On our first phone call, I felt the warmth and heart of the staff at the Sanctuary. From our first visit, they offered a wonderful option in the community for us. The apartment unit was well laid out and wry well maintained. All maintenance was made in a very timely manner. Plus, they provided excellent customer service from the top management to the leasing agents. We had to find a good place last minute since we had ended our previous lease earlier than expected. The Sanctuary and the entire staff provided a great living place from the start! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place!

I have lived at this property a little over a year now and I love it! The office staff are so helpful and pleasant as well as the maintenance crew. Halona truly cares for her residents and you can tell she wants this place to be the best home for us. She is the one who gave me my tour, made sure I had what I needed when I moved in and has been there for me since then. She has a great relationship with other residents and I can tell she genuinely loves what she does. So happy to call this place home ❤🙏

This will be my 3rd year living here and by far it has been great! The management team often host things for residents to be apart of and get to know other residents that stay here. The community is pretty quiet and love how close it is to the forest. Everyone is that I have encountered has been nice and friendly as well.

Moved in 2 weeks ago. beautiful apartments and clean grounds. the leasing office was kind and answered all my questions. seems like a very safe area with lots to do around here. the neighbors are respectful and the only noise i hear is outside in the hallways. only negative i have to say is that our dryer wasn’t hooked up when we moved in however maintenance came by without even a request and they fixed the problem! love to call this place home

I loved living here! The leasing office staff is super nice & helpful. The maintenance comes over quickly, if needed & does an excellent job. Landscapers & sanitation also do a wonderful job keeping the place neat & clean. So far, I have had absolutely no problems here, and lived here for 3 years. I loved it! Ty to everyone of whom works there! However one note: please, Please get a recycling program! I tried for over a year to get one implemented. To this day, there still is not one, which is archaic. Weve lived here for 3 years now and we love it! Its always so clean and the landscaping is always so pretty, year round. Briana, the leasing consultant was friendly, professional and thorough during our tour. The communitys grounds were exceptionally beautiful and clean. The landscaping, impeccable. Additionally, the apartment home that we were shown was spacious and had all the features we were looking for. Inspite of having 3 more properties on our list to visit, we knew our search was over. My overall opinion is that the management and maintenance team take a lot of pride in their property and were looking forward to moving in.

We love this apartment complex. We have been living here for a little over 6 months and have loved it. The area is beautiful with walking trails all around. The entire staff are some of the friendliest and most professional people I have ever met. They are super quick to answer any questions you have and really go the extra mile to help with whatever you need. The gym is extremely nice and the pelatons are a cool touch. The pool is very nice and the grill area is always kept clean. They host tons of community events and you can really tell they aim to take care of their people. We had 1 small air conditioning problem shortly after moving in which was fixed within an hour of me calling about it. Would definitely recommend to anybody considering moving there and will be resigning for another year once our lease is up. 10/10!

I originally moved in when the apartments were the Ascends at Jacobs Reserve. I loved living here, the apartments were absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Issues were promptly addressed and it was just a great place to call home. Recently there was a transition period and things got a little rocky. The new property manager was unresponsive to any issues and concerns and impossible to get in touch with. I was a little worried until they let her go. The new property manager LISA SHERMAN is so excited to be at the Sanctuary and to improve the experience for her residents. Her passion to make the place feel like home really shine through when you talk to her. She follows up on issues and takes the time to sit down and talk with you and takes all feedback very seriously. I really appreciate her professionalism and dedication to this property. Absolutely check this place out... even if youre just doing a walk through ask for LISA who will make time to tell you about events and future plans for the Sanctuary. Jenny was also extremely helpful in my experience and someone who can provide a great experience for you and your family. Very educated and knowledgeable on the property and always has a friendly positive attitude. Thank you both for making this a great place to live.

My new apartment is great and wonderful quality. This is a master planned community with DR Horton so the apartments were built by DR Horton with residents in mind. Theres a very comfortable, inviting, and home like feel to every apartment! Wonderful finishes and appliances throughout. I look forward to living at this community.

Ive waited almost 3 months to post this, but after that time I have to say that I love living here. The apt is amazing, great finishings, new and modern appliances and the facilities are gorgeous. Plus there are some restaurants at a walking distance and hiking trails next to the apt complex. My husband and I decided to move in here and we do not regret it at all. we were a little concern about the mixed reviews in the beginning, but we realized it was also due to the previous management company and that coming here was a great decision after all. The staff is friendly and the maintenance crew answer quickly. On the bad side, I must say Im a bit concerned about trash being left outside the apartments and dog poop in common areas, but I guess that is more about the own residents. It wouldnt hurt being a little more strict about it though, other than that its a wonderful place to live.

