I’ve lived at Rye Bunker Hill for three months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. The apartments are not only beautifully designed but also kept in pristine condition, which makes it feel like home every time I walk through the door. The cleanliness and attention to detail are remarkable.The staff here truly go above and beyond. Dana, in particular, has been a constant source of support since day one—she’s always there with a smile, ready to help with anything I need. Meagan is another gem; she’s been incredibly helpful and always responds quickly to any issues that arise, making sure everything is handled efficiently. I also want to congratulate Kennedy on her new role as the manager. In her short time, she’s already made a positive impact, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that residents feel valued and heard.The maintenance team is outstanding—they respond quickly and efficiently to any issues, no matter how small. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about the residents’ comfort.Overall, the sense of community here is strong, thanks in large part to the wonderful office staff who make it feel like more than just an apartment complex. I highly recommend Rye Bunker Hill to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming place to call home.

I have lived in my fair share of apartment communities, but I want to give an amazing shout out the Property Management Team at Rye Bunker Hill. The entire staff goes over and beyond taking care of their residents. Just today I was having IT issues and the Property Manager herself offered to come to my apartment to offer guidance and support. Within 10 minutes, she resolved the issue. I was beyond humbled and most thankful as you rarely see this type of 5 Star service. I could go on and on how exemplary the customer and resident rapport within the Leasing office is, along with the maintenance team and the always smiling day porter. All deserve 5 Stars in my book. Come see for yourself, I promise you will not be disappointed! :)

We have been here 3 months now and just love it. The office staff is the best I have ever seen anywhere. So friendly and well knowledge about the property. The sunsets are amazing here and everybody is so nice. Hallways and property is kept very clean. I would give it a 10 star if I could.

The modern floor plans are both stylish and functional, giving the entire space a contemporary and fresh feel.One of the best features is the serene pond right next to the complex. It provides such a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Additionally, the pickleball courts add a fun and entertaining option for outdoor activities.The amenities here are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a beautiful pool. It’s easy to stay active and enjoy the facilities without having to leave the property.The leasing office staff are incredibly nice and always ready to assist with any concerns or questions. I absolutely LOVE this apartment complex. I have been here for almost 7 months and have loved every moment. The Rye Bunker team puts together several events every month so the residents can get to know each other, just today we had Bingo with Beer! There are so many games on site, including pickleball, table tennis and a sports simulator. I highly recommend moving here!

So happy to live here at Rye Bunker Hill the ladies in the office are so nice and helpful, the housekeeper Toya is amazing always has a smile on her face. I’ve met many residents that are nice and the property is always kept up so clean and neat. I always feel at peace! Thank you for the opportunity to be a Rye Bunker resident!

If you are looking for a place to call home Rye Bunker Hill is the place to be. The property is BEAUTIFUL and the amenities are amazing. The manager Dana is very professional and proactive, and she has an open-door policy with her employees and residents. Most managers just sit behind their desks but Dana interacts with everyone no matter how busy she may be.The leasing staff will provide you with the best customer service ever. Everything about this place is absolutely beautiful! The amenities seem to be never ending and the friendliness and willingness this property management has to accommodate for their residents is through the roof. My partner and I have come back countless times to tour different units because we wanted to be sure we love where we would move in next and Meagan has been so understanding and always willing to show us the next unit. I am very pleased with the professionalism and class the Rye presents and I cannot wait to move in!

Yesterday I drove by Rye Bunker Hill Apartments and I decided to stop by to view a 1 bedroom home. I was instantly met with a welcoming and genuine greeting from the staff. I could tell just from me walking through the door the ladies at the front enjoyed where they worked which was an additional great sign apart from the greeting. Joy from the beginning was the epitome of her name. She assisted me to help me view homes in absolute excellence. Joy was intentional in offering the best home that suited me and she did that by asking details about myself. Questions that I had literally never heard another leasing agent ask me before. She engaged with me as a friend who had my best interest at heart and wanted me to get and receive the best. I was blown away by how intentional, genuine and invested she was to find me the best home. We begin to tour the homes and they were beautiful and intentional with details and everything was presented with quality. The amenities were awesome and the grounds were well kept. I have no doubt this will be my next home. The quality is impeccable and the service and appreciation to the consumer is off the charts. I know this would be a place I would be excited and beyond grateful to call home. If you are looking for top quality in every area this is the place to be.

Rye is such a beautiful complex. There are only 4 buildings which I loved. The amenities are beautiful as well. The craftsmanship on the apartments is top notch. You can tell the developers put a lot of thought and money into the finishes. The apartments just feel and look expensive. I toured this place twice. It was far from where I wanted to be which is why I ultimately decided not to move there, but the apartments were so gorgeous, I considered commuting over an hour to get to work just to live there. Lol.Kennedy was my leasing specialist. She is incredibly kind and patient, listens to your needs, and did her very best at helping me find the right home for me. She even went and measured a wall for me when I was trying to figure out if my sofa would fit.If you are looking to move to this area, I would 100% recommend.

Just signed a lease at this property, but we dont officially move in until the end of May. First, I just want to brag on the staff at this complex. We met with Joy when we decided we wanted to tour the property and the time she spent with us helping us find exactly what we needed was over and above any expectation I had. She talked us through each 2bed2bath floorplan and made sure we were getting all the options we really wanted. After taking the time to narrow it down to our final choice, she took us on a tour of the whole property and it was seriously one of the best tours Ive ever been through in all the properties we looked at over the last month. She let us take our time in the unit and made sure to remind us to look over EVERYTHING to make sure it met all of our needs. Joy definitely lives up to her name as she was purely a Joy to work with and was really an important factor in why we decided on the Rye as our future home. Kennedy is also very kind. Ive only spoken to her maybe two times, so I dont have much to say other than she is very informative and very kind. Overall this property is beautiful. Yes, its brand new, but you can tell a lot of thought went into the plans of this property. I CANNOT WAIT to move in!!!

Dana and team have been great to work with and the property is absolutely beautiful. The whole office has made us feel like were home ever since we walked in the door. Everyone is helpful and they really go out of their way to help you with any questions. We even came for two tours the same day and Dana was awesome and let us see multiple floorplans so we could decide what we wanted. I look forward to living here!

These are the nicest apartments in the area. A step above the others Ive looked at. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is like a resort pool, with more amenities than any other in the area. One thing you dont here much about is that the parking lot and the carports are so well lighted you and read a book under them. You will feel very safe walking to your apartment. 5 stars.

I came to inquire about an apt and the office was closed because it was like 8 am and Toya the housekeeper opened the door and stated that at the moment the office was closed and I said okay thank you I will come back. She was very helpful and went in the office and gave me copies of the different floor plans and told me about the amenities on property and said you will love it here. Her customer service was awesome.

I looked at a few places when relocating to DFW and I knew the second I toured this complex that it was my new home. Meagan showed me pictures of the sunset across our lil lake and I was sold. She is the absolute sweetest and helped me throughout the process and beyond. Now over 6 months in Im beyond grateful I landed here. The finishes are beautiful, the staff is responsive, and I definitely have my patio of peace overlooking the water. I have no hesitations recommending this place to anyone.
