    Just finished a tour with Tisha Govea and she was amazing, very thorough and answered any questions I had about the property. Even though I didn’t qualify due to income restrictions (bummer) she was very welcoming and told me about other properties they have.

    Ive lived here for a few months and i enjoy it. The staff is friendly and willing to help with anything they can, and yes it gets crazy at times with neighbors arguing, drug trafficking, and kids roaming around saying inappropriate things to one another but overall I mind my business. Theyre trying to improve the community the best way possible and I work at night i feel safe with the ranger that walks around now while I wait for my ride. Its been an experience but regardless of the negative theres always a positive as well.

    I have been here for about 3 months. The only complaint is that we got a fine for leaving our trash by the front door in the hall for one night (which I admit is our fault) but there are other residents who live there who have left their trash out for over 5 days and nothing happened. The only way we know that is because 1). That person is a friend of mine and he told me nothing had happened. But also they put a paper on your door saying what it says, so anyone can walk by and see it.

    This is the second property Ive rented under Leslie. The first being Mueller flats (both in Austin). Both properties I initiated renting under previous management to Leslie. In both cases? The properties were poorly managed and in disrepair upon initial renting. When it comes to turning properties around and getting them back on track? Leslies almost a goddess.Upon her taking the management of the property over, she does an initial evaluation of the needs of the tenants, evaluates the staff and cuts any potential problems off at the get-go. She has an eye and a talent for putting the correct people in the right places to be most effective where the issues lie in order to ensure that they address any outstanding issues.When it comes to the treatment of the tenants? Leslie is always available to hear any complaints, compliments, and is up front about what can be done, what cannot be done, and if there is anything that shes unsure of she tells you up front. Shell do the needed research and is perpetually on task with research on anything in question. You might not always want to hear what she has to say, but at minimum what she tells you is the truth even if its not what you want to hear.Not once have I ever dealt with Leslie and seen her have anything short of a smile on her face that goes all the way up to the eyes, a positive attitude and a willingness to make sure that issue or questions are addressed up front and in full.The location of the property is close to all needed shopping and barring location of employment I-35 really doesnt need to be taken in order to shop for anything other than essentials. Schools and neighborhood are outstanding cosmetically, traffic is light, the streets, sidewalk, and complex are all well lit. The gated community within is very safe.I am certain under Leslies guidance that this community will quickly escalate not just in customer satisfaction, but in value, in desirability, and in being not just a safe place to rent, but a place with which anyone will quickly desire to call home. I know that I feel safe enough under her management having seen her skills, talents, and guidance to have rented under her not just once, but twice.

    Management is very responsive and staff is friendly. The community is surprisingly quiet for central Austin, backs up on a hill overlooking a Green Belt. Minimal maintenance issues as its a new property.

    These apartments are good but they can be always improve on a lot things like cleaning the breeze way area and the stairs they are very dirty and needs a good power washing machine to get the dirt up bleach and soap is a must and shoutout to all the ladies that work in the office they are helpful Veronica and cara and Lenshia
