New to the area, they gave me a tour of the complex and it was absolutely stunning! The complex is very well maintained, and a gorgeous common area. The amenities are perfect, from the workout room, to the clear pool! Apartments are very spacious, around a beautiful area. I highly recommend anyone, to give this complex a tour, you won’t regret it!

Went to tour the Ranch Thursday 10/24. I was assisted by YaYa who was amazing. She answered all of my questions upfront and also asked her questions to make sure she understood what Im looking for and wanted was able to be accommodated. The complex looked well kept and quiet. I loved the apts. overall and was shown two different layouts. I will be applying and hope that everything goes good so that I can call The Ranch at Fossil Creek home. Thank you YaYa for time, knowledge and great personality.

This will be our 3rd year now and we love our apartment.Though the housing market is pushing prices for everyone higher, they have managed to keep it somewhat fair for long term residents. Many tenants would love to see Exponential Property Group do more for the property while keeping rent low for long term residents so well see how it goes moving forward as the market trends up/down. Hopefully this will continue for the future in order to keep good tenants. We do have a lot of good people living on this property which makes it a safe and reliable place to live.Even though the management team has changed each year, for some reason, it seems to get better every time. Though we were very happy with Jocie and sad to see her go we are thankful for her thoroughness and conversations on various occasions.We now welcome the new manager, Adrianna. She essentially made our rent affordable again under our new lease which is a blessing. We are thankful and hopeful this will continue through the years. Also, after discussing the needs of our community she shared her vision for the next fiscal year and we are excited to see what she can do for our property!

My family and I love this place that’s why we are here. The management now is excellent, I like Orlando specifically. However, there are guys with motorcycle that is very loud that goes back and forth in this complex when we are all just trying work or sleep. I could hear dogs barking literally when y’all go back and forth. Please you are causing disturbance, you’re not the only person here as we are all just trying to respect our neighbors. I’m not saying don’t ride your motorcycle but couldn’t you consider other people? What happened to fields if y’all wanted to learn? Because I see y’all changing to different guys each passing. It’s 5speed limit in here and y’all are literally speeding back and forth this evening why? It’s not right. I’m writing it here because 1. I told management before and I’m sure you were told to tune it down a bit but you’re still doing it. 2. It’s evening and they are closed. Please respect other people as the rest of us are doing.

I have been a resident here for a little over a month and my experience has not been all that great. The complex has the potential to be amazing however, we have ran into so many issues in our short time here. First thing started with our floors being FLITHY upon move in. There was dust, dirt and debris everywhere in the apartment and we were told that it would get taken care of and to this day it has not (ended up having to semi clean them myself but there is so much you can’t truly clean it without professional materials). Next thing was the sinks having leaks- it takes them more than the 24-48 hour policy that they claim they have for maintenance issues. If the trash is not in the bin it will not get picked up and even though they say they will pick up boxes as long as they’re broken down, that is a lie so you will have to take them yourself. Let’s not forget that they charge a $3 fee for visitors to park. There is no way to override it or change the length of time (there’s only a 24 hours option even if you’re not staying that long). And now we are having a/c problems. Our a/c unit went out last week and maintenance came the next day to “fix” which was great HOWEVER, a week later the a/c went out again and we are on day 5 with no progress. I had to put in another Service request just to call to get an update just for them to tell me they might have to put in a window unit for the time being. And when you try to call the office no one answers so you literally have to go to the office almost every time. I’ve tried my best to be patient and understanding in a sense that there are other residents with problems however, the lack of communication and honesty is where my frustration lies (and the seemingly constant issues with the apartment itself). In the beginning they make you feel like your problems are heard and a priority, but it definitely doesn’t feel that way.UPDATE4/12/23Though I just recently moved out of the apartment complex, I must say that my first and last days staying here were COMPLETELY different. Jocie and Priscilla has been so helpful in my moving out process and were always quick to help me with any assistance that I needed. Every time I complained about something or needed something addressed, they made sure it got situated and handled. I know that coming in after a team who clearly did not care about their residents must’ve been hard, but I can honestly say that I have seen the growth in the apartment complex and am confident that new residents and existing ones are in great hands. The pool situation has been taken care of, from my knowledge, and since the first maintenance issues I never had another problem with maintenance. The only thing that I would say is still a flaw is people having to register and pay for parking.