I signed a 15 month lease and I have loved every day living at these apartments. They offered A great move in special and maintence is always very quick to resolve any issues I have which are very few and far between. The apartments are beautiful inside and out! The amenities are great and the events they have from time to time at the clubhouse are so much fun! I really love the gym and the fact that it offers peloton bikes and so much more. Very nice amenities including the pool the Cabanas the grilling area the clubhouse had very nice TVs and seating arrangements and shuffleboard. The staff is extremely friend. I love them! Especially Shelly! She is the best! Inside the apartment there is great appliances with an amazing sink and really nice lighting fixtures and the bathroom is extremely spacious with a huge garden tub. All stainless steel appliances with granite countertops.

Been here since 2017 from the year this complex opened and I am blessed to say that I am actually the first tenant at my building and first tenant to use my apartment. I am currently on my 2nd year and will by my 3rd year since I renewed my lease till 2020. I personally like the old name Ascend at Jacob Reserve. These apartments are nice and well built! Amenities are great, we have a nice pool with bbq grills and cabanas. (Luxury Style) we have a gym area, lounge area , dog park and a car wash. We also have events every month which give us a chance to get to know our neighbors and make new friends.Oh, our luxer one lockers are awesome!!! No need to worry about your packages!! It is always safe! I didn’t have a problem with the first management when Monica was managing the property. All my concerns was taken cared of. But then again, it depends with each tenant. When ZRS management came to the picture, we all adjusted since we have a new Property Manager. I was quite worried about our safety especially when the gates were left open and unattended and someone broke into some of the cars of my neighbors. Luckily it wasn’t my car.. it still sucks!Anyway, it was fixed right away and our gates are working already! Yes, this is a safe complex!!I am not sure what happened to the previous Manager but she is now replaced by Lisa. I met Lisa a couple of weeks ago at a complex event and she was kind and humble. I heard good reviews about her and even my neighbor gave her a great review. i did have some question over the phone with Lisa and she was very helpful to assist me to fix the rent billing from their system in an instant.i think It is unfair that the mistake of the previous property manager should fall on her… Yes, she will then need to address those issues and get it fixed and it requires TIME ...To the current Tenants – maybe we can all try to be considerate… Give this team the time to adjust. I am positive they will try to do better than the previous one.

Kelsey helped us through the whole process and she has been really nice since we met, then we met Shelly and she’s been very nice as well, it’s good to have such a nice staff cause you feel comfortable talking to them and asking for any doubts or help. Location’s amazing, you have easy access to either Conroe or Woodlands area and have lots of good options around, food, nature, groceries, etc! We definitely recommend it to anyone who’s iso a nice place to live!

Especially Aerelle, she has put an end to the willful neglect of the old property management company and got the repairs for my apartment unit taken care of promptly. I am a new tenant and we are very happy so far!I heard about service orders not being fulfilled and the office is hard to reach and bla bla bla, but personally think the people writing these reviews are thinking the complex is run by robots and not humans.Everyone is nice and attentive and Halona was very helpful during our process of leasing! She is a badass.When we moved in we had a couple of service orders and they were completed within the same day I sent them.Its important to remember that professionals working in this industry really do want to help - if they can be hard to reach try being more considerate than angry. Cause that will happen to everyone, everywhere. The more popular the complex the more likely.Already thinking about when its time to renew my lease XD

Our experience with Ascend at Jacobs Reserve has been excellent. Shelly at the leasing office was super professional, and caring. She listen attentively to our request that she surpass our demands. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor with high ceilings, tons of cabinet space, USB connections at the granite island. Ascend at Jacobs Reserve better than The Towers.

Am barely a month here at the Jacobs, honestly Speaking, their service and professionalism has been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL. Aerielle and Halona and the rest of the staff(s) has been on top of their games. But one of the biggest struggles that I had was a parking space, which is not a big deal for me as long as I get to park at the front office and walk away, and of course, the amenities, spacious rooms and balcony , maintenance crews(usually come in less than 24hr to fix any broken stuff) made up for the parking space. So I can’t complain, rather, I highly recommend this community anytime anyday, because no apartment around this area can BEAT their price and service. 😍😍
