I Visited Residences today to inquire about an apartment. Though she was the only one in the office, the Property Manager, Marlena, was very friendly, attentive, bubbly, helpful and personable. She spent time to explain all of my options and information on the property, which I haven’t encountered with other leasing staff. My move-in date cannot come fast enough!!

I recently moved out after staying here for a year. We had a wonderful time here. The apt complex is nice, quite and safe. The quality of the apt is also great especially the carpet, lights and fixtures. The maintenance and the office staff are very courteous and prompt. Move out was also a breeze and was not charged any hefty and unjustified fines. Probably the only complain i have is the pet waste that stinks up the place next building 3 towards the highway. Will definitely rent here again.

Nice quiet neighborhood safe for families and children the staff is great they stay on top of maintenance if I ever need something its fixed within the day. Ive been living here for 3 years and have just renewed my lease for another yearEdit Ive been here for 7 years now almost 8! The office staff and manager Marlena are caring and attentive. The maintenance team are quick and friendly. Brad went above and beyond with some issues I was having. They have made some changes that have improved the quality of the community.

I have lived here for two years and just transferred to a new unit. The complex feels super safe and an amazing location. Sophie in the leasing office has been so helpful, attentive, and professional. I appreciate her so much! She has been so helpful in my time during here as a resident and during my transfer.My only complaint about living here is the fees are outrageous and very expensive to move-in and move out and they do not honor/offer any specials for transfers AND there are a lot of fees involved. Only new leases and new residents.But that’s really it! A great place to live.

I’ve been in this apartment complex for the last year and a half and I really love it here! Maintenance request are handled in a timely manner. Honestly the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is because I have been asking for grass in my backyard since I moved here and I never gotten it. In addition, I’ve referred 2 people here and never got a referral incentive. But honestly I will continue to tell people about this complex because overall it’s quiet, and the property is well kept and maintenance stay on top of work orders!

Definitely the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. Management does their job well and the maintenance guys are very polite and efficient. The landscaping is beautiful. This is a quiet and safe area that I feel comfortable walking my dog alone at night. Also, lots of shops and easy access to highways.

My family and I recently moved in the residence of collection and it has been a great experience. The leasing agent, Aubree, is phenomenal and very knowledgeable. She made our entire move in experience easy and stress free. We had a small mishap the first day of move in and she made sure to get things fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend anyone to chose these apartments and allow Aubree to assist you.

This place is beautiful. The staff is helpful and very accommodating! My move-in day was today, Sunday, which is the day that the office is typically closed. I expected to have to move in tomorrow after work, but Aubree, one of the leasing agents, was willing to come in on her day off to help me move in at a time that was convenient for me today!She took her time explaining everything I needed to do, step-by-step, and really made it an easy process for me. I even got free pizza! Who can argue with that?!Isaac was also very helpful and patient with me. My last apt complex needed extra accommodations, as far as needing paperwork to be sent in 3 different formats (for some reason), but he took his time and offered me a few suggestions on how to work with them to expedite the process.The whole staff is awesome!10/10 would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience being introduced to the community and signing a lease! Aubree is fantastic and very forth coming about the development. She led me to an excellent apartment and assisted in navigating pricing.The apartment itself was mostly clean and ready to go. The main issues were just scuffs or marks from the previous tenants.The Residences at the Collection is also located right off the highway and within walking distance of an amazing shopping center. I look forward to the continued developments here.Overall 4 and a half/5 stars!

I moved in the end of last month and honestly can say I love these apartments! Everything is well kept from the hallways, to the outside areas, to valet trash coming in a timely manner. My apartment is great everything was new when I moved in. Aubree made the leasing experience smooth and helped me through all my questions it was a little bit of a long process to complete all of the leasing tasks but again Aubree was there to answer all my questions and help me and never got frustrated with me. If I had one thing to say it would be lack of communication from the office only because the number on google will not give you the complex it’s an answering service. Make sure you get their correct phone number when speaking to them. Other than that 5 stars!

My wife and I moved in two weeks ago into our unit and we really love it! The unit has everything we need - especially a washer and dryer. We didn’t expect to have it, but after like 5 days we moved in, maintenance gentlemen hooked up a new one. The apartment offers valet waste service which is super convenient! As I was filling out the move-in condition form, I found some insect nests on the balcony wall, a pest control gentleman came and took care of it. Last but not least, Aubree! Aubree is super helpful as we filled out the apartment application and we’re settling into the unit with her follow-up calls. I’ll update my review how my living experience in this apartment would have been like on the day we move out. So far so great. I would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone!

If you’re looking for a floor plan at this apartment complex, work with Aubree!Seriously. If you want to book an apartment/townhome here, find the floor plan you like, grab your laptop/iPhone, and head into the office to ensure the process runs smoothly. Aubree was super helpful, patient, and walked us through our lease in a very timely manner. She is super personable and will go out of her way for you.Also, this area is super nice and a huge reason I like it is because it is walkable to a lot of restaurants/food. Really like that you get that residential feel but are also close to a lot of things.

Aubree was great from start to finish! I first began the daunting task of searching for an apartment home only a few weeks before my move date. By the time I found Residences at the Collection, it’s safe to say I was over it completely. When I first walked in the office, Aubree was there alone and getting ready to leave for lunch. Unlike most people that would have asked me to come back, Aubree gladly postponed her lunch to assist me and answer all my questions. A couple weeks later, I decided this was the place for me and I reached out with more questions. Aubree made sure I was informed and kept in touch with me every step of the way. Even after my move in, she has made it her priority to make sure I feel at home! Thank you so much for being kind and so willing to help, Aubree!