I moved here a little over two years ago and I have enjoyed my apartment so much. It is spacious, has beautiful laminate wood flooring, the grandest crown moulding I have ever seen, great lighting fixtures, stainless appliances and a flat top range that is awesome! There are plenty of windows to let in the light and there is a patio, which I think of as a porch. The dog parks are great for my pets and the grounds are always manicured and look beautiful. I like the layout of the buildings; it sort of reminds me of a little town instead of an apartment complex. There are lots of restaurants, next door practically. Convenience stores and grocery stores are plentiful. Northeast Mall is close by, as are the Alliance shopping centers. But of great importance to me is the fact that the management and office staff have always been courteous, and have always seemed genuine in their desire to be of service; they are always very helpful. The maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful, as well. When I moved here, I was coming from a situation that wasnt very friendly; I needed a place that was thoughtful, considerate, and kind. That is what I found at the Ranch at Fossil Creek.

I live in this wonderful community since 2004 and love it here. The office manager and stuff are so god to me. Maintenance team is very responsive and cooperative. Not much I have fixed for those years, but any request was taking care at the same day and work done perfectly. My apartment was renovated at time I went on vacation as I requested. Great group of people, clean and quite environment, convenient location. Enough parking spaces and two locations designated as visitor parking, so I have no worries when my friends or relatives visiting me. I recommend anyone to consider The Ranch a HOME.

The new management is so much better than the previous, they actually answer the phone, they are much more friendly and helpful, and the website works. My husband and I need something closer to work, and thats why we will not be renewing our lease. Only complaints are noise & other tenants related, and thats just part of living in an apartment- you cant expect everyone to be respectful of their neighbors.

I am a current resident here at The Ranch and my experience here as been wonderful. My wife and I appreciate the constant work and courtesy every worker here and the amount of effort they put into making sure every resident is satisfied. Recently, I had misplaced my car keys in at the postal office in the complex. They are Lifesavers because a worker found my car keys and turned it into the front office. I was going crazy without them. I just went down to the front office and asked a kind woman named Ruby if anyone had turned it into the front. She had it and i was just so relieved. Maintenance in the morning found them. I appreciate the Ranch!!! Thank you guys!

This was my home for 5 years and I loved it. I paid for covered parking and eventually a garage and I never had any parking issues. My 1/1 apartment was huge and upgraded and I always got compliments from my visitors. One of my friends even moved here after seeing my apartment. The front office went through many changes in my 5 year stay, but I was always treated with respect and courtesy. I still miss seeing the maintenance staff waving to me every day in their golf carts. Thank you Ranch at Fossil Creek, for helping me call Fort Worth home!

The dog park is amazing and all the people who take their dogs there are so nice! If you have a dog I would suggest living here because I have made so many good friends for myself and my pup living in this complex. I am quite excited about the opportunity to live in this community! I was a little concerned about it at first not having lived in an apartment for 16 years. But, I must say that my family have enjoyed this experience. I enjoy working out, and the 24 hr. fitness room is great. I also enjoy the proximity to local restaurants, businesses, and the hiking/biking trails. The staff is kind and accommodating as well. We are having a great time!

I have lived at The Ranch for just over 4 months and I love living in this complex. Eva was very sweet and helpful when I was looking for a new place to stay. The Ranch is very well kept and it makes me feel comfortable living here. Parking can be a little tough at times but I was able to rent a carport so that solves that problem. If you are looking for a clean apartment with nice office staff I recommend living here.

I was really giving this chance a shot before I got on here and wrote a review. I moved in early May, they fired the manager the same day I got my keys so everything was so unorganized did not even get my gate key until the next day.The new management really doesnt answer,( you have to callfew times) atleast the previous management you would be able to get a hold of.It was 90-94 degrees all weekend from Friday evening when I got home until today Monday.They removed the emergency line of the new phone service so if your AC goes out Friday goodluck, mind you it has been over 100 degrees each day.I will update this review once something is done.Update they fixed it after 5-7 days I haven’t had any issues since the apartments are not that bad it’s just the way that situation was handled at first.

Haven’t moved in yet, but after reading the reviews I was scared since I was in love as soon as I saw the property. I decided to ask questions regarding the reviews and saw how one sided these reviews where. Erica was completely honest and helpful, too mad she transferred locations. The next day once I got to meet Sterling, she was an angel as well. She is the property manager and both times I saw her she had so much energy and is so nice as well as always smiling. She was honest and upfront with the questions I asked her. And she helped this applying process fo by faster. She wasn’t annoyed after my 101 questions, she actually encouraged me to ask more. I will be moving in on the 15 of this month. And will keep you guys updated!!! But this far, 5 star with management and the help.

