    I toured this complex with my daughter(1 year old) the other day and had the best experience! She was being a little fussy that day and Destiny Waddles, the lady who toured, was very patient and sweet about it. Iā€™m the type to ask about EVERYTHING and Destiny did not hesitate with any of her answers. She was super informative and exceeded all expectations I had PLUS SOME. The apartments were very well put together and the community seemed family friendly. If you are looking for apartments to tour I definitely recommend the retreat at Stonebridge and ask for Destiny, sheā€™s GREAT(:

    My husband and I are currently shopping around for a new apartment, and Maryanne was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She gave us a great tour, and listed off everything we asked about and even more we didnt even know to ask. Very warm and welcoming person.     Sharing my thoughts on move-in and apartment condition. The management team, is fairly quick at responding to emails and return calls. I worked with Destiny and she gave me the lay of the land in a nice 10 minute talk. She walked me through setting up all the critical applications for living in this community. If your digital / tech savy this will be very easy. One thing that wasnt touched on but wasnt a deal breaker was registering your vehicle(s) with the towing company. My father was registering himself as a visitor and the office mentioned it to him in passing. As far as the apartment goes, overall conditional was in great shape. The utilities all work, water pressure just seems a bit low in the kitchen sink but fine everywhere else. Did an initial cleaning and everything was clean for the most part, a few cabinets had paint overspray but was easily cleaned up. If you want covered parking that will be extra, keep that in mind. The valet trash is a nice feature. Overall really satisfied with the move-in.

    We were looking for a place to move me and my family we found stonebridge ranch apartments , we entered and they immediately gave us good service, a worker named Yamileth Valdez assisted us and helped us a lot in applying for an apartment. She is very good in English and Spanish. Thanks to her we got an apartment. thank you Yamileth! . They have good workers and nice apartments, 100% recommend!!

    Lived here for about 2 years. Very nice. Trash compactor gets a little crazy at times, but no other complaints. We loved the smart home amenities. We only left because we outgrew our 1 bedroom apartment and the rent was not worth it at the time.

    Moved from out of state. Was stressful. but Destiny in the office was extremely helpful. She made the Texas end of the move go smooth. Once we moved in, everything was great. Quiet community with nice people. Animal friendly, so if you dislike people, make friends with the dogs. Apartments ready for move in. Every question answered. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

    I recently visited for a tour of the apartments and have to say I was blown away!! Destiny and Stormie the leasing agents were beyond helpful and their hospitality and knowledge of the apartments and the surrounding area was astonishing!! The grounds, common areas, and overall appearance and atmosphere was wonderful and clean. Definitely at the top of my list for future renting when my current lease is up!!!

    I had scheduled a tour for 10am, but stopped by an hour earlier because I was driving by. Stormie was more than willing to take me on a tour of the available apartment I would be renting. The grounds were well-kept, but the customer service was exceptional compared to any other place Iā€™ve visited, and itā€™s been a lot. Iā€™m not sure if the logistics will work for me yet, but I highly recommend checking this community out.

    I worked with Stormie, who was great! She allowed me to view the floorplans that I was interested in and was very informative. With the increasing rates on apartments, Retreat was offering a great deal compared to other apartments in the same area. She was actually out of office the day of my move-in, but made sure everything was complete and ready to go when I picked up my keys. The move-in process was smooth and easy. I wouldve give a 5 star rating, but the air conditioner wasnt working the day of my move-in, which we were miserable in the Texas heat. It was 90 degrees in my apartment, but I was able to put in an emergency maintenance request, and he brought a window unit to help until the AC was up and running. I was so relieved and the AC was working the next day! Maintenance has been quick to respond to just a few small requests so far, but hoping I wont need their services too often. Thanks to Stormies GREAT customer service, I would recommend this property!

    Searching, touring, and move in was so easy and efficient. The maintenance staff have been great with the couple of minor things that needed to be fixed on move-in and even waited to coordinate with me to be home when they came in so they could meet me. My kids and I have settled in nicely!

