    Living here was a great experience. The staff was pleasant including the maintenance staff. A few amenities were added during my stay that added to your living experience.If you choose to stay, don’t select the front as the highway gets pretty noisy.

    When you come across nice, genuine people you have to count them as a blessing. Ms. Zandra Shepard it just that. I thank her so much for making sure all of my questions were answered and that I had a smooth move in. I appreciate her so much. Cant forget Ms. Vicki, when I advised her of the concerns I had with my apartment, she made sure maintenance took care of it ASAP. Im so blessed! Thank you for the positive experience.

    Recently move to this great property. I couldn’t take a better decision. The staff is really nice and they are always ready to do whatever it takes to get the work done. I want to do a special mention to Leo the cuban guy and Essaul , they are a dependable team member whom I can always count on to complete high-quality work promptly.

    I’ve lived here for 2 years and decided to leave a review because I don’t see enough positive ones. I have had nothing but great experiences at regency. I see a lot of negative comments about temporary employees. Well, after getting to know the front office staff, the permanent employees including Savanna and Mikayla are always diligent in responding to my questions or requests, are very knowledgeable when I have questions, and are just professional and friendly in general. One of the main front office staff went on leave for nearly 5 months and that’s why there were temporary employees who didn’t know what they were doing. It’s unfortunate so many had such bad experiences in a small amount of time, but I can attest that the permanent team here is excellent. When I moved in my apartment was in perfect condition and I had an smooth application and move in experience with the leasing agent even at that time. There has been turnover but it seems to me that they just wanted to have the right people in the office. The team goes out of their way to make sure you feel seen and actually takes action on your concerns. They follow up on maintenance issues that get completed and are quick to address it if anything is not done which shows they really do care about their residents . I’ve recommended regency to many friends looking for an apartment and will continue to.

    When my wife and I moved out we talked about forwarding any residual balance due and the manager seemed fine with that.We moved out before May was complete and still paid for June since we did move out early. Less than a week into July a bill for $100 was already in collections and I only found out after we received a harassment letter from a collection agency.Furthermore, despite being required to pay for the month of June they had rented out the space to another tenant. There were a few red flags with the current management team but by that point we were already relocating.Outside of this isolated incident, the facilities and apartments were wonderful. Id live there again.

    Just moved here in December and I recommend seeing Daniel! He took care of me the moment the apartment took us here to, even now. Very responsive maintenance team, love the valet trash. This place has the amenities as my old complex, just better location, affordable for the huge size, and its gated. They renovated their main office and I saw the new gym equipment being delivered, yet sadly I havent had time to check out the area due to my schedule. I love it here, I feel safe for my son and I and they are pretty friendly. I plan on staying here a while. Great experience so far!

    Merissa did an amazing job helping my husband and I with the application process and making sure we really understand the deal we were getting. With her being a military spouse as well she really helped me feel more at home because she was very understanding of how BAH works and knowing how everything works because she’s been there and done that. The apartments are very spacious and absolutely beautiful, closest are every woman’s dream. We did not get the upgraded apartments however, the older apartments are still very beautiful. The downside is in my unit their using the apartments are using the garage for storage and it’s one little con that I can work with. I move in June and I’m very excited to start this new chapter at the regency at dell ranch.

    Community as well kept, just recently moved into a one bedroom with a view, and I haven’t had any problems. The staff in the office was really nice to me during the leasing process I’ve been working with one of the leasing agents now for about two weeks and they have answered every question and concerned that I’ve had. Glad that I made the decision to move here.

    After almost 3 years Im moving on from this great apartment. This was my divorced guy starter place lol. The office and maintenance staff have always been a pleasure to work with. Maintenance handles concerns quickly. The apartments themselves are beautiful and the amenities are mostly excellent. Many fun days and nights were spent BBQing by the pool with my kids. The 24 hour gym got almost daily use from me and was generally maintained well with an adequate amount of equipment.Overall I would highly recommend Regency at Dell Ranch!Thanks for the memories!John

    6/2/17 Update: The manager reached out to me personally and listened to my concerns. Was apologetic and sincere. I really appreciate him taking the time to listen. Therefore will change to 4 stars. I have no other complaints or issues here. Very happy here. Probably will no renew but only because rent is a little too pricey for 1 bedroom and job location.6/1/17 I have been here for approx 6 months and never had a problem with office staff. Now there is all new staff and what a change. They are RUDE -poor customer service. Not renewing lease. I am not going to pay to be rudeness.

    I have lived here for 2 years and this is the best apartment for the price range and the size. Maintenance and management are very nice and helpful. Most of the maintenance requests gets addressed with in a day.

    I will update my review, I appreciate the fact that the maintenance and the property manager of this apartment took the time to meet me at my apartment so we could specifically go over some of the issues weve had and get a course of action in place. Its important to my fiance and I that we be in the know about these things, as we can make sure the issues are being resolved. What had us frustrated the most, is that someone from the front office would confirm with us and let us know that wed be informed every step of the way, and we just werent. We would have had to call and personally go into the office multiple times until the issues were even addressed. As renters, thats one thing we did not appreciate, this is our place of living and the home we chose for ourselves, so for us to be brushed off on many occasions, is what had us upset. Communication was severely lacking and not something we appreciated. Like I stated earlier, we appreciate Joel showing up and getting us on a course to get things resolved for us. We love this complex and property, it is a quiet place, has great amenities, and we absolutely love our specific floor plan as it is spacious and very open and exactly what we had been looking for when searching for an apartment.

    I lived at this apartment complex for just over 6 months and I can say its been the best experience with any complex by far. From the application process, maintenance requests, or lost keys, the staff have been extremely helpful. The towing agreement for this complex is on point and awesome when it comes to parking. Most complexes have very congested parking and lax rules on towing. I love the fact I can park close to my place at any point of the day. The staff at Regency Dell Ranch are the most top notch and professional individuals Ive ever had to lease with. Lori made the application process smooth and easy. Loren has helped me many times and has always been super professional and patient. I definitely give both Lori and Loren 5 stars and can say that they have made my experience at this complex enjoyable and easy, which is really hard to find in todays market. I look forward to extending my residence at Regency in the future to come. Cheers!

    FRESHLY RENOVATED, WOOD BURNING- FIREPLACE AND THE STAFF IS SUPER NICE! I LOVE LIVING HERE.I have been here now almost 3 years. I am so happy to live here! The staff is so professional and they are just nice people. If you want to live in a safe, newly renovated well built apartments, this is for you!!!

    The current staff they have is the best Ive ever experienced. Daniel and Loren are fantastic! The gym/pool areas are kept very clean. Maintenance is quick. Only real complaint is valet trash. I shouldnt have to pay if I dont use the service.

    Great community with great staff...Especially Loren!Been here almost 3 years and have always been taken care of. Anytime something breaks it is fixed quickly and the property is kept up well. The location is prime with 45 tollway / I-35 right here and all the stores you need. Check it out!
