We have lived at the Rienzi for almost a year and have love every moment of it! Every employee we have worked with has been incredibly helpful and kind! Yair, Lianna, Hilda, Brianna, & Anastasia are some that come to mind when thinking of fantastic staff members, but in reality everyone here is ready to help with a smile on their face!Besides the staff, the community and facilities itself are also amazing! The pool and outdoor space are beautiful and a great amenity, especially in the Texas heat. Our unit is also beautiful, quiet, & comfortable. I look forward to coming home after a long day because I really love where I live! Another part of this community that I love is the sense of safety. Having a gated garage & concierge goes a long way in promoting the safety of the building! I would recommend the Rienzi to anyone and everyone!

I have been living at the Rienzi for 6 months now, and living here has been an amazing experience.Location: Quiet, and near a park! Very walkable to the katy trail. Cons: ATM there is some construction. (8/10)Building: The apartment is well built, can never hear neighbors, thick walls. (10/10)Amenities: Dog Park, Trash Shoot, Pool, Outdoor Area, Business Center, free coffee and tea, and free rental of common area. (AMAZING) 10/10Service: Property Managers: Lianna and Hilda are great to work with friendly and always available. There is great communication from them throughout the week, and apartment events. The 24/7 concierge is super helpful, packages straight to your door, available for any assistance, and can even send out packages. 10/10Overall: Living here has been a dream! Very glad I found this apartment complex.

I have been a resident of Rienzi at Turtle Creek since 2020. I love the building, its amenities, and most importantly, its staff. The gatherings promoted by management are also a great opportunity to meet and greet neighbors and straighten our relationship with the staff. Concierge is top notch and always ready to assist with a big smile on their faces. Overall, a great place to live.

We are approaching our 2nd year at the Rienzi. We continue to enjoy the building as there is a strong sense community here. Location is a plus as the neighborhood is quiet, full of diversity and very safe. Favorite amenities are the Business Lounge and the Resident Lounge. I use the Business Lounge daily and we have frequently reserved the Resident Lounge to host events. Both of these amenities are excellent extensions of the apartment space. Generationally the building is a mixture of older, middle and young residents, which makes the community work as a place to live and play.

I have lived at Rienzi for almost two years and am very happy with everything it has to offer from the helpful staff and friendly residents to the numerous amenities- a spacious lounge, two coffee bars, a business center and lovely outdoor spaces. And, unlike most apartments, the living spaces are very quiet which is a plus!

Have been at Rienzi at Turtle Creek.for two and half years and just renewed for another year. Rienzi originally built as condominium is reflected in the excellent amenities, beautifully built spacious apartments, I have never had issues with noise from adjoining apartments.Excellent staff, Lianna, Hilda, and Annastuzia, very helpful concierge. Maintenance staff efficient and helpful.I very much appreciate the classic features of this high level building. Great location with easy access to downtown, west end, Highland Park, North Park.

This property has a lot of the bells and whistles. Near plenty of parks and close proximity to uptown and downtown. It just was not for me. The 24/7 concierge is a nice touch and Anastasia was so pleasant during my visit. Hilda showed me the property and we met a few happy tenants along the way. The property seemed very quiet but the some of the amenities were on the smaller side. The pool looked like it could fit 5 people. The decor throughout the shared spaces gave grand hotel with some modern flare. The home I toured had the premium finishes and I thought the ability to convert the bathroom into a powder room was genius. There were 2 closets in a one bedroom! The kitchen was L shaped but still very open to the living area. Some floor plans came with washers and dryers but this one didn’t. My biggest draw back was the fact that there were 5 different flooring options inside of a 1 bedroom apartment. It was too busy for me and I couldn’t look past it. Hilda was very thorough and pleasant.

We’ve lived at the Rienzi for a year and a half, and it’s been overall a great experience! The management and staff are easy to work with, responsive, and welcoming; they engage the residents with regular get-togethers, which are entertaining. The building is beautiful and quiet with nice amenities like a dog park and fitness area. The location is great because it’s near Uptown (West Village), Downtown (Arts District), and the Katy Trail.Al & Nancy

I can’t say enough good things about my time at Rienzi. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make sure any issues were resolved promptly. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The location is also unbeatable, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and parks. I felt safe and secure at all times, which is so important when choosing a place to live.