    This property is by far the best I have been to in TX. I used to live in Frisco and was pretty satisfied with how clean the area was but when I moved to McKinney, to the Retreat at Stonebridge, I was shocked. The cost of living was not overwhelming and it was as clean as I experienced in a more expensive side of town.The Retreat at Stonebridge is where I would suggest anyone to move. Itā€™s a very friendly neighborhood and the new staff are great!Stormie has been a great community liaison and Ron has been a great friend and an excellent resource for utility concerns.Letā€™s go Retreat at Stonebridge!!!

    We have not been here that long but so far we can say it has been great.     I canā€™t say enough good things about this apartment community. I was in South Dakota relocating down to McKinney Texas. Sight unseen just by the virtual tour online and the amazing ladies in the office. Top-notch service. I got an amazing apartment. All my needs were met. They went above and beyond to get me from start to finish moved in within one week. This is an amazing place to live. The residence are wonderful. The property is beautiful they allow dogs thereā€™s a dog park for your dogs with activities for the dogs to do. Phenomenal community could not be more please.

    Ive been living at Stonebridge for about 6 months now. I previously lived here 2 years ago, moved to a different complex and moved back this year. Every time Jennifer Helped me with the process and she was so kind and helpful! I was in a rush this past time because I had 2 days to find a different complex and she was so quick to help when I explained my difficult situation. she did all the paperwork ASAP and I got approved, and was able to move in on time before having to leave the previous complex. Any time I have a concern I always know I can count on Jen to have it resolved. Thanks Jen for all your help!

    Chloe is freaking awesome! She was so helpful and walked me through the whole process. I came and saw a unit, I will say they are very nice! Everything was laid out and explained without confusion. They answered all my questions and kept in contact through the whole process.     Ive been living at the Retreat for 11 years, and my time here was pleasant until this year. Ive been dealing with unruly and noisy neighbors. They have a total disregard that they have people living below them. They play their music loud well after quiet hours and its taking everything in me not to go off on them. I will say that management has always responded to and addressed my complaints. Even though they are short-staffed, they still do a great job. Ive never had any issues with the office staff, they are always so nice and professional to me. Maintenance also responds in a timely manner! I want to continue living here but cant continue dealing with these noisy neighbors. I mostly definitely will be getting a 3rd floor apartment, when my lease is up.

    Ive been living about 4 months now and everything here is amazing. Great neighborhood and community. During the whole process of moving in and settling in, Duane has been very helpful! He goes above and beyond to assist me whenever I need help. Duane made this moving process is easy and smooth!They changed their management. All the staffs here at Retreat are soo amazing. They are so kind and polite!! When you request maintenance, the staffs would come and assist you right away, I am beyond happy and satisfied.

    I stopped by this property without an appointment and Duane assisted me immediately. I had a few questions about the 1bed/1bath floor plans and he was able to answer all of them. He also offered to show me a unit as well. The grounds were clean and the model was nice. Iā€™m strongly considering this property because of my interaction I had with Duane, he was really nice and you usually donā€™t get that at a lot of complexes when you go to tour without an appointment. It was greatly appreciated.

    This place is awesome! My son and I have lived here for several months now and we love it. The landscaping is nice. They have a beautiful pool and hot tub. The workout room has plenty of different machines to help you get a good workout. The clubhouse has a nice big kitchen and a couple of pool tables. The apt is very nice and spacious. If there are any issues they address them quickly. It is a great place for the price. I feel safe as well because it is a gated community and all my neighbors are very friendly. Lastly the office staff is very attentive and professional especially Kylie and Horacio.

