Management is AWESOME here. My husband and I moved in yesterday and, just like any place, mistakes can happen. They were fast to address them and I can truly say they went above and beyond. So happy to call this place my home and we are SO happy with our new house. I would specifically like to give a shout-out to Whitney and Ryan — y’all are amazing and in my opinion keep the place running. :)

I have lived here for almost 2 years and am very happy. The current Manager and the previous Manager have always gone above and beyond to make sure any issues were taken care of promptly. The office was clearly busy when I went there but they always go out of their way to interact on a personal level so it doesn’t feel as though I’m just a customer. They send emails out right away communicating any important issues and the homes themselves are good quality. I love the gas stove and even though there are fenced yards, they have a nice size dog park as well as trails. I love the location because it’s close to the toll road, 35, and close to Wolf Ranch shopping center. We actually moved here from Steiner Ranch and I am so much happier here because of proximity to stores and restaurants without having to sit in traffic 30 minutes each way. I definitely recommend living here and consider myself a very picky person so that is saying a lot. 😉

We are new to the Georgetown area and Brenda and Jonathan have made this experience as painless and great as possible. They have both accommodated my weird work schedule and went over and beyond with communication and relaying information. Brenda is always available and responds to any phone calls or e-mail I send within a 24 hour time period; if not sooner! Jonathan has been great in the communication dept as well! I cannot brag enough about how amazing these two individuals have been. I have lived in a handful of rentals (apt and homes) and so far my experience with Brenda and Jonathan have been my best experience yet! Thank you so much guys! James and I appreciate it.

We are new residents at Rivers Edge in Georgetown and have been so impressed with this little community, and for a number of reasons. Of particular note, are these: 1) What an amazing location -- just minutes walking distance from San Gabriel Park; 2) Such incredibly beautiful and pristine homes, with modern amenities and ample space, and right in the heart of Georgetown, and yet still reasonably priced; 3) Management has been so wonderfully responsive from first inquiry to post-move in. Beautiful community with modern new houses, pool, gym and trail by the river, that takes you to San Gabriels Park. 20-40 min drive to Austin. Office staff is always very nice and helpful! Property manager Crystal is amazing, she made a whole moving process super easy for us.I wish this house was for sale! It is perfect. 😍 ❤️☀️

This might just be rental perfection. The houses are lovely with open, functional layouts, modern finishes, and high quality appliances. Its just a short walk to the park, and its quiet without being far from everything in Georgetown. Jonathan and Brenda are knowledgeable and fast to respond and treat everyone like lifelong friends. If youre looking in Georgetown, dont sign anything until you pop in here.

As others have said, the location is perfect and the units are modern. We moved here from halfway across the country. That far of a move is stressful, but having Brenda and Jonathan go above and beyond to answer our questions and make us feel like we were coming home helped tremendously! Even after move in they are quick to handle issues, answer questions that residence have, or patiently chat with people new to the area that just need someone to talk to.

We moved from Florida and after 6 months of looking for a beautiful, clean and friendly community pool, gym, in a lovely location. We are so happy we found and decided to make this our new home. Great management and maintain, highly recommend!

I don’t know where to start Rivers Edge is mind blowing lol these homes are amazing I love my new house and not to mention the staff, Mrs.brenda makes you feel at home as soon as you enter those doors 😍 I jus love her lol
