I have lived at Reserve at Engel for 4 years and absolutely love it it’s a quite clean and very comfortable place to live great floor plans spacious patios with beautiful views . Management is always available and very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to assist and help the complex is kept clean and yard is always looking great i absolutely recommend this place for a future home 😊

Im going on my 4th year living at the reserve at Engel I love living here, I love the activates the manager hosts to get residents to know each other This past weekend 11/11/2023 he hosted a garage sale I met some really nice people. I absolutely love Manuel he really cares about his property and the people that live there. I have lived at other apartments in the area and never experienced this. I couldnt be more pleased to why I have stayed there being a single mom of 11 year twins myself and my kids feel safe. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

This is a wonderful place to reside. Ive lived here for several years and have to commend the office management Manuel. He always helps his tenants its always clean and the property is very clean. There has been some tenants that didnt belong and glad to say are no longer there.Small community and always having tenant functions with upper management to promote tenant interaction. Very good for plans and great location.

I drive by this apartment complex everyday. It amazes me that it is so clean and very well maintained. So I decided to go and check out. I was so surprised when the guy opened the door. The office was cleaned and had a fresh clean smell and nice appeal. The staff was so informative about Tax Credit & so many other things. I would never think these apartments were for low income people. The manager REALLY cares about his property. Wish I could have lived here.

I have lived here since 2018 and it is amazing! Spacious floor plans, convenient laundry room and amazing office staff! Any maintenance problems we have had have all been quickly resolved. Property manager is absolutely amazing and super helpful in any time of need! I will always recommend this property to my friends.

I applied or got on the waiting list in Dec2017. I actually received notification in March that my name was next on the list and they had a 1 bedroom coming available. I am now a tenant, I absolutely LOVE IT! The manager is very professional & friendly. He takes care of any of my concerns in a timely manner and maintenance man and manager are a great team. They are on top of the community issues and provide a safe clean, maintenance free community. As a tenant I want to let corporate know that the management team have above average Customer Service skills and they are a class act in representing corporate. I couldnt have picked a better place to call HOME so ... Thank You from a grateful and very pleased tenant.

I have lived here for 3, going on 4 years, and I absolutely love it. The management team/maintenance are super helpful. They know their tenants on first name basis. My neighbors are all very friendly, and we all help each other out. I have 3 children, and feel very safe living here.

I’ve been a tenant since Reserve at Engel Road opened and I love living here! Manuel, the manager is professional, friendly, and always so helpful. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t taken care of immediately. The property is kept up with nicely and landscaping always looks great. My family is very happy here and management couldn’t be better!

I love my apartment at the Reserve at Engel. The rooms are large, and appliances are very energy efficient. Im especially impressed with Manuel for his professionalism and timely response to any request that has arisen. Hes a pleasure to work with.

It is a beautiful and quiet apartment complex. The layout is quiet spacious. They keep their property clean and they have a pool and small playground for little ones to play.I would call first to check availability or to schedule a walk through they maybe already full.

The Manager Manuel is very helpful and maintenance came out right away, even after hours when I had an AC issue. That was definitely appreciated having a daughter with asthma. Very thankful to be here.

This is a great place to live. The management and maintenance are exceptional, and if you have a problem it is addressed right away....with no delays. The property is a quiet community. The grounds are well kept.

I would LOVE to be able to live here. I spoke to agent Lisa this evening. She said shes going to put me on the waiting list. We live in Az. and need to move back home to be around our familyI did get to see some of the process of it going up.Its a perfect place and perfect price to me!!!!This would be our forever home.

I have not lived here but i have been trying to get in touch with the office or anyone for that matter to ask about the waiting list, i have called the office numerous times, and have sent countless emails with no response. I would love to live here, but how can they expect new residents if there isnt anyone who responds
