Living here has been so easy and wonderful. The first time I came in Adriana, the leasing agent was very attentive. Even though my favorite part about living here are the pool and fitness room because of the cleanliness, any problem I have the manager Gabby is always quick to help me out. She knows how get things done.

This is an amazing apartment complex. The management staff is super professional as well as they keep up the grounds very well. I have been living here going on two years and have had nothing but an amazing experience. The maintenance are super timely and very respectful of your privacy.

I live here with my son. from the start i felt so welcomed with the leasing agent adri. she offered me water and my son snacks. too sweet. after that we were shown a gorgeous apartment with an open floor plan and a lovely kitchen. i love to cook, so this was important. next i was shown the parking area and the beautiful pool. i can’t wait until it gets warmer so we can go swimming. signed my lease that day and have been happy ever since. i felt compelled to write this review because i have never felt this peaceful and completely safe anywhere that i have lived, especially as a single mother.

We have enjoyed living here for the short few months that we have been here. I recently had a problem with a money order and as soon as Gabby was informed she got it done quickly. I didn’t want late fees so she made sure I didn’t have to deal with those. Very nice and helpful!

This review is long overdue.There retread at Westchase is a great place to be at. From touring the apartment to moving in/out, Adriana was very communicative and attentive to my needs. I moved due to relocation for work. The amenities in the units were a bit outdated but was not a deal breaker. Inside and outside the apartments were clean and well maintained. Maintenance was very responsive. Complex was fairly quiet. Overall a great place to lease.

Thanks to Andrea we can call this amazing property home. My husband and I have enjoyed having the fitness room so much, it makes it very convinent. We also cant wait for the summer to have a blast in the pool area.

I love this community. It’s literally a hidden gem! I’ve been living here about 6 months and everything has been super easy and efficient. I love the reserved spots that we get with our home, the rent is super affordable with lots included as to other places you would pay a ton of extra fees. The maintenance literally completes work orders the same day! It’s amazing! The girls in the office are super responsive and easy to communicate with. They have made the whole moving process seamless and we’re very detailed which I was grateful for. Thanks ladies! I am a little bummed the gym is not open yet but I’m also excited that they are doing the renovations necessary to provide a great facility in the future for residents. I’ll be living here for awhile. Love this place! 🥰❤️Update: I’ve been living here going on over 3 years and I still love this place. I’m so impressed with the office and Maitenance team. There aren’t any staff changes so it’s nice to communicate with the same familiar faces and know the service you are getting. They really take care of the property. I was so thrilled by my Maitenance requests being completed within like 2 hours of putting it in that I had to get on here and update my review. My washer was literally broken and without any fuss or turn around time they completely replaced it and left a small pack of tide pods. 10/10 service!

I moved in July 2021 and did the entire process online with the help of Adriana. Because they’re renovating the front office, they have been doing everything remotely so that was unusual but didn’t bother me at all.I love that there’s always parking for visitors available as each unit gets 1 assigned parking space. I also love that the complex is relatively small (7 buildings total I think?) compared to some other apts I’ve lived at…this helps it feel a bit safer and it makes it easier to give directions to food delivery drivers and visitors.Two things I’m not super happy with are:1. My upstairs neighbor seems to have the steps of an 800lb gorilla and makes so much noise all hours of the night (I think he works from home)2. During a major rain event I noticed water was coming inside and falling down my bedroom window blinds. Since I work in moisture management for a building materials company, I know this means the windows aren’t properly flashed and sealed against water intrusion - brought this up to the office and was told the maintenance added a piece of flashing to redirect the water away from the window??? Absolutely not possible or true as I know you need to remove cladding (which is stucco- go figure) in order to repair the window flashing. I haven’t seen any major water coming in so I just left it at that since they clearly don’t want to go the proper route which is costly and time consuming- I get it, I work with this everyday. I just don’t like being deceived and that’s what my biggest complaint is regarding this case. Especially because I know my bathroom window is totally sealed and has MOLD growing on all corners…clearly there’s moisture issues happening which cost a lot to fix but I get them trying to brush it off as long as possible.It’s close to the beltway, several food and shops to choose from, and not super pricey - considering cost of living in Houston has risen dramatically in recent years. Overall I like living here and would recommend it.

I have been living here for almost a year now and I actually really love it! The leasing office is always quick to respond to any maintenance or questions I have. During the holidays, they would do fun little giveaways which every unit was automatically included. For the price, it is hard to beat compared to other complexes especially with all the amenities that is already included with rent such as internet, cable and reserve parking. This complex is also available for Fiber internet! I have already renewed my lease and look forward to another year!