I moved into Rienzi at Turtle Creek over 3 months ago and I love it!! The building is stately from the outside and is well decorated on the inside. Hilda leased me my apartment and she is professional, helpful, and wonderful. I love that they have a Concierge 24/7, doorman, and valet in afternoon and evenings. The building is secure with gated garage parking and key fob access to use the elevators. The coffee machine in the Resident Lounge is really good and will save you trips to Starbucks. I love that after 5:00 pm everyday they will leave all of your delivered packages outside your door. I like that they have a dog park on site which I utilize a few times a day. The area is beautiful and has lots of trees around if you want to walk around the surrounding neighborhood. The location is great and you are by some of the top restaurants in Dallas.

The Rienzi Turtle Creek is my favorite luxury rental community to refer for my clients who want a 5 star boutique hotel-like living experience. Management, Liannna and Hilda are awesome to work with.Anastasia and the concierge team make everyone feel welcome and well taken care of. The units feel grand with marble finishes, real hardwood floors. high ceilings, beautiful crown molding, large windows, stainless appliances, oversized bathrooms and closets. Beautifully landscaped pool and common areas, resident lounge, business center and gym are all impressive. Valet parking is available with limited hours. Self parking is reserved, included in lease and easily accessible.The building has ample guest parking which is rare in Dallas.

Ive been at Rienzi since shortly after it was built years ago & Im still here. Need I say more! Rienzi on Turtle Creek is located just around the corner from the historic Mansion on Turtle Creek, just adjacent to downtown Dallas, yet in a very quiet, minimal traffic area. Rienzi is very upscale, both inside and out, always well kept & luxurious in every respect youd desire. Spacious workout room, large wonderfully functional business center, elegant expansive indoor lounge, with spacious pool & patio areas outside. As for Rienzi management, all are not only professional and productive, but always helpful, courteous and respectful, in particular, property manager, Lianna. Shes as kind and focused as anyone in that position has ever been. And her assistant manager, Hilda, is much the same. Bottom line, I cant begin to recall how many people I have suggested they come to Rienzi to make it their home. And not a one of them ever left, unhappy with anything. And I too, for countless years, have forever felt much the same!!

Absolutely love everything since moving into this place! The property manager, Lianna, is amazing and super friendly and she helped me with everything when I was moving here. They also hosted breakfast tacos a few days ago and it was delicious! I cant wait to see what else is in store for the next year :) You wont regret picking Rienzi!

We have lived at Rienzi for five plus years and have an excellent experience with the staff. They’re very responsive to any and all of your needs. The apartment complex is located in a premium location and fosters a serene environment. Update.....After two years incident free, my bike was stolen on the Rienzi supplied bike rack in the secure basement parking lot. I moved here from Chicago and had an industrial strength lock and 1/2 steel cable to secure my bike to the rack. I was offered a sorry from management. If you decide to live here, I would rethink storing any valuables or bikes on premises. Since this post, I had another bike stolen from my storage cage and another sinceresorry from the staff. Update 12/23...I have changed my rating based on the consistent fantastic service of Hilda Ramos, LeAnna and the entire Concierge staff. Im still a bit jaded by the bike situation but its a great building, location and services. Sometimes, things just happen...

I love Rienzi! My absolute favorite complex. I am so excited for the new upgraded amenities. The floor plans are spacious and so beautiful. This place truly feels like home from the moment you walk in the door. The entire office staff does a great job making it feel like cozy. I plan on being here for many years to come.

These reviews are TRUE! Rienzi is quiet, well built and luxury. Very nice amenities and spacious homes. Management is amazing, concierge and valet are very helpful. Love love love being in downtown Dallas in a top notch building. I highly recommend!

We love our home and the quiet neighborhood of Turtle Creek. The staff is always so friendly and the hallways and lounge are spotless!! Love all the new additions and yoga studio. We plan on staying for many years to come.

Very satisfied with The Rienzi at Turtle Creek. Based on what I can tell, this building was originally built to be condominiums, and it shows. It is very solid and quiet. The location is amazing...tucked away but right on Turtle Creek and easy to get anywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all, 5 stars.
