Great location & amazing customer service was offered at the team there at the office.The moment you drive through the entrance, you see how well-maintained the maintenance staff has the entire property. No trash, and very clean! Office staff is incredibly welcoming. Sofia and Denise were able to tag-team questions and make you feel reassured, comfortable, and doubt-free. This place is definitely somewhere I can see a future at.

Been living here for some time now, and let me tell you—the management team we have now is light-years better than what we used to have. I used to hate (and honestly fear) calling in a work order or reporting an issue because, much like my ex-wife, the previous manager had a way of making everything my fault.Not anymore.The new team came in and completely turned things around, and that’s no small task. They made the transition almost painless (can’t grow without a little discomfort, right?). If I could give more stars, I would. From the office staff to the maintenance team, everyone is top-notch. You can tell they actually care—and that makes all the difference.Much love guys!

I’m rating this property a 5 star. I live in a 2 bedroom unit and it’s just the right fit for my little family. The reason this place is great is because of the wonderful staff, from the maintenance guys always taking care of things that need to be fixed, to the receptionist, Denise, who makes sure all my needs are handled in a timely manner and lastly the manager, Denise, who’s always on top of everything in the property.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a warm staff team , maintenance team walking by greets you making you feel at home. The manager Denise also takes the time to ask how you are doing, Sofia treated me with the upmost respect making me feel heard by answering every single one of my concerns. Truly excited to say I see this as my future home! With all the renovations and amazing staff, Rise at Town East leaves no room for competitors!

Honestly I feel like this apartment complex isn’t a regular one, it really gives you a village feeling. From monthly bingo, great play ground for my kiddos , and the AMAZING customer service from the staff especially Sofia she goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and appreciated! Management holds events for those interested to build a great community environment. They are constantly maintaining the grounds and buildings so that we can be proud to residents here. I have lived here for 7 years now and I love how quiet it is. It’s close to everything! The new owners have started to re-paint and I love it! Denise and Sophia and the entire maintenance team have been amazing!I am updating my review because OMG these people are amazing! They go above and beyond for the residents and they threw a wonderful pool party for us all! They grilled burgers and hot dogs and provided drinks, fruit and chips! We had an absolutely wonderful time! Thank y’all so much!

I have lived here since September 2015, and I can honestly say I have loved living here. In December of 2023 , we got new management, and yes I was a little skeptical of the changes that I knew was coming, but every time I went to the office to talk to new management, I was assured by Denise and Sofia that the changes were to make apartment living better for the community, and so far the changes have been good. The activities for the community has been awesome, something we never had here. Maintenance is on top of repairs, Jeremy, and the rest of the maintenance staff has been awesome as well. Something that I have been asking for since 2017 is handicap parking and its finally in the making.

My wife and I lived here for 2+ years. Management is very professional and courteous, especially Becky. Maintenance was always very quick to come out and resolve any issues we had.Our unit was a corner unit (i.e. two exterior walls). As a result, it did not seem very energy efficient and I suspect the A/C needed to be repaired or replaced. When I talked to management about it, they replaced the air filter which made only a negligible difference. I now own my own home which is nearly twice as big and Im using less electricity than I did at Pecan Ridge.But let me be clear: for the price, these little apartments are very good. I didnt use the gym much, but its really nice and so is the swimming pool. The only real problem we had was rowdy neighbors (loud music, playing ball in the parking lot, etc.). But thats apartment life.The main reason Im giving five stars is that management really impressed us during the move-out process. A few months after we signed our third 12-month lease, I had the opportunity to buy a house. I was afraid breaking our lease would be super expensive, but Pecan Ridge was able to get someone else in the unit within about a week! We cleaned our apartment thoroughly before leaving, so we also got our deposit back. We were responsible for a releasing fee of about $700 and an extra week of rent (until they could get another tenant), but that was it. Very fair and reasonable!

I’m currently waiting to be approved and I look forward to meeting everyone the pictures looks very nice and Andrew and Becky is very nice and respectful I’ve spoken with them several times over the phone they have been very patient with me as well I don’t know most of you guys reviews isnt adding up I’m a buisness owner myself to leave bad reviews out of anger is not nice at all there’s people looking for a place to live and you guys are making it hard for them by leaving false reviews please everyone check these apartments out for yourself everyone in office has positive energy and has been so helpful I can’t wait I move in September 13th 😊

Since the company changed to rise these apartments have undergone an incredible change. Sofia and Denise always update us on any changes and notify us when something is happening at the property.
