I called to thank them for taking care of personal business for my brother and Maggie was very polite and was able to answer all concerns and questions. I told her to keep me informed on changes and add me on my brothers emergency contact. They are very quick to respond. Environment is very nice over there now since under new management.

I moved in recently and was the most wonderful experience ever. Office staff is very helpful, professional and nice. Maintenance request are quickly handled and well done.

Amazing Staff, starting with the Office Maggie and Aracely are very polite, Bruno always taking care of our maintenance request on time. I love my apartment, thank you Rosemont.

Great new rules implemented and inforced...Now i can say the new management is the BEST. THEY HAVE made better decisions for our community. Please disregard old statement if read cause that was not this management nothing shady about them. Love to stay but my house on the way. Always cater to my needs.

Ive been living here for 6 years. Ive seen management come & go & for the most part they have really tried to keep the property up & meet any matienance requests. I usually try to keep up small issues myself because I work so much but when my air went out in October 2015 I think I went through at least 3different mgmt teams until I met Ms. Juanita in the office & matienance man Ben. ( my angels). They didnt stop until I had cold air flowing. Thank you God! I really appreciate how quickly they got me up & cool again, right in time for spring with an asthmatic kid. They didnt just write it up & forget about me. They made it happen!!!!!!

No issues since ive been here but id like to say thank you to the office staff. The lady brianna is very sweet she helped me from start to finish with my rent. Im.not good at the new stuff but she is very very sweet.. Thank you k had ro give her a shout out..very sweet

I think I give a five rating because yes I may have encountered some bad experience here but when I do give a chance to vent to them it may takesome time but given the average time frame of what it may take from the people that work inside this place to deal with what they have to deal with from a human standpoint without some support at times I feel they are trying it may not be from someone eye view looking inside but i can say that if u give them some time and stay on it that they will take care of yourConcern so hey I can say that I am ok with living here you just have to be a preyor warrior so with that being said you just have to trust ingod above

Office staff always very helpful specially Aracely , the leasing agent she is very good helping residents , always has a good attitude.

I like living in the apartment complex, the apartment manager Mr. Berry is fair and very helpful most importantly he cares about the tenants her but the neighborhood is quite unpleasant with the crimes at times
