We are being living here since June and he have such a great experience , leasing staff are amazing , Claudia helps with all our questions in Spanish , they are very helpful , maintenance is always prompt to respond. Free Starbucks coffee, nice park behind property and all kind of stores around us. Loving it!

I moved to Resort at Jefferson Park 2021 to 2022 I moved out due to job relocation. Now I am back after two years of being gone. I love this community and Dawn Price was my leasing agent then and she is leasing to me again. She is such an amazing person and she is the reason I am returning back. Very professional, very helpful and has the most beautiful smile. She’s awesome!!!!!!! I recommend Dawn to you.

Overall really solid with some caveatsLived there for 3 1/2 years and was pretty happy with the place, especially as a first time renter. Very good location. Overall Id give a breakdown as follows:apartment 4/5: I had one of the 1 bed 1 bath apartments and it had its pros and cons. The layout was nice and all major appliances besides washer/dryer were included (there are 3 wash rooms in the complex). The condition of the room when I first moved in was honestly rough and I had to have a lot of maintenance done, the key is they didnt fight me on anything. Pretty much anything broken that could be reasonably fixed was. Never had issues with bugs thanks to routine spraying. Complex is definitely trying to keep things in shape since they just had all toilets, showerheads, and AC units replaced. If the room had been in good shape before or been renod I would have given a 5. My recommendation is to check that whatever room you view is the EXACT room# your getting since they can be in pretty different conditions unit to unit.Location 5/5: Easy access to Macarthur blvd which can take you N/S to most any conveniences you need. Routes to head to central Dallas, DFW airport, and Central FTW are directly on Macarthur. Traffic rarely an issue thanks to a large road and minimal truck traffic. My most missed fact about leavingTheres a park and pond track out back which is really nice. theres also a small college and a DART train and bus stop for those who need it. Only small downside is I would consider this the farthest South youd want to go to stay in the safe area. Further south till HW 183 is a sort of iffy buffer zone and anything South of that is sketchy.Staff & amenities 3/5: pretty standard. Small pool for those who like it, a small but freshly equipped gym, and 3 locations for washer/dryer usage. (Note the laundry units are run by 3rd party and can be surprisingly expensive at times). Shoutout to the maintenance people who are extremely courteous and do a great job fixing requests.Community: No real score for this, just some notes to do with as you will. The complex and whole Las Colinas/Irving area is pretty much dominated by young folk from India and surrounding areas. Generally nice but if you arent from there or speak the language you will definitely stick out here and find that many of the stores cater towards that culture specifically. Generally a safe place but I would still be careful after dark. Also a strange penchant for street racing on the Jefferson Park Loop at night.Price: I would say generally that the prices are quite high for the condition and size of the rooms and the prices have risen substantially (which is why I had to leave). I would say you are mostly paying for the location. For reference, my rent in 2021 and 2024 for room and water (water is community based not unit based) was ~1300$ and 1500$/month respectively for a 1 bed 1 bath between 700-800 sqft. Electricity, internet, renters insurance, and covered parking if you want it will definitely see this number go way up.Overall, if you make a decent paycheck and want access to all of DFW in an apartment where things are generally in good shape then this place is a solid choice. If location isnt important or you want lower cost or higher room quality for the price then you might want to look elsewhere.

Great place to live! I’ve been here since 2020 and have not had a single problem. Very convenient area about 15 mins from both major airports, stores are no more than 10 minutes away. Staff is friendly and Jamila & Dawn are very helpful. Only dislike is the gym is very small, but there’s a gym 2 minutes away. Overall nice place to live.

My husband and I have been living here for nearly 9 months and recently moved out due to individual factors that have led us to become displeased with our living conditions (much of this was due to our adjacent neighbors and is not reflective of the community as a whole).That being said, we received exceptional services from the office staff, especially Dawn, Claudia, and Jamila who have assisted in making the move-in, move-out, and reporting processes quite seamless.We would definitely recommend this community as it is well tailored to young families and individuals alike due to its affordability, location, and amenities.

A great living experience! I have been a tenant for 3 years here. Let’s start with the basics, location is great, prices are affordable and the staff here has been very friendly, especially Claudia She gave a great tour so we applied same day. The communication leading up to our move in was great, Claudia made sure we stayed updated on any and all info needed. The move in was smooth . Place is nice size and the amenities are what I was looking for. Overall the property is great. There’s a nice pool area, 24/7 gym, Claudia is very helpful with any questions when it comes to leasing, she makes you feel welcome and not rushed to signing a contract. Can’t recommend her enough she is just amazing!!!!.

Claudia was great through all of the set up to get to this apartment complex. I had to do everything online and sight unseen due to work. She keeped in contact with me and sent everything to me in a timely manner. I just moved in 4 days ago and the apartment is in really good shape. I have no repairs that need to be done right away, air conditioner works wonders. I will add more to this review as I get my water bill and electric bill to see how this apartment fairs in that department. The office is very polite and respectful, I personally used email to do all my contacting which went very well.

We just moved into this apartment (June 2022) after checking various apartments in Irving, Plano etc., Apartment ambience is very good with park right next to it for kids (Ive a kid). Very good walking trails. This place is also very near to various groceries, restaurants etc.,Regarding apartment, I have to appreciate Claudia for her proactive responses on all the queries. I was in India while booking this apartment and entire Pre move in process was done online remotely without any hassle. I liked the overall apartment ambience, pool access. We moved into 1B1B and we are totally satisfied with our Apt. So far, our experience is very good.Must say Claudia is always ready to go the extra mile to help us and I will definitely recommend Jefferson park just because of Claudia and her team.

Claudia did an awesome job throughout my entire move in process. Very professional with how promptly she responded to emails and I appreciate her following through after I applied. It was nice that she even called to offer cheaper and slightly more expensive units, a lot of times the best deals arent listed online. Overall I am very happy with how easy it was to move after five years in a not so desirable location. The community is very quite and even the children are well behaved. The view of the park is wonderful. My unit is very clean and may just need touch ups on the trim but overall its modern enough and for the price I feel a real bargain.

Nice place, nice staff. Claudia helped us from application all the way till we settled down. There were some issues to take care of, which is expected at any new place you go. However, Claudia made our transition seamless and has been very helpful. We moved from Connecticut, with two little kids. It has been a very good experience, and we love to call this place our new home. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, with a nice park right next door. Central to all shopping.

September 2018 I just moved here and love the place. If you like nature, trails, river and park this is one the best place to live. I felt bless coz across in my Job and aside from that love the nature arounds me felt closer to God. I called this a blessings coz no more paying gas and beautiful nature is blowing me away extremely impressed in Gods creation ➕12/17/2019 Update addition: This is my 2nd year just renewed my contract on September 2019 here and loving the place. The management are very helpful and blessing in my life. I feel home here and when I need service Jamilla the Asst Manager is super nice and taking care of my request right away. The maintenance did outstanding service in my sink when the sink ejector not working. I missed Kimberly and Crysta but the new lady work there forgot her name is very nice. too. Me and my son Daniel love this community and the management. We are blessed to live here.06/16/2020 My contract will be over soon on September but loving this place feel home and safe in this community. I love the trails and the employee work in the office.
