Her dedication to the residents is evident in her responsiveness and attentiveness to any concerns or requests. She manages the community with professionalism and a personal touch that makes a big difference in the overall experience.The maintenance team deserves special mention as well. They are incredibly efficient, addressing any issues swiftly and thoroughly.Overall, the Reserve at Jones Road offers a wonderful living experience with its exceptional management, efficient maintenance, and beautiful, tranquil setting. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

This is a wonderful community to live in! The management is caring and willing to help with any need that may arise. Each time Ive put in a maintenance request they are here in an instance. They are very kind and considerate, quickly solving the problem and getting it fixed. I highly recommend anyone to make this their home. Thank you to all at “The Reserve at Jones Road” for welcoming my family, showing us the love of Christ.

Love the staff! Always friendly & attentive. Wonderful gated community. Quiet & clean. Enjoy the food festivities held at office very much. The staff truly care about their residents and their concerns.

The services in The Reserve should get 10 stars. I think they read my mind anytime I have asked for repair or just help with the lightbulb. It’s done before the email is even received. I’m not kidding. Also when I renewed my lease, I Was offered a free rug cleaning Because I renewed my leases. And I’d also like to give 10 stars to Catrina And Lepi for everything they do. They go above and beyond. Reserve is the best anybody thinking about moving here? Highly recommended!

We absolutely love The Reserve at Jones Road, Staff and Maintenance Crew! We had an issue with a noise coming from our heating unit on a weekend when it was cold! Within an hour the maintenence guy was there and ready to address the issue! We really werent expecting that response! WITHIN an HOUR! This is our first apartment living experiance and I must say if we ever move, they have set the bar HIGH for resident satisfaction! The Complex is well kept and maintained. I feel very safe walking my dogs at any hour of the day. Leti and her Crew are the best at what they do! I highly recommend The Reserve at Jones Road!

I rented apartment for my son who is attending CBC and I am very grateful to Ms Leticia for all her help. Any concerns we had during this last 2 years were taken care of promptly and with the smile. Maintenance team is very efficient, grounds are well manicured.

The Reserves on Jones Road is a wonderful place to call home. The apartments are spacious and well laid out with modern finishes. The staff is friendly, helpful and responsive to any issues that come up. The location is convenient with easy access to shops and restaurants. The amenities like the gym, pool, dog parks, playground and clubhouse area make it easy to relax and enjoy your free time. This apartment has been the best one that I have lived in yet! The best part of this apartment is the friendly staff and, specifically, the maintenance man. The whole experience from signing a lease to the convenience of moving out soon has been flawless. I highly recommend! The area is quiet and I have had no problems with any neighbors.

Everyone here is really nice. The apartment itself is beautiful. The area as a whole is so quiet and peaceful. I have had zero problems. They made moving in so easy and hassle free. The ladies at the front desk are soooo nice and so helpful.