    Moved in 4/11 and this in the first apartment I want to call home honestly. The staff is amazingā¤ļø I hate I dont remember their names but Ive worked with two ladies I their names are Melissa and Layla and every time Ive called theyve been so friendly and helpful. I joined the pool party and they provided pool toys and cookies and drinks it was the best for my son. 10/10 reccommend

    TYLER IS AWESOME! Not just Tyler, the entire staff is welcoming and they are available to speak to you addressing any concerns. Customer Service today is not the same as it used to be. My experience with Tyler, was prompt, patient and efficient. I applied for the unit, viewed the unit and was amazed at the cleanliness, the property cleanliness and the quietness of the neighborhood. Itā€™s rare you find good quality people and I found that in The retreat at Stonebridge Ranch. I was even greeted with not one smile but 2! Thank you Tyler for outstanding customer service!     I have lived at this complex for 5+ years and have really enjoyed my time here. Management changed 2 years in and the new management has been great! The complex is quite and anytime I have any questions the office staff is more than helpful in getting answers. Service/maintenance request are submitted through and app, this can be done anytime, and are usually resolved in 24-48 hours. I look forward to calling Retreat home for many years to come.

    I have lived here since March 2017. This place is a nice quiet place to live. When the new management took over I was a little confused but once I started to learn their names and faces they have been helpful to me. I have serious health issues and I park in a covered handicap zone and this was great very helpful to me. I like the upgrades and renovations they have added to our apartments like the new ADT systems. And the pool and hot tub works! The staff is very patient and kind to me! I enjoy my neighbors they are great!

Janelle and her staff have been very helpful and attentive to our needs especially being handicapped senior citizens. Her management skills are that of a true professional and that of someone we can depend on. Janelles staff are always helpful and smiling.Jeff and Thompson the maintenance employees are always comfortable to be around. They know their duties and are there even after hours.     Been here 5months now, Sandra was so nice and very helpful with my move in process, very kind ladyšŸ˜, Its a beautiful place, peaceful and clean, everyone seems to be minding their own business which is a Great thing, makes me feel at home. I love the view of trees from my patio, so refreshing. I wish people with dogs would do the right thing and pick up their dogs poo poo, I wonder who they leave it behind for? Lastly I am still waiting for my gate remote was told I am in the waiting list, hope to receive it soon.

    The customer service at the Retreat is second to none. Janelle, in particular, has gone above and beyond making me feel comfortable and taking the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and Janelle has always been accessible through phone, email and in person drop ins. The apartment is super cozy and I love the upgrades. The only complaint I guess I would say would be that the cement outside of our door is stained from I am not sure what. Other than that, it has been great living at the Retreat.

    I moved into The Retreat at Stonebridge Ranch a year and a half ago. I entered into a lease right after viewing. I love living here. My apartment is very nice and spacious at a really good price. The office staff is always nice and willing to help. I want to especially thank Crystal Grider for taking care of an issue within 24hrs. that had been going on for months.

    I have been a resident now six months and I have to say this is the best choice that I made. I will kept clean property, quiet peaceful and I feel real safe walking my Dog at night. I havenā€™t had any issues since Iā€™ve been in by anytime I have a question the office staff always has a fast answer. And even the manager Tausha Will address my concerns instead of passing me off like my last property. When I walk in she doesnā€™t make me feel like Iā€™m a burden but like family.     Everything so far has been easy and nice. They let you know when construction will happen and when inspections are needed and what is needed to be done by resident. If trash valet is not available because of holidays or weather they will let you know. They have events for residents as well which is nice. Also my neighbors are nice and itā€™s a safe and quite place to live. I have enjoyed it so far. Been here 4 months.

    I would really like to give 5 stars, because I havenā€™t had any problems until this month. Next month is the end of my first 12 month lease, Iā€™d love to renew my lease but the leasing office hasnā€™t been the easiest to get in contact with. Iā€™ve emailed, called and have only gotten in contact with one person who said she couldnā€™t personally help me but gave me an email for a Jennifer... the email doesnā€™t work for some reason. Iā€™m giving some grace to the situation because of covid, and since whenever I moved in it was a very very fast and easy process. My ac broke the first month I moved in and the maintenance guy fixed it super fast and he was very nice. The main reason Iā€™m even making this review is so that maybe someone gets in contact with me a little faster.

    I really love this place. Its an upscale neighborhood. The pool is never to packed. The office staff is so friendly. And my apartment is so nice and spacious. I for once in my life look forward to going home. And how convenient is it that Im right down the street from the hospital if in the event I ever get to dancing to hard from the comfort and privacy of my own home and break a leg.

