    Yesenia helped us find our new apartment and made the whole process super easy. We have a newly renovated unit, which is beautiful! There were some little things that needed fixing once we moved in, but maintenance took care of them very quickly with no issues. The complex eels very safe and gives a neighborhood feel with apartment complex amenities and we love it so far!

    Jesus and Yesenia are doing a wonderful job they havent been here long and the property is already starting to be even better. They put new light fixtures outside so it wont be so dark they are following the procedures and all around property is looking great good job guys. Great customer service and thank you for being very helpful and patient. The office is beautiful and you can definitely tell their is a lady in office now lol 😂

    Been living here since 2018 and absolutely love the comfort of my home. The apartments are really nice and cozy and the front office is filled with great people that make you feel welcome. If your looking for a place to stay, i’d definitely recommend here.

    I also want to say Thank You to Yesina for her pleasant smile and the assistance she shares when I inquire about something and/or when I pay my rent.Im also noticing the improvements (planting of grass, shrubbery, painting, cutting back tree limbs, outside building lighting for better visibility, railing around the mailboxes, sprinkler system going in, and etc), thats being done, adding to the appeal.I cant wait to see how everything is going to look in the Spring!!DWResident

    Yesenia was so helpful from beginning to the end. Here attitude is so delightful. I was so grateful she helped me out because I’m not computer savvy and she made it easy for me. Y’all need to give her a raise she deserves it.

    I talked with Yesenia and had an amazing experience. It was a beautiful day outside, and got to see the beautiful pool, gym, and of course the homes. Everyone was very friendly and explained all the highs and lows. Which i respect due to most places trying to make their units seem perfect.

    Yesenia has been sooo patient and kind, helping me tour different units to see what will be the best fit for me. Everyone who works there is very nice. To note: the units lease VERY quickly (I lost my chance twice) so I just kept in touch with Yesenia to see what’s available. Thank you!The property is very well maintained & clean, very private and quiet, the pool is small but very nice, and they also have a small gym. The garages are pretty big and have w/d hookups or come with a w/d depending on the unit. The 2bd/2ba master bd/ba is on the top floor, 2nd bd/ba on the main floor.

    I’m a new tenant Yesenia was a great help with all my moving needs these are wonderful apartments with a good staff can’t wait to move in. Jesus who I believe is the property manager was friendly and helpful as well they are very inviting and I’m glad to be doing business and being a resident at the property I will keep you guys posted on my living experience but if it’s like the move in it will be great.

    I love this property! Israel Munoz was very helpful with any questions i had about the property, and application process. This is a very nice and quiet community, perfect for me. I will definitely be applying!

    Just moved in, however so far we love it. Some bumps but that comes with every move. Israel, the assistant manager, has been on top of everything, accommodating and overall awesome. I would recommend this apartment currently 😃.

    This is a great property and price. My lease is ending soon and I have looked at several properties in the area and haven’t found one for as good of a value as these are. I had a tour with the leasing agent, Paige, who took a lot of time to show me around the property and it’s amenities. I would be new to DFW and she was very helpful and didn’t mind all the questions I asked. I love that they have townhomes where you don’t have to worry about upstairs neighbors. These are great for families and pets and I will definitely be back to lease if I end up moving to the area!

    We just signed our lease to move in next week, but we are so excited to live here! We decided to take a tour after the gym because it was so close- and other complexes are several hundred dollars more for similar sized units- it seemed too good to be true, so we had to see for ourselves. The manager Tatianne, was so helpful and the newly updated model was stunning. We knew before leaving the parking lot that we had to get here ASAP. The way its laid out definitely makes it feel like a home and not another apartment, and we plan on being here for the next few years! Cant wait to meet the neighbors!

    Nice Apartment at an affordable price. Not a new one but they do maintain well . Maintenance is good. Office staffs are really good. Dint have any issues during our entire stay and on move out. In fact, we were not charged anything extra unlike many other apartments who charge a big chunk on move out. Will definitely recommend for other friends and family.

    I lived at Retreat at Spring Park for 6 years and loved everything about this apartment community...the location, parks nearby, the layout, and the attached garage. Great neighbors too. By far the best apartments I have ever lived in.

    Lived here for 2.5 years to date and enjoyed my stay so far. Apartment layouts are unique and come with a garage. Premises are always kept clean and gated. Office staff are quick to resolve any maintenance problems. Patsy has been amazing at ensuring that all requests are addressed promptly.

    One of the best places I have ever lived. My son and I LOVED our time here. Incredible neighborhood and the management is IMPECCABLE, especially Patsi. She not only made the move-in/ move-out process easy, but during our time here, she showed time and time again that I could always count on her to not only be reliable, but to solve any issue I had in a timely manor. Patsi IS Retreat at Spring Park, and I’m sad to be leaving, for I’m moving because I just wanted something a little smaller. Apart from the neighborhood and management, the floor plans are amazing as well, with just how open and voting the whole house is. 10/10 and I recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a place to move in with your family.

    No one showed up to work for my scheduled 9am tour. The only guy working onsite was the pool guy and he was also surprised that no one was working. It was extremely upsetting especially because Carmen ( from management co) sent me an email the day prior confirming my appointment time in which I replied minutes later that I was looking forward to it. I even waited around another hour because both signs outside the leasing office had 2 different hours of operation listed. One listed 9 am as the start time and the other that you see first said 10 am. Stayed around till a bit after 10 and still no one showed up. I even called the Management company (Morguard) & Latisha wondered why I was scheduled for 9 am considering they open at 10am. Again I referenced the email Carmen sent, after further investigation she concluded that they had many tours scheduled for 9 am on Saturdays. I also emailed to no avail. This is completely and utterly unprofessional. I was actually looking forward to a great experience considering many great reviews. For a first impression, this is awful.Update:Priscilla reached out and rectified the situation. I was able to tour the unit and love the units and neighborhood. She was really sweet and apologetic regarding what happened.

    I have lived here a few years, seen a few faces, but the most recent manager Tatianne is the best! She is so nice and personable and really cares about me. I cant say enough about Patsy either, love her!!!! Love the new dog park too. Just renewed for another year, and happy about it! This old lady is going to be baking some sweets for the office!

    I ran into some unexpected issues at move in and all I can say is WOW ! On top of the stress of moving I was NOT looking forward to having to deal with these ALSO. The Community Manager, Robert Rhodes, jumped on them like I have NEVER experienced with a property/management. He addressed the numerous issues immediately, made progress every day, as well as communicating what was happening/what to expect all along the way. If this is what I can expect going forward....I might just be here for a while....give this place a look if you are looking for a smooth move in and good response from the property management....How often can you say that ? !

    Patsy has been working @ Retreat @ Spring Park since I have lived in these apartments for the last 3 years. Patsy is professional yet someone who is easy to communicate with. She has worked through many changes in the company and keeps the whole community calm. Retreat @ Spring Park is a beautiful place to live. You are able to go into your garage, straight into your apartment and is a comfortable home. Any minor issues are fixed within 24 hours. I am grateful I live in these apartments and would recommend them to anyone.

    Empty nester who downsized from house and fell in love with this place! Townhome style units, are unique, not the cookie cutter box apartments popping up everywhere. Trees/shade were great during summer months, keeping A/C costs down. Private, quiet, well maintained & most importantly, office staff are incredibly kind and responsive.