Other than that, this complex and apartment itself were a really great place to live. I loved the amenities they had to offer and enjoyed the apartment I lived in. The location is great, close access to two major interstates and many shops and restaurants. Rodney is a great manager and is very friendly and helpful. I do recommend to live here!

The Ranch has treated us PHENOMENALLY since the new management team has come in! Natalie, Lisavette, and Vallery completed each and every task we threw their way. We’ve been residents since late November of ‘21 and have had nothing but terrible service until this team came in. Everything that we needed fixed within our apartment was done immediately, our parking situation was fixed, etc etc.THANK YOU for everything y’all do!

So me and my husband have lived in this apartment for 3 weeks and we are greatful to finally have a place to call home. The staff is great ! Our leasing agent Eva was such a sweet and caring person . She took her time to show us around the area before moving in and explained in detail everything we need to know about the property. We are great full to be in this apartment complex so far our request have been attended to . Thank you fossil creek staff for making us feel welcomed. God Bless you all .

Honestly me and my fiancé live in the back building and I am in love with these apartments when we first moved in we were a little suspicious on the way we would be told one thing and then it would change when we spoke to another person . However sterling in the front office is amazing when we were told The previous manager had left we were shocked that she didn’t get lead management however we are pleased regardless . We love our apartment. We just wish they would answer their phones. It seems like that’s the only issue that they have now. We have to call maybe 15 to 20 times to get an answer and I wish I was exaggerating but sadly I’m not

I have lived here for almost a year and I love it! For starters when i first moved in the managment team made the transition so seamless. The apartment it self is beautiful from the crown molding to the back splash in my kitchen area. Not to mention the amount of space you get at such a reasonable price. Friends come over all the time and are amazed.The area is safe and family oriented if you have children. It is also close to shopping areas and the major freeways but you wont here traffic noise. The maintenance team is amazing as well they come out quickly and are very knowledgeable about issues. The area is gated as well. Sometimes the gate has its moment when it doesnt work properly but they are always quick in resolving that issue.They also have community events that are amazing to help build the community aspect and it allows you to be familiar with your neighbors.The head manager, he is amazing! He takes great pride and care in is profession as well as his team. You can tell they are a very tight knit group in the office which is amazing because they are always on the same accord with things. Keisha and Rodney are a dynamic duo, love them together!While living here i had a life changing event as well and the staff helped me make that adjustment from being a two person house hold to a one person house hold and effortlessly and Keisha suggested changing my locks before i could even think of it on my own.So if your looking for great management, a nice apartment for a decent price, a safe area for you and/or your family look no further!

I loved loving at The Ranch! Keisha, Sterling, and Rodney were the best leasing team that I have encountered thus far. They were very attentive and efficient. The maintenance team was very great at what they did.Property and utilities stayed clean amd up to par. Its such a clean property with respectful residents. Also, there are occasional residential events at the club house. At these events free rent is given out via raffles, am2d the food(catered) is always good!Unfortunately we had to relocate for military reasons.

Moving into this apartment complex has been amazing. I have a large dog and they are very accommodating to pets and larger breed dogs. The complex has two dog parks and what is nice is that the one closest to the office is artificial turf and gravel which helps the pup not get too muddy during wet weather.Besides the amazing respect for animals, the complex itself is very clean and well kept. Any complaints or issues the staff here respond to amazingly and efficiently. Recently the gate was stuck in the open position and within 24 hours it was fully functional again. The last apartment I had if the gate broke then it was stuck open for a week minimum.I can hole-heartedly say that Ranch at Fossil Creek is a great place for anyone (especially dog lovers) to live.

Me and my family have been living at Ranch since last December, had a quick transfer from our jobs (very short notice). we flew to Dallas looking for a place for us, after 3 places visited, we got to the Ranch and even before they open the gate we were already in love, not just with the security it provided but the atmosphere of the area, even the office as we walked in was very welcoming. Today we are transferring to a bigger place for our growing little boys, and I can honestly say... we are never leaving. We dont worry about any little maintenance because their team is by my door in no time. Thank you for making this transition so easy for us, we lived in PA all our lives and it was not easy to leave our families behind. But this is HOME now thanks to the Ranch Team.

Current resident here.We ran into issues with the application process and move in and things not being done. But through the whole process they were on top of things. They did what was needed to resolve all our issues. Maintenance never takes long to get things fixed that they can fix. There are some things that contractors have to fix and it takes longer to get resolved and that is understandable. Our leasing manger Keisha and leasing agent Erica are always professional,polite, friendly, and kind.