    We have been here since June and our lease expires this July because we are building a house. Apartment living is hard especially when you have pets but this is an amazingly pet friendly complex! We ended up getting new neighbors who moved in 6 months after we did and complained about hearing us walk, and the dogs walk around since we are on the 3rd floor. Management handled it so well and let everyone know that their complex stays pet friendly! Office hours are awesome especially if you have a package and get home late from work. During the day there isnt any noise except on Mondays when they mow the lawn around 11am. The only issue weve had was ants in the master bath around winter time, and then we had a cockroach (which ive never seen until now) but it was because we had our patio door open before a storm. Pest control sprayed and we never had another issue. We love the complex, and the upgrades. We have a 2 bed 2 bath and its very spacious! As we are excited for our new home being built, we will still recommend this complex to anyone who isnt ready for a house yet and wants an apartment complex. Prices are decent too as we also have covered parking which helps during the april hail storms! definitely reccomend!

    I really like it here at Stonebridge at Retreat. The neighbors mind their own business and are friendly. Its a very quiet and safe place to live so far. The management team are very sweet people.     I work sometimes real late at night and like to come sit on my balcony and have some wine and just enjoy the peace . The neighbors and people I have met thus far are great. Pool area is always well kept and hot tub is great to have and to use. I have been here a little over a month and it was a no brainer. I made my mind up half way through the tour with Miss Tausha, she had a lot of knowledge answered all my questions with a smile . She made it real easy and straight forward. Cortland properties are the nicest that I have seen .Great job!!!

    Just want to say that the Retreat was previously ran with poor management, so any negative reviews would probably be valid. BUT under the new management, they are extremely helpful and go above expectation. I worked directly with Jennifer Hussey and she got me everything I needed so quick and also provided me with her direct email in case I needed anything else. This management has got it together. Happy with our choice with the Retreat!

    I love living here! Office staff and maintenance are wonderful! They get service requests done quickly and always clean up after themselves.The only thing I wish could change was maybe getting a call box at both gates in front of the office. It drives me crazy having to type in the code and then have to do a u-turn to go through the other gate. Not a huge deal! But it really would help.

    I have lived at The Retreat @ SBR since June 2014 in two different one bedrooms and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Ive never felt more at home in an apartment community than I do at The Retreat. This property is located in a great area and close to a plethora of businesses (grocery stores, walmart, restaurants, etc). After 3.5 years of living here I DONT HAVE A SINGLE COMPLAINT ABOUT THE PROPERTY.The staff here is amazing and so friendly. Maintenance request are always handled ASAP and in a highly professional manner. Prices are great for the amenities you get (trash pickup service, upgraded/remodeled units, upgraded gym equipment, etc). The property is quiet and there are not a lot of college kids here making noise.I love that they have both covered spots and garages; not all apartments offer garages and this is a must for me, as I have lots of tools and a trailer.Just a heads up, if you are a nature nerd like me, try and get a unit on the backside (facing South) of building 10; your balcony will face a greenbelt between the complex and a neighborhood.In regards to a previous review, I have NEVER had my delivery food arrive late, it has always been on time.

    I showed up at the last minute and when it looked like the bottom was about to fall out of the sky for the storm that was impending. I really didnā€™t expect much attention let alone assistance at all. The gentleman, Tyler Rayburn, that helped me was very willing to assist me. He showed me the place and acted like it was his first showing of the day. He took his time and gave me everything I needed to make a decision. I loved the property and his willingness to help me and will likely lease here as a result. It was my last and best stop.

    I have only lived here for a month but can tell you this is an excellent place to live. Its quiet, easy access to the major highways and stores and all around a great community. Autumn helped me from beginning to end and continues to help every time I need something (and im needy)!     I just toured this apartment and it is exactly what I have been looking for! Im a student and I need to be centrally located to commute to work and school and this location is prime. These apartments are completely updated with tall vaulted ceilings, updated digital door locks. I still cant believe that I can unlock my apartment with my phone!! Shalaun has gone above and beyond to answer every question. She helped me and my Mother with all of the details because I moved from out of state.
