    I have loved living here the past year! The management is super kind and helpful- they always send someone up almost immediately after I call/put in a work order if anything is wrong! I feel super safe and right at home here. I have no complaints at all- the property manager, Irene, is so sweet and takes care of all of us living here! I’m a college student, and my parents have no worries knowing that I’m so taken care of here. I cannot recommend enough!!!

    We love living here. Since the new management took over, the place is very clean, well kept, and decorated appropriately for the holidays. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. Not artificially so either. Very quick response to repair requests, too. Our AC went out on Easter Sunday, and maintenance came to fix it in less than hour. Just a fantastic place to live all the way around.

    Been living here for almost a year and can’t say enough about how amazing this apartment complex is. The apartments are well constructed and quite, the management team is amazing creating a cohesive and quite community and the maintenance team is always top notch. They also keep the front gates functional and the grounds are always well kept as well. We have lived in countless apartments over the years and can confidently say this is our favorite by far!

    We are very glad to have found Residence at Oakmont to live while attending graduate school. Having lived in other parts of B/CS, this place has far exceeded any expectations I have for a place to live. The office staff is extremely friendly and always attentive to our needs. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. The apartments themselves are also in wonderful condition. It has felt like moving into a brand new house. Overall, we have loved living here and would highly recommend to others.

    If I could give ten stars I would. I lived at Residence at Oakmont for two years and it was hands down the best renting experience Ive ever had. It was honestly so hard to leave. 😭Not only are the apartments beautiful, but the amenities are great and the landscape is stunning. Its a really quiet community too, with the gym almost always being empty and the pool never being full of people. The grounds were well-maintained and the property was kept extremely clean. Maintenance was quick and responsive for every issue I had. I even had someone come to my apartment to kill a bug for me. And on that topic, I can count on my hand the number of times I even saw bugs. Granted, I lived on the third floor and used a high-end preventative bug spray but nevertheless.Also, they had the cutest little events for residents pretty regularly. I could go on and on! The cherry on top is that I am getting my FULL deposit back which is such a rarity for apartments. I probably wont ever be able to find an apartment complex better than RO so the next step is definitely getting a house!Thank you so much to Irene and Alexus for the best last two years!

    Just recently moved in and I cannot say enough good things about this complex. One of my most sought after things for an apartment is CLEANLINESS and this place knocks it out of the park. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Pool, Gym and Office are always clean. It’s quiet and feels safe. This property actually cares about your comments and concerns and wants you to have a great experience living here.

    One of my favorite places I have lived in while in the Bryan/CS area.The apartments are clean, safe, and feel like home. On top of that, Irene has been amazing throughout every part of our move in as she was always avalaible, accommodating, and friendly.Overall, they really care that you have a great experience. Highly recommend!

    I’ve been living here for 2 years and it’s very quiet. The walls arent thin at all, I’ve never heard my neighbors. They keep the complex VERY clean and I’ve never seen any bugs or spiders. I love it. Maintenance also responds to your request in a timely manner. Irene(property manager) is excellent. She goes out of her way to assist me when I need something and she’s always very pleasant. I love staying here! I have zero complaints!

    Ive been a resident here for 4 years. Id say the negative reviews have to be from old management. The current property manager, Irene, is amazing. Maintenance takes requests seriously, Irenes response time is amazing and overall staff seems to really care about residents. The property stays clean, its relatively quiet, the office enforces cleaning up after pets and amenities always work and are nice. My husband and I love it here.