Ive lived here since 2015, and I can count on one hand the amount of times Ive been annoyed at my problems here. Thats awesome for being here 7 years! Aubree in the leasing office is amazing. She wasnt here when I moved in, but I recommended this place to my partner to move into. Aubree helped him move in and took care of everything seamlessly. This complex has good options for apartments and townhomes, it is located near great shops and restaurants, and crime is very low. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because neighbors can be noisy *sometimes.* But its not even a lot. Overall, I couldnt recommend this place and Aubree enough.

I recently moved to this property to be closer to work. I LOVE the complex and I have seen no issues with concerns in previous reviews about cleanliness. On several occasions since moving here I have seen the maintenance team picking up trash that others failed to properly dispose of and they were very prompt in making any repairs needed so that my unit was in perfect order before I moved in. The office staff has been exceptional from the time I toured the property until I leased. My leasing agent Jonnie is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure he stays in contact with you during the entire leasing process. Also this complex is very quiet and is very close to nice shopping and restaurants and well as a lot of new development nearby that makes it great for busy professionals.

I toured this property last week in search of an apartment . It is a very nice property I like the pool area. The gym could use some help the equipment is a bit outdated but, it’s functional. I was helped by the assistant manager Joyce. She made the whole experience great!!! Joyce was very helpful, nice, professional and informative. From the service Joyce provided I could gather that they are very customer service oriented. This is very important when it’s comes to choosing an apartment complex to live in. I will definitely keep this property in my options.

I would like to appreciate Maintence gentleman Dallas for having great customer service. He was on call this weekend and I was having issues with my air conditioner, he changed the filter and explained how it may take awhile because it may have froze. I was satisfied with that bought a fan and was dealing with it. Dallas actually was concerned and came back to check on the temperature after an hour and found out it was moving so he went on the roof and found the problem. Because of Dallas actually caring about the resident I was not inconvenienced at all. All shout outs go to Dallas. I feel great knowing he’s here! Welcome to our community.

I’ve lived at this community since March 2020. I tip my hat off to both Joy and Eldo for always providing excellent customer service. They are always reliable and professional. They have gone the extra mile whenever I have issues; whether it be my renewal or refrigerator replacement. My refrigerator went out and was leaking. I explained how this was an ongoing issue. Eldo had my refrigerator replaced immediately. On multiple occasions he’s came in to fix what the previous maintenance guys attempted and failed at.I don’t know how to split this review. If I could.. the five stars would be for Joy and Eldo. The property manager Sherry would receive zero stars.When attempting to renew my lease agreement I was treated less than a resident who is valued. Sheri was extremely rude and condescending. She had very little knowledge of her company or office protocol and treated me as if I was a nuisance. Rather than apologizing she became defensive of her staffs negligence. After also explaining to her that I was frustrated with the maintenance supervisor for not having a properly working fridge or ice maker she stated that I’m bringing up things that have nothing to do with my renewal. I take it she knows little about resident retention. She is zero help. #dobetter #residentsmatter

Current Resident: The Collection is great! Ive been here almost 2 years & I dont have any major complaints. Maintenance is awesome and prompt. The front office has always been friendly and accommodating. IF I could change anything it would would be the trash situation. Curb side pick up sometimes makes the building look dirty. Id almost prefer to take my own trash to the dumpster and not pay the fee. All in all great place to live.

My husband and I have lived here since December 2011, a little after the complex first opened, and have had the pleasure of calling it home since. Weve enjoyed the gym facility, location (close proximity to CVS, Bank of America, as well as other businesses within walking distance), friendly staff/maintenance team and the beautifully functional Flats floor plan. Weve very much appreciated the smart design of our unit with the amazing island working double as a work space for cooking/baking creations as well as our main dining table area. This unit has been great during all times of the year and we will be sad to leave it behind when we relocate this spring. Its been a great run here and weve enjoyed all the luxuries The Collection has had to offer. Thanks!

The office staff are all absolutely delightful!!! Parking is very easy for visitors. Lots of dog walkers and kind faces. Nice location and lots of good vibes. New Starbucks location is nearby. Over all: Great place to live. Have all the amanities that are required in the apt.

The management that is over the complex currently to me is doing a great job. they have lines of communications open and they are a lot more honest than management was when I first moved in.

Maintenance staff here is simply amazing. Anything I have needed repaired in my townhome Jacolby and Justin have been outstanding and quick to complete. They have gone over and beyond to make this apartment a home.

Definitely love living here! Good location and layout and maintenance issues were dealt with quickly. Lauren and Lauryn are both great and actually solved the problems I brought to them which isnt something I can usually say about property management.

1. Location is ideal. It is close to nearby gas stations, CVS, local shops and 121 freeway.2. The apartments are clean and are built earlier than surrounding apartments.3. Staff is friendly and available. I had Morena who helped me get into my desired apartments quickly. She addressed all of my concerns and was available. Whenever she wasnt available Jess was there to help me out as well.I was a bit concerned about safety since there are no gates surrounding the apartments, but in order to enter any building each person needs a fob key. It gets annoying when guests come through but i am ok with that since it is regarding my safety.

I recently relocated my family to the DFW area and the staff at Residences have truly made us feel at home. I’m a single mom who has to travel for work and I love that my family is treated with so much respect and care & my kids can sit in the clubhouse to do homework. Destiny is so sweet and always has the fridge in the clubhouse stocked with goodies for the kids to have after school. Reggie and Margarita are just amazing and so happy all the time! We recently moved into the Residences at the Collection in Carrollton, Texas as our temporary home while were building a new house. The staff has always been so friendly, and maintenance very responsive to our request to look at a potential problem in our master bathroom.The unit is just perfect for us! Their townhomes come with 2 car garages and a small backyard for our doggies. The unit is very spacious with lots of closet space.I highly recommend anyone looking for a new home to consider the Residences at the Collection.Thanks for letting this be our home for a few months.Jeannie and JR Borland