We decided to move here as a lifestyle upgrade from the low rent district around the corner where we lived for 7 years because that is all we could afford at the time and it was a much nicer place compared to what it is now . The Retreat at Westchase cares about the tenants they rent to...........more professional , educated people . The property is kept clean, well landscaped and a quiet community , with a friendly staff as well as more security conscious than the places around the corner. You feel safe here.

They made sure l felt at home!! Very well taken care of homes and grounds. Never had a problem with parking. Very quiet-peaceful environment and nice neighbors.The staff is there to help with all your needs. They are very nice and attentive with a smile on the faces at all times. The location is great too with a variety of amazing restaurants all around. Great job guys! I do recommend living here!

My husband and I have been living here for 5 years and we love it! It was so close to my work that I could walk to work! It is so convenient to all the necessities i.e. grocery stores, cleaners, coffee shops, restaurants and Beltway 8. I like the size of the complex it’s not to big and not to small it’s just the perfect size. Management and maintenance are very responsive to your needs and timely service. We love living here!

This review is on the leasing process during COVID. It was so easy and convenient! I sent a message on their website expressing my interest and immediately got a callback from Adriana. I did the virtual tour online and knew which apartment I wanted and when I could move in. Adriana was so helpful and responsive. We ended up doing everything online and she got me approved within a few days. When Adriana was out of town, Gabby was great about keeping me in the loop. Those ladies are absolutely wonderful and made me feel so welcome. Im really looking forward to moving into my new home!

Retreat at Westchase is a miracle hidden on the Westheimer road. Located very close to difeetent roads and behind the Hilton hotel, this is a very quiet and beautiful place. So, the convenient location plus silence on the one side, and comfortable apartments on the other. In winter we spent so many evenings by the fireplace. We are professionals, and we need such a place. This is our retreat after hard working days.You will find here a lot of trees, a swimming pool, a gym, and the possibility to walk by the quiet streets. Retreat at Westchase is a very clean (no insects or anything else) and quiet place. Neighbors as a rule are very respectful. If sometimes, its a real life, some of them violate Retreats policy, the staff team intervenes immediately. They are amazing!We had a few technical issues during the year, and all of them were fixed literally in one day, even a few hours.We are happy to be here, to call this place our home. Thank you, Retreat! You are wonderful!

We lived here for 3 years until we decided to move to Katy for our sons school. Loved the maintenance people and gabby was so nice and helpful before we left and even after we left a delay amazon package was held for us to pick up afterward. As for the previous managing staff that people complain about in this reviews, I did not have a problem with them. It’s quiet and kid friendly environment.

First of all, it really saddens me to see how many horrible reviews people have left about my apartments. I have lived in apartments all of my life, and compared to a large majority of the places I have lived, these apartments are by far some of the best. I feel it is only right that I negate some of these comments that I have read so far. I have never had any issue with the management here, they are always friendly and Carlen Wilson has always done her best to get back with me when I have any problems. She especially busted her chops to get us in to our apartment two days earlier because we needed to move in promptly. The maintenance has never entered our apartment without consent or without our knowledge. In fact, they are always great about working on anything we need in apartment in a timely manner. If there are any roaches at all, they are the large wood roaches that may come in from outside from time to time, but that happens almost anywhere you live. If people have issues with tiny nasty roaches it is likely because they dont know how to clean their apartment. The pest control here is great and when I had a few silverfish they came in within 2 day and sprayed. I Havent had an issue since then and I am on the bottom floor. The apartments here are very quiet and I barely ever here a siren or noise from the road even though the apartments are right off of Westheimer. The majority of the residence leaving comments here were probably not the best residence in the first place. I could barely read most of the comments on here because they appeared to be written by a child or an adult with a 6th grade education. One person leaving comments on here doesnt know that the dollar sign comes before the dollar value and not after.

My girlfriend and I love these apartments. We have two rooms and the cost is very reasonable for the space. There is not any central lighting and a few critters occasionally, but for the cost, the space and amenities are wonderful. Also the neighborhood is very quite and peaceful. Safe as well.

I have lived here for 3 years and the cleanliness and treatment of the workers has been partly what has kept me in the place in addition to being quite safe, the manager Carle, Ariel and Jorgue and the cleaning lady are very friendly at any time that they are needed.NOT so the rent, which is really quite high for us and goes up more and more every year, what a shame that this is my last year here, because they will continue to raise the rent and that is not fair to the people who have trusted and have remained for a long time in This property, instead of considering the rent, they raise it more and more.I have lived 3 years here and the cleanliness and treatment of the workers has been partly what has kept me in the place besides being quite safe, Carle, Ariel and Jorgue and the cleaning lady are very friendly at any time that they are needed.NOT so the rent is really high enough and each time it rises more each year, what a shame that this is my last year here, because the rent will continue rising and that is not fair with the people who have trusted and have remained for a long time this property, instead of considering the rent they raise it more each time.