    I have had the pleasure of calling Residence at Oakmont my home for the past two years, and as I approach my third year, I am compelled to share my positive experiences with this wonderful community.My time at Oakmont began under the management of a different company, and unfortunately, it was not the smoothest start. The initial management team was challenging to work with, slow in their responses, and maintenance issues seemed to drag on for months. However, a significant and positive transformation occurred when a new management company took over.Under the current management, living at Oakmont has become truly enjoyable. The responsiveness to inquiries is remarkable, and communication channels are always open. The maintenance team has been bolstered, resulting in a more efficient resolution of issues. I appreciate the commitment to timely and effective service. The improvements to the physical environment are also notable. The landscaping of the complex has been redone, giving the grounds a fresh and vibrant appearance. Additional benches at the dog park and more dog walking stations throughout the complex showcase a thoughtful consideration for the residents and their furry friends.One of the standout features of this complex is the availability of backyards for the majority of first-floor units, providing a wonderful space for pets to roam and residents to enjoy the outdoors.     There are no other apartments that compare. The maintenance and office staff go beyond what is necessary to ensure the property is kept tidy and are quick to respond to any concerns. More specifically, the maintenance supervisor, Robert, is always in a great mood and addresses maintenances requests in a respectful and professional manner. I have had nothing but positive experiences with all the staff here. A great place to live overall.

    Ive lived here for 3 1/2 years now, past management was horrendous, absolutely horrendous. New management is polar opposite in the upkeep and making sure this is a safe and clean complex. The grounds are clean, the beautiful pool is cleaned every day and the barbecue area is always cared for and ready to use. The maintenance is fabulous, courteous and gets things done quickly. Irene the manager, and the other office staff are knowledgable and quick to respond to any questions. The complex is quiet and I have not had a single issue since the last company left after it was sold a year ago. Its a great location and Im grateful to live in a beautiful space.

    My husband and I recently moved to BCS. We’re both Ags, and closer to retirement! The facility grounds are beautiful and well-kept! Irene, the property manager runs a tight ship! No trash, overgrown grass, or pests litter the lawns or halls. Friendly residents and engaging community activities. The perfect place to live for grad students, married students, families or retirees! We loved living here! Irene and her staff are amazing! All are friendly, responsive, and helpful. The apartments are clean, well maintained and modern.

    I wish I could have lived here longer.. I was getting out of my previous lease and had to find a reliable home fast. The staff at Residence at Oakmont Apartments were so helpful and so reassuring. They helped us find a place we could call home with such ease & grace. I always had tons of questions and made visits/calls to the office almost daily but nonetheless my roommate and I were greeted with smiles & professionalism everytime. The staff were always ready to take on any questions or concerns we had & on one occasion they sent someone to help me unload heavy furniture from my truck up to my apartment! The grounds, facilities, and buildings were always EXTREMELY well kept there was never a plant out of line. My neighbors were always so kind & the complex was always quiet & peaceful. I was sad I had to move. I have had some horrendous experiences with apartments & rentals in the past but The Residents at Oakmont was not one of them. If I could give 10 stars I would.10/10 If you are looking for a peaceful & friendly community to call home, you NEED to give The Residents at Oakmont a visit!

    Overall, we had a great experience here! Our apartment was beautiful and it is in a quiet part of town. The only issues we had had to do with construction, as the complex was still being built when we moved in and things werent ready when they were supposed to be. My husband and I loved living here though. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Things got taken care of very quickly. This was a great place for us to call home for a year. I would highly recommend it!

    If I didn’t have to move out I would not have! When I moved in January of 2022 Residences at Oakmont was under sub par management, but the management now is beyond AMAZING! Irene takes care of each and every resident with care and skill! Maintenance is always on the job and takes care of things in a swift manner! I loved living here and wish I could have stayed! Don’t be fooled by the past reviews because with the new management the Residences at Oakmont are the place to be! I would give them 1000 stars if I could!

    Residence at Oakmont is a wonderful place to live. It is beautiful, well-maintained, and very friendly. Staff truly appreciate their residents and go out of their way to show it. The gym, pool and other amenities are first class. The location is perfect… balanced between peaceful suburbs and rural settings (gorgeous area to take a walk), and only a few minutes from every kind of shopping or service you could need. 15 minutes to TAMU. It is truly the best!

