I lived in this complex for about three years. Staff was always nice, never had an issue. Maintenance team is awesome as well! The few issues I had were resolved pretty quick. Only inconvenience was that some residents w dogs not picking up 💩 after their pets. Having to watch where we stepped and eventually step on it was disgusting 🤢

I gave a 4 star . The reason is I been living here for four years the rent has gone up every year since I moved here. I’m fine with that but what I don’t understand is why I’m I getting charged some much for this old apartment. Everything in my apartment is back in the days interior. Pay for pets control but I have to request for them to come out. I pay for trash but I have to take my own trash out. But over all the apartments are nice I feel safe living here. I just wish that for the price I pay for rent would be worth what I’m paying for.

Still loving my place 6 month later maintenance repairs are done quickly and all I have to do is send a text and all my concerns are taking care of if you are looking for a great place to live i would strongly recommend Raleigh Town Crossing plus we offering one month free!! Cant beat that with a stick! Again my only disappointment is I dont have the new appliances but they are available so come check it out

I have had a really good experience withe the people in this office. I give a very good thank you to Robin and Angla for making this the most pleasant move-in I have ever had. And the apartment is really beautiful. Everything in it was brand new like they promised.

After the initial contact, they (Ashley and Jennifer) followed up with me to see where I am with my apartment search. They are cordial and professional in what they do. This impressed me so much, and I decided to make Raleigh at town crossing my next home. I believe this is the correct decision that I made

I can’t say enough wonderful things about living here! Robin is truly the BEST! Actually, the office team are a collection of amazing people, so willing to help with your needs. They go above and beyond their call of duty to help, if it’s within their scope, for the residents. Since moving from another state, I’ve considered purchasing a home vs living here, but this IS home, for now and I love it. Some of the friendliest most down to earth people and let’s not forget the maintenance crew…..This is THE BEST Maintenance Team in America! They are always nice and very hard working, making sure the residents are well taken care of mostly, within hours of the request. They truly ROCK!!! I have needed their services and they were quick, thorough and knowledgeable of the issues each and every time. Star quality services. Thanks guys for all that you do!

Before I could log in and make a request, I received a text from mgmt that the office was closing at 1:00 pm which was about 15 mins prior to closing. I have looked at a lot of places and read a lot of reviews and lot talk about maintenance , to me reviews say a lot about a community especially if everyone is saying the same thing. Lack of care from maintenance and bugs are a deal breaker for me, bugs dont pay rent so they dont belong.With that being said, I have NEVER had a problem here at Raleigh, maintenance is A1 and very swift and knowledgeable, I love the maintenance crew, I have lived here 2 years and never had a issue so Im staying another year.Kudos to you Raleigh for caring for you residents!😊

Thanks to Ms. Robin, signing a lease and moving in has been such a wonderful and carefree experience for me! She went above and beyond to accommodate me by locating a unit with washer/dryer hookups and purchasing me a halogen lamp for the bedroom as a welcome gift. With that being said, the community is very quiet and well-kept, the neighbors are friendly, the management team immediately addresses any issues or concerns and did I mention that my apartment is newly renovated? With that being said, I know that I made the right decision and I couldn’t be happier 🙂.

I honestly want to say that Ms. Robyn in that front office handles her business. I had a situation with my washer connection I’m not gone get into details, but she had maintenance by the way they are superb as well. They were at my apartments in minutes. I’m not just an happy tenant we been over here for 3 or 4 years and Ms. Robyn been standing on business although they have tough jobs as well.

Weve been living here for about a year now and just resigned our lease. We had a huge plumbing issue when we first moved in that got fixed right away. Maintenance is amazing and works very hard to keep the property clean. Management is wonderful and show me they care. I do wish there were more community events though. But overall I enjoy living here.

I don’t even know where to start!! Overall great experience. I’ve never had an experience like this with any other apartment complex. But let’s talk about the staff. I’ve only met Daniel and Robin & both are amazing people! By just sitting and speaking with Daniel while signing my paperwork he provided me with a lot of knowledgeable information. Not only that he literally started a couple weeks before I spoke with him. I told him it felt like he had been in the business for a really long time. Now about Ms. Robin! Wonderful lady. She was amazing! She kept me updated with all the information while going through the process. She made the process super easy! I felt so comfortable speaking with her. I usually feel weird speaking with leasing agents and property managers because of how young I am and some will look at you like you crazy with the questions you ask, but that was not the case here they are amazing in the office. The apartments are amazing! Super quiet out here. I’m in love with Raleigh!! If I could give a thousand stars I would! Never have I ever had an experience like this with any complex.

I have been living here since Feb and I have no complaints as of yet. Parking is never an issue. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly. I live on the first floor so I knew I’d hear foot traffic and maybe kids but nothing outrageous.Yes the complex could use some updating but all in all. I’m happy here. So far so good.

I have been here since September and have not had a single problem. I cant believe to tell you how excellent the customer service is! Mrs. Rebecca and the entire staff are so nice and caring for not only the tenants but the property as well. I couldnt have come to a better property. Its very clean, i havent seen a single bug in our home yet. There is not trash laying around or raccoons in the complex. The property is pretty and peaceful. I havent had a single issue with neighbor nothing. For the most part is quite. The only small problem would be how fast the tenants drive in the parking lot when Im running, and while the kids are playing. Thank youll for amazing customer service all around!!

I am a previous resident. I absolutely loved these apartments!!! Although my one bedroom unit was small, it accommodated my needs. They installed brand new carpet prior to us moving in because I was pregnant at the time and they wanted my baby to experience our home as best as possible, I greatly appreciated that! I never had any problems being here. Although my neighbors car got broken into one night but he never locked his truck so go figure. Alora Fields in the office was always a huge help, loved her! Even after we moved she kept in touch to see how we were doing. Unfortunately we had to move cities because of our jobs or else wed still be there! I would definitely recommend these apartments if you can afford it because they are a bit pricey. 😊

This place is quiet, friendly and located right behind restaurant row in Mesquite and down the street from Town East Mall. That’s a very convenient area to live in.
