazing. They really got a jewel when they got her.She made us feel so welcome and she was very accommodating to our needs. And she was great with my son when he was acting like a maniac.I will for sure be coming back closer to my move in date to sign.

I have lived here for a couple years, and can honestly say I love it. Its comfortable, clean, quiet and nice (Modern). I only wish there was more of a night life nearby! Theres new staff in the front office now and they are always friendly and available when I drop in. FYI community allows pets, is gated and close to the highway but you cant hear it at all.

I highly recommend Adara Communities. Marina and staff are amazing. They are hard workers and go out of their way to make residents and employees happy from what Ive seen. Sandshell is a beautiful community and Keane has worked hard to keep it that way. Ive seen alot of the apartments and Im extremely impressed by the upkeep considering the maturity of this community! If I could live at any community in the Fossil Creek area it would definitely be Sandshell or Fossil Hill just because of the office staff!! Ive read some of these reviews and I just dont relate at all to these negative experiences. Perhaps some people vent their bad days on companies and people sometimes...

Im new to the area and was referred to these apartments. This is a very beautiful and quiet property. Cythia gave me the grand tour. She was very friendly, patient with my questions, knowledgeable and very helpful. The whole staff that I met was welcoming (Marina & Jessie) and made me feel at home. Thanks for a wonderful visit and I look forward to moving in soon!!!

I find that this new office management is trying to keep the complex clean and having tenant activities ( which we haven’t had for awhile). Would like to see more dog waste stations so maybe more dog owners would use. Maintenance staff friendly and fast. Office friendly and courteous.

I love my apartment complex I have been here for 3 months its really close to my job and the staff Is really friendly.The new management company is also great the manager marina is nice she is always smiling and greeting everyone when they walk through the door. Everytime I have a service request the maintenace team does a great job and is always done In a timely manner. Im actually happy because I was referred by a few of my friends that live here they have been living here for over 5 years i plan to live here for years and years to come this complex is great if I could give it more stars I would. Sandshell is a great place to live. Its nestled right next to 35 so it has great accessibility, but its surrounded by trees and plants that make you forget youre so close to the city.