    The Residence @ Oakmont are incredible! Pristine interiors and inviting outdoor spaces. I especially like having W/D in unit tucked away neatly. I personally worked with Alexus.     The new management here is absolutely amazing! If I could give 100 stars, I would!I signed my original lease with the old management company and when they left, they took my lease, application, and deposits and left me to be homeless. When I told the new management company what happened, they worked extremely hard, both during and after typical office hours, to go above and beyond and find an apartment for me to move into before I had to leave my previous house. They even waived my deposit just for the troubles the previous management company caused!Irene and Alexis are constantly running around the complex doing the absolute most for their residents. For example, in the two weeks that I’ve been there, I managed to get my key stuck in the deadbolt, so I left a note with the leasing office that morning and it was fixed when I got home from work. They even called to check on me that evening! I see them walking around helping the residents, having conversation with the residents, and going out of their way to make Oakmont a home everyday. I absolutely love this complex and would recommend to everyone!

    I have been living in this apartment complex for about 6 months.Pros:- New and clean!- Open concept kitchen- Great lighting- Great outside view (depends on units)- Big living room size- Wooden floor- Good size walk-in closetCons:- I already changed 2 light bulbs in 4 months after moving in the new unit. I have one blinking.- A staff/manager sent an email to all residents about a cars tires got stolen. She/he wrote that the tires got stolen was not because of their broken gates so its not their responsibility. To me, it seems like it would not happen if gates were operating. I really feel bad for the person who experienced this. If it was me, I would be so upset.You dont have to send that email to show off you are not caring your residents.I still give you 4 stars because the apartment itself is great. Since I have not experienced any maintenance issues I cannot tell if they are good/bad. Residence at Oakmont, please be more responsible/reasonable and youll improve your reputation.

    I’ve lived here for almost 8 months and I haven’t had any problems. My apartment looked really new so I never needed someone to fix anything so I can’t testify about the admi. For the past 3-4 months the parking has been getting a little bit more crowded but I’ve always been able to get parking relatively close (just not right in front of my apartment like before) and you can always pay for additional private parking. In general is really quite and I really like that they have fenced in yards for my dog, the bathrooms are really clean, big, and modern.The main gate stops working very randomly every now and then but they usually fix it pretty fast.

    I don’t move in for another 5 weeks but I lived at the other complex that management also runs across the street. I should have never left this management team in the first place. Irene and Alexis (as well as other staff) are the best property managers I have had in the last 16 years. I highly suggest to keep renewing your lease if you stay local and can afford it. You won’t find a better team. Excited to be moving back into a complex managed by them.

    I could not speak higher of the staff at Residence at Oakmont! This has by far been the best experience we have ever had with a property. Everyone from the front desk to Maintenance, are extremely friendly and accommodating. The amenities are great and the customer service is astounding! No matter what is going on they greet you with a smile and solve your problems quickly. The property is quiet and stylish, we could note be happier with our decision to move into this property! We love everything this place has to offer but mostly enjoy the friendly, inviting atmosphere that the staff has created!

    All I can say are positive things about my experience at Residents at Oakmont. The staff is very kind, professional and accommodating. From my first day of meeting and touring with Justin to the present day it has been the best place I have lived at in 16 yrs of renting. The leasing process could not have gone smoother. Anytime I had an appointment with Justin he was always on time and never made me feel rushed. I was given the keys on time and did not have to request them (as you can tell this has been an issue in the past). I found a few cosmetic blemishes and reported it to management upon move in. Nothing major just a part of the condition report. Justin scheduled a time between myself, himself and the construction crew to remedy the issue immediately. The staff is very kind and helpful. Even going out of their way to help deliver large packages to the residents apartments. Justin or staff are always in the office during business hours (a lot of times before and after business hours). I am beyond satisfied with the apartment complex and hope I do not have to move anytime soon. I highly recommend this place!

    I have moved around a bit and lived in a few apartment complexes before moving into Residence at Oakmont. No apartment staff prior to this has even came close to how friendly and accommodating the workers are at Residence at Oakmont. The leasing and maintenance team will go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy in the community. Fallon and Charlie have helped me far beyond their job descriptions when I had a flat tire in the parking lot, and acts like that show how much they truly care about their tenants. All apartments and amenities are beautiful and look as pictured on the website. Although there are a lot of other apartments in BCS that are nice to look at too, you will not find another complex with the hospitality Ive seen here!

