They are very close friends, I consider like family! The company I worked for Rise, is a great company to work for. I’m glad to be apart of it. The property manager Kristina is a great manager. She works very hard to make this place a great place to live in. I’m grateful to be a part and contribute in her team.

    I want to give a big thanks to the young lady in the back at the office by the name Kristina since day 1 she has been very pleasant and supportive. Her customer service skills are A+ and she has a very sweet personality. The way she treats people is very professional and always has quick responses.

    I moved in from out of state and the staff was really helpful and professional.Kristina helped me throughout the whole process and I also met Damion who is such a sweetheart and a very kind nice guy.I had some trouble with the door and they helped right away within minute .Great pool, nice neighbors and neighborhood 😊

    The property is well maintained, the pools are very clean, when I submitted a work order request. the maintenance guys fixed my issue they provided great customer service and was able to tell me my issue with great deal. The manager keeps up with us to make sure everything is working as it should be. She’s does her best to maintain the property! She’s a great property manager.

The apartment itself is modern and spacious, making it a comfortable place to call home. Overall, I highly recommend this complex for its excellent features and welcoming atmosphere.

    As a resident for 30 years, Ive experienced the full spectrum of life at this apartment complex, witnessing a remarkable transformation under our new owner and our Manager, Crystal. The recent changes include a thorough paint job, ongoing apartment renovations, and new landscaping plans.Addressing issues here sometimes requires patience and collaboration. Starting with the maintenance team, who are always ready to assist, and escalating to management if needed, ensures swift resolution. The front office staff are particularly helpful, and Crystal deserves special praise for her proactive approach. She not only addresses issues promptly but also keeps residents updated, a practice I recently experienced firsthand with three of my concerns resolved swiftly within three days.Looking ahead, Im optimistic about the continued improvements, like enhanced contractor work inspection, resolving dumpster problems, and completing drainage fixes. Despite a challenging start and an unforgiving winter, the changes are consistent and promising, indicating the potential for this complex to surpass its prime from 30 years ago.

    I have lived here since 2009 and ever since Karen has been here she takes care of things 100% professionalism is amazing and so many more good things to say! She makes me want to stay here many more years. Give her a promotion and a raise she is the best! Crystal is new manager and she made me feel so welcome not loke other managers and I can tell she knows how to treat her employees and her residents thank you ladies!

    I went into the office in search of a two bedroom apartment. Spoke with a young lady named Kristina. She was very professional, and very knowledgeable. Kristina was able to answer all my questions and my concerns. I am definitely looking into renting an apartment here.

    The property and the new renovations are really nice! relocated from Alabama for work and Karen ended up assisting me. She is AMAZING!!!!! She is very helpful an understanding. Gives information out very well. I would recommend anyone new moving in to have her help you. She made my whole process worth it.

    Just wanted to say that I am SO PLEASED with the entire move in process here at Highland Meadows!!! The Property Manager, Martha, was so helpful, amazing communication and really cares about the people and community at the apartment complex! Maintenance was prompt and special shout out to Jose for addressing and fixing any issues immediately! I feel so truly cared for as a tenant, they prioritize tenant needs and would recommend living here!!! Thank you again to the team there at Rise Highland Meadows!
