I have been a resident for 1.5 years and absolutely love it here. Everyone from management to maintenance takes very good care of the residents here. I love calling this place home. The property is well kept. Management is amazing. They really are the best! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable community to live.

I had a small issue with a light bulb in my kitchen and as usual it was taken care of immediately. Sergio was the tech that came to replace it. He is always so friendly and courteous even when I see him on the grounds. Riverwood is fortunate to have him. Thanks again Sergio. Good job

A M A Z I N G. Serious - AMAZING.Ive lived here for 2 years. I love it - quiet, reasonable rates, easy access to 45, great parking, nice apartment finishes & amenities. Its near everything - if you cant get to it, ship it, and theyll be super sweet when you come to pick it up at the office. Its the people who work here who make it home. Paige, Janelle, Andrea + maintenance are seamless and so professional in taking care of us. Every time we go into the office, theyre friendly and welcoming. The (rare) maintenance issues are taken care of within a day. The communication about property issues (pool, dogs, security, trash, etc) are so transparent from the office - Paige, community mgr emails regularly to all of us and I always feel updated with whats happening. Theyre big on community and have offered ways we can contribute during Christmas for families in the area - these families would have been without these sweet ladies organizing a way to give back --- it was a joy to be a part of this! They have treats for my dog in the office, they regularly have food trucks in the evenings, they organize gift wrapping parties at Christmas ---- they do so many things to make living here a pleasure. I am really grateful for my home here. Ive lived in apts for 15+ years and this was by far the best experience Ive ever had- Im buying my 1st home now and leaving, but very, very grateful for the team here at Riverwood. ♥️

I’ve lived at Riverwood for almost a year now and I love it! The community itself, my apartment, the office and maintenance teams and the amenities are all just amazing. I have never had a problem with living here and any service requests I’ve had have been taken care of both quickly and efficiently. Thank you guys for all you do!

This is about to be a very in depth review! My partner and I can both honestly say that this is the best apartment complex we have ever lived at. The office staff, maintenance crew, and neighbors were all very pleasant. I honestly can’t find anything bad to say about this place. Even though there are big tree roaches outside (as any apartment with trees will have. It’s not their fault and they’re impossible to get rid of) we never ONCE had one inside. I was skeptical at first because I am terrifiedddd of roaches and they were always in the breezeways at night (buikding 9) We never had a single pest issue of any kind inside for the whole year! Not even sink drain gnats/flies that come with almost every apartment complex! The pool is awesome, trash service was super handy, and their tenant events were always cute and fun. In terms of the unit itself, all of the appliances worked perfectly and we came across zero issues with basically anything. Michelle Wade was awesome with our move in process and her customer service made us feel very welcome throughout our lease. We were so sad to leave and wished we could have stayed another year or two.

If you want to live in an apartment complex with great upkeep, management that actually cares about the tenants, a peaceful and friendly community, and good rates to seal the deal, look no further. Riverwood took care of any issue that arose for me from my own doing with prompt maintenance, they were available for communication during office hours with swift, friendly, and useful responses, and above all else, they gave privacy and security which made the apartment feel like a home, rather than a place to stay. Id recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment, and if I ever wanted to rent one again they would be my first stop.

I lived here briefly and it was a great experience. Apartments and grounds are modern and look great. Spacious high ceilings and plenty of room. The management and facility staff are always very friendly, helpful , and prompt. My a/c went out one day and they immediately set me up with a temporary window unit until the air conditioning was repaired so I wouldn’t have to deal with the heat. Highly recommend checking out this apartment if you’re looking for a great value!

Love living here!! The whole staff there is amazing and truly respects each and every customer that walks through the office doors. Riverwood is so quick to make the people happy, it amazes me. The community here is awesome- family friendly to whoever decides to live here. To bring the staff again, Cassidee, Andrea and Janelle make a fine team in selling people modernized homes. I’m very glad to be apart of the Riverwood community, and I hope you can be apart of it too!

Ive lived at Riverwood for several years now, and Ive thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff are attentive and friendly, always quick to help me out if I need anything. I enjoy the gym and pool area especially, which are always kept scrupulously clean. Overall a great experience, and one I recommend to others!

I love living at Riverwood. I looked at so many apartments and I finally found, not just an apartment, but a home. My apartment is spacious and in a quiet area. I love living here. The management team is incredible. They make you feel so welcome. They are friendly, caring individuals, happy to help you. I must not forget maintenance. They are top notch.I am so happy I chose Riverwood as my new home.

Love living here! It’s clear that quality is an important value at RW and we love that! All the little extras make this apartment complex truly stand apart from others in the area including the community events, food trucks, bark park, and ample parking spots. I have lived at a “luxury” apartment before and almost every night when I got home from work I had to park outside the gate or even at the gas station next door and walk to my place. I have never had any issues finding convenient parking here and I love that!

I have been here for a year now and Im very happy with my residents experience. Staff is super friendly and so are the residence. I especially love the quietness of the complex. Believe it or not but the sound from 45 does not bother me at all. Cheers to another year.

I have lived here for almost five months. I rated to write a review on purpose. I wanted to see how things were after I became a normal resident and not the new person. I must say that out of all the apartment complexes I have live in, this is the best.I have needed repairs/replacements on some things since I have been here. Maintenance request always get filled in a timely manner. They ensure that everything gets taken care of. The community is safe and I like that. I also really enjoy how it you cannot just drive up to the front gate and get in.My most favorite thing about this community besides the great location is the events. The staff does a good job at having community events. We have had grocery bingo, food trucks, saturday morning breakfast, get togethers, movie nights, present wrapping, Santa visits, Thanksgiving dinner, etc. I see a community event going on at least once a week if not twice. I love it here, the staff is great. Finally found a place to call home! Thank you Riverwood Staff!UPDATE: I was relocated for work to another state. After looking at and researching 37 apartments I still found none like this one. I still give it 5 stars wish I could give it more.

Have lived here for about 3 months and love it. Very quiet and excellent quality units that have been very well taken care of and maintained. Lots of nice amenities and Facilities such as a nice gym, and pool, and a nice new addition built that includes a cabana area with large barbecue grills a big screen TV along with a nice large couch in front of the TV all outside near the pool area. Also bathrooms are part of the Cabana.

Close enough to major population centers to have every convenience imaginable, yet far enough out to be quiet and cost effective. Well maintained family atmosphere with singles and kids alike and neighbors with pets who all get along. Hard-working respectful staff with kind can-do attitudes. Any congregation should be so nice a place in which to exist as Riverwood Apartments.

The staff is helpful and friendly. No place is perfect, but every time we had a problem, they helped us resolve it. It’s my favorite apartment complex we’ve ever lived in. Having a Kroger and Incredible Izzy within walking distance was a plus, too. ;)