    I have lived here since July of 2019. I have had truly enjoyed living here. Residence at Oakmont is an overall great place to live, no matter your age. It is pet friendly too! This was very important to me because I needed a place that offered a unit with an attached yard and not just a dog park. Surprisingly this was one of the few in town that offers both. The staff, Justin, Kayleigh and Fallon are amazing! Anytime I need something they are on top of it immediately. I really enjoy how quiet this area is too. Great central area to be in whether you work in College Station or Bryan. Right down the road from Campus too! The amenities are great and the prices are just even better. Highly recommend checking this place out before anywhere else!

    Recently moved here 09/20, and I have to say!!! From where I came from this place is AMAZING!!! Amenities and services they offer are great!! And manager has been helpful through the entire move here. Any questions I have had has been answered and any help I needed has been offered. If you decide to move here.     I have lived here for over 2 years... moved in during the construction finish out of the property, lived during the whole covid mess with all the issues that caused. Understandably there were issues related to that environment, however the staff were always extremely helpful, courteous and professional. It takes a little while to work out all of the kinks with a new property, and Im thankful to say that it has been smooth sailing for a while now. Staff and maintenance are always very responsive and helpful, quality people.Pros: Nice Complex, great pool, outdoor grilling area by the pool and workout rooms, common area clubhouse is nice, very quiet complex, friendly staff.Social events are now beginning to be held, which is a great opportunity to meet more of the residents.So glad I moved here!!!

    Great complex! Awesome staff! The pool is brand new with amazing covered porch with outdoor sofas, lounge chairs (poolside), and covered chairs for shade. The outdoor kitchen area and grill makes the pool a great place to hang out during the summer. This complex is quiet and in a great location. Highly recommend!

    First and foremost this is a really great place to live. It is quite and away from the main road. My husband and I looked at countless other apartments before we decided to live here. The apartments are really high end and spacious. There is a layout for just about everyone! Justin, Kayliegh and Fallon all work together to make sure that all of the tenants are kept up to date on everything going on within the Residence at Oakmont. The gym is amazing! It looks out over the pool area and green space. There are always fresh towels and the gym is always clean. This is a must for me. They have protein powder available as well if you like that sort of thing. The community areas are also clean and stocked with water bottles, soda and little snacks for the community when theyre either playing pool or just hanging out! They also have this area that you can rent out for parties. It has an oven, sink and prep space if you need it. On a side note there is also a beautiful meeting room that is also available for renting out. Also, if you have a maintenance issue; Vernon, has it fixed in a timely manner. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept and the valet trash company always is on time on trash days. These apartments are definitely worth looking at!     I moved from a high rise in Chicago to Bryan College station. I wanted to find a place that kept the quality standard that I was use to. I viewed many Apt Complexes in BCS area. Even at first sight nothing compared to Residence at Oakmont. The layout is beautiful and the Pendelton Apt 2x2 is gorgeous. Me and my Wife are very happy with our new place! 5 stars from me!

    Great place to live! I rent a 2 bed 1 bath unit and couldnt be happier. This is a great place to live. All my neighbors are great and super quiet. The staff is always super helpful and nice. Perfect central area for anyone to be. I still cant believe how affordable this place is compared to other complexes here in town. I highly recommend checking this place out before anywhere else!

    This place has been a dream sent. I cannot recommend this place enough. The management has been nothing but kind and helpful. They even had one of the best Crawfish boils I’ve had in town for residences. The maintenance team is responsive and quick. I’ve researched other places for months and you can’t get a better deal for the space and quality. This is the place to live in all seriousness.

    In LOVE with this place! My fiancée and I signed our lease over the weekend and we could not be happier! The office staff was absolutely amazing (especially considering we are in the middle of a pandemic)! The property is so clean and beautiful. Our move in date can’t come fast enough!

    My girlfriend and I toured the property and immediately fell in love. The property is still under construction but that did not cause any issue for our tour. The leasing agent Kayliegh was very professional and made us feel very welcome. The property manager Justin also assisted us with additional information and was very nice. We decided to lease with Oakmont and absolutely enjoy it here. With great staff and a beautiful new property, its a no-brainer. (The good pricing also helps) I would recommend Oakmont to anyone I know.
